Super friendly! Very happy with my pedicure visit. I brought my granddaughter back to have her nails done. She showed a photo of a design and left with her nails looking exactly how she wanted!

I’ve been a regular client at Pampered Nails for close to a year now. I will not go anywhere else. Peter does a fantastic job on my nails. When I do get a pedi it’s always nice and relaxing.The entire staff are so nice and welcoming. It’s clean, they are professional and I recommend them! .

Worst experience i’ve ever had at a nail salon. i asked for burgundy colored nails with some of them being french, i was told they could not do french because my nails were white so i told them to just do the burgundy color, instead i got an ombré and was charged $60 (i had white nails already so the only thing they did was add acrylic to fill in and put a top coat over. i think $60 is way to much for how little they did) i called the day after asking for a $40 refund because my nails weren’t what i asked for and they told me it was my problem and my fault because i didn’t say anything. i’m not the person to say anything because i am shy, i feel a $40 refund is appropriate due to the fact these were my prom nails and they did nothing i asked for, was extremely rude on the phone, and i have no time or money to get them fixed now. do not go here they are rude and messed up me and my friends nails. (the diamonds look like the mcdonald’s logo and i asked for them to be a diagonal line across the middle finger)

What an awesome experience at Pampered Nails! I have only been to a couple other nail salons but Pampered Nails is by far the best experience ever! And they are very reasonably priced! I also had a very kind and gentle man as my tech. Thank you so much!

I took my mom for a Delux pedicure for her birthday. I was so pleased with how theyTreated her when they found out we were celebrating her birthday. Her toes look fantastic. They really took the time to make her feel special and pampered. I also got a manicure from Peter. He did some acrylic tips for me and my nails looks fabulous. They also worked my brothers fiancé in at the last minute for a pedicure. Outstanding job and customer service. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Highly recommend Cindy for the BEST pedicure and manicure in the area! Although the salon was busy on a Saturday, she took her time with my pedi and leg/foot massage. Amazing! The gel manicure was also wonderful, with a hand and arm massage! A week later, and no chipping or peeling , unlike several other mani / pedis I’ve received in Evansville. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I called later in the afternoon and they were able to fit me in that same day!! They truly take pride in their work. The main thing for me is they do not burn me when they are using the drill, plus they ask you throughout your service how you are doing.

I took my 12 year old step daughter Bria here to get her nails done. We loved the place! Very nice atmosphere, friendly and did a wonderful job on her nails.

The best experience I have ever had at a nail salon!! I didn’t catch the woman’s name, but she was incredible and even more detail oriented than I am (which is hard to say!)! I was so beyond impressed by their service. Me and three other friends were walk in appointments and they were so efficient and wonderful and got us all in and taken care of quickly. My first time ever trusting a salon with nail art, and it was perfect! Cannot recommend enough!

I really enjoyed getting my pedicure today got the exfoliating done leg massage an foot massage an cleansing an it was overdue but great service friendly welcoming environment will definitely be back soon

Did walk-in service for 4 manicures & pedicures. all gel, except for 1 dip manicure. the service was amazing. they treated my two 8-year old granddaughters with such respect! we will be visiting again. we all left VERY happy 😊

Glad to have a place that doesnt have a distracted woman with domestic violence in her shop. I have PTSD and anxiety. This place is super peaceful.

Hands down the best nail place in the Evansville tri state area! I came in on Friday without an appointment (I called on my way there to see if they’d take me, and he said yes) and they took me in the second I walked in. Very kind staff, clean and quiet. The guy that did my nails was very respectful, and patient while I picked colors. Very satisfied! I was in and out within an hour! Definitely recommend and will be coming back.

The nail techs arent very talkative so if youre introverted and know what you want this place is for you. I got my first ever set of acrylics here and the nail tech I had did a wonderful job! Showed her the design I wanted and it turned out almost exactly like it. Had a little awkward moment when I tried to explain how I wanted them shorter since I play piano, but nonetheless they still look really nice!

