Massage Envy

My first experience with Massage Envy and it was wonderful! Yovana is a beautiful person and a great massage therapist! She communicated well and checked in with me throughout the massage to ensure my comfort. The pressure was just right and I left there feeling so much relief from the tension I was carrying in. I will be returning for sure!

I’ve been to Massage Envy multiple times with a membership! I love the environment and how great all the massage therapists are. My favorites are Marc and Jackie. Their hands are extremely great and wonderful. I love how thoughtful they are throughout the session to make sure the pressure is good and if I am feeling good. I always sleep like a baby after my massages with them!

I have been going to massage envy for a very long time now so I’ve been through a lot of massage therapists there. Yesterday, I went Marc at the 6 mile Cypress location, I was in a lot of pain and he definitely understood the assignment and really helped my pain. He’s definitely knowledgeable in his craft and had a great personality. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.

Aliyah does outstanding work with facials. Excellent combination of face treatments and light massage of shoulders, neck and head and scalp. Madeline is an outstanding massage therapist. She has the perfect touch and is very attentive to your needs. Both are very professional.

Danielle was wonderful! On my first visit, she made me feel so comfortable. This was my second visit and l feel like we have been friends for years. Ive had a lot of surgeries on my spine and knees and she was soft on those areas; it hurt a little but thats to be expected after all this time. After the first visit I could do things I havent been able to for 7 years. I had a great experience on both visits and Ive already got my next appointment scheduled!

Excellent pressure, pace, hands worked with knowledge and sensitivity to each area. Complete face to feet spreading the time out properly to upper and lower body and front to neck. One of the most balanced and enjoyable massages I have had.Thank youAl

My recent visit to Massage Envy on Six Mile Cypress in Fort Myers was awesome. This was my second visit with massage therapist Magdalena (Mags). She can change the pressure as needed but the amount of pressure used from our initial conversation was great the entire time. The massage I received was so relaxing and I am eagerly awaiting my next visit.

Llemil was a life savior. I was a mess and he tried to fix me in one visit! He worked so very hard. And showed a true dedication to my healing. One massage is not enough for my issues but, I feel alive again. If I could give home more than 5 stars I would!!!Also, I was feeling a little woozy when I was done. And the young lady at the front desk (I don’t remember her name?!, it was Sunday 6/30) but she talked me through it and gave me great advice on post massage care. This place is worth twice the money!

Danielle is the best massage person I ever had. She has some of the best techniques ever witnessed! She works out the knots and I actually leave feeling more relaxed. When I book with her I know I’m getting my monies worth !!

Kiyana was amazing! She explained every step of the way as it was my first visit. Made sure I was comfortable and continued to keep me as comfortable as possible! We chatted throughout the session and she was happy to engage with me. The whole experience was awesome!

Both Kiyana and Jose were both welcoming and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. They asked me questions such as areas of concern , my wants and needs , and if I had any clarifications that I needed. There were moments where they even talked me through certain areas/parts of the appointment. I highly recommend them both and will be back to see them soon :). I am pleased!

Marc was absolutely the best, I went in quite skeptical and left absolutely impressed. Not only was he able to offer advice about recovery but made my muscles feel 1000% times better.

Jacquline is so good! I asked for a deep tissue massage and she delivered! She is super good at her craft! The front desk staff were very kind and helpful also! Great environment!

I recently received a facial from Kiyana and she was the best hands down. She talks you through the whole procedure and is very gentle with her hands. She also provides great recommendations and listens to your skin care needs. I will certainly reschedule with her again!

Great location. Very friendly, efficient, clean. Im new to the area and am looking for my perfect fit massage therapist. I would have given it five stars if Id found the perfect fit. Danielle was excellent, she really knows what shes doing! Its just different than what Im used to.

Jose gave me honestly the best massage I have ever had! I get 40 plus massages a year or more and this was seriously the best that I remember! I cannot say enough good about the massage and the service! He was waiting with water and a napkin when I was done! He asked often if the pressure was okay! Thank you Jose!

I have used several masseuses since I began my Massage Envy membership years ago. Mags is my favorite !! She’s extremely attentive to my needs and gives a marvelous deep tissue massage. I pray she never leaves!

Kiyana is super sweet. I got a back facial and not only was it super relaxing she listen to my concerns and got me summer ready. Will definitely book with her again.

My therapist Yovanna G is the best she has magic hands, and with her background in chiropractic massage she understands the body and pressure points that need to be addressed. Highly recommend her.

A very relaxing experience but the contract isn’t really beneficial. They tell you beforehand that you won’t be able to cancel unless you have a medical reason that would prevent you (and you’ll need a doctors note). It was kind of hard to cancel even when I had all of this… had to call week after week, and they say “the manager will call you back”. However once the manager did get around to me she refunded the 2 months I was charged for.

