Place was ok. Unfortunately they used the quick light coals for the hookahs .those have a nasty after taste . Decently priced but music was too loud to have conversations and sound system kept Cutting out. This place could have scored at least 1 more star if they used the good coals.

Exotic Shisha and bar lounge. Went there on a Thursday night expecting it to be dead but it was the complete opposite.Shisha was great, not too expensive. Drinks and service were good.Music is a mix of Ethiopian Spanish and English songs. The music is very loud so if youre looking for a quiet shisha bar thats not the place.The atmosphere was great, everyone was dancing in their seat and having a good time.

They only like their own kind went with friends we are African American but they barley noticed us. We are not Ethiopian so we didnt matter ar all this was July 2nd 2023. Its like we were imaginary. Racism on high to bad because the spot is nice but blnot worth going if your not Ethiopian

$16 charges for half plastic cup(mostly ice) drinks is the definition of robbery. Never returning. They sneakily add 20% tip automatically for sub par service, BEWARE to not add unknowingly. Their potential after renovations is lost on price gouging and lack of care.

We came to kiss for after dinner drinks and hookah. The drinks were STRONG which I normally wouldn’t mind, but it was basically like drinking the house liquor straight with no mixers even after ordering middle-shelf booze. The hookah was left completely unattended and was burnt quickly, tasted horrible. We had to request the bill from 3 different servers, including ours, who served multiple people before getting us the check about 15 min after requested. Absolutely no social distancing so I will be getting a covid test before going out again. A disappointing end to an otherwise great evening. Would give 0 stars if I could.

The place is really cool and vibey. Sat by the bar and the service there was great. The DJ played really good music (A mix of afropop, habesha and hip hop), there was a fun crowd and the hookah good...all at a fair price. My only issue was the state of the bathrooms (dirty).

The atmosphere was bananas. Drinks were on point, music was just right, customer service was impeccable, the tacos were delicious, the hookah was on point, the dj had it popping with a variety of different music, some i knew and some i didnt, but definitely not disappointing. See you all again in the near future with some friends.

Bad service and extremely high prices. The hookah was not good and the drinks were very diluted. A few of my friends were walking to the bathroom and saw a dead mouse. We notified the manager on staff and he laughed and said its part of the experience. It was kind of funny but from the drinks, to the hookah, to the dead mouse, and dirty bathroom, I would recommend avoiding this place.

I had my birthday here and the owner and his kiss lounge Angels are AMAZING!! Also, you know when you order a certain flavor hookah at some lounges you dont taste it because the bottle has been used for many different flavors.. well not at kiss, you order orange you get orange, you order watermelon you get watermelon. Not watermelon mixed with a hint of orange and apricot and mint and apple and every freakin flavor that exist.

Dry hookah served nicely!It was cheap, there was a bar, and service was quite attentive!However, the hookah was really disappointing! Not the sweetest flavors, coals were horrible (the cheapest in the market), the tobacco was also disappointing with both buzz and flavor.

While our waitress was sweet and well-intentioned, the fact that the food prices kept changing (while we were there!), the chef was an hour late and overall confusion - made for a sad experience. It shouldnt take 1hr30min to get 6 small wings when you were the FIRST to order. Sad. + there are better places to get Ethiopian, for the record.

I used to love kiss lounge I started going last October and been going every sense but I’ve noticed that the staff I new started to disappear and the staff now is horrible either thay are doing homework, smoking hookah or prepping the alumni foil for the hookah all out in the open .. they open at 4 but it seems like no one that works there knows that they were still trying to set up while the doors was already open to the public I had to constantly get up and find my waitress

This place is the bomb right in the heart of DC! They got that great drink, great hookah and an amazing Ethiopian food! Only thing hard to find here might be the parking!

Owner is good people but this place gets dumb crowded and loud. Im an old man and need space to walk and breathe but this spot got me feeling Im in a chokehold when I step in. Lots of hot women though.

Amazing absolutely Good quality and social people it was fun dj party. Not as big as the many but food is Amazingly good and all is just Wonderful Here been going to kiss for a while long time now

It Was A Great Place Other Than Lack Of Seating. We Were There For Hours And They Had Seats With Reserved & Empty For HoursService From The Bartender Was Excellent Music Was Great.

Kiss is a beautiful atmosphere, the owner and the ones who works the are very friendly. Kiss has what you would call a home vibe, I feel very comfortable there!

Hookah is always a good and the drinks, Ive been here a few times and the owner always ensured I was taken care and checked up on my table definitely returning back

We had a ball. They were super accommodating and all about making sure our large unexpected party was well taken care of

It is a nice club where different kinds of people hangout. Basically it is ethiopian but you get all kind of music from the DJ. Also there is hookah if you like.

Good vibes, fast service, lots of cool people. Nice hip hop, reggae, and mostly habesha music; dj was very good last time I was there

Servers are good and the place has a good vibe. However, its Very crowded, loud and no seats. Parking is a hassle.

This place is run down and the music is so loud you cant hear any conversation. The pictures online look nice but this is a place to skip.

The menu is super limited but the hookah is great. The portions are big enough to be shared by two people
