My husband and I booked for a couples massage. I wish I captured the two ladies names. They were both so wonderful. Very pleasant, welcoming and great service. The massage was better than I anticipated. I would highly recommend them over any other massage services in Fayetteville. My husband and I tried several different spots and we have found our place now! Thank you for being open and doing what you do.

First time coming here and I felt at ease as soon as I was greeted. I was texted the link to access the paperwork, prior to arrival. Jessica had the printed diagram of my body and asked some really detailed yet brief questions. I was taken back within minutes and she explained the massage process. She definitely knew what she was doing! 10/10 would recommend!

I really enjoyed the couple’s massage from Cozy Spa. The office was inviting and the massage therapists were very nice and explained everything. The pressure was excellent and they listened very well. The only improvement I could really think of would be to see if they could sound proof the room a little better as we heard street traffic and others in the office speaking. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience.

I had an Amazing experience getting a facial today. The atmosphere was calming and very clean. The esthetician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. I did not feel rushed at all. The facial was extremely relaxing. I was given excellent advice on how to maintain my skin care routine. The prices are very reasonable. I plan on being a regular customer and recommending others to this location.

I been looking for a spa to get a couples massage with my husband and we found our place. They were both amazing. Really welcoming place, relaxing atmosphere and very professional. My husband had never got a full body massage and they make sure he understood the process, the benefits of each different massage and the correct pressure. I had have massages before and so far they had been the best. Thank you for the great experience, my husband agreed to go back!!!

I loved the quiet calm atmosphere. I got my first facial here and it was such an amazing experience. I was given good instruction on how to better manage my skin issues and also I was treated very respectfully. I’m definitely going to bring my best friend here next time. I already set an appointment to return. I was also very happy with my facial. My skin felt soft and supple and I looked so refreshed.

Jessica did an excellent job! She is a life saver! I was able to book a short notice appointment and she made me feel welcomed. Excellent environment! I will be back!

Very affordable. I felt relaxed and welcome from the time I entered the building too the time I left. I literally got a facial, a microderabrasion treatment, and a complimentary massage for under $100.00 and I am beyond impressed. I will recommend Cozy Spa to everyone. I fell like she really took her time to give me exactly what I asked for and I am completely satisfied with the results. Dont judge a book by its cover please go see for yourself you will not be disappointed.

I visited Fayetteville for a weekend and wanted to have time for myself. Therefore, decided to have a facial and massage, found Cozy Spa and it was amazing. I was impressed with staff attentiveness and professionalism but more with the service.

As badly as I would like to give this establishment 5 stars I just can’t. I went in on my birthday for a microdermabrasion and as the esthetician was talking about the benefits of chemical peels she offered that as well and I obliged. Within 30 minutes of leaving the spa after receiving the peel my face was badly burned (already beginning to scar) . It was my first chemical peel so I almost thought it was normal until I spoke with my mother who gets them frequently and has never experienced burns on her face, and her skin is more sensitive than mine. Unfortunately for me I have been left with burn scars on my face that look like dark shadows on my cheeks and forehead. In reality I can probably really use a chemical peel now, but I don’t want to be burned again. The establishment was nice and the lady who serviced me on my birthday was very kind but every time I look in the mirror I see the scars on my face and feel a mix of emotions , the worst being insecurity.Update: I was contacted by the owner shortly after posting the review , and I was offered further treatment which I more than likely will decline. The response from the owner under my comment was left AFTER our phone conversation where she made no mention of an “allergic reaction,” that was strictly to save face. The same day I received the treatment and called back to the spa to mention my concerns about the “burns” there was no mention of a chemical reaction , when she requested pictures the next day and I sent them there was no mention of an “allergic reaction.” I do not have sensitive skin, and I have never had any allergic reactions to anything ever in my life. What happened in this situation is simple, she performed a chemical peel AFTER a microdermabrasion , meaning my pores were already “open” (for lack of a better term) and therefore my skin was burned (too much at one time, which I didn’t know because I’m not an esthetician and I trusted her) . I don’t appreciate a mishap on your end being pushed back on my skin.

My therapist was detailed in knowing where the problem areas were and loosing up the muscle area that was causing the most problems! It was like a relaxing chiropractic visit with less stress on the body!

Ileana is amazing!! I almost fell asleep multiple times. She is very attuned to the needs of the body. Prices are also very competitive and Ive researched a lot. Wont be disappointed!

4th time there..got my 1st beard facial..it REALLY makes a difference. Never realized how much healthier my beard could actually be. Recommend a beard facial to all men....for those just growing a beard this will help it grow fuller and healthier
