Very knowledgeable staff, a real vape store, not just that setup on a corner and sale vape and cbd products. Finally found the store me. 15 min from Cliffdale Rd in Fayetteville, but well worth the trip. Had everything I needed! Wide variety of mods and flavor. Go to Hope Mills NC. New to area, just got back into using my drag 3 instead of disposables , and went here to get coils and juices + battery charger. By far the biggest selection of juices Ive ever seen in a shop. Huge variety and the best flavors you could want. Found my go to shop now . Cant beat it 🙌🏽

This is an excellent vape shop that has SO MANY different brands and flavors of juices, MODS, tanks, etc. Other than the one fella in there that was a little obnoxious, the guy that helped us was very nice and helpful. They were VERY well stocked on different selections of vaping supplies and coils. Regular juice and Salt based juices and salt vapes. If you are swinging through Hope Mills, NC., and need vaping supplies...I would recommend this place.

Honestly the best Vape Shop in Fayetteville! I’ve been going for years even living on the other side of town. I always recommend TGI to anyone looking for a great selection of disposables, vape juice and devices. Amber, Savannah and Alyssa gives the best experience and always greet with a friendly face and conversation.

This place is over priced and the service is barely knowledgeable, it ranges in the corner store type of vape stores. They sell over priced mods they sell at about twice the price MSRP if your patient buy your mods online where you can read reviews.We were sold a 33$ mod for 80$ and had to come back because the seller didnt know it needed a battery, the mod was poorly made the mouth piece fell out at random and we had to buy a new one, the dial button on the vape broke and was firing by itself and burned two coils out, the associate said she couldnt do anything about it without a manager so you can already see how much trust the person in charge has in their associates and thier knowledge.Also, dont buy your coils here, they charge individually even if you buy a whole box. The only thing this store has going for it, is that it is literally the best in the area, its saying allot it really is, sadly, its unfortunate that the better stores were put down, this store is littered with bad juices full of sweeteners that burn out coils.

My husband has constantly received bad lichtbar vapes from them. Malfunctioning. The vapes would cut on by itself and keep misfiring or he would try and take a hit and nothing would come out (that’s even after a charge) or he’d take a hit it and it would continue to come out and then wouldn’t work again. We’ve called a few times to inform them and ask for a refund or partial and was told no. When he bought one this last time, the next day took it back because it weren’t working, the lady got mad, for what I have no clue, but she slammed a new one on the counter and walked away. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Best Vape store in Hope Mills. Customer care and knowledge are these guys’ expertise. Devan and Amber are my personal favorites as they’re extremely friendly and helpful. Great story tellers. 10/10 recommended for any vaping needs.

I came here to get a disposable vape, and the service was amazing. The guy at the counter, Devan, was so personable. He suggested I give the cranberry grape flavor a try after I told him the kind of stuff that I like, and I love it. 10/10 will be coming back. If not for the amazing flavor, Id come back just for the service.

They dont know anything about their vapes. They also make you pay for their mistakes with a discount. I also asked them if they can do more for me and they were like this is the best we got when it was that womans fault. Guaranteed we all make mistakes but they continuously make mistakes and make me spend more money. They dont know what they got on the shelves either because I asked for a watermelon berry and she said that they didnt carry it. My friend went in there and she gave her that flavor that I specifically asked for. LITERALLY THE WORST PLACE EVER! This is the second mistake from the same person that I had to pay for.

The one guy is awesome dont know if hes Hispanic or Native American but of all the people that work there he is the most knowledgeable. I love this place

Like the previous review that I should have read before choosing this place. Female Staff with green hair knew nothing about the vapes. One vape was burnt and could not exchange it. I bought a broken vape and she said it worked. After she just said if it’s broken they could exchange it. Hoping the manager can reach out to me. Not coming back to this location.

This place is awesome and is the only vape shop I go to! They have treated me awesome since day one and had more than enough patience with me, when I had no idea what I needed. Everything they recommended has been great, and not once have they tried to make a quick buck off of me. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Everyone in this shop is extremely helpful.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are very patient when you ask a bunch of newbie questions and need help figuring out how to use your mods. Prices are competitive and they do have discounts for repeat customers through the Perka app.They could stand to staff two people for busy times, like Saturday night. There was only one guy working when I went in but he did the best he could to help a lot of people all at once and kept a smile on his face the whole time.

