Love love love this salon. Diana is absolutely the best! She listens to what you want gives you suggestions if you are not sure and does an amazing job! I went from hair down to my butt to a pixie cut dyed blue and she did the best job ever! She made sure it was what I wanted and I wasn’t having a melt down, and helped me keep the color for a good year before I decided to grow it out. Everyone at this salon has their own personality and are so fun.

My experience was wonderful and very pleasant, conversation was pilot and very welcomed, I enjoyed my experience so much. Thank you for a doing such a great 😊 job on my hair, I was nervous and she eased my fears right away. My hair looks amazing!! Thank you

I’m from Miami and happened to randomly book this place while I was in town for an event. My stylist was Kaitlyn and she was amazing! We chatted the whole time, very fun. The atmosphere is unique, some trendy chic decor mixed with farmhouse vibes. The service was very good, a color and trim. She managed to fix my bangs that a stylist at another salon messed up. Very happy overall and would book again if I was in the area!

I had brown-red hair and Maddie Stephens helped get me up to this gorgeous purple color! Maddie Stephens is an expert with curly hair and she knows how to do color well without affecting the natural curl patterns! I’ve been using Maddie Stephens for years because she in the only one I trust and time and time again she delivers quality! She is also very friendly and kind to LGBTQIA folks, if you let her know what your pronouns are she will 100000 percent respect it. She is seriously one of the best hair stylists in NWA.

Got my nails done by Tay. He did a great job. The nails were beautiful and he works super efficiently so I finished in a perfect amount of time. The space he works in is very nice, clean, and quiet. He is very polite. It was the most relaxed environment for a manicure I’ve ever had and I appreciated it after a long day of work. 10/10 recommend.

I am IN LOVE with how my hair looks every time I come in for an appointment. Maddie puts a lot of thought into how she mixes up my color and it is so worth it. I have never gotten so many hair compliments in my life!

Went in to get color and highlights, the lady we booked with didn’t have the time. So they handed us off to an inexperienced technician. This information would have been nice to know before hand since a three hour job took six hours. And then there were add ons that we were not asked about. That drove the cost up an extra $50. A little communication would have been appreciated, and made the experience so much better. On the bright side she did a good job with the hair color, but she did leave lots of dye on my wife’s face that could have been cleaned up.

My stylist is Alisha Usery and she is seriously amazing. The overall experience was wonderful. I told her a couple things I expected for my hair and she pretty much took over. Thank goodness to because my hair came out even better than I could have dreamed. Im so happy! Totally worth every penny! Im coming back for extensions next week and thats just the beginning of the business they will get from me. On top of everything I had two flat tires when I left and had to leave my truck there overnight. They were all so great about the entire situation and very helpful as well. Last but not least the prices are the very best in town I know because I shopped around before hand. Okay so I wanted to add to this because I got my extensions. Alisha usery was so fast but also so thorough. I almost cried I was so happy. They have made a lifelong customer.

I loved the way my hair turned out after working with Jenny! She did an amazing job and really focused on every detail. She was very thorough in her work and made sure to figure out exactly what I was looking for. She was so kind and a joy to chat with, it really made for a great experience. So, I was in dire need of a change of hairstyle and had heard via Facebook about Brittany Michelle Platt, who works here. She does vivids and we chatted for a bit about changing up my style and adding some bright, flame tones to it. I cannot say enough how delighted I am with the results! She is easily the sweetest person who goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable through the entire session, taking time to share progress and detail what shes doing. She has very gentle hands and is so deft at what shes doing, it is quite relaxing! I could not be happier with the results and will absolutely shout this wonderful ladys praise at anyone who will remotely listen!

After 30 years of dying my grey hair, I decided that it was time to stop and just let my hair be. I went in with my fingers crossed that my bleached blonde ends could be matched with my salt and pepper roots. When she was finished working her magic, Madison turned me around in the chair, and my hair was even better than I could ever have imagined. I would recommend Salon Fix, and Madison in particular, to anyone wanting just a trim or a major overhaul, like myself.

Kayleigh did a fantastic platinum card on my hair. Super happy with the results. She made me feel very comfortable, walked me through every step of the process, and gave me follow up treatment info to maintain healthy hair. Great stylist, great business!

Im sooooo happy with my hair. My hair was a horrible rusty orange-tinged brown color from years and years of box dyes. Salon Fix is my first experience at dying it at a professional salon and I couldnt be more pleased. Holli did an amazing job and Im back to looking natural.😊 Highly recommend.