This place is amazing!! Soooo clean and everyone is so friendly. My nails turned out better than the reference pic I gave her! Cant wait to go back in 2 weeks.

The girl who did my pedicure was very rough. When she broke my ankle bracelet she didn’t even say sorry just that I shouldn’t of had it on, mind you I always wear it when I went to lovely nails and they have never bothered it.

False advertisement!! Website states open at 9am on Sundays...but they dont open until 12pm. Dont waste your time with a place that shows you upfront deceit ...zero respect for peoples time.

This is the best nail salon in Evansville that I’ve been to! They do an amazing job everytime! I can make my dip nails last about 4 weeks bc they are so well done! I’ll never go anywhere else!! Everyone is also very nice!

I took my 18 year old daughter to get a pedicure and got one for myself. It is a very nice, clean place. The women were very friendly and did a great job.

Came with my best friend. I got a volcano pedicure along with white tips with black and red. The pedicurist was amazing. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable. The manicurist was excellent and took extra care with my nails as well. Both made sure I was satisfied. We will be returning. 10/10 Highly recommend!

My partner had a very unpleasant experience at this salon. The male nail tech (possibly the owner) rushed her throughout her manicure. He yelled, accused, and was argumentative towards her. What was suppose to be a relaxing and pampered event, turned out to be unpleasant and uncomfortable. The tech, twisted her hands and even yelled at her to “stop moving” when she said it hurt. At the end of her service, she politely asked another tech to speak with her regarding the service, or lack of. This is when the male tech begun arguing about him doing a good job and refused to acknowledge the clear discomfort that was experienced. Little compensation was offered and we left feeling offended, mistreated , and unsatisfied. We will never return to this salon.

My 20yr-old daughter had her first manicure ever and I had my first manicure in over 30yrs, today and we were super pleased with the entire experience!! Thank you Pampered Nails & Spa!!! I will highly recommend you to all of my networking partners, family & friends!

Came in with an inspo picture and the gentleman was able to give me exactly what I wanted in no time at all. The facility is very clean and comfortable. Awesome place with very talented technicians! I will definitely be back.

Very soothing atmosphere, the people were nice and polite. They did a great job and will be back again!!

I have been to Pampered Nails three times. I am really trying to become a regular customer. However, I have a few issues with Pampered Nails. The first one has to do with the fact; that they always tell me I need to make an appointment. But when I am there; I see them accepting walks- ins all the time. So, I dont understand why they give me a hard time about making an appointment. When they dont tell other customers the same thing. Another issue has to do with pedicures. Now I always just get a classic pedicure; with regular nail polish. However, everytime I request this service. The nail tech always tries to convince me to get gel polish. I dont like gel polish on my toe nails. And when I insist on sticking with regular polish. They paint my nails with regular nail polish just fine. But then the nail techs purposely messes up my nail polish; by sloppily applying this thick lumpy clear coat on my toes nails. Now the first time they did this; I overlooked it. But when I went back for another pedicure, done by a different nail tech. They purposely messed up my toe nail polish again. This time I asked the nail tech not to paint the clear coat on my toe nails so sloppily. But she did it anyway. And when it dried; it looked a hot mess. It was all lumpy and sloppy looking. Not professional at all. So, I asked her to redo my toe nail polish. And the nail tech did redo my toe nail polish. But I could tell that she did not want to. But if she would have polished my toe nails right the first time. Then she would not have had to polish them a second time. I dont mean to sound like a Karen. But this upsets me. Because I really do feel like it was done intentionally. Just to try to get me to spend more money on gel polish. Which is not right. Because I have no problem paying for the services that I actually prefer and request. And I even love to tip the nail techs. As long as I am being treated in a respectful and professional manner. Now these are just a few things I feel they need to work out. I am going to give them another chance. Because I love the way they do my finger nails. And for the most part; Pampered Nails is a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I also feel like the owner is a very nice lady. She just needs to make sure that her nail techs give good customer service. And that they do their jobs professionally. Also, I would suggest bringing cash. Because they over charged my card.

