This is the best place anyone could go to for your vaping, and other needs. The staff is absolutely stupendous and knowledgeable on everything imaginable. So clean and smells wonderful inside. Id highly recommend stopping in if you ever in the area, or to even order online. Best service Ive ever had in my life! That red haired fella was just the best!

The owners are extremely knowledgeable and patient. I am new to the scene and really wanted to quit using cigarettes. They explained everything in detail. Listened to what my needs were and personally made sure everyone of them was met. I am extremely impressed with the service. They even checked in with me to make sure everything was going well! I highly recommend this store.

Excellent inventory to select from. Premium juices at an exceptional price. Grant and Alicia are absolutely wonderful and helpful. They make you feel like family whenever you visit. Make it a must to shop here for all of your Vaping needs!

My SO and I have been here so many times. We love the staff (the owners are super awesome and usually there), and they really know their stuff. Theyre always helpful and honest in their opinions, and have a pretty decent selection of everything with great prices (and a reward system on top of it).

Definitely some of the most friendly people Ive ever encountered in a vape store. We own a vape shop in from Little Rock and I would say it was worth stopping in to say the least. Great staff, great product selection as well. The Vapor Lounge gives you a 5 star review!

Great service, friendly staff. Professional looking establishment. Not your typical vape shop. Its always clean and doesnt look like a head/tobacco store. I run in planing on only being there for a few min and end up visiting with the owners for at lest an hour if not longer. I just wish they where closer to home its a 35 min drive for me to get there but its worth it. 👍🏻👍🏻

I worked as a manager at a vapor shop for 2 years and I’ve been to a lot of vapor stores during that time this is by far the best shop I’ve been to. Great atmosphere, customer service and amazing juice selection. A must visit shop if you enjoy vaping and are going through eureka or even near eureka it’s worth the drive through!

Being the only vapor store in Eureka Springs it made it a pretty easy choice on where to go when I was in town and needed a new mod. The staff was very helpful and they had a good selection of juices and mods. The prices were quite similar to what I usually see around in other places. If youre in Eureka Springs and find yourself low on juice or needing a quick replacement mod, dont hesitate to give this shop a chance.

Excellent selection of juices or any vaping needs. Employees were not very talkative though... would of loved to hear any recommendations or asked me what I was looking for.. Came in around 4pm /5/6/19. Will definitely come back when im in Eureka Springs.

Absolutely great and helpful staff. Wide variety of products from starter kits to devices for hobbiests. The staff always makes sure to give you any and all information you will need to get to know your device front to back.

Great customer service, very clean, I even got recommendation on what to try next. All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend everyone who Vapes to at least give it a shot. You wont be disappointed.

If I could rate this shop 0 I would. My husband and I have walked in (which we have before we’re locals) and the red haired guy instantly says can I see your Id’s, no problem my husband hands him his and I try getting mine out of my new wallet, you can clearly see all of my info and he still says no I need to see it. I try fumbling with the wallet more, my husband tries and we can’t get it out. The phone rings, he walks off not saying a word and so we decided to leave because we couldn’t get my ID out and he was completely unprofessional and rude. My husband said goodbye and he didn’t even respond. Note to owner get people in there with a personality. I could understand if my wallet was hiding info or if I had never comes in there and have HIM help me.

Vapor springs is probably the best and most professional vape shop Ive been in. The owners Grant and Alicia are good honest people and are extremely knowledgeable of the vape industry. They do a good job listening to want you want/need and are very good at pairing you with the set up best for you! I have been smoking cigarettes since I was 11 years old and have tried everything to quit, with no success. I had dabbled in vaping before but it seemed to be complicated, expensive, and confusing because other vape shops did not help; in fact I ended up more confused than before. When I came here they were helpful and explained everything. I was able to adapt to vaping quickly and without nicotine fits or cravings and its cheaper!! I am saving hundreds of dollars a year. I can finally breathe again and I never wake up coughing. I have never felt better and its all thanks to Vapor Springs!- Jared Martin

Was the only customer in the store and a tall lanky guy was the only employee in there I walked around for ten minutes without being asked if I needed help, then harassed for my id. The phone rang and he took off to the back without a word so I left.