I always get my haircut here with Ashley, but I have now added a new service to my list. Spray tans with Bo!! She did such an amazing job. Gave me my desired glow without looking streaky or funky. Even my hands are perfectly tan (IYKYK). I will definitely be continuing these spray tan sessions!! 10 out of 10. Cannot recommend enough!!

I didn’t receive a confirmation for my appointment. I had forgotten the time I was supposed to be in. I looked through my email and texts and wasn’t sent a confirmation time. I also had my 2 year old child and wanted to know the time so I could have a family member watch him, unfortunately no one was able to watch him. I ended up missing it because of the lack of confirmation text or email, didn’t know the time, and had no child careThey charged my bank account $120.When I went into the store and talked to an employee about it she brushed me off and laughed at me.I’m honestly just heart broken that $120 of my hard earned money is gone and I didn’t even get my hair done.

Kayleigh did my cut and color. Im a little picky about the shade my hair is and she did amazing getting the color perfect. The cut was very well done. My hair is long and she was able to keep it long, while cutting off all the dead parts. My hair looks so healthy and I cant get enough of the color. She had a lot of hair to work with, but she dyed it very thoroughly so theres absolutely no spotting. Diana did a Brazilian blowout treatment and it made my hair very smooth. She explained everything beforehand so I knew what to expect and she did amazing with the whole process. My hair is also really thick and both women took their time with it to process it well so it smooth all the way through and the color is vibrant and even. The prices are really good and I will definitely be a returning customer.

I hate leaving negative reviews but my experience was absolutely heartbreaking.I had been growing my hair out since I had to shave it a couple years ago after a salon gave me a chemical cut and I was ready to try again. My hair is about to my shoulders and I had bleach with some color over it. I came in for a consultation with low expectations because I did have some banding and thought that it was going to be hard to do my hair. I saw Clo and she said we could do highlights all over for $150 And that my hair was a lot better than I had thought and there would be no issues getting my desired look. I came back a few days later and she did a strand test and it came out great and we had more options. I showed her photos of what I was wanting. A strawberry blonde/rose gold color. She bleached my whole head and then did my roots, washed, and toned it. I came out with hot roots and straight yellow/brass. We agreed it didn’t look good but assured me we could retone in a couple days to something ash blonde. (Not sure how we got to ash blonde when I was wanting strawberry/rose gold) but I trusted her and went to check out. She told me since we did bleach all over it was going to be more expensive. I bought shampoo and conditioner she recommended to try to help my hair and when it was all rung up plus tip it was $425. I left praying that I made the right choice even though I hated my hair that come a couple days it would be fixed. I came back in and reiterated that I was wanting something pink because my request for strawberry blonde or rose gold was thrown out the window. She said we could do pink but we could try to take out the yellow first and if that didn’t work we could do pink. We toned my hair and when I sat back in the chair I started to cry. My hair was ruined. My roots were bright yellow, half of my bangs were clear, my tips were purple, and there was a band of grey around my head. She told me the only was to fix it was to bleach it out but if we did that my hair would suffer. I had no choice to leave with my hair absolutely horrid with no way to fix my $425 splotchy hair.Everyone was kind and the atmosphere was great, unfortunately my hair was just bad.The photos show what I asked for and what I left with each day.

I have been on quite a search for places to get my nails and hair done since Ive moved here from Ohio. The best decision Ive made so far was to go here! Maddie is an excellent stylist that had to fix a terrible hair cut I got elsewhere and did a fantastic job! Then she referred me to Tim to do my nails. I cant be happier!!! This is truly an all around great salon! Look no more. Come here!

First time being here and getting my hair cut in almost 4 years, I can absolutely say that I will be back! Maddie made me feel at home and helped me get more structure back in my curls that I haven’t seen in a long time. As well as a ton of tips to help keep that structure. I highly enjoyed my experience here. 😊

It has been a long time since Ive taken care of my hair. I randomly found Salon Fix and went through the site to book an appt. Very easy process, all prices listed. I was estatic to see an opening today w Holli. The salon was easy to find and very welcoming. I was embarrassed to take my hair down to show and tell the damage Ive put it through! Holli made me feel very comfortable and we made a plan. I have naturally curly hair, so haircuts are always nerve-wracking. The attention, detail, and communication was more than I could ask for. I also liked the whole vibe of the stylists, complimenting each other.So long story long! I hope to see Holli for a long time. She is truly an artist. I feel human again ❤️Im adding the only before picture that I had. It was at least two colors (done by me, and an artist I am not!)