Every time I have come. The staff so friendly and accommodate walk ins as well.they do a absolutely awesome job with my dip powder fingernails. Recommend this place highly.

I had a pedicure and manicure. My tech was Cindy, and she was fantastic. I have had these services all over the US and this is by far the best ever!!!! I highly recommend this place.

I highly recommend Siti when you come here! I got a pedicure and was very surprised on how much detail and time she put into it. I have been to other nail salons that did a rushed job but Siti did a great job and was very precise. She is also super friendly :)

I get monthly pedicures and have gone just about everywhere. I will only go to Pampered Nails now! Affordable, detailed, relaxing and they take their time! The Volcanic Pedicure is incredible!

I usually go to Peter when I come here, but every single employee here deserves praise. They really do make sure your nails aren’t crooked and that they are just how you like them. It’s very quiet and peaceful when I go and I wouldn’t choose any other nail salon to go to. They also have amazing pedicures!

I went here for a pedicure a couple times and they did a pretty good job. So I was going to go here today to get my nails done and they’re going to tell me that they don’t have time to do me when they only had ONE person in there!!! They close at 7!!! I could see if I wanted my feet done too today but I just wanted my nails done!! Make it make sense!!

I absolutely loved the volcano pedicure I got from Cindy. However Peter did my nails and I hate them! They are not the shape nor the color I was looking for but my biggest issue is I just got them done Wednesday and they’re already coming off. They cost $45 which is like $10 more than they have listed on their website. I was very upset about that. Well it’s only Friday and 4 of my nails have popped off to no fault of my own. I haven’t bumped them or soaked them or anything. My friend also got a meni/ pedi and also the volcano pedicure from Cindy and she got gel nail on her toes and one has already came completely off. The false advertisement on their website was enough to run me off but for my nails to not even last half a week or be what I was looking for and I paid $110 total. I will never be going back.

This was my first time here, at the recommendation of my daughters, and it was wonderful! I got a full set of acrylic nails and they turned out exactly as I had asked for. I got a pedicure (my feet were in terrible shape) and they did a fabulous job! So happy, I will return!

I have never had such a good time getting my nails done. They techs are so much fun to talk to and are friendly and did a wonderful job. The facility is clean and relaxing and nicely updated with the decor and environment. I will definitely be coming back.

I love this place it’s peaceful and clean. I have had bad experiences at other salons and wanted a place I could go that I didn’t feel intimidated at. I definitely found my nail salon. Lana was my artist and I want her when I go in for my fill in she was sweet as apple pie. And she didn’t judge me for just wanting basic acrylics. In fact everyone there is amazing. I would recommend Pampered Nails and Spa to everyone.

This place is AWESOME!!! First time here and O.M.G. I will be returning. The gentleman that did my pedicure is one in a million! I didn’t have an appointment, they were busy and they still worked me in within a few minutes! Salon was clean, staff wore masks (not customers), they were professional and polish colors are somewhat different from other salons. At least try Pampered Nails & Spa once and judge for yourself!

Called and they said I could get right in. I walked in checked in and they immediately sat me I got a pedicure and dip nails done on my natural nail. They were so kind and they did a great job. If you need a place to go in the Evansville Indiana area I definitely recommend them. I don’t live around here anymore. I was in town for a family event and needed my nails done. Thanks for your kindness. I will be back next time I am in town.

Tried out a new nail salon and this one didn’t disappoint. I love the design and shape of my nails. Only issue I had was the tip of one finger started to chip the day I got them done. The rest are holding up well though.

The atmosphere is so peaceful and they were very gentle. My full set of nails are flawless and my pedicure with massage was relaxing and perfect. Highly recommend this spa!

