Don’t get membership bc you are locked in and can never get anyone on the phone to cancel it in my case I moved out of the area and massage envy refused to cancel my membership they steal your credit cards information and use it without your authorization read everything very close but also they take your money and dont even honor only at what ever location you sign up and they say they keep information on file but truth is they don’t

This location is absolutely amazing. I make appointments with ease, receive text messages regularly regarding open appointments, and the front office staff is always polite.The entire staff of massage therapists are exceptional, and the newest hire, Deraczi, is a fantastic addition to the team. He has personality/tact, professionalism, and skill. His knowledge of the body, confidence in himself, and care for his client created a five star massage experience.

Everyone from the from desk staff to Loretta my massage therapist was great. Super helpful and kind and welcoming. Loretta is an amazing therapist and really listen d to me about my trouble areas and I walked out feeling relaxed and like a new person!

DO NOT sign up with this company. I have edited this message to respond to the Google Review response from Massage Envy by including: “the response to submit a form to help correct my experience will be followed by an empty offer to help at which point they will verbatim repeat legal wording from their corporate contract and highlight all wording making it clear that they have no obligation to refund further locking you into services. They will however offer you to pay an additional $20 a month to freeze your membership and not use any of your credits.”They lock you into services that they don’t have enough staff to provide. For 3 years they have had a 3 month waiting list or out booking for massage therapists. They will try to offer you sub-par substitute services or allow you to freeze your account with a monthly fee to wait until they can provide you with service. It has taken more than 3 months for a manager to respond to my many phone calls and email request for help. They will NOT refund any appointments that they cannot honor or offer times for. This is a total scam. They will repeat basic contract details which they feel completely free them from any need to fulfill their commitment to what you are paying a monthly service for. Therapists stay for several months and leave as well. Absolutely do not sign up

Most recent problem, massage envy sent me a text that they had an opening the next day, so I agreed and they acknowledged. I showed up at the states time and they said they are having trouble with their notifications and they do not have an appointment for me. I arranged my day to attend an appointment, I was offered, and the therapist isn’t even there. I then check on my next massage date and they said that therapist is not with the company anymore. No one notified me so, yet again I would have showed up with no therapist. Then, no attempt to make it right, they tell me the next date available is in June. This is March!Very difficult to schedule with. Even getting an appointment once a month is difficult and I have a flexible schedule. Seem under staffed and very busy, then they lock you in to a year that can not be canceled without a doctor note. They put you on a cancellation list and contact you as if you can drop everything and come in with no notice. Maybe they should clamp down on the cancellation people, so consistent clients who keep their appointments will be able to get in more easily. Like if someone cancels 2 appointments in a certain time frame, they are dropped from membership? A regular attending client shouldnt be on a cancellation list in order to get an appointment.

You’re better off paying a little more at a higher quality establishment. I had the worst massage therapist who did not listen to anything that I was saying. The therapist had said that he does not do medium pressure because he wants to prolong his career even though that is what I had scheduled. There were many other issues throughout the appointment as well. I try to be a good customer, but when I’m paying for a service, I would like to get what I pay for. When I brought this up, I was told the manager would call. She called a week later and after I told her about the poor service, her solution was for me to use someone else’s accrued service that had been accidentally transferred to me. So she did not compensate me for the awful massage, but basically said I could “try again” using a massage in my account that someone else had already paid for. The manager said she did not have the authority to do anything about compensation for the bad massage and that she would get back to me after she talked to her manager. I have not heard anything back. Will never go back.

The massage was good. The practice is when someone leaves for business is not good at all I had booked for June and July appointment three months ago to see a particular therapist and when I called they said they could not honor those appointments due to the fact that therapist was leaving. No phone call to let me know no option to see another therapist. On top of that there is signage that says my monthly rate is going up five dollars. Tried to book other appointments for future, and was not able to find a single appointment on a Monday or Friday for seven weeks. Also because it was deep tissue I was charged additional $15 on top of that. Not happy at all with the service at the front desk. Massage therapist was good

This was my first time ever getting a massage. I did some research and decided to come here. I was amazed. Very relaxing. The staff was incredibly nice and inviting. I became a member! Such a great experience and cant wait to go back. I saw Lynsey for my massage and she was great!

