This is a really nice place to go for juice coils, or any vapor cbd or delta 8 or other cannabanoids. They are really friendly and I highly highly recommend them to anyone. Make sure to check out their mystery bags, they are always worth it and they are always fun to go through. They have good prices and they are always kind and helpful as well as being knowledgeable about the products and services that they offer. They will certainly be able to help you with anything you need. They are my go to place in Eureka springs arkansas and should be yours too. If you are in the area give them a try

Lots of cool & unique pieces and a wide variety of everything you could hope for from a smoke shop! Very cool strawberry mug/pipe/bubbler. This location had a bonus mini puppy to greet you; gojo that made the experience!

Its a good store but some of their prices are crazy and my only problem is the change in their house e-juices like blueberry cobbler that used to be sooo so good and about 18 months or two years ago it all changed and now they are all nasty except one or two.

Gf needed a new tank and coil after having hers break when dropped. They even had a snakeskin one that matched her mod, lady behind the counter was able to find what she needed, and after some fiddling with the tank (hard to tighten) and coil (cross threaded) she got us back out on our way to enjoy our night and weekend.

It’s a pretty cool store.. the lady that works here is definitely nice. And they don’t sell weed here.. but it would be cooler if they did, so go register as a voter and sign her petition. But like I said, no Marijuana is being sold at this location.. sooo…. Thanks for the nicotine collector Christie!

This place is so awesome. The manager is very personable and the store looks amazing. I’ve been going to Berryville but where I’m at it’s just about as close and much more selection and a lot more friendlier

They never stock what I need and their license isn’t renewed. The employees are fine but no one ever answers the phoneEDIT: Since moving locations under new management with new employees I am so impressed with them. The employees are so helpful, so nice! They go above and beyond, truly. The store is always very clean. I cant sing the employee praises enough. I wont even go to the other location in Berryville...ugh it has issues, but this store? Top notch now.

Nice outgoing staff, awesome selections on some of the newest products out there. Great prices on their glass, dont know about all the bad stuff from previous employees but they got great people there now!

My fiancé and I went into this store today to browse. We were pleasantly surprised by who I assume is the manager! She was AWESOME! Her unique stories of her fur babies that we related too just enhanced our experience. She was not only personable but very helpful in choosing our products!

Do you realize you moved out of your shop and have nothing posted online about your new location that the lady assured me youd be moving to in eureka springs? You are definitely not on North main and I drove around all Saturday to the places she told me you were moving to in eureka springs? FYI this chain is owned by a person from India, dont for a second think youre supporting an American Business he was in India two months ago doing business over there with the money he makes here!Does that look like a fake $100 bill?Was I just profiled because I dont fit the picture?Was it just that the little hippie girl didnt like me because Im neurodivergent?I just about called the police because they absolutely refuse service because the power went to her little head.Must be sad to be approaching 40 and work for a person that doesnt care about anything but money.Did it feel good to completely deny me getting my juice?Did it make you feel better about your personal life situation?Did it make all your bad decisions go away?Will you be telling all your friends when you go out drinking tonight its somebody came in and you owned them because you refused to give the white cisgendered male any service because youre a powerful little girl whos 40 going on 6 years old?What was the point of doing everything you could to keep me from patronizing your store?Ill be talking to a lot of the locals that own the actual shops instead of this fraudulent endeavor.I hope you enjoy it only selling hemp to idiot tourists!If you know you know, we can get better glassware from eBay and Amazon and nothing in the store is made by an artist its all made in China and full of leaded glass so enjoy smoking out of something that is going to poison you and cause brain damage!

I’ve been to the vapor maven 4 times in 5 days. I have been impressed by their wonderful and friendly employees. Daniel, Jocelyn, and Amy are amazing. Jocelyn, the manager is the sweetest person you’ll ever have the pleasure of doing business with.

Great experience. i’m not sure who the staff was a year ago to get so many bad reviews but the new staff is very helpful. the girl said it’s completely new staffing and i haven’t had any issues with them. the goth girl with the nose ring who works nights is very helpful, she helped me find the delta products i needed for my pain and directed me to a cbd salve that works better than anything i’ve used yet. i spend about $100 every time i go there and now that there is local staff, this place is my go-to everytime i need something.

The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful! They did finally get moved into their new building in between cafe amore and the 62 general store ( 2076 E Van Buren, Eureka Springs, AR 72632 ) The new building is so much bigger and they have a lot of stock

Today June 2 me and my husband went into the store .. we was looking around when the lady came over with an attuide . I asked her to read me the names of the vape juice because I couldnt see them she stared me down for a couple minutes then rolled her eyes at me and very rudely read the names of the juices to me. After I picked one I walked over to the vapes and was looking at them while Im looking shes holding my vape jucie tapping the box . Sighing at me I guess for taken to long? Needless to say it was a bad experience today and me and my husband love that store the lady working has poor customer service .and shouldnt be working in customer service with that attuide.

