Decent room. A few roaches and a working TV but no signal or satellite TV service hooked up or even in the room. Cell phone reception Id heavily affected. Several people not staying at the hotel snooping around vehicles in the parking lot. I think thats enough for everyone reading reviews to draw their own conclusion as to rent a room or not.

This place doesnt even deserve a star. The room was smelly and the sheets had cigarette burns all in them and than while I was watching TV there was bedbugs on the other bed. The pillows was dirty and flat the rags was dingy and dirty and the lock for the door would not lock. I would NEVER recommend this place EVER

I paid for a king size bed which was more money than the double bed and didnt get it. I was given a room where I had a double bed, the door didnt lock, the curtains didnt close all the way and I turned on the heat and the room smelled like an electrical fire was going on. This hotel was advertised as right off of 95. That was a joke, not even close. No restaurants within a 3 mile radius. Dont stay here if you dont have to.

This hotel is actively undergoing renovations, so it is understandable that not everything is up to its full potential. I am in no way slandering this establishment, its owners operators or associates, I am simply giving my personal opinion formulated from my individual experience with the services of the establishment and staff therein.The room was a bit small, upon entering my room, it was uncomfortably humid, the AC unit I felt was not up to par. The filter was extremely dirty, the t.v. did not come with a working remote, the appliances offered in room are a mini fridge and microwave both worked fine. But those are the only 2 appliances in the room. They do not offer much when it comes to personal hygiene, a bar soap and one bottle of body wash, no shampoo, conditioner, body lotion or oral hygiene is in the room. I was a bit standoffish about the bathroom, as it appeared to me not as clean as it could have been. The shower did work but not as well as I would have liked, a lot of calcium build up on the shower head, the bathtub drain appeared to not even drain any water, there was 2/3 of a roll of toilet paper, the towels and washcloths looked dingey and stained, nonetheless I did not utilize the shower the 2 days I was there. I was not offered any kind of house keeping, there were no wastebaskets in my room. My room did not include an ice bucket and also was not able to locate an operational ice machine out of the 3 on site. Upon exiting my room, I was double checking to make sure I didnt leave any belongings behind so naturally I looked under the bed, and discovered a small but unacceptable amount of garbage underneath the bed I assume left by the last guest. The bed was comfortable, and aside from a lot of things I personally didnt approve of, the little interaction I had with the front desk clerk was nice. He seemed to care about what I thought and what feedback I had to give, I felt like he cared about my experience with my stay, but I also feel he put little effort in assuring a satisfactory stay. If you are just looking for shelter for the night or a place to escape for the day this is exactly that. Though there are few amenities, it was an okay stay. I recommend if you are going to stay here bring your own hygienic products and prepare to do a small amount of cleaning. this by far is not the worst hotel Ive stayed in, you can tell with the on going renovations they are trying to do their best in accommodating their guests. I suggest they find more experienced housekeepers and possibly a manager with more experience in the hotel business as well. Im not trying to steer any potential guest from renting a room here by any means, but I personally will most likely not be seeking the services of this Hotel in the future.

Asked for a smoke free room and it smelled like cigarettes, service was ok. Some guy was beating his wife and we got scared and went to a new hotel, Thin walls also. Didn’t even sleep there bc of the fight. Do not recommend

Our room was filthy. Trash under the bed, in the couch, dead roaches everywhere, and you could tell someone smoked in the bathroom even though it was a non smoking room. The decor and fixtures were old and rusted. Some of the lights didnt work. After speaking with the front desk three seperate times about the issues I was told housekeeping would clean it up. Upon returning to the room the bed was made and there were clean towels but everything g that I had reported was still left untouched. Went straight back to the front desk and was furious. Trying everything to get out if giving back any money or compensation I was shown a new room. Funny thing is it was one of the newly renovated room thats advertised on the site...sure I took it.

Filthiest hotel I have ever seen. Bedspread covered in burn marks, sheets filthy with stains and blood spots - found dead bedbug carcasses in mattress seams. Removed pillow case and found bugs, matted hair, and body fluid stains. Bedside stand full of garbage and roach feces. Most of this hotel is not in use, looks condemned, and is unsafe. We refused to stay after a quick inspection and the staff promised a refund which I have not received yet. Ended up staying at a different hotel downtown.