I absolutely loved my massage. Very professional and courteous. I will definitely be back!

The management here is the reason I ended my membership. Very rude little girls working here. Ruined my zen experience. Ive asked to cancel my membership 3 times. They did not. They would put it on freeze then Id get charged. After arguing with the manager again & again I will never go here again. Very bad customer service.

I go to massage envy as often as I can. I have never had a bad experience. Yesterday I had Yovana for the first time; she was AWESOME! The massage was wonderful but also she made me feel so comfortable! I have never had a conversation with my therapist during a massage because I just want to relax but something about her just made me want to talk. She was very positive and engaging. I will definitely remember her, and will be requesting her again!

I asked for a firm massage. She didn’t go firm. Very skimpy on the leg arm and foot part of the massage. Definitely wasn’t worth the money. Then they tell you if you don’t join the club the price goes up $55

I felt so relaxed, clean, hydrated and pampered! Alexis knows her products and did an amazing facial. Can’t wait to come back!

Very quick appointment and easy to schedule. My appointment was with kiyana and she was very professional and informative. The process was stress free and felt amazing after.

Amended: I’ve seen a lot of therapists at ME, with Marc being the latest and he is amazing! He finds all the problem areas and works them out.Original: Joanna is great! She’s listens to my concerns and knows how to find all of my knots. I highly recommend her!

The front desk is terrible, and there is no customer service 0: The therapists are excellent. The front desk pushes people to sign contracts with an attitude; before forcing people to sign up for a contract, go learn how to treat customers no matter their ethnicity. I am disappointed, and I disagree with the members ship contract. They do not provide good customer service at all; therefore, I canceled the contract before I started the service. I have not authorized anybody to take money from my account. I paid the total price of 120 dollars for the service I had on April 25th.

Kiyana was great! She worked my sore spots and made me feel so much better. I will be one of her repeat clients.

I love this place! I am new to Massage Envy and I became a member too after my second visit. My massage therapist was German. I had a medium tissue tension relief massage and it was so relaxing and helpful for my body aches. I will definitely be scheduling another appointment soon. I highly recommend Massage Envy!Update: im still going to Massage Envy...I had a 90 minute massage yesterday from massage therapist German. Very relaxing and simply perfect! This is a great place for massage therapy!

Great massage experience overall, I would recommend Natasha, great communication, spoke clearly and efficient therapist.Ive had several massages there, all were good but some therapists are hard to understand, makes it difficult for me to explain to them which areas I have injuries and need a light touch. Therapists need to communicate clearly.

I have not had a facial in a long time. I love the fact that it wasn’t the conventional facial that would only treat my face… Not only got a good facial but also a wonderful massage in my hands, arms, shoulders and neck. Aaliyah was super sweet and really good at what she does. I’ll be back.

I just had the best massage ever by Jackie. I have been going to her for over a year now. She is very kind and made sure I was comfortable with the pressure as she moved to different areas of the body. She never fails to make each experience relaxing and comfortable.

Stania ( masseuse) was very professional and skilled , I really felt like a brand new me after a 90 min session under her care.

Yonay always does a great job. I have had a few massage therapists at that location, and she is my favorite.

Graciela has a true gift. She finds the tension, work on it, and dissolves it! Overall great experiences at massage envy.

Aaliyah gave me my first ever, Massage Envy facial, and I was extremely impressed! I never bothered, thinking they would be sub par, and boy was I wrong! It was probably one of the best facials I’ve ever had and you can’t beat the price… 10 out of 10

Llemil is the unbelievable! I am a competitive endurance athlete and he listens to what I am experiencing (pain, stiff, tightness, etc) and translates it exactly to where the problem is occurring. I have been to countless massage therapists, chiropractic, sport therapy, and PTs…And Llemil is almost all 3 in one. I consider him an integral part of my support team. I am injury and pain free for over a year. I can’t recommend him enough, except that he’s getting harder and harder to book.

Had a wonderful Microderm Infusion with Kiyana! She is very gentle and soothing and my skin looks and feels great.

Aaliyah was amazing. The facial was so relaxing and my skin felt soft and glowy afterward. She also recommended a product for my rosacea that works very well. I highly recommend her!And Jose is an amazing massage therapist.I hold all my tension in my shoulders and it causes headaches but each month after I go to see José for my massage I feel so much better afterward. No headaches anymore! Thank you so much Jose and all the friendly staff at Massage Envy!