Tay Pham does such a beautiful nails. He’s a perfectionist; He’s always eager to please the client. I definitely recommend him if you want beautiful nail. I always get this design for my pedi.

I came for a root touch up. But I can still see my grey hair on one side and when I flip my hair. I also got a conditioning treatment but my hair felt rough and dry, just the way it was earlier.

Diana is a really great colorist and I always enjoy my appointments with her. I have recommended her to my friends and coworkers as well.

This place is FANTASTIC! I booked an appointment here with Diana ONeill for cut and color and Tim Sisouvong for nails the day before graduation.Diana texted me the day of making my appointment to help me figure out cut & color prior to coming in and we worked to match my dress and look good for graduation. We talked about school, work, her daughter, D&D, Atomic Falls, and her experiences with other work and activities. She gave me tips on what products to use to keep the color for as long as possible.Tim is a funny and fashionable guy - he works quick, it looks great, and we talked the whole time about D&D and camping. I had no idea what I wanted for nails and he walked me through my options, colors that would match my dress and hair, and explained aftercare to me as well. I still have the nails and everyone has been impressed!When I need my nails done or color touched up, I will certainly come back! And I plan to recommend this salon to everyone!

Even after a partial refund. I dont know what my daughter should do. Can this get fixed? Looks like 2 inches was already cut off. Will she lose more inches to correct this?She is sick now probably from being up for so many hours.Im scared for her to go back even with your offer to correct at no additional charge.

I really had high hopes for this salon. After reading reviews I thought this would be the best Salaun. My experience is as follows:I had a consultation about a haircut and color. We discussed what I wanted to achieve with my hair and I was aware that it could take up to two or three appointments to achieve the color process. I agreed and set the appointment and bought hundreds of dollars of Kevin Murphy hair productsUpon my first appointment, the stylist wasn’t sure if she got the appointment time incorrect as she thought it was an hour earlier.., I showed up according to the time on my calendar. We proceed with the appointment. She cut my hair and did some highlights.I am giving this review 2 Stars because the haircut was decent. The color was not, but I knew I wouldn’t achieve the desired result after the first treatment. Now, here is why 2 stars and not more…I explained during the initial consultation that I was traveling with 4 small dogs and would need to book my appointments earlier before it got too hot during the day to leave my dogs in the car.The day of my second appointment, the weather took an unexpected turn, and really warmed up. I called early and explained that my stylist knew my situation, and that it was going to be too hot to leave the pups in the car that long. We rescheduled about a week later.I showed up to the salon only to be told that the stylist wasn’t there and that my appointment was scheduled for earlier. Confused I pulled up my calendar and showed the receptionist that I had it on calendar for the set time that I showed up. She looked at me blank, as if she didn’t understand English. I told her I had just driven 40 minutes for this appointment, and would not have driven that far unless I had an appointment scheduled. I asked her to call the stylist, but she refused. CollapsedWhen I had to reschedule the previous appointment, I mentioned that the stylist gave me her phone number on a piece of paper, but I could not find that paper and asked for her phone number directly. She did not give it to me so I asked her again while I was at the salon if I could contact the stylist. She gave me her phone number and I called, left a message, And also sent a text message.The stylist never returned my call or answered my text message. I called the salon and asked to speak with a manager. The manager did nothing to try to rectify the issue, but blamed me.It wasn’t until about a week later that I realized due to traveling and changing time zones. My calendar had not been set to change time zones. It was not an intentional error on my part, and any good management would’ve had some kind of understanding.The salon workers are extremely immature. Offered no help to the situation. Acted as if they don’t speak English or don’t understand English, and one of the worst communication experiences I’ve ever received.Good thing good stylist are a dime a dozen… I will not recommend this place to anyone as they have very poor business ethics and manners.

I have always been nervous for spray tans because the booths can be so unpredictable and streaky! I started coming to see Bo for all my spray tan needs, and it’s been a game changer. Her attention to detail, bubbly personality, and ability to make you feel comfortable in such a vulnerable setting is wonderful. She is professional and such a delight to be around. I am always pleased with the results and the ways that it lasts for several days after the spray is done. If you’re looking for a great spray tan that won’t leave you feeling sticky, streaky, and disappointed, Bo is your girl! Go see her. 😀

I have seen Diana, Holli, and most recently, Déjà. I have always had an excellent experience-they each were professional, educated me about my hair type and care, and did the exact cut I asked for. Online scheduling is easy, my appointment has always started on time, and the environment is relaxing, clean, and quiet. Most recently, Déjà cut my hair much shorter and with a different style than I have done before and it was exactly as I had asked. I highly recommend Salonfix!