I see all of these reviews about it being cheaper online.Of course it is, the purpose of vape shops is to make money. You are paying for the ability to walk in and buy it whenever you want. You buy it online you still have to wait 2 days to get it. I like this store and buy most of my stuff from there. They have a good selection of juice and pretty much always have my coils in stock. I highly recommend. The employees are friendly and helpful also.

T. G. I Vape has very nice, helpful employees. They are honest and do everything they can to make sure you get what you want and what you need.They have a great selection of vape juice and pods. This place has a good selection but I question if the staff is knowledgeable enough to sell the products properly. I went in willing to spend more money than I should to get a tank that doesnt leak because it seems to be a universal problem now. When I told the lady what I wanted she gave me some very general suggestions such as a lot of people like these and not really addressing the problem. I ignored it and took her suggestion. I bought a SMOK tank, 3 more coils, and a juice. I spent over $80.Also when I asked about juices again I received a very general answer. The tank worked fine for about 2 days and I was happy. Then I picked the tank up and again felt the sensation of vape juice all over my hands. I took the coil out an put a new one In and the next day I had Vape juice all over my hands again. I would have saved that $80 instead of buying another leaking tank

TgiVape is my number one store for info on new and popluar juices, different mods, and of course the awesome and fantastic customer service they provide. Ive know Amber for over 2 years and she is the best! Shes fast, gives awesome advice on whats going on with my mods and helps me with everything. Ive never heard her say i cant help you. If you need a store with a large amount of varies juices, you cant go wrong with TgiVape!

Ive been going here for such a long time. I love the service and patience of the employees. My ONLY wish is there was a menu for the salt nics so we dont have to keep asking what every single juice is across the counter to the employee. I feel so awkward and such an inconvenience having to ask a million questions. Theres times we walk out because we feel uncomfortable wanting to know every flavor available.

Popped in while visiting Fayetteville from Michigan and this shop was super dope. The dudes working were super helpful and chill and went out of their way to help me out. The shop itself is really cool and they have a huge selection of hardware and juices. I highly recommend this shop.

Didn’t get the help that I needed. Wanted to return an unused vape I had fish the previous day. Didn’t use it at all because it wouldn’t turn on. And that was because the salesman didn’t tell me it required batteries whenever I bought it. And batteries are another $30. So I wanted my money back and he refused. Not good service at all!

Been to several to do look ins and well this onenoticed prices not clearly marked. Sent in two different people same day and they quoted different prices. So they choose different prices to different people. Selection is also not up to par and selling expired juice In a box on the counter as well and he tried to tell us its expired for shelf but not to vape. If you got a good business you dont sell expired anything period. Bad business.

Ive been vaping from since vape was created and this is the first charging issue I ever had, ant to make it worst, its a new device.Store was great until I bought a mod that wasnt charging and didnt get even a refund or replacement. I guest mayde cause that one was out the showcase

Awesome place..hit and miss as far as quality of service. Fist time we went we had one associate that was amazing (I believe she was the manager) and one that was rude and had an attitude. This time we had one that was very rude. I’d love to frequent this place, it’s very nice and has a great selection, but as far as customer service is concerned it’s trash

Me and my wife have been coming here almost since they first opened, and have never had a negative experience. Huge juice selection and a wide variety of mods for you to choose. All the staff are very knowledgeable on their products and so much more when it comes to vaping. Would highly reccomend checking them out.

Employees spread rumors about their customers via OTHER customers, not very good customer service, if you dont know much about vaping and are trying to learn they talk to you like youre stupid. Overall just a negative and uncomfortable environment to be in. Was a better shop a couple years ago.

Ive been to a few dozen vape shops on the east coast everywhere between Pennsylvania and Florida and this one is by far the best. They have probably a hundred different atomizer, a hundred different mods and pod systems, hundreds of juices, and more. They even had the Vaporesso Nexus that I called over 30 vape shops looking for and none had it. Polite and knowledgeable employees... I could go on and on.

I was brand new to it all. The first time I walked into TGI VAPE, I met Tay. I explained to him how much of a novice I was about the subject. He spent a good chunk of time helping me pick out everything I would need. You can tell he loves to help the customers and that made my experience that much better. Another point to go along with the customer service is that they dont push you into buying the most expensive things that you might not necessarily need, but other places of business do, just so they make more money. All and all TGI VAPE is more than just a shop, its a place to go social meet people with fellow interests. It is extremely well owned and operated, and very well staffed. If youre looking to start or just looking for a better shopping experience, I reccomend TFI Vape. I hope my insight help in any way possible.