If I could give this place no stars I would!!! Omg so much for a king size suite! The pictures online are so deceiving its not even funny! The room was so small! The curtains were falling off the rod, there was a massive hole in the bathroom wall near the shower! No toilet sear cover! I didnt even want to look in the fridge! The comforter and sheets had stains on them and they didnt even have the audacity to at least put a fitted sheet on the mattress! You can tell theyre still renovating it! The box springs for the bed were stained and dont even get me started on the room service! Will never stay this place again! Ever !

Our second time staying here in the past few months and both visits has been fantastic. The staff is friendly and efficient, the breakfast is great. The setting is very tranquil, rooms are well appointed. Suites on the rooftop have (semi) private outdoor terraces and the view of the terrace and Central are phenomenal.

I will start with they did some good work on the room. I booked my room through hotels.com and so far as I know its a very secure site to book rooms. I have had no problem with any of the upscale hotels that I have stayed. But the staff treated me like I walked in off the street and required a $50 cash deposit for the room I had already paid for. I have to make a special trip to get my cash back. I wont stay again.

Our first visit to enchanting Eastern Blvd, and the hotel was first rate, with a charming roof terrace. Luxuriously comfortable bedroom if a little noisy when sleeping with windows open. However the service from the delightful young staff was superb - nothing was too much of a problem, and it was through them that we visited the best non-tourist! Restaurants, and 3 unforgettable evenings.

Roaches and blood on sheets. Broken fixtures. Showed us 3 rooms trying to keep us here. No no no!! The last room the toilet was full used and not flushed. Used booking.com now I have to fight for a refund did not even sit down. Also they make you use a a cash deposit $50.

After booking my room two weeks in advance I arrived to find that they had no rooms available, and after being turned away I was still charged “cancellation fees” in total they added up to the $175 I was quoted for my first week, to top it all off they then tried to charge my card again for canceling the second week. The location is semi decent being near walking distance of several restaurants, but unless you are carrying a firearm I would not even walk the parking lot after dark. I really wish I didn’t have to select a star to post this......

I usually stay at this hotel for business. The location is perfect. With 4 choices of food for dinner there’s something for everyone but if you want to try something else, walking distance there are tons of options. The rooms are extremely comfortable; the service is personal and caring. Staff is always smiling and nothing is ever an issue. Highly recommend, I would not stay anywhere else

I really do not understand how their average star rating is a 3. If I could give this hotel a rating of zero stars, I would. This place is dirty and they have brown recluse spiders in their rooms. My mom got bit and her knee is swollen to the size of a baseball and has infection and pus leaking out of the bite. It is causing her excruciating pain. To top it off, the hotel office workers are hateful, rude, and extremely sexist.Having worked in restaurants and hotels before, I know that this is NOT an acceptable way to run a place of business. To say that I am disappointed is the biggest understatement. I urge anyone who is considering to rent a room here, to do yourself a favor and find a different option. Just about anywhere else would be better than this place, because I can almost guarantee it does not get worse than the Economy Inn located on Eastern Blvd in Fayetteville, NC.

Edit: I left a previous review, however this occasion calls for a new one. My previous stays were without issues, however now I was told that I had to pay an extra $37 for my 2 nights because the Orbitz rate isnt correct. From a previous experience, I dont use Orbitz insurance anymore, so I stayed that night so I wouldnt lose what I already spent. If anyone wants to stay here, actually call the hotel to make a reservation with their rate cause with so much scamming going on, I wouldnt be surprised if this was one way of getting people in and then getting them to pay more.I like that for the price, cleanliness isnt compromised. Its as if because a hotel offers a dirt cheap price for the night, that means they can just throw keeping rooms clean out the window. Oyo is different and actually maintains the rooms in good condition and bug free. Staff is okay. Basically, theyre just there, not friendly or rude, just there. Noise isnt an issue. Id give this hotel a solid three.