They were amazing. They conversated with us. They had a real conversation with us. Me and the husband had pedicures. Was amazing. Very relaxing. And gentel, decided to get a massage as well and usually Im super sore after getting one and this place was amazing, nobody I mean nobody cant touch the bottom of my feet but they did a foot massage with there feet and it was amazing iv never experienced anything like it and my feet feel so brand new. We will definitely be back. We have officially found our favorite place!!Dont change and dont change your prices it was $144 for two pedis and massage which was perfect. Didnt break the bank.

My experience was so unbelievably great! This was my first time here an The staff was so welcoming an kind an the service was fantastic! There was a baby in the salon an they turned on a show to calm him down an it was so amazing how above an beyond they all went for the customers . I definitely will be coming back ! Just found my new favorite nail salon!

The nail tech that was a older man with glasses did a horrible job on my dip manicure. He used the electric buffing tool to clean my cuticles. By the time he was done, him and I were both bleeding . At the end, he tried to make a slick comment about my mom paid but no tip. I pulled out a 100 dollar bill. He was like you want me to break this. I said yeah you want your tip right. The lady that did my pedicure didn’t even ask which one I wanted. I guess I looked like a regular pedi girl. I preferred the higher package, but given no choice. I should have caught the hit when there was only one car and person in the building on a Friday. I will never give them my money again.

During relaxing experience with very nice staff

It was my first time getting a pedicure at this establishment. I traveled over an hour and wanted to get a pedicure while visiting a friend. I enjoyed the pedicure but the color I selected looked completely different on my toes than what was on the color swatch. I told the guy that I didnt like the color early on in the polish process. He blatantly ignored me and continued to polish my toes. I told him again and again I didnt like the color. I asked him could I change the color because I didnt like it. He said NO! And he continued to polish my toes. I told him I didnt like the color though. He said if I wanted to change the color I had to pay $10. I was shocked because he ignored me in the beginning and because he made the choice to continue to polish my toes. Because of this experience I will not come back to this establishment.

I got a gel fill in which usually would take at least an hour if done with care, but they did it in maybe 30 minutes. Super rushed. My nails were filed unevenly, there are bumps under the polish, and the tech filed them after the polish was on so the polish on my thumb peeled up immediately afterwards. I didnt notice this until I got in my car or I would have said something. Would not recommend this place.

I didnt have an appointment was going out of town the next day they got me in for a full pink and white set of nails .Tim did a very good job on my nails. I have found myself wanting to go back very nice staff. Enjoy getting my nails done there .

Each time I come to Evansville I go to Pampered Nails for a pedicure with my daughter. Everyone is so kind and makes you feel very comfortable. Relaxing scenery on the TV not HGTV or regular TV channels so your time there is relaxing. I also appreciate that they speak English to each other while working on our nails and are sweet and engaging to us when we go.

Made appointment for 2 and they were prompt when I arrived. Had French manicure - which took about 45 mintues. Its my first time there - went on referral from my daughter. Will return for pedi and nails the next time.

First time pedi here and will be a repeat customer. It was by far the best service and pedi that I have had! Staff was extremely friendly from time of entry, during pedi to checkout. Ladies that did my pedi and daughters were kind and did an amazing job!

My first time here won’t be my last! I loved everything I got a manicure and a pedicure they weren’t too hard on my feet or nails. They made me feel comfortable and we’re reasonable on the prices.

I highly recommend the volcano pedicure. Everyone is very friendly. The dip nails for my manicure are beautiful. Im so happy I found this special place to go and get pampered. I look forward to going back and bringing others to share in this lovely time!

I did not make an appointment ahead of time because I wasn’t sure what time I was going to make it in and per their website walk-ins are welcome. I walked in and was greeted by a very rude man asking what I wanted. I said that my friend and I were there for pedicures. He asked if we had an appointment to which I replied “No, you’re website says walk-ins are welcome”. He said they were too busy and told me to come back in 2 days. This business has rude personnel and I will not be returning.

If I could give a negative number, I would. They told me 40.00, plus a 1.20 svc fee. I left a 10.00 tip and they charged my card 91.20 without my authorization. Do not use