My first visit was today, an excellent experience! The welcoming atmosphere lovely, and the personal who received me was so gentle and professional.Normality in my life is being under a lot of stress that accumulates in my body and only a good deep massage can help. Usually I need more than one massage to reduce that tension in my body. German is a very professional therapist and a very sweet and pleasant human being. Needless to say, his work was very efficient and satisfactory. Afterwards, I received an exquisite facial with Nathalie, I must say that I was a little insecure due to previous bad experiences in other places. But I am pleased to say that Nathalie is an angel, I received her facial with confidence, she is excellent and very professional.Update :Both of them, German and Nathalie are so great doing their job. I feel so great today, one-day after massage and facial, my skin looks so soft and I feel so much better and relaxed than the way I was after their treatments. Thank you so much German and Nathalie! You are awesome! Keep doing your good work, may God bless your life constantly. 🥰🥰

2/16/24 received a gift card so I went back for a facial and back facial. When I checked out I was told all was good. I added my tip and left. Then when I get home I discovered 2 charges to my credit card. When I call I was told that I upgraded the service which was fine but then they threw in a $12 upgrade fee! Nowhere on the online booking did it say there would be such a charge. The woman on the phone said well yeah I dont know how that works but thats what it is. And really they should have given you a receipt or told you that they were going to charge a credit card. Really?! I think they should have. Especially with a $12 upgrade fee. Im extremely disappointed.*********I started last year and the therapists are great. The front desk needs a lot of work. When you call in the person seems distracted and also holds conversations with others while youre trying to get an appointment booked. Once not good but ok everyone has a bad day but its happening more. Ive also experienced after a massage and you leave a tip that instead of them booking your next massage or asking if you need anything else, they just get up and walk away from the desk. Im not sure theyre training people well. As far as the massage services they offer go. I feel the longer Im a member the less is covered and its a fee for this and a fee for that all to enhance your experience. I dont feel that the aroma therapy is worth the extra $10 as I could only smell it right at the beginning then it was done. There wasnt a diffuser there putting out a scent or anything. Overall I think one year is enough and Ill take my business elsewhere.

Jose is a fantastic massage therapist! I have a 30 year old injury to my neck as well as an issue with my hip. Jose has targeted those areas and made a significant impact on both areas. I am able to walk without pain and my neck has more movement without pain. I highly recommend Jose!

Massage with German was first rate! Have had a few with him and every time was the BEST!! He seems to zero in on my worst spots and hits them with just right pressure. Overall relaxing, therapeutic experience by the most professional and sweetest guy! Left off one star as the check out woman was not very friendly and didnt seem to care about my positive feedback on my therapist.

My rating is for therapist Maylin…she was so sweet and the massage was EXACTLY what I needed/wanted.

I’ve been coming to Massage Envy for over a year now and Stania fixes me every single time. She’s amazing and I highly recommend her. As a nurse practitioner, I frequently refer people to her for their back pain issues.

Ashley is great. Super friendly and mercy...can she ever dig deep. Im super tight everywhere so it felt like a combo of physical therapy and massage therapy. Lots of stretching too, and getting the hot spots to let go. Shes on another level. Book her if you can.

Shaeriff is so incredibly talented. I’ve had so many massages in my life and this one stands out. I feel lucky I found her and look forward to my next session.The front desk needs some help for sure but my massage was perfection.

I have been a member at this massage envy location for a very long time. I am very grateful for the manager and staff at this location. They are always very kind and professional. My father has major medical issues and I am his full time care giver. This last year has been very difficult on my family but this massage envy location has made it easier on us while dealing with the trauma. Thank you 6 Mile Cypress ME Team!

I asked for a deep tissue massage, Ashley has very strong hands and very attentive to trigger points.. I will definitely request her again.. she also has a great personality and a sense of humor..

Had a great facial with Kiana, she was nice and very soothing. My boyfriend had a massage with llemil and said the pressure was good and he hit just the right spots. Overall great. 😊

The massage itself was good, but it was not 60 minutes as advertised. The ladies at the front desk think they are slick by putting in the price of service as $115 so you can tip 20% of that when in reality you only pay 65 for the service and I just didn’t like that they were touching the tablet while I was trying to leave a tip my massage therapist was Elvira and she was great very friendly, but overall the experience just seemed rushed .

Judith is the best massage therapist I have had there since Pam left in January. The front desk staff are very nice. I love how cool the venue is with the option to have the tables heated. I also love the music that is playing in the rooms during my massages.

The facial with Aaliyah was amazing! She was very knowledgeable! Loved my massage with Hannah too! I will definitely book with Aaliyah and Hannah again.

Judith is amazing! She knows exactly what to do to eliminate all my muscle aches and pain in my back and neck. I cant wait to see her every two weeks! When I walked out of the room I feel like a whole new woman. Shes like a miracle worker if you will! I can say this if you have any pain shes the one to go and see!