Ive been to vape store across the states and coming here these guys have always taken care of me. I travel long distance just to come here. Prices are right and customer service is second to none. True vapers know premier juice and mods. Come here and see them. They know their stuff.

My grandfather went up there to grab me a bottle of fluid the sold him a 60 ml bottle of fluid for 26 dollars 26 DOLLARS. i go look online. 13 dollars for the same exact brand, bottle size and flavor. 13 dollars plus another 3 for shipping. thats 16 dollars. a whole 10 dollars cheaper. 1 extra star because the store is always clean and tidy.

With the negative connotations surrounding these types of businesses, I was apprehensive about entering a SMOKE SHOP. They are known to be sketchy with undesirables lurking around every corner. However, in my efforts to avoid opioid addiction I began to search for alternative methods to manage pain, anxiety, and insomnia. It was not until the need to control these concerns became so overwhelming that I really did not care who saw me go in!T.G.I. Vape dispelled my presumptions of a “SMOKE SHOP.” I may be embellishing the emotion, however when I entered T.G.I. Vape, it felt like I was in a state of nirvana. Ok, ok ok perhaps not quite a nirvana, but more like I was pleasantly surprised. The layout of the business was inviting, and aesthetically pleasing. The store walls were lined with variations of vape juice, as well as vape paraphernalia. And, though the overwhelming variety of products was staggering, there was plenty of room to maneuver around the shop.I do not know anything about vaping, and my level of knowledge concerning CBD Oils was laughable. All I knew was that CBD Oil was legal (THC 0.3% and below) and may offer an opportunity for me to have a better quality of life. I conveyed my lack of product knowledge to the attendant; his level of patients coupled with his ability to educate me at my comfort level was refreshing and more than I expected. After my crash course in endocannabinoid system, I was able to make my first purchase with the confidence often seen of experienced consumers.As far as I am concerned, T.G.I. Vape is the gold standard, and if I had my way should be voted the best VAPE SHOP in Fayetteville North Carolina.

This is the only vape shop in hope mills worth going to. I live in fayetteville and drive 20 minutes out of my way just to go here. It is always worth the drive. The staff know what they are talking about and can answer every question you can ask. Ive gone to other vape shops and never bothered going back to them. TGI Vape is the only shop that had me coming back regularly.

My fiance called asking for the manager, the supposed manager, Ali, refused to say who the manager was, owner and so on. We heard Anthony was the owner from quite a bit of friends who go there. We called again asking for him, said he doesnt work there. Okay. I messaged asking who the manager was, Ali. So, my fiance called asking for him and my infant hung up. Ali called back twice leaving a message. My fiance finally called back and Ali screamed at him for asking for Anthony, was severely nasty and hung up. No joke. My fiance called back, mad, of course as anyone would be and said hell come in, and have the chat if he wants to be rude and Ali threatened him after being nasty. Most unprofessional business Ive ever seen and nastiest.

First time stepping foot into the store. Everybody that was working was busy helping the customers; but not too busy to greet and be inviting when I walked in. I started talking to one of the employees there about what I was looking for and looking for suggestions. He helped me with what he could and had knowledge over. When It got to a point to where he didnt know or couldnt help; he apologized (which he didnt have too) and told me that he will go grab the other person working that would be able to help me more and get me what I was looking for. I appreciated this gesture because he didnt give me a fake answer or try and sell me something that I wasnt looking for. He didnt have all the answers but he knew where to reference and/or who would know. That simple gesture and mind set has won/earned my business.

The guys there did a great job helping me figure out why my vape wasn’t working. It took them less than 5 minutes to figure it out and I was good to go; I made sure to buy a couple bottles of vape juice on my way out!

Wouldnt send a lung cancer patient here to stop them from smoking. The Indian like dot dot not woo woo was not friendly he answered his personal cell phone in the middle of helping us.. was not willing to do military discount except for what he chose.. let me walk out with out what I wanted and lost a 130$ visit. Got a vape and I tried it when I got home, it didnt work. The light just blinks and nothing comes out. I called to ask if I can exchange and they said they can do nothing about it other than maybe give discount on my next purchase.

Biggest Asian douche bag I have ever met. Poor customer service. Was told to move while looking at products so other customers could look at other products. Wouldn’t give prices until after 3rd time asking.

If you want to pay $30.95 for a 100ml bottle of juice, this is the place. Its a magic shop, really. Every time you buy the same bottle, its a higher price.