Worst haircut I’ve gotten in years, I went in with a decent amount of hair and told the lady to do a mid fade and take an inch off the top. There’s was no fade on the side and took off ALL my hair and now I look like 11 from Stranger Things. I would go to Great Clips before I go back there.

Kayleigh is my stylist and is truly gifted with scissors. The whole experience was exceptional. She understood not only what I wanted, but what I needed. She explained all of my options even though I told her that she could do whatever she thought was best. I left with a really pretty cut and couldnt be happier!

My daughter and I needed new hair styles and she was so tired and self conscious about her grown out highlights! Alicia and Jenny were AMAZING!!! Alicia made my hair look so much healthier, was super sweet and such fun to talk to. Jenny took SOOO much time with my daughter, helping her learn how to do the curtain bangs, did an all over dye and made her self esteem go through the roof in an instant. I haven’t seen her this happy or proud of herself in a long time. These girls are amazing and we will for sure be going there from now on.

I usually go to barber shops instead of salons to get my hair faded but I rolled the dice on this one and it did not disappoint! Diana was my stylist and I asked for a medium fade and she knocked my haircut out of the park! Very personable and professional! 20/10 I’d recommend! I’m very specific on who I let touch my hair and I can guarantee I’ll be back!

I went in for a trim with Diana O’Neill, and I could not be any happier. Trims always used to make me nervous because I was afraid the stylist would cut more than I wanted. No Worries with Di! She always Triple Checks the amount you want trimmed off, and discusses your needs/wants before she picks up her shears. Her room is private, calm, peaceful, and fun. You will not be disappointed. I have been coming back for years.

I have never been to a hair salon before. I went on a whim to have a professional cut my hair. Chelsea cut my bangs for me. She was so nice and patient! She did an impeccable job. The rest of the staff were so kind and understanding. I had to bring my 9 month old with me, and they were so understanding and accommodating. I already booked my next hair cut with them because it went so great. She gave me tons of advice about what I should be doing with my hair.

Here I am posting my review a month late lol. Sooooo I got a cut with Chelsea and she did AMAZING. She gave me a butterfly cut and it came out exactly how I wanted it!!! She’s super sweet and will give you tips on how to take care of your hair!!! I absolutely recommend you get a cut from her!! Super easy to talk to and she has the GREATEST vibes. I’m very loyal to people I book with but I’m also picky and i trust and choose Chelsea to be my hair girl forever

Incredibly friendly staff, but an unfortunately lacking haircut. I have a bob with bangs and came in needing a trim. Lengths were agreed upon (bangs not to be cut above my eyebrows) and blending between layers and a trim to the bob.Well, my bangs were cut wet (something she commented was a reason she thought she might not want to do so) and now rest a good quarter inch above my brows. On the face-framing cuts she accidentally cut one side shorter than the other. To her integrity, she immediately noticed and apologized, and did her best to blend. It helped, but it affects the literal strands next to my face and is incredibly noticeable.Thank goodness hair grows back, but Im quite bothered by this haircut and will need to do significant styling while these mistakes grow out. Was a first time customer and will not be returning.

Maddie Stephens does every person in my family. My son is autistic and she is amazing with him and my daughters hair has never looked so good. My picky husband is thrilled every time he leaves. We wont trust anyone else she is absolutely amazing.

Diane did my hair on Wednesday. We decided to put a toner on my grey hair and got a cut as well. She did a great job and I am very happy with the results. Highly recommend!

Went in for a cutt and eyebrow shape with Dianna. The cutt turned out amazing! My hair had lots of breakage and was tons of diffrent layers so starting out fresh was much needed. We went for an asymmetrical cut that can still be gelled back and braided, love it!I also have severe anxiety when it comes to my hair and Dianna was amazing and kind and understanding.I definitely plan on coming back in the future.(Also if your getting washed or brows done the ceiling looks like clouds and it is super adorable)

I got in on the same day and went in with a very messed up haircut. Deja listened and understood that my ultimate goal was to get back to how my hair looked a year ago and he really listened to me. We had to do a layered bob, and I can’t wait for it to start to grow out and I can get back to where I was before I had a real problem haircut! Thank goodness for Deja!! It feels good to be heard.

The best haircut I have had in a long time. I had a bad experience with my last haircut at Paul Mitchell, but Diana was able to restore my trust in hairdressers. She was awesome and explained everything that she was doing with my hair. She also had an amazing personality that made me instantly comfortable while getting my hair fixed. I will definitely be back!