This was my 1st time going to massage envy the experience Was Great. Loretta took care of my needs and pinpoint the areas that were bothering me. I will be back. Paige was awsone as well at the front desk.Thank you

Make sure youre on top of your credits. If you dont go for a while, you accumulate credits for massages. Then you realize you can only book appts 3 months out for x amount of appts at a time. You cant stop your subscription because you lose your credits. My SO wants to quit but cant because she needs all her credits used up before she can do that. Thats how they get you folks. Otherwise the employees are very nice (did one massage myself).

Absolutely love it here! Audrey greeted me like she knew me for years when I first arrived it was very welcoming! Alecia did my facial she was very kind and skilled. Andrea did my massage and she wonderful too. I am very pleased with my service here and looking forward to going back in the future 😁

I had a back to back Massage Envy experience with Rod (massage) and Marika (facial). Rod provides one is the best massages I’ve ever had, and he is able to provide the pressure that I desire in a massage. He’s friendly, informative, and professional! This was my first experience with Marika, and I was very impressed with her approach and professionalism. I would be happy to see her again for another facial. Overall, I give Massage Envy and these two providers an enthusiastic thumbs up and 5 stars!!

SUPER disappointed Rod is no longer here. I have 17 unused credits because it is nearly impossible to schedule an appointment because theyre all booked up for months in advance. Finally found a massage therapist that worked for me and now that he (Rod) is gone Im not sure what to do. I cant use my credits on a facial because last time I went for one I sat and listened to the person complain about their life and left with no difference in my face at all. No relaxing in sight. Wish I could rewind time and never sign up with this company.

I received a gift voucher and after getting my massage decided I would sign up for their yearly membership giving me a discounted service fee monthly which i could put towards any of their services.Well, every time I have tried to book a massage there has been absolutely no availability. I finally decided I would try out the facials and a 18 year old girl walked in. I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking to myself, “well they wouldn’t hire someone who didn’t know what they were doing”. I then proceeded to sit there for over an hour with my neck propped up in an uncomfortable way while i received my “facial”. Still having no choice but to continue using the services I had already paid for, I got another facial the next month (still no massages to be offered) and was up charged for a $30 service during my facial that I was never told I was getting.After 2 more months of not returning I finally was able to book a couples massage for my boyfriend and I. During our massage my masseuse continuously passed gas for the entire duration of the massage and my boyfriends masseuse left the room for over five minutes during the massage.After calling various numbers and emailing whoever they told me to, i was finally given a “cooperate number to complain to” and it didn’t work...Don’t waste your time with this garbage establishment, just go to someone local and support someone who truly knows what it means to provide someone with massage.Update: i have spent months calling “corporate” and other dead end numbers that do not work. The only answer I’ve been given is that “there is nothing they can do”

Theyve cancelled 5 times. Cant book until months out. IMPOSSIBLE for me to use 26 credits which is almost 2k!! I have to sue bc they are indepently owned and Corporate can not do anything but forward my info! Scam!

I have been struggling with chronic back pain due to a spine condition for a few years now and I decided to see if a massage would help with the pain, and it was the best idea i had. The masseuse John was very knowledgeable and skilled, too! I will definitely be coming again!

Bre is a great Massage Therapist. Shes not to hard but knows when to work the muscles to get the knots out. I always enjoy my sessions with her and always feel well relaxed afterwards.

First time here. Showed up 15 minutes early. Massage started 20 minutes late. Booked a deep tissue massage, got a medium rub down at best. If you want your knots worked on, look else where. Staff were friendly and check-in process was easy.

Ive been going to Massage Envy for almost a year and have no complaints. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, work to accommodate your needs and preferences. Even in the pandemic with staff shortages and scheduling difficulties, they work hard to make it work for their customers.

I thought the massage therapist I had was terrible. I asked for specific things and dont feel like she really listened. I will say, Im usually very happy with the massage therapists, so it must have just been back luck.

Since I have been regularly visiting my favorite massage envy location In Fayetteville Ny my health and total wellbeing has improved drastically and for that I have to thank several of the staff! First There’s John(Rod) and Dina between the two of these phenomenal massage therapists I have been able to start enjoying life more and getting better physically! Thank you so much they are amazing!Esthetician’s Brittany, Suzanne and Marika each have played a part in helping me get my skin feeling younger and an extra little shout out to Suzanne for helping my 16 yr old son get an idea of how to take better care of his teenage skin!Last but not least the scheduling ladies Danielle and Jamie!I actually just had two sessions with John the past couple days 2 hours each and tonight 11/23/2021 had to be the best outcome yet!It’s not just one of hers wonderful team members it’s all! They all compliment each other as far as I’ve experienced with these named and I’m looking forward to my next visit and seeing more progress from head to to literally! Tembi is wonderful at helping me to relax and get rid of all the tension in my muscles! I just had my first experience with hot stone massage and it was amazing! The thing I didnt know until recently is that you have to schedule a 90 minute massage in order to add hot stones.

