Remedy Center Dispensary & Smoke Shop

Dealing with PTSD since getting out of the service. A buddy that shops here often told me to go there and speak with John. That dude did not disappoint! He answered all my questions thoroughly and taught me a ton of new things in a very easy to understand way. The store is very clean, well organized, and John was very informed about both the products and my condition. Great guy, great store! Any fellow veterans in Vanderburgh County need to check this place out ASAP!

Ive always had great experiences here. The customer service is amazing and they really care about their customers satisfaction. My favorite employee is John. He is so cool and down to earth and really cares about your needs, very knowledgeable as well. I enjoyed watching him with Eyewitness News and Im happy to say hes just as chill in real life! He hooks me up every time. I would highly recommend going to this smoke shop!

The prices are really expensive. You could get better in Hendo. My friend has had issues here with trying to exchange things & with the quality & taste of the products. The people working here don’t seem to care or know what they’re talking about.

They sold me a burnt stick and wont let me exchange it cause I didnt realize it was burnt until I got home. They over price all of theyre products. Everything they sell they buy it for $20-40 cheaper individually. Dont believe me go to whatever vape your smoking on website and check. They let John work there and pay him under the table which is illegal. I used to work there so I know exactly how it really is there. Another thing about theyre star employee John, John will sit there and take the damaged products and will try to sell you them for a reduced price under the table even in the store. I have all the messages of him trying to sell me things. I also have a peice of paper that he gave me showing how much they actually buy theyre thc vapes for once I figure out how to upload pictures to these reviews Im going to post all the screen shots

This is my favorite spot in town for all my vape needs! John is super awesome he answers all my questions when I go! The vibe is great I can’t recommend them enough!

Over priced items, with an uneducated owner. workers with attitude problems. Very unprofessional. Would never recommend any location.

The employees were friendly.and very knowledgeable about all the products they have. Multiple brands and wide varieties to choose from,this will be a regular shop for me and my wife

If I could give this location a 0 I would... Never visiting this one again... There were 6 people (including a business lol... 🇺?) waiting at 9am which is when the location open. .. We waited... And waited... And waited... No one ever unlocked the gates fenced in doors, EVERYONE left.... 🅝🅘🅒🅔 job running a business lol

Great place, very knowledgeable employees. Stood around and talked with the dude behind the counter, Johnny. Really enjoyed the whole shopping experience and the conversation.Compared to the dispensaries in Denver it felt like a more laid back experience. Budtenders there are all about the money(nothing wrong with that) and it can fell rushed. Not here, take your time ask questions.

This will definitely be my new regular shop! They have an amazing selection of products with different brands, and Carl was super helpful in assisting me in finding the right product to help me medicate properly. And they even had medicated treats for my dog!!! Loved my experience here!!!!

Says open until 10pm. Tried to enter the building at 5:35pm and both doors locked. Wont ever go back to that location and I dont recommend you either. Never had any problems with Burkhardt location. Will drive farther just to go to that location.

Do not touch these people with a 10 foot pole. They are not a dispensary. The fact that the state allows them to falsely advertise as one is criminal.

I visited the remedy center on Lincoln Ave in Evansville indiana. Very clean, very professional, and I will be bsck to shop at this location. Carl explained everything plus more and explained it in detail, I had no questions when I left. Hes is very professional, he is a great worker for this store.

Johnny was very informative and answered all my questions. Store lay out was simple and just all around excellent experience