Another great experience at Salon FIX! I had an overgrown pixie cut, and my hair is very thick, but Diana did an amazing job getting it short again! She changed a few things I had wanted and was fast/efficient. She definitely knows what she’s doing and is easy going and relaxing to be with/talk to!

Diana has made me feel like Im in control of my hair and is open to trying just about anything. I have been debating an undercut for a long time and she was extremely helpful in providing me with all the positive and negative attributes of an undercut. It made everything realistic and I love my undercut.

Megan Ober did such an amazing job on my hair!! I had frizzy, wavy hair with no definition and she knew right what to do! She recommended me great products within my budget, and gave my hair shape and life! My hair has never felt healthier and I am so happy! Thank you Megan!!

I started by getting a consultation with Chelsea. I was new to this salon and was very nervous to try anyone different. But I 100 percent recommend this salon and Chelsea to ANYONE. She explained throughly the process to me and also explained how to take care of my hair to help keep it healthy. I decided to do bangs and she wanted to make sure I was fully happy with the haircur before leaving her chair. Shes very open and you can really tell she cares about her clients and the hair they walk out with. I cant wait to book her again in the future for hair coloring!!

Absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I were both in desperate need of haircuts and Jenny Craig got us booked super quickly, and at our most convenient time. It was an evening appointment to begin with, and it turned into hours of the three of us just chatting and getting to know each other. She’s such a fantastic person, and her work is stunning. Maddie is a hair psychic. I can come in with minimal direction and she can decipher my mumble code and create a masterpiece of a haircut every.single.time. When you add her grade double A+ personality youre left with a hair cut experience that should probably be covered by insurance because of how therapeutic it is. Got my first haircut in like 3 years! Dre was super awesome! He did an awesome job and made sure I was comfortable and happy with it. He ended up styling it too and it looks so good. And hes just a genuinely great person. Definitely going back when Im ready for another haircut. Im not waiting another 3 years! I promise!

Really nice place, seemed like a good atmosphere based on how everyone around me was interacting. I went in with pretty long curly hair that was very dead on the ends. I asked for my hair to be cut to my shoulders (indicating where I wanted it cut with my hands) because it would end up bouncing up a lot afterwards. I wasnt even asked if the length was good before any chopping started. She just went in straight away to chopping my hair. Usually you start longer and go from there especially with curly hair.. this did not happen and Im not entirely satisfied with what Ive got. There was absolutely no way I could go back from what she gave me. I wish she would have been more considerate and made sure that the length would be good for me. A more conservative approach to cutting would have been appreciated. Now I have very short hair (above my shoulders) that I did not want. I feel that I could have gone to great clips and spent far less money for the same results even better. I came here expecting to get great results and more attention than I would elsewhere the whole interaction took 10 minutes. Im highly unsatisfied.

Alicia is awesome!! She took the time and explained the whole color process that she was going to do to my hair. I do not live in town so she was kind enough to write it all out so I could take it to the person that did my hair next. I could not be happier with how my hair turned out. It was worth the drive and I’ll be returning to Salon Fix. The staff there is amazing!

I moved here from Dallas and I was on the hunt for a new stylist. I booked an appt online (so convenient) with Kayleigh. A friend said she is very talented. I was with my last hairdresser for 15yrs, so when I find a great hairdresser Im loyal.. Kayleigh made me feel comfortable and she did be a wonderful job! I totally love my cut! Looks like I found my new hairdresser and she has a new client. 💙

David is amazing. I shared concerns with him about hair loss Ive experience and explained I had certain cultural standards for hair and my cut turned out great. I will definitely be requesting him in the future.I went back a week later and Lauren did my color and highlight. Ive got to give her credit, shes amazing at color and my hair looks good. However, I am not enjoying it at all because during my consultation and when we talked before we started, I was under the impression we were doing my dark brown ash color with a few highlights thrown in... and I left mostly blonde. The color I went there for and was the main point of my appointment was barely used so Im not sure what rating to give. Hair stuff is expensive so Im stuck with something Im unhappy with but at least she did a good job I guess.

Of the hairstyle she was wanting. My grand daughter left with a smile and thats exactly what I wanted for her. Diana was the sweetest person for building my grand daughters confidence back and letting her know that she is brave and beautiful. I can not give enough credit to Diana for turn what I thought was a terrible situation into a positive day. We will definitely use this salon again.

