I LOVE the infrared body wraps. They are so helpful (especially when done with regularity) to help with joint pain and detoxification. They’re essential for improving the quality of my health & wellness and are one of my top-picks to help me maintain an active lifestyle. Amber is attentive to make my time relaxing and calm.

I have typically gone to places like Massage Envy when I have wanted a massage. I suffer from chronic migraines and have had one for the past four days. I did some research and found that they did medical massages. I called and they were able to get me in to see Tammi right away. I will say this was hands down the best massage I have ever gotten. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I left with some relief and I cant wait to come back! Thank you!

I genuinely love Ursula - she has been my masseuse of choice on and and off for the last year. She really listens to you and your body, and clearly demonstrates a deep understanding of how to target and eliminate pain. She is invested and passionate about her work andI trust her completely. She has a mellow, steadfast and soothing energy, which balances my sometimes manic one, and I recommend her to anyone who will listen.

She always provides the best massage and always has wonderful information to share with me. You can tell she really cares about her patients/clients.Will be coming back again for sure!

Massage wasn’t terrible. Wish i spoke up, but my person who did my massage fell asleep and claimed she was “getting too into my feet”. She quit rubbing and i kept sitting up seeing her asleep. Quite astonished and will not be coming back. Overall would give a 5/10!

My first medical massage by Jo. I needed to fill out several pages of medical history so that she could get a good feel of my history. Excellent, I feel sore in several spots but loosened up after a couple days. Going back in 6 weeks for another loosening up.

Everyone at Vital Living is great! I always feel welcome when Im there. The space is quiet and cozy with smiling faces there to greet you. The massage therapists, especially Stephanie and Jo, are very knowledgable to help you work on your goals. My hips are feeling much better after 3 sessions, however, I know we still have a lot of work ahead of us. Im looking forward to trying the Infrared BodyWrap soon!

I have had wonderful experiences with Jo for deep tissue massage as well as my appointment yesterday with Tammi! I recently had surgery and needed lymphatic drainage to assist with my recovery. I knew very little about the process before my appointment with Tammi! She educated me on this process and how it assists in recovery as well as other purposes. I love that the folks here knows their peers strengths and willingly send you to another therapist if your need isnt in their wheelhouse! I love VL and the different health options brought to th! I wasnt able to get in for a massage so I decided to go for a resonance/ frequency treatment from Saghi. Absolutely amazing! I am laying in a massage table, fully clothed while a wand brushes warm, healing air along my arms, legs, abdomen, neck face and scalp. My intention was to treat some abdominal issues and just go for over all well-being. I got all that and more. I can tell you the worst part of the session was having to stop and return to business as usual. However, I felt...better! I didnt realize how stiff and lethargic I had been feeling until this. Please I urge you to try this! It can help with so many ailments/ conditions from toning skin to detoxifying and just feeling better. Im so glad I tried this and cant wait for me next session.

Unfortunately this was one of the worse spa experiences I have had. They were 20 minutes late for my massage. I specifically asked for someone who could work on specific areas, sadly these problem areas were never addressed. The girl went 20 minutes over, without discussion with me, and made me late for my next appointment. One hour Forty-five minutes for a 60 minute massage. A basic rub-down, not a massage. She then had the gull to refer me to a therapist who could probably do a better job. Will not return.

The staff go at great efforts to give high level of care. They are serious about monitoring for Covid and take precautions seriously. I always feel improvement after getting a medical massage. I recommend them highly. I just wish I could get in a bit sooner when needed. But a lot of folk knows how great they are.

I get all of my massages at Vital Living! The staff is always friendly and works within my busy schedule. I always feel much better when I leave and so relaxed. I will always go to this special place for my massages and any therapeutic muscle work I need taken care of.

My husband & i had a couples massage for our 21st anniversary & it was fantastic! He had never had a massage before where as i get them twice a month for chronic pain so it definitely was a treat for him! But be careful to double check prices there was a price miscommunication along the way but it was sorted out but left us both feeling awkward other then that it was amazing!

I decided to try them and noticed instant body wide pain relief from my Lyme disease as well. I have decided to keep using them as part of my medical treatment plan. I am also very grateful to the staff at Vital Living for making me feel so welcome and comfortable. I will continue to tell others about my success with the infrared body wrap treatments.

Loved my massage here today. Received both cupping therapy with some much needed essential oils tailored for migraine relief. My therapist was amazing! Definitely need about 2 hours next time! Haha!

