My first visit to a CBD store. I was looking for something to help with anxiety and stress. Curtis was extremely helpful and extremely nice and it you visit, please ask for his assistance because he knows so much!! Very educated and helped me to differentiate between different things related to CBD and CBC. Its nice to visit places like this and feel comfortable talking to the associates. I cannot wait to return. I truly appreciate your assistance. The saltwater taffy tastes great!

I went looking for hemp seed oil for my dog when I was sent to Mr. Nice Guys. My 1st visit I spoke with Katy who was so sweet and so helpful. I came back a few days later to purchase the oil we had discussed. I ended up working with Dagan who was amazing!! I wish I would have known these guys were around sooner. I would recommend them to everyone! :)

I came in at about 9:30, thinking it was too late but I was met by Kari whom welcomed me to come on in.She is one of THE MOST knowledgeable persons I have ever met at doing their job. Kari took her time explaining in deep depth what CBD, CBG, and CBC are and all their effects. By asking me what effects was looking for she helped me build a regiment that I am so excited to start.MR. NICE GUY, YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO EVER LOSE HER! And if all the team at Mr. Nice Guys is anything like Kari (and I know they are because she told me so😎) then this is absolutely where you need to shop.Fug a regular dispensary, this hemp dispensary is where its at.

This will be my first ever review simply due to how awesome the assistant managers are here! Kari and Maddie are amazing, knowledgeable, sweet, cool as hell, and they make every experience at this store awesome!!!! 100/10 recommend and the weeds good toooooo 💯🔥

HI! I LOOOVE FRESH PRODUCTS! Definitely keep fresh plants to keep your inventory fresher longer. Fresh Native American foliage can help you sell your product faster because people will be more aware and eneregized as soon as that smell of soot and hemp embraces them. Also BeeZBees QR, for the Delta 8 caramels, has https on there but the page is not going through not sure how I was originally supposed to view & verify the products freshness and weight. This shop is awesome! I visited the Cherokee St. location and was instantly greeted by the staff, since this was my first time checking out the store I was feeling a bit overwhelmed but Emily the sales associate was polite, knowledgeable and patient with me and walked with me answering any and all of my questions throughly. I was absolutely impressed by the selection of different glass and unique products that were available along with the prices which were very reasonable and the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Wow finally figured out how to leave a review! This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is super nice. The first time I went I got charge twice of course I was upset but they were so nice to me and gave me a store credit but I was so amazed by the product spent it the same day! Very nice staff! I recommend the gummies and the caramel you will sleep like a baby!

Came in tonight to get some Christmas shopping done, and Tony was extremely helpful. Told me about the buy two get one free deal. Was able to get two gifts and even a gift for myself. Was very knowledgeable about glass and helped guide me to some awesome pieces. Would recommend this shop and the customer service experience.

Nice variety and good quality products, but the staff is what really shined for me. Mat, Bre, and Travis were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and most importantly informative. Not once during my visit did I feel pressured or obligated to purchase anything I asked to see closer or had questions about. Although they might not have the absolute cheapest prices in the area, theyre certainly not the most expensive, and their great customer service is definitely worth the slight mark up.

Chris and Elizabeth were super helpful in pointing me in the right direction of which strain of Kratom to pick with my body aches and sleep trouble. I traveled to Illinois from Oklahoma recently and instead of a shot-glass or touristy T-shirt, I try to pick up a glass piece and sticker with the companys name on it. I was recommended this company by many locals. When I came in the store, I was happily surprised to see what a wide selection of items they had for sale. From pipes to papers, shirts to hats, and all the smoking accessories you could ever want, Mr. Nice Guy has it. Prices are reasonable too. Joshua, the very knowledgeable employee who introduced himself and asked how they could help me, gave great resource and insight to my curiosities and left me leaving the store genuinely happier than I was before visiting. Not to mention I walked away with some amazing products. I cannot recommend this place enough. If youre in Fairview Heights and need a helping hand, find new deals and killer buys from the one and only Mr. Nice Guy!

I walked into the store and was greeted by two employees. All they said was hello, looked up, look down and they were both working with one Customer sat there for 15 minutes walked around the store and got no help so I decided to walk out, will not be coming back here again, customer service is less than one star. 1/4/24 @5pm

They introduced me to the red gold raw kratom, this stuff is amazing for chill mode. I was sceptical at first, but $8 for a pack I thought ok cool. I was not disappointed, slept great felt so calm through the next day. They were informative and knowledgeable about the product and customer oriented all the way, a rare thing to find anywhere today.