Giving two stars because I don’t think the problem is the salon itself, just the stylist I saw. Definitely in my top 5 worst experiences. This was my first time at the salon. I showed my stylist, Chelsea, a picture of the hair cut I wanted. I wanted an a line, I left with a bob cut. I asked for her to curl my hair, she tried, but I left with my hair pretty straight. Honestly, I can deal with a not great hair cut if the experience itself is good, but it was super awkward. Despite my best efforts to steer the conversation away from controversial topics, such as politics, she continuously went right back to them. Even went so far as to make a statement along the lines of “if you don’t agree, you don’t belong in my chair”. This was stated in a general since, not to me specifically, but in the midst of her bashing a certain political side. I do not go pay for a service to talk politics or any other controversial topic. In addition, when I arrived I saw that they are a full service salon, so I asked if there was any way I could book a mani/pedi, they said of course. However, after my hair appointment ended, they informed me that their “nail girl” was not there. So I found that super weird and unprofessional. I am a mother of 3 and do not get to get my hair done very often, and I really just wanted to celebrate my birthday with a much needed day of self care. Unfortunately, this was not a great start to my day.

My appointment was with Holli and SHE IS AMAZING!! I have been through some stylist trauma and I was really apprehensive about a new salon and stylist, and my hair was in horrible shape. Holli was finishing a client when I arrived, and I IMMEDIATELY was at ease!! The client looked GREAT! Holli took the time to listen to what I had been through, what I wanted, and explained the steps she would take to get me there. She gave me EXACTLY what I wanted and my hair looks and feels great!

Diana was so kind to me and let me talk about life and stuff. She listened to me and helped me find a length/style for my hair, and I’m so happy for that, I still feel so pretty.I love how wavy and pretty it is!! I seriously am super happy I went in yesterday and ended up with her. But all the stylists and workers there were also super accommodating kind and sweet. They just seemed to really enjoy working together and the energy was so positive. Really really love this place.

Ive been searching for a new stylist for a while. I booked a trim with Kayleigh to try her out. Kayleigh listened to what I wanted with the trim. She was very friendly and personable. By the time I left, she had shown me the tool she used to give me beach waves so I could get one. She showed me how to use the tool to get the beach waves. I also booked a purple highlights appointment before I left. Ill definitely be seeing Kayleigh as my stylist! Thanks!

The website was helpful and organized, which brought me here in the first place. Alicia was both very knowledgeable and bold with my hair, which is exactly what my indecisive self needed. She’s also a hoot and good company throughout the process. The whole salon feels very inclusive to everyone, and there seems be every salon service under the sun available there.

No major issues. Got there 10 minutes before appt. I don’t like being late. Have worked with Erin English in the past. Pricing on app cut and dry $20 for eyebrow waxing. No complaints from me. I do like this location because it is very convenient. Hesitant to spend a lot on manicures/hair/eyelash sets/massage. Have never had these services before so not sure if I want to invest that kind of money repeatedly

Knowing that I play a guitar and prefer to keep my nails short, Tim carefully trimmed them, chose the perfect color for my nails, researched the kind of flower I wanted painted on 2 nails (a dogwood blossom), and proceeded to create a veritable work of art! During our time together, we talked about my family (all of whom he knew) and other topics of mutual interest. I always enjoy my time with Tim.

Deja, my hairstylist, created a look for me both sleek and vibrant. I received a gentle scalp massage during my shampoo, and Deja’s style of banter was calm and low-key. I really appreciated the fact that he did not over apply product, and that he used a soft sell approach, merely mentioning what he was putting into my hair, rather than pushing me to buy it during check out. I’ll definitely return to Salon Fix again!

I was super paranoid about going to a new hair stylist - Ive used the same one for years, and the last time I tried someone different...they botched my hair so much that I didnt wear it down again for weeks. Luckily, my hair grows fast, so it wasnt as noticeable, but going to a new hair stylist had me on edge. I shouldnt have worried though - the individual i used at SalonGix was wonderful. She was friendly, but didnt force me to talk if I didnt want to AND she did exactly what I wanted to be done with my hair. Plus, she added some curls to the end when she was styling it and I felt SO pretty. The atmosphere was a little chaotic and it was difficult to be heard at times with how loud the surrounding chairs were, but overall it was a good experience. Ill absolutely be going here again. Well, most likely anyhow.