The sidewalk has more customer service, respect, and personality than the owner and staff. Made reservation for three adults to stay and only had linens for two people. Walked into office to ask for a towel and washcloth for third adult. The kid working the front office, with a horrible attitude, told me that the housekeeper would bring it to my room. Not once did I receive a call or knock on the door. Second day, after paying the rent, I was refused a clean third towel. The housekeeper informed me, quote after saying there was three adults, I dont care! The rules are two towels per room. The most horrible experience in USA. I am in Shock!!! Starting from the terrible smell of alcohol and cigarettes inside, ending with blood stains, cockroaches, dirty toilet and disgusting condition of the room!!!! I couldn’t stay there even 30 seconds!I was requesting my money back at the same time, but the reception guy didn’t return anything, he said to call hotel support service. And I’m calling every day, but no one care, only fed with promises..... Return my money!

Go to a holiday inn. This place ruins oyo in general. I disliked the location of the hotel; when I first walked in, they didnt know how to look up my booking from online, I had to wait about 20 minutes for the manager to show up. The pool was very muddy and the check in hall was nasty and smelled strong of garlic and curry powder (or Indian resturant). I had to leave and come back for an oddly cash only in person $50 deposit. Of all my travels, never had to give cash off an app. Got into the room, no phone, no microwave, no tv guide, their idea of king bed was two old used full beds pushed together, curtains covering the windows had mold, the beds had stains all over the sheets and blankets, mold on the bathroom mirror and all over the shower (you can smell the mold), the refrigerator had a bad smell to it as well, and it seemed as if they didnt finish renovating the bathroom (the shower rod was not on the wall and sitting in a corner on top of a wooden box next to the toliet). When it came to check out early morning, had to knock on the glass and ring 2 different bells that didnt work for about 10 minutes. Finally woke someone up and he was wearing no shoes and hair a messed up. Dont think this was really 24/7 service. I forgot to memtion that there was a broken down washer and dryer in the hall as well. Ice machine had water leaking out as well in the same hall. I also found out that the employees of this hotel make up good reviews on Google... One actually checked me in person and maybe should have took his photo down on the google icon.

4 day stay for business this week. Already booked again for next week. Great job on renovations new windows new bed excellent mattress and ac Best rates I can find in Fayetteville especially for the new renovated rooms. Had a full size fridge was great but no microwave weird.

This was a return visit (our fifth stay at the Hotel). Room was spotlessly clean, quiet, well laid out and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful (as had been our experience previously). The shuttle to the city and the Airport is an extremely convenient service (and is complimentary).

We were so happy with the Hotel Raleigh - Fayetteville S Eastern Blvd! We stayed for two nights in April with my husband, me and 16 year old son. The location of the hotel is SUPERIOR! The rooms are small but very well appointed, clean, well air conditioned and nice bathroom.

I booked on orbitz, arrived and tried to check in, the front desk was very rude and also required me to make a 50$ cash deposit for which I had already paid for my night online. I had to make a special trip for cash because that was not noted on the website. The room was very unsanitary (roaches) and looked nothing like the pictures online. Will not book again.

The room decent but very small. There was only a small space to walk around the bed. The motel was doing construction so it was very messy and loud. I also had to replace a tire because they put us on the same side as the construction and i ended up with a screw in my tire.

By far the worst room I’ve ever had in my life. Roaches greeted me at the door. Ashes are all in my bathroom. So many things are damaged, the room smells terrible, and there is a plywood makeshift shelf in the bathroom. I’m actually thinking about asking for a refund even tho I know it’ll be a headache. I’d rather sleep in my car.

Great location and friendly service with brilliant breakfasts and comfy rooms. Rumbled it was my birthday and provided surprise cake in our room. Roof area a big bonus. Would definitely recommend and return.

If a review herein is positive it’s a phony! The place is a dump. Once they are finished with the FULL renovation you might consider staying at OYO, until then only crack ho’s, drug dealers and miscreants should (and have) checked in. All the Room and lobby pictures are fake- the pool Is filled in with dirt. Avoid this property at all costs!

Holes in the sheets, stains on the wall, broken door frames, roaches...i just hope they are planning on renovating soon, because that place is horrible. Had I been able to arrive any earlier than 12am, i would have found another hotel; needless to say i slept in my clothes on top of the sheets, using my bad as a pillow.

