The dude that wears the flat bills is always kind, approachable, knowledgeable and happy to answer my (my gfs) many questions. They have samples of a lot of the juices to try and always seem to have our coils in stock.

The manager is awesome. I bought 2 of the same vape and he had me check both before I left. I came back in because one wouldn’t recharge. He checked it and (because they were out of that same flavor) exchanged it for another flavor. I would have refused to continue business with them if the problem wasn’t corrected. I will keep coming here because he fixed the problem and made me feel like an important customer because of the way he remembered my purchase and handled the complaint. This guy deserves a raise because I’m sure I’m not the only person that received this level of service.

I really felt welcome when I entered the store, like a warm blanket around my tired shoulders. I get chronic headaches and these products really help with the pain. I’m not very knowledgeable about the different types and the employees of the store were very helpful and patient with me. I highly recommend Cutie Vapors to any and all. Have a fantastic day.

Cool place! Chad recommended a good E-Cig for me and its been one of the best I have had since I started to use one! I dont care to go in there when him or one of the others are there to help me! Everyone is nice and very knowledgeable! I think what I like the most is that about a month ago I was in there getting things I needed...Chad was there and he remembered what I had bought and why I bought my vape in the first place...I wanted the lock features for the power and the safety so it wouldnt fire in my purse if accidentally left on. He knew I like them small enough and a huge one at that...and he still had thoughts of what he could sell me if the one he sold me a year and 2 months ago that is working like a champ and I still love using it! Cuties always has what me and my husband need for our vapes at great prices!! Wont go anywhere else anymore! Thanks Chad and staff for taking care of us....we will see you again soon!!!

Great selection and friendly staff. They were able to answer questions I had about my mod. Also they stay open several hours after all other vape shops close.

I LOVE this place but i tend to only have a good experience when chandler works. he makes me feel like we’ve known each other since kindergarten. anybody know when he works or if he works tonight? i needa go but wanna see him! lol

Bought a bad coil the owner swapped it out no questions asked. Proceeded to look at my vape and noticed something was broke on it and fixed it for me. Also took the time to explain what he did. The tall skinny dude is always super helpful and has a good attitude. Good place to go.

The most consumer friendly shop Ive ever been to. The two guys who are in there every time I come in are some of the nicest/funniest dudes Ive ever met and make me excited to go spend money. Highly recommend.

The guys working in here are so knowlegable and helpful. they have been able to help me so many times so that vape maintenance knowledge shared makes vaping experience taylor made to each individuals way of using devices/coils/ etc to meet different peoples needs. Love this place. Always very good knowledgeable and helpful personalized to meet customers level of knowledge and explain on there level.

WAY overpriced! Go around the corner to Vape and Smoke on St. Joseph. They have a better selection and most of their disposables are 10 dollars less than Cutie.

Amazing variety, they are professional about their jobs, they do card! They also make sure before you leave your product works and if not they will replace it!

Loved the experience of buying a vape. The guy that was working took the time to explain the whole kit and kaboodle and answered all my questions.

Lots of products to choose from. Well lit display cases and knowledgeable staff.

Every time I buy vape batteries here they quit working after 3 months. If your looking batteries for a cart this is not the place. Their batteries are not worth your while
