Me and my lady go atleast once a month for couples massages. Always a great atmosphere.. Always super professional also.We always feel like a million dollars after the massages. I definitely recommend them to everyone. We love the place so much we drive from Port Charlotte to go there.

Great experience from booking, to pre-massage reminders, arrival and the massage of course! I bought a gift certificate to return also. Chaline at the front was amazing, so accommodating and understanding. Liz gave an awesome massage, she really knew where I needed attention. Can’t wait to come back, thank you all for the outstanding service!

I’ve been to Massage Loft many times throughout the years, and honestly I hadn’t posted a review because having tried various people the reviews were pretty much mixed. When Yasmine left I was disappointed because she was great, but I still had certificates to use, therefore I went back. My first experience with Chae was rough, I was very rude to her because I was frustrated that the building door had been locked, and I tried calling repeatedly and no one answered. This wasn’t here fault, but I didn’t know that…When I was finally let in, I let her have it (I was stressed and frustrated, not my best moment). Still she remained professional and gave me the best massage ever, great technique, knows exactly where the pain is, and how to work it out while still maintaining a relaxing massage... When I came back to redeem my remaining certificate, I was hoping I got her again because she was so good, but I couldn’t request her because I didn’t remember her name. On this second visit, my heart was broken about some life situations, and I was looking to pamper myself, she saw it all in my face and was so empathetic and caring. I cannot say enough about Chae, she has a warm, and inviting aura, and her ability to connect with people, makes this place a special one to come to. As long as she’s here, I may always have to come here. She’s great and I highly recommend her. My only reservation in recommending her, is my fear that she’ll get a bunch of clients and I won’t be able to get a regular appointment with her. I will say, after a bad experience it’s hard for me to give people a chance, but she improved my experience of this place.

Scheduled a deep pressure massage via ClassPass with Danay and she is amazing. The amount of pressure was great! I had to tell her to ease up on the pressure she was applying. Left stress free with no worry in the world!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! My Girlfriend and I were going to have a Couples Massage. She booked it for 4:00pm on a Tuesday. We arrived to the location, go to the second floor. Both of us see that the door is locked and no one is there and lights are off. We waited over 30 minutes to see if anyone would arrive and no one did. My Girlfriend deserves a REFUND! WE WILL NEVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN! SCAM

Made an appointment and was charged for a couples massage I did not get. Owner called me two hours before appointment canceling. She said she would call me as soon as she had two therapists available. This was a month ago. Still have not received a phone call and was charged!

I would rate them at zero stars if i could. I booked a couples massage for my and my wife. Its our 18th anniversary. I got a call and was told they werent sure if they could accommodate us do to the fact they were renovating do to the hurricane. I was told i would receive a call back. Never did and i have called , messaged , and emailed and nothing from them. Paid a $50 deposit and im all but sure they will charge us the full price despite no contact from them. A complete money grab. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!! I will cancel my card and let it go to credit before paying a dime to these robbers !!!

Oh my goodness I cant say good enough things about them they were absolutely amazing It was the best massage I had in 15 years My girl put everybody to shame I will be going back on a member now Ive already bought a couple of advanced couple massages the prices are phenomenal The women and people there are wonderful dont look any further Thank you all so much looking forward to see you all in a few days

Ana was my therapist and the massage was decent but it wasnt the deep tissue massage I scheduled.I scheduled a 1 hour deep tissue massage with Devin. I received a text saying my appointment changed to staff. I called to find out what the change was and reached voice-mail so I left a message. I showed up for the appointment because I still had heard back from them. I was told by Ana upon arrival that Devin had an emergency and the owner switched my therapist to her. She stated she was capable of doing the massage. I asked 3 different times for more pressure and was finally told that she was doing her best and had a really hard day with no breaks or lunch. Then upon checkout she was charging me for taxes I paid when I purchased gift certificates because the previous management didnt keep records of transactions and was fired. Overall it was not the relaxing experience I was hoping for. Im very torn because I want to continue getting massage from Devin but am not thrilled about coming back here.The response says it all. Again offering to reschedule after I had already traveled there wasnt very professional, neither was saying she was capable of. $49 deep tissue massage when she had a long day without breaks or food wasnt very professional either. It is definitely worth it to pay 60 per hour at a location I know I will be treated well and not double charged taxes.