The place looks nothing like the website they dont explain you have to have a $50.00 CASH DEPOSIT ONLY. THEN PAY FOR THE ROOM HOWEVER YOU WANT. This place has roches was very dirty there was beer spilled in the fridge and no one cleaned it up. when I went to ask if they could at least fix the remote he tried explaining to me how to program it and I politely explained that I do not work for you so Im going to need you to send up someone that does. There were wires hanging out of the wall. And they left a bottle of fabuloso on the microwave as if to say clean up yourself. NEVER AGAIN.

DONT come to the one on Eastern Blvd unless you want to sleep with bed bugs. Could barely sleep because I kept feeling like something was crawling on me. I killed 2 over sized water bugs when my fiance and I got into our room last night. When we first arrived there we were told we werent getting the room that we booked due to the heater being broken which we werent informed of so we ended up having to be on the second floor and my fiance has a hard time going up stairs due to his knees.

The room was clean and roomy. Nothing fancy, but the beds were comfortable, the AC worked well, and the young men at the office were helpful and courteous. All in all, it worked well for a quick business trip.

Service is beyond disgusting! I wouldnt recommend this motel to anyone. Travellers should be beware of this place because the sevice is not reliable at all. I had called and booked the roomland detoured some miles to travel at this motel only to be told that they see my reservation, but the motel is overbooked. Whattt? People working here are awful as well. The guy at the front desk did not had any clue of what he was doing. A Total Waste Of Time. Pathetic. I wish there are some motel quality control because this place should be out of business.

Spent 3 nights in this hotel. The location was very good, was able to walk to major sights. All staff was very helpful and professional. Complimentary afternoon tea was an added bonus. Definitely recommending this place to friends and family.

Weve had great customer service since arriving. Rooms are nice and clean and very spacious. & so far everything seems to be a safe, family-friendly environment.

The location, the staff, the breakfast and free afternoon tea and bottled water, the design and air- conditioning all contributed to a welcoming, very comfortable stay of 4 nights. Will definitely stay here when we return to S Eastern Blvd.

Comfortable room for a 3 night stay. Large bed and bathroom. Coffee provided at lounge all day. Welcome drink at opening of new hotel further down the road. Nice treat in room during the festival.

Unfortunately, I do not know what the hotel looks like from the inside because despite the reservation they did not accept us. The money, despite the overbook, was collected and to this day, it was on April 1, has not been released. You can jostle with them, but they dont give away anyway because they have such a sick policy. Terrible hotel I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Place is trashy and they refused to give us our already booked haywire rate. Theyd rather refuse our 41$ rate room to have an empty $55 room... Night clerk rude and simply unprofessional.

The hotel is ideally located to explore Eastern Blvd. It offers the feel of a luxury boutique hotel with service to match at a reasonable rate. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA ONCE YOU GIVE THEM YOUR INFO, THEY GIVE IT THE HOTEL AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED WHETHER YOU STAY OR NOT, AND THEY WILL NOT HONOR YOUR REQUEST FOR REFUND. DEFINETELY A ZERO ON A 1-10 SCALE FOR PLACES I WOULD RECOMMEND

I would give 0 stars . Hotel is in horrible shape . Pool is a muddy puddle . Location is horrible . I should sue you guys . Our room was in horrible shape . Ripped carpet , dead bugs , blood stains , burned covers , dirty towels , mold on the ceiling . Blood stains under the covers , oh and body fluids on the mirror on the bed . You guys write fake reviews . And should be Sued . I will inform health department !!!

I woke up to roaches on the bed dresser and nightstand, dead bugs on the floor, blanket had holes in it, two flat pillows on a king bed, 1 light fixture with no shade n one with holes n wires hanging out, the smallest towels ever n no extra tissue

The staff( one person) had no idea how to check us out. Gave a phone number to call. I could go on for days why not to stay here but the one star should say enough

I booked Raleigh - Fayetteville S Eastern Blvd from the many positive recommendations on - and I wasnt disappointed. Hotel Raleigh - Fayetteville S Eastern Blvd is smack bang in the centre of the district, 2 mins from the Central and surrounded by lots of yummy nice bars and restaurants.