A wonderful store in a wonderful city.The lady behind the counter was very nice and friendly. Once I finally got home and opened my gift. It was prefect. She warped it up in bubble wrap for the drive.I will definitely go back to this store every time I am Eureka ArkansasI

Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from & glad I ignored them (although I initially didn’t). I’ve been there twice, two different ladies, and I can’t imagine better service.Someone mentioned a dog? Kind of disappointed I didn’t get to meet the dog, I bet it is super cool too. Anyway… ignore the reviews! I’m not affiliated with the store in any way, so not blowing smoke, they are nice people!

I love this place. cool glass, cool new employees who know what they’re talking about. they don’t have as much as i was expecting but it’s a small shop. very cool atmosphere, very eureka springs vibe, unique from any other vapor maven i’ve been in.

Terrible customer service. Christy the new manager is rude. Was told over the phone they had a particular item and when I got there she said it was out of stock. I had just got out of surgery and made a special trip for it so I could rest comfortably. She was rude about it blaming me that I didnt ask correctly for it. Afterwards I called the location in Berryville and asked if they carried it, she said yes then quickly said no, she was just questing. When I asked her name she hung up on me. It occurred to me it was the same girl answering the phone in both locations. Fayetteville may be a lot further away but I would rather take my business there then have to deal with ignorance.

Soooo cool!!! The store is clean, air conditioned, very organized & stocked full of nifty, convenient items. If they dont have a flavor youre looking for, youll still find something youll love lol!Very friendly customer service, great recommendations, will answer your questions, will totally come back!! Horrible Experience. Unless youre looking to be disrespected and mistreated dont bother even poking your head in. I should have gotten a name but the lady working the register was very rude and belittling. I highly suggest getting new employees or training the ones you have. This was the worst experience I have ever had anywhere let alone a smoke shop. The lady didnt even know basic customer service skills. Very disappointed and unsatisfied. I should have listened to the reviews but I wanted to give it a chance, couldnt regret it more. I was treated horribly, yelled at and even mocked. So sad that people like this exist in such a beautiful small town, what a shame..I wont ever be returning to this store and I suggest nobody else does either. I Will not be recommending any of my family and friends in the area. If you want nicotine theres a very nice Tobacco shop at the top of Eureka Springs that I went to after I visited this shop. I would recommend going there instead of here for all your Tobacco needs the staff are very friendly and helpful! Thanks for reading hope it helps and saves you the painfully awful experience I had.

Edit to add: they “allegedly” lost their license because they were selling to minors. This place is a train wreck. Untrained staff, major inventory fluctuations, they even let their license laps so they can’t sell vape juice. Not to mention almost every time I’ve gone in there the staffs attitude is just so hostile, even the “owner” or “head manager” lady was rude. I get it, working with tourists can be difficult, but this is unacceptable. No wonder they can’t keep staff! I almost always spend $50-$100 every time I come in, as a local that’s A LOT and I’m never going back. If I find out they own berryville I’ll be boycotting that too. Just all around horrible.

Ive been here a couple of times when visiting Eureka and liked it very much. However, yesterday I made a purchase of a Kiln RA atomizer here, got back home in the evening (over an hour away) and found that the box was empty. My husband called the store to see what could be done and was told we cant be refunded and would have to drive back for a replacement. I wouldnt mind this except thats over a 2 hour round trip. Now Im out about $50 and dont have what I needed. This is very disappointing;I cant afford the time and money to go back so Im just lost for the money spent and the item I should have received. Would recommend checking all your items before leaving if you choose to shop here.

Tried to ask questions about a product on the phone and the sales woman was too busy to answer. She was abrupt and hurried me off of the phone. Was not a pleasant first experience with my local store. Maybe you need another salesperson to take up the slack she cant handle.

Gentleman That we spoke to said he would be open new years day so we woke up and checked out of our hotel to come back and purchase things but the door was locked and NOW google says its closes today. Lost a big sale and gained a negative review. Good job

Contacting the BBB about this facility, the most ignorant staff Ive ever encountered. Dont bother wasting your humility entering this facility, their staff is the absolute worst, and by the continued horrible reviews they value their horrid employees over the community that supports them.

Looks good and had a decent selection but as soon as i walked in was told i couldn’t buy anything cause their tobacco license was suspended.. if it’s suspended then they should be closed until it’s dealt with

My husband and I were visiting during a motorcycle driven vacation. Unfortunately, his Lost Vape (pocket edition, has the large voopoo) kept hemorrhaging e-liquid with each hit so we found this store. Excellent visuals, personnel and products. Ended up getting the new voopoo for him and some Fresh Farms e-liquid for me. Both hit the mark. The only reason I didnt rate it 5 stars because nothing is perfect, although this store and everything about it was SUPER close. Thanx Vapor Maven for a great new home-away-from-home experience!

Big selection in a fun spot, a little inconvenient parking. All you would expect from a maven including tasty low prices. However, if you come in wanting more knowledge on vaping this is not the place to go. Otherwise if you know what you want this is a go to spot.

I drove up to Eureka springs, Arkansas about 20 miles it was closed today website saying it was open today 10-26-2022 at 2pm I was there closed ! thanks guys gas price outrageous !!!