I Came Into Mr nice guy for the first time and was told they had buy 2 get 1 free and that they were also giving away free gift boxes with purchases of $30 or more. I was very interested in the deal I asked one of the workers how long they would have this sale going on and was told we have plenty of boxes in back and and shouldnt run out for at least another week I came back 3 days later after i got my paycheck and walked around looking and finding over $100 worth of items I wanted to purchase and when I went to check out Josh, Tiffany, and Tony were working and I was told that they were it of the boxes they had in back and they werent willing to work with me at all even after I specifically told the employee I previously talked to that I would come back in 3 days when I got paid and was told they would for sure have them. I work in customer service and to me this is poor customer service. When I tell a customer something I either make it happen or make up for it another way

Josh and Bre were an amazing help! So many options. I have found my new home. A lot of variety and a lot of knowledge of all instruments. Will definitely be back and be recommending this place for more business.

After year of sequester I ventured out to renew my quarantine tools for the  inevitable next round of stress! In the name of adventure I tried other places along St. Clair avenue, and still my needs were met at Mr. Nice Guy; because, this kind of shopping is all about people!!!Location associate MADDIE was FANTASTIC!  MADDIE was not just a wizard of knowledge of the locations ample inventory, she was personable and made EXCELLENT suggestions.In a time where happy and good are rarely at the surface, MADDIE and her team had it on offer at the ready; what a fun and hopeful experience.  They will be my first stop next time..PS:  She did her very best to not reflect back that I am old enough to be her grandparent!

I went to the Fairview Heights location and was very pleased with Matthew service today. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable of the merchandise in the store. I was not very familiar with the different CBD milligrams and how it worked. He was very patient with me and explained the differences of the oils to me and it helped me make my purchase.

I went into this store yesterday with my boyfriend and I was excited because I heard they have good selection. When we walked in we were not greeted I even made a comment saying how big the store is compared to their competitors no one said anything to us. We stayed in the store for about 10 minutes and was actually going to purchase something but another couple came in and they got greeted immediately and they were offered help immediateds. We thought this was weird so we stayed close to the counter in hopes someone would greet us or offer us help but nothing happened so we left. As a person who works in customer service I am highly dissatisfied at their poor customer service and will never step a foot into this business again. I will also always recommend the competitors location instead do to the customer service. I hate to make this an issue about race but my boyfriend and I are both African American and got offered no help compared to the Caucasian couple who got help immediately.

I feel like I learn something new every time I come to shop. The staff are very knowledgeable and attentive to the customers. Shout out to Justine, Shelby, and Melissa, keep up the good work.

Ask for Chris in Fairview Heights! Everyone there is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable on all products, but Chris helped me select a kratom strain Id never tried. He took the time to explain the different benefits of strains, how it is grown, and after small talk while checking out, shared photos of his fur babies 😁

Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. However, not even a week later, the 2 vape pens I bought would no longer charge. There were different staff members in the store and they were horrible. Even though I had receipts for the purchases, I could not get replacements in the store. Horrible customer service the last time I was at the location.

My associate Ashlee was so helpful and pleasant. Everytime I come in I always feel welcomed. The store is always extremely clean and well organized and stocked which is a huge plus for me! Always have what I need at a great price! I love trying new things as well and recently saw a chapstick sitting on display and the associate told me they loved it so I got some and it is the best chapstick Ive ever had. Ive never had a bad experience and Ive always dealt with the most wonderful people and products in this store. I will always send people here!

The Fairview Heights location definitely needs to have their employees be a lot more talkative when purchasing product and let you handle product a little more before purchasing anything. And it should be posted throughout store that all sales are final in big bold letters cant even get a different Torch lighter that basically blew up in my hands. Not to mention the employee working at the time had a very bad attitude and was very rude said NOT MY PROBLEM AND IT DOESNT MATTER get new employees that dont look like they just rolled out of bed with rude attitudes! Done with this place for sure

Cool place. They guy sold me a charger that was broken so I had to buy a new one for my ooze pen. It isn’t really a big deal but he supposedly “tested” it before he sold it to me. He also told me an item was half the price it actually was then didn’t apologize for that mistake. Also, not very many dab tools. The selection is really small and expensive. Probably wouldn’t go back there. I will say they do have a nice selection of water pipes, pipes, and other handheld pieces though.

I bought a dab pen here a couple days ago. Worked great until it died, wouldnt charge. I brought it in today, receipt and all, and Justine and Lauren were extremely helpful in helping me solve the problem (being a faulty charger), and providing me with a working charger. This is the second time that the employees of Mr. Nice Guy have helped me, even when at a point when I thought all hope was lost. Highly recommend this store for all your smoking/vaping needs!

Sucks that this is the closest store and I used to buy kratom here and I no longer can. They don’t order enough white horned kratom that I think they are putting the reds and greens in the white horned package. I know this cause I know what they make me feel like. When I buy from the other cbd store the white horned kratom is consistent and exactly how it should be. Be careful here if you’re buying kratom.