My wife and I, being survivors of several motor vehicle accidents, have our share of aches and pains and have been recommended to continue massage therapy for the longevity of mobility. We have had several in the past and Vital Living WellSpa definitely helped out today. This is a professional wellspa and great place to get an excellent therapeutic massage. I have gone to many different message spas and this one is by far the best ! This last time I took advantage of a special they had going on and let me tell you Wow !! Chelsey was amazing I felt amazing after and the special care she took I didn’t feel like I was getting a discounted message at all. If you are overweight, STAY AWAY. They will belittle you and refuse service. Went for a couples and Terry said weight limit on the table is 300 lbs. ( I had called ahead) and told there was no limit. Terry had the audacity to ask me how much I weighed. Fyi.... not even close to 300. My husband is 65. He is over 300, hence the reason for me to call ahead and ask. When I mentioned the call ahead, she acted terrible and she laughed. We have had couples massages all over the country and a few outside the US and never an issue. Scheduled a massage the following weekend and had zero problem and was told a standard table will hold 500 lbs. Either they just simply did not want to do the service or they have chintzy tables. Either way this is not what I was expecting for a day of pampering. I have never left anyone a bad review, but this was a month ago and still bothers me. I have never been so embarrassed.

They will cure what ails you..seriously! I have seen 3 therapists and each has their own niche and area of expertise. You cant go wrong with any of the therapists. The prices are reasonable, too. The atmosphere is warm and inviting--a welcome change from a lot of the places. I highly recommend VL for your health and wellness needs.

This rating is based on a policy I dont agree with. I went here for lymphatic massage, and Semaj did a wonderful job, and is truly a special person and very caring. I am totally disabled due to chronic illness with Lyme disease, the Lyme disease coinfection Bartonella, and infection with 4 species of mold. Im incredibly ill. There is absolutely no way that I can know how Im going to feel from one day to the next. Their policy is to charge full price of the service without 24 hours notice. Normally I would agree that policy is policy. Not in this case. I cancelled my appointment 2 hours before I was to be there. I was having a severe anxiety attack, and could not get myself to calm down, let alone drive 20 minutes down I-69 to the appointment. I called as soon as I could and had to leave a message on voicemail, since they were closed. No one ever called me to check in on me. No one called to ask if I was ok. No one called to tell me that they were going to charge my credit card for the missed appointment. I would have been more than accepting of the charge if someone had called to check in with me and tell me that they were going to have to charge me for the missed appointment. It left such a bad feeling with me that I cancelled all further appointments. Its very important to me that a business shows that they care and put their clients first. Instead, policy was given precedence. Perhaps a policy change is due for those of us who are extremely ill, and cannot possibly know how we will feel until the day of the appointment?

I’ve gone to Vital Living off and on for several years now and today I was blown away by the pain relief! For the last few days I’ve had a pesky knot in my back that just would not go away; I couldn’t sleep or sit without feeling an intense amount of pain. Having tried muscle relaxers and over the counter pain medication, I couldn’t take it anymore. I turned to Vital Living in a desperate attempt to find some relief. Not only did I find instant relief during and after the massage, but within hours of my visit the pain and tightness in my back had completely released and I felt back to my normal self! I am overjoyed and have nothing but positive things to say about Vital Living and how they helped me. Along with the amazing massage service, all the staff have the best customer service and are very educated about what your body needs. Thank you Vital Living!

I was active duty military and have a lot of different injuries and things that pain me now. I have I turn been to lots of massage therapists and I’m rather picky. VLW made reservations without checking age. And when my daughter, almost 18, showed up with her boy friend, they said minors are not allowed as a couple. Instead of just refusing them service, they forced her to buy a gift card by intimidating and lecturing her.When my daughter said she will never go back to Vital Living Wellspa, I went for a refund. They refused to refund until I wouldnt budge.They should check age before making reservations and should not be intimidating their clients.Ill not recommend this place.Edit:The self righteous attitude again comes through. When you came to know that she is a minor, VLW should have just turned her away politely specifying the rules. Instead they forced my daughter to pay for the appointment rather than turn her away. Your establishment employees harangued her into tears! She refuses to ever step into your establishment ever again. And to top that, you refused to credit back the money until you were pushed to do it. You did not contest any of these statements. Instead you are busy giving your marketing spiel and lecturing the client about morality and common sense. Is it common sense to lecture a teenager client and demand to take money for services not delivered? Stop digging a deeper well for yourself.

I started coming four years ago to have the Infrared Body Wraps. I have fibromyalgia and the wraps help me in a big way. I now try to have a wrap a week, and they helped me lose the additional 30 lbs I gained when we moved to Fort Wayne. Love, love,love them. Mable has technique like no other. She made my body move in ways I didnt were possible. She worked on a knot in my left shoulder that had required me to use a heating pad for several days before that.

Relaxing, very professional, Vital Living has an astonishing variety of therapists that work with a wide range of problems: tension, rehab after surgery, weight loss, etc. Its always been relaxing; I need a taxi to get home after a session!