Loretta is a fabulous masseuse, just the right pressure. It was a marvelous experience. I highly recommend the CBD enhancement. The pain reduction lasted all day and I only the night. I will be adding that again. Thank you.

I was a member 2 years ago, I then cancelled my membership because I wasn’t going anymore. I found out a few weeks ago I was still getting charged for the last 2 years because they never cancelled my membership. With that being said I called them and was told I would hear from the person in charge of the location, which I did not and I also emailed them, still have not heard anything. Maybe this will get their attention..

The Fayetteville-NY office is amazing.I’ve been blessed to experience several of the therapists. A shout out the my favorite, Shaina.She’s done a great job loosening my back and neck and etc, to allow me to have good, nearly pain free weeks.Thank you Massage Envy.

Its a joke trying to make an appointment. Cant get any appointments and the ones that I am able to get are canceled on me. Do not waist your time and money on this place. For a place your supposed to get a massage a month and are PAYING for that it isnt worth it.

Massage Envy in Fayetteville is great! I’ve always had wonderful experiences here and my visit with Suzanne yesterday was perfect! They always send text reminders and it’s so easy to schedule appointments!

Front Desk staff are always friendly, personable and professional. The esthetician, Suzanne, was absolutely amazing. She is the reason why I returned to this ME location.

I bought my gf a pregnancy massage from here she had September. She loved it raves about it the entire night .The sign with the “buy one get one free is a little misleading though “You don’t get one free unless you spend 120 dollars . Nevertheless she enjoyed herself to the fullest .

I had a massage with therapist Rod yesterday at the Fayetteville location. As a person who is highly active and currently training for a long distance road race, soreness and muscle pain are constant companions. Rod took the time to really listen and ascertain the significant areas of concern, align his treatment accordingly, and ultimately make me feel whole again. He communicated both before and again after the treatment via a follow up conversation sharing effective ways to better avoid the imbalances of muscle strength and weakness that can cause pain and injury. Rod is the consummate professional who clearly finds meaning and purpose in the service he provides for people.

Its a horrible place. Every month they charge a membership fee and an appointment that I had they canclelled just send the message that they have lost a worker who worked for them . In 9 months I have only been three times. Girls who work at the reception do not work professionally with people at all. I see that I am not the only one with this experience this is just a stilling money from people!!!!

Rod is the best therapist Ive ever seen and I have had hundreds of massages! Actually works on my problem areas and offers good tips and advice for different stretches and ways to prevent it from happening again. 😄

Britany was amazing and walked me through the entire process of a facial since it was my first one. My skin felt amazing afterwards and I will definitely be booking with her again soon!

I have been doing strech sessions with Colin , he is just amazing , his session’s are better than getting massages .

I dont know why this place has gotten such bad reviews. The receptionist greeted me as soon as I walked in with a smile and answered all the questions I had. They thoroughly explained the process and what to expect. Bob was my masseuse and paid attention to what I asked for. His pressure was perfect for me. I had a great experience and will be coming back!

My massage therapist at Fayetteville location - Emily - is amazing. Excellent rapport and understanding of my needs on a given day, always very attentive and sincerely caring.

Everyone there knew my membership ended in November and nobody said anything about a cancellation notice so I thought I was done until they kept taking money off my card until I went in there and they said no refunds.. good way to screw your customers and make them want to come back isnt it

From the initial phone call to book, to the front desk as I walked in the door, to the massage table for an hour of pure relaxation and enjoyment - the staff, Loretta (my massage therapist) and facility all contributed to a wonderful experience.

Tembii is fantastic! Massage Envy is lucky to have her as an employee. I was going every month, then I met Tembii and switched to every three weeks. Incredible work!

Loretta has been amazing for 4+ years now and I couldnt ask for a better Message Therapist. The front desk staff is always helpful in Fayetteville, NY.

I received a gift card Christmas of 2019 due to covid they were closed from March on it is now January of 2020 and they are not honoring their gift cards anymore which I think is bad business. So I will not do business with massage envy I believe that it was not professional I think its ridiculous that they did not honor their gift cards.

I’m consistently impressed with Massage Envy! Loretta and Lynsey are both phenomenal. Glad that Massage Envy makes massage part of my regular routine!