10/10 recommendation. Very polite people and very easy to communicate. Got straight to the point with the massage and everything went great. Will definitely go back again! I recommend you try them!!

I had a massage done here with karizma (sorry if I messed the spelling up) not only was it one of the best massages Ive ever received but her technique and experience blew my mind. She manipulated my bodies in ways to get deep into spaces that were extremely painful. She stayed 100% professional through the entire massage and a couple hours after I was extremely loose and felt like a million bucks. And to top it all off it was only $59 bucks! The office was a spotless and smelled amazing. Overall one of the best experiences Ive ever had at a massage parlor. I will definitely be back!!!!

Had an amazing mother daughter spa day experience with Sean and Devin. Spa was very clean and comfortable (heated beds and soft blankets :) ), smelled very nice, and was so relaxing overall! I got the passes off Groupon, so I saved a lot of money, but the spa is worth every penny. They made us very comfortable and took everything with said with care. Top notch experience cant wait to go back. Thank you!

We had a great couples massage today! However we were told that there was a deal we could book more at a certain rate. We weren’t told that we had to book that same day to get the rate. I needed to go home and look at my schedule and had my husband call back a few days later to schedule our next massages and they wouldn’t honor the price we were told. This is a bummer because we both really enjoyed the place.

I had Kharyzma as my massage therapist and she did an amazing job. I have a horrible back so to get a little relief is amazing. She definitely knew what she was doing. She has great customer service has well.

I’ve only had a few massages in my life, but this was the best. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is calming. Patrick was professional, polite and cared about my relaxation. He even offered to suggest some stretching to alleviate further tension. I’ll definitely be going back.

One of the worst. I Scheduled deep tissue massage over the phone and the girl said “… will be great for deep tissue.” I arrive, the girl asks what pressure I want and said “if you need deep tissue, I’ll have to use a massage gun.” I said I definitely want deep tissue (even though I have a massage gun at home.) She steps out then returns and said “oh I can just do the deep tissue.” Then gives a terrible massage. I said I would prefer more pressure in the beginning, then she never asked how the pressure was again. She barely touched my back, mostly sitting down rubbing my feet and head. Then says “eh, I probably needed the massage gun anyway.”After looking at the owners response on previous reviews, obviously they’re okay with trash quality and justify it by saying they offer a $49 - 60 minute deep tissue that you supposedly can’t find at their competitors.

Went in last week to book a massage and to find out who would be best for my needs. Booked with Patrick for today at 1:00. Last nite received an email that it had been changed to Cassandra. Right before my appointment, I received a text from C. Asking if I could change to 1:30. Upon my arrival, no one was in the office, so I texted. She responded asking where I was and later came in from outside. I realized that she was the woman in the parking lot talking on the phone and taking pictures when I had arrived 10 minutes prior! I expressed how unprofessional that was, and she went on to explain how important and qualified she is, and that she didn’t know about my appointment until minutes prior. (A lie) I asked to change my appointment, and will return to try someone who I hope is more respectful of clients. So disappointed.

This place is a joke. They charge you $25 to cancel but what happens when they are the ones who change and mess up your schedule at the last minute. You call and no response either by email or phone. Their web have all the people whom do the massages with no summary of their experience.

We had a couples massage with Ana and Patrick that was fabulous. Very well appointed office, and extremely helpful therapists with those areas needing additional massage attention. Highly recommended!

We went in for a couples massage and it was heavenly. Everyone was so kind there and very attentive to our massage needs. We already have plans to come back next week!

Jessica is absolutely amazing!! Ive gotten a massage on Virgin Voyages. Spent hundreds of dollars and Jessica still beats them out.