David is amazing. I have recently moved here and was having the hardest time finding a salon that was open on the weekend (I work hourly during the week). On top of that none of the other salons had pictures of women with pixie cuts like mine. When I called Salon Fix they assured me that David was great at those kinds of hairstyles and they could fit me in on the weekend.The salon is in the middle of renovating, but everything was clean and friendly. I was attended to promptly when I walked in. David took all of my wants into consideration and asked questions without being pushy. I’m not much of a talker so David’s calm quiet demeanor made my first haircut here relaxing. I walked out with a haircut I love and immediately booked my next appointment.

I came in for a walk-in, having not been to a hair salon in years. Sarah, who was just stopping by and wasn’t even scheduled to work that day, stayed to cut my hair. I am so glad she did! I had no idea what I wanted or needed, but she knew just what to do and what products to use for my dry scalp. And she was super kind and friendly! Hate giving bad reviews but after 2 very negative experiences with this salon in a year and based on other peoples experiences at SalonFix it looks like I dodged a bullet! The last straw was when my stylist canceled 2 appointments in a row just hours before my appointment. The salon owners were very defensive of their stylist which is fine, but they didn’t seem to consider the fact that I did my research and chose the stylist based on my specific needs and didn’t want just anyone to cut/color my hair and that I also had to arrange and then rearrange my work schedules for the appointments. They were not only unsympathetic but pretty hostile as well....hence the need for the unfortunately negative review.

Chelsea was amazing. We have used 4 stylists here and never had a complaint. They are all very welcoming and accepting of all people. If you’re looking for a salon that is a safe place to be you this is it. We’ve used David, Dre, Diane, and Chelsea, all were great.

Chelsea was awesome, first time having a hair cut after a bad perm 3 years ago and she did an amazing job not with just the cut but explaining everything along the way, and asking before she made decisions. She made me feel very comfortable from the time I walked in til the time I left. 10/10 recommend.

Im fairly new to the area. I tried 3 hair salons before I found Holli at Salon Fix. She has done a wonderful job on my hair both times. I once saw a plaque, in a salon, that said something to the effect of Life was terrible - then I found my hairdresser.. Life, for me, wasnt terrible, but it was much better after I found Holli who knows how to handle my hair. 😉

Ive had really long hair for over 16 years. Ive been trying to convince myself to get it cut short for years. I had some very basic ideas, but wasnt really sure what to go with or what other options there may even be. Ive never even been to a barber before. Always had some version of a homade haircut or just grew it long. It was a wonderful experience and Deja really knows what he is doing! Im loving it!

Brittany did a wonderful job on my hair! So much detail in the color…..she knows what she is doing! Also, I was there for just a cut but she had a cancellation and I was able to get it colored too instead of me having to go back later!

I had my hair cut there yesterday, and I asked for choppy wispy layers. The only thing the stylist used was their thinning shears on three separate sections of my hair. I have fine but thick hair and thinning it out does not help me nor does it give the layers I wanted. My hair doesnt look bad thats why I gave two stars, but I would not go back. I wasnt given what I wanted, and to have them fix it would require cutting my hair nearly to my shoulders.Also, I have wavy hair and when blow drying my hair the stylist pulled out their diffuser which initially made me happy. However, they just brushed my hair with the diffuser and through their fingers which defeats the purpose of using a diffuser.

Madison is awesome and always makes me look beautiful regardless of how ugly I actually am. I went before a date to get my eyebrows beautified and I think I actually lost weight once she was done! Highly recommend!

I was very happy with my experience. I believe the hair stylists name was David, but he was very professional, calm and very knowledgeable on my type of hair(fine thin heavy oils etc) and showed me a product to fix those problems. He answered all of my questions and even had knowledge on how long the product would last before I would need to buy another one. The woman at the front desk was kind and smiley and welcoming. Very helpful as well. 10/10

My first visit here and I loved it! Everyone is so friendly and informative, and the environment is happy and fun. Laurel (my stylist) is creative and very attentive to detail. She listened my ideas but threw in her own good ones. Took her time and made sure we were both satisfied with my cut. Love the end result! Great experience. I look forward to going back.

