The guys were awesome and opened up quickly after they saw my dejected continuance through the front glass lol. They could tell my nic-mergency was real no fakin 😎. Great price on the Geekvape AU Kit too! Has 2 pods included for $18 thats stellar! Plus the discount juice for $10. I really like the GeekVape U Pods bc Ive owner 3 off brand salt nic and 2 diff Smoke Novo salt nic pods but they all leaked it gave me a hit of Joyce periodically... Or just burned out quickly. This GeekVape U Pod is in refillable so I know what the hell is in it unlike disposables and far far less li-ion batteries in the landfill 🥰Thanks Shermain & Pedro!Also like 25 min after close I had to ask for their names for this review hence the last pic haha

I visit this vape store quite often. Shermain, Alex, Stony, Pedro and the rest are always extremely helpful and friendly. I always feel welcomed. These are down to earth professionals who know the product they sell extremely well. Great prices too! I believe the best in town.

There delta products are to over priced and they sell u empty or half filled ones and refuse to give u a refund. I would go to any place but this one there delta 8 disposables are 45$. they almost always find a way to completely rip you off every time🤬

Normally I have a good experience here. The staff are always friendly and respectful. However today I came in to buy a new vape. When the clerk went to put it in the box I asked him not to, stating there is no need Im going to start using it right away. So then he goes and takes the tank off of the mod and puts his germ infested fingers all over my coil, telling me hes trying to make sure its turned off. At which point I again explained there is no reason because Im using it right away. Then starts verbally attacking me saying I need to lose an attitude but I wasnt trying be confrontational, but when a customer asks a sales clerk not to do something, they shouldnt do it. Especially after I already explained why it wasnt needed.Like I said, this is my first bad experience here in the 4 years Ive been a customer. This guy must be new, because Ive never seen him before. Hopefully this will be a learning experience for him, always listen to the customers requests

Used to have amazing service with friendly staff. Now it’s gotten significantly worse with bad product, bad prices, and bad attitude from staff. Today I even purchased a case of prerolls that when opened at home was empty! Not even residue as if something had ever been in the container and they refused to make better on the mistake telling me all I could do was purchase another one.

They have no idea what theyre doing. Two times i go in to have an oil concentrate bowl replaced (that I originally bought FROM THEM) and two times they give me the wrong bowl assuring me it will work. Well both of these bowls torched my throat. Wasted my product. I have progressive Multiple Sclerosis and need this bowl to work for my pain medicine. I am on Social security. I dont have money to throw away on products that HARM ME.\When I went in to ask for a refund, the sales clerk immediately f-bombed me. Unprofessional, cruel, vicious, do not ever shop here.

Every individual who will come into a vape store to purchase a glass piece will not call it a water pipe so please hang up that entire lingo because you guys are really overreacting to the fact that it kept being called what it is.When even ordered, it’s labeled in the description as that!Not only that, When i’m looking to purchase a bong piece that cost hundreds of dollars to replace my broken one… I’m gonna touch and see what the bong is like. Taking a step to see the bongs closer isn’t breaking any of your rules. It could’ve been a easy transaction to a replacement down stem.. Or even a entire new bong! Yes ! I stand on this location being the only VAPE STORE that is worse than government by saying the word “Bong” 😂what did I expect especially first time going to this location & normally seeing no customers there. When the vape store down the road accepts people and the verbiage of their products for what they are! They relate , Compassionate, and want to help find a solution for whatever it is the customer is needing. It’s not 2012 anymore. Most of us are Legal holders of Medical Marijuana Cards. We came a long way for cannabis and custom glass pieces to be used for cannabis, than to be called water pipes lol. Who really goes and smoke tobacco out of a $300-$400 bong ? why y’all condoning smoking tobacco out of a $300-$400 bong?Yeah, I’ll take my $300-$400 and go to a vape store where I can say “Help me buy my new bong piece”Do better

But today service was terrible and they act as if they have something shady to be ashamed of.I went for the same product Ive bought before and now they acted as if they were running an underground operation. Was definitely an awkward experience and I ended up having to go to a different place for service. Which I got without any problems. I’ve bought many mods and products here. For whatever reason, every time I’ve bought a tank, they quickly stop carrying or stocking coils for it (within a few weeks). I’ve only successfully purchased coils a few times. When I approached staff about it, they didn’t offer any solution, instead suggested I buy disposables. Staff seems nice enough, but after spending a few thousand here, you’d think they would offer me free disposable tanks, a discount, or something. Instead I just won’t be shopping here anymore. Owners need to pay attention to customer service a bit more

I purchased an apple sea air disposable yesterday. I had it for a few hours and the battery died on it. Should have lasted the amount of puff in it. I called today and asked if I can exchange it. I was told that once it leaves the store theres nothing they can do about it. I spend quite a bit of money in this store to be told that. Ive never had issues before. But buyer beware if you purchase something defective. Youll be stuck with your purchase with no back up from the seller. I will change this review if made right. Because over all I have been extremely happy with the products they sell and in store customer service. But to loose customers over a $10 defective item is nuts to me.

In the past Ive had good experiences here, but unfortunately the last 2 (and today, specifically) were not. The salesperson the last 2 times was super disinterested and not that helpful. Did not make me feel welcome at all. I should have listened to my gut and just walked out, but I really needed a new mod. So anyway, I purchased what I thought was a purple mod. I even said Ill take the purple one. I even had him put another one back because it wouldnt have matched any of my tanks. Since purple was what I asked for and assumed was given to me - I didnt take the time to read the box. I get it home and open it up, only to realize its the rainbow kit (that typically wouldnt matter, but smoks rainbow is ugly). I called immediately and explained the situation and they just told me since Id left the store with it (less than 10 minutes ago) that I was out of luck.I understand there are policies, and if I had not specifically said the color that i wanted Id just take the L and move on, but that isnt the case. At the very least a store credit should have been offered. This tells me they clearly dont feel the need to retain customers and Ill definitely be looking for another shop to go to in the future. Their selection of mods/tanks/kits isnt that great anyway.

My first time at this location and I didnt feel welcome. Someone with better customer service and more help full. There was two guys there and the more heavy set guy was not really helpful and is who Im talking about.

I enjoy coming here, other than fact that the employees will help you, theyre nice and cheerful until they ring you up to purchase your goods, then their good attitude just drops. Sounds like theyre ready for me to leave. 🤷🏻

I wasnt given full details and promised the coils were just as good as the ones I usually use that they were out of.Ive sent an email to the website and havent gotten a response from anyone. Garbage costumer service I bought a ap2 a few weeks ago and instead of helping me they said that is miss use when you clearly can see that is a brand new device + is waterproof it’s a one star review because I cant get less than that 🤬

Any issues I ever have have nothing to do with them, but vape companies in general for not continuing to carry what I FINALLY decide on.. I shop at 3 locations, they are all great!

Best selection, prices and services Ive ever received at a vapor shop. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff as well. Justin and Noah are usually there to make sure that I understand the choice I have while at the shop. On top of that, they are open much later than pretty much every vapor shop around. I even got lucky that they have a location right down the street. For me, this is the only place I go to nowadays.

I was surprised at the amount of products and the guy named Nate spent a good amount of time explaining the differences between the kinds of cbd they offer. I deff will be back. This is the place to go if you need cbd or help about which cbd will work for you.

The staff is awesome! I found them to be very knowledgeable. Was looking for a part on my vape that kept falling off and the staff hooked it up. Even offered me some replacement mouthpieces

Very good customer service from Lewis with the tattoos . If I lived in Florida I would make this shop my home shop