Chelsea is an absolute professional and helps me stay active in bodybuilding. I am so thankful to have her be part of my recovery regimen. I have tried other providers and no one else compares to her. She is exceptional and I would highly recommend her to anyone. My pains are alleviated when I leave there and she always listens to my concerns and finds all the spots I need worked out. I truly appreciate her services.

Katie was awesome!! She did an excellent job with my facial, she made my skin look beautiful, i definitely saw a great difference in the skin in my face, most of my skin spots are almost gone. Katie is very friendly, very Profesional, love that she has a lot experience, very knowledgeable in her Profesion. I am always looking forward to get a facial with Katie.

Elvira is an Angel from Heaven! I’ve been battling a torn labrum tendon in my shoulder since last May. I just sought out massage in early October to help with continuing pain I’ve had after months of physical therapy. Elvira is not only technically knowledgeable but is compassionate in her care for me as a person. Her quiet, calm demeanor is so very relaxing. She’s helpful in suggesting things I can do at home to support healing. I’m seeing her once a week & I feel like together we are making improvements I wouldn’t have made on my own. I have been gong to ME for a couple of years and have always had a great massage therapist. Hannah at the six mile location is by far one of my favorites, she did a great job and I would definitely request her again.

Jaqueline was wonderful she set the mood for me to relax by turning off the lights. She asked if the pressure was good or if I wanted it more pressure or less. She was extremely attentive and was very respectful. She recognized my pressure pattern and what I like and worked on that for more time since i enjoy it. She’s my go to.

Shaeriff was absolutely amazing- she made me feel very comfortable, as it was my first time ever getting a massage, and let me know it was okay to giggle and relax! She obviously knows what she’s doing, and I left feeling very calm and soft… would definitely recommend.

Been looking for a therapist that I would actually like and would always give the best services and I found it here at Massage Envy, Fort Myers and her name is Katie. She is so professional, kind and gives her 100% all the time. I regretfully canceled my membership last year and signed up w another clinic because the location was convenient for me, but I get disappointed all the time I would avail facial services with them so I had to cancel it and sign up again with Massage Envy TODAY because Katie is THE BEST! I’ve been a member with massage envy for years, have had many facials done - but NONE like I had with Aaliyah at their 6 mile cypress location! I did a 1.5 hour customized facial with her and from every detail it was thought out and accommodating for me at 7 months pregnant. Exactly what I needed. I’ve truly never had a more relaxing facial experience. Highly recommend her for any facial services!!!

Llemil is a great massage therapist. Wants to work out and stretch areas causing problems to elevate pain that you’re having.

I met with Hannah for my massage yesterday. Her attitude was very pleasant, her hands were very soft and smooth but she delivered a firm deep tissue massage as instructed. I was very pleased with her overall performance. I look forward to future visits with Hannah.

From the moment i walked in the door, Claudia (front desk) made me feel welcome. She was very professional and thoroughly explained allll the perks/ pros of joining and becoming a member. My therapist was Yonay and she was amazing. She greeted, welcomed me, and entered the room with just the right tone and demeanor. Yonay confirmed with me all of my requests and she delivered the perfect amount of firmness. I think I caught myself snoring at one point, lol. This massage was a treat to myself for my Bday, and it was well worth the experience and made me join as a member and I made sure to book my next massage. This entire experience is in line with my SelfCare&Self Love from here on out!

My facials are one of my favorite experiences. Aaliyah is a master of comfort and beauty. Yesterday I had lunch with my friend after my facial and she said I was glowing and she thought I had applied blush to my cheeks. Aside from the care of my face she massages my neck, shoulders, arms, and my scalp. She is a treasure.

Staff was courteous and pleasant. Jackie was extremely professional and excellent at her job. I would highly recommend her!

Every time I book an appointment either online or by phone...and I go check in....my appointment is never in there system....this is the 3rd time its happened to me....and with someone whos got back issues the massages are very important to me...I will be going back to my non corporate mom n pops massage where theres never an issues

Was ok. Didn’t spend enough time on the areas I explained were a problem. Seemed to just follow a script basically. I noticed that seems to be the new pattern. Not sure if I will be keeping my membership or not. The talent pool is dwindling there.

Katie is the best esthetician, I have been seeing her for almost 2 years & being a busy mom of 3 my facials are my little me time. She is amazing at what she does she kept my skin under control when I had my daughter, I have very bad cystic acne. She is moving to the massage envy in the cape and once I am done with my Accutane tx I will continue my facials with her, I trust no other esthetician. She is also a great listener my facials where also a mini therapy session for me. I highly recommend Katie her little hands work magic!

Yovana is an excellent massage therapist. She listens to any concerns I may have due to pulled muscles, broken toes etc. She always adjusts her work to my current issues. I have been getting massages for more than 15 years. Since moving to Fort Myers, Yovana is my therapist of choice.