David did an amazing job. I called to get an appt late in the day and he was so wonderful about staying late to fix the mess of a home coloring disaster I had created. I had expected to leave the salon bald but he managed to correct the color and not have to shave my head! He was so professional and the price was far less than I had expected. Deja took excellent care of my family. It was my sons first hair cut he was able to make his own decisions for his hair style. Deja was very patient with him. Hes 12 and my mom is the only one to cut his hair until now. He absolutely loves his hair style . My boyfriend received a beard trim. He was apprehensive in the beginning . We left with two very happy gentlemen. The salon was very clean and inviting to customers. The waiting chairs are quite comfortable I might add as I waited patiently. The services we quite quick. After a few days of taking my new do for a spin, not that I can take it back, I have to say ... I’m still overjoyed! I’ve always had long hair, always in a bun to hide the tangles, and if it was down, it meant I washed my hair that day and I was feeling myself - tangles, frizz, and all. A few months ago, I finally walked away from a job I’ve had for eight years, a place I’ve known and called home since moving to Fayetteville in ‘07. After taking a month off to right myself mentally and emotionally, it was time for a change. So I decided to start with my hair first. Called a friend who’s opinion I value for recommendations. She suggested Salon Fix. I booked an appt with Alicia. I knew what I wanted but didnt know if my crazy hair would allow it. Went in the next day, not sure what to expect, I’ve never had my hair done professionally. I let Alicia know what I wanted, even showed her a few images cause I’ve never been good at explaining things. She knew immediately, even made a few suggestions that would work ...Alicia, you are love. You are beauty. It shows in every cut, in every trim, in every wave, in every strand. My tears were of joy, of relief, of finally letting go. Thank you so much! I love my new hairdo. I’ll definitely be back for highlights!! Now, where can I go to get a really good tattoo?

Sarah Slay did a remarkable job with first bleaching my dark brown hair, then adding the exact color I had showed her in the reference photos. My hair looks and feels extremely healthy. I 100% recommend her to anyone looking to get their hair done!

I went to Alicia Simmons with one heck of a hair project... take my box colored hair back to natural. She was patient and honest and gave me realistic expectations. She also explained up front that it would be a multi step/visit process so that I knew what I was getting into before getting started. I am honestly a horrible salon customer and typically cry when my hair is cut even the slightest. For the first time ever I walked out loving my hair and feeling confident.I also wanted to note that the atmosphere there was extremely comfortable. The other stylists were friendly and great company for our first long day of many. What a great little gem of a place in Fayetteville!

David was amazing! I havent had bangs since 5th grade(now in my 20s), and I was nervous about getting them again. He made me feel very comfortable, and worked his magic. He showed me how to style them myself with minimal effort. He talked me through the process so I understood everything too. Just all around a wonderful experience!

Danielle Cloud is the Best! Love this girl.Awesome peaceful location. She is an amazing massage therapist. I have a lot of pain and joint issues. She helps keep me moving. I highly recommend Danielle for all your massage therapy needs!

I wouldn’t go to Kayleigh Wade at all. Terrible experience, would give her 0 if I could. When she was washing my hair, she was so rough and aggressively pulled my hair to where my head goes back. When she was blow drying my hair, she would hit me when using the paddle brush. Didn’t even section my hair nor used heat protectant. When it was time to cut, I obviously showed her the picture of what I wanted. She gave me something I didn’t even want. Unblended layers, did NOT give me a V-cut, didn’t clean the curtain bangs up. When I mentioned about the V cut she said that the layers would end up in that shape, however it was more like a downwards U. Every time I said something was needing to be fixed, her body language showed that she just wanted my cut to be over. Kayleigh also yelled whilst talking to other coworkers. She would also hold her shears out of her palm, so be careful in case she might poke/graze you. $45 wasn’t worth it IMO.

I love Salon Fix where I have a main stylist (Alicia) but I also trust and have used the other stylist because they are all Hair Color Experts!! They’ve taken me from hone dyed hair to dark brown solid to mega platinum highlights and now headed back toward a darker shade of things — all with NO damage to my hair.And these chicks are like sisters. I can call on the fly for an blowout on a bad day and they fix me up!! 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤 Five Stars for sure!!

The salon and staff are all welcoming and affirming. Misty is just an excellent listener and creative in her styling. I enjoyed my first manicure there with Tim. They follow COVID guidelines which made me feel safe over the last year!

Loved everything about this place!! It was my first time going. She did exactly what I asked and Im extremely happy! My only issue is I just wanted my ends dusted because Im trying to grow my hair out which she did and straightened my hair (which she told me was included with my hair cut) and I didnt have her wash my hair but she charged me $40 and I gave her a tip. I was in her chair for maybe 15 mins and 10 mins was her straightening my hair. Still trying to decide if spending almost $50 for a dusting is worth going back.

Dre Domasig was very meticulous and patient with my long, thick, and curly hair. He did a great job cutting and styling my hair! He even played relaxing/spa music on his portable speaker for me. What a treat! I’ll be back for sure.
