Cam and John went above and beyond in helping me choose my new set up. They listened to and adressed my wants and needs better than i could have asked for. Hats off to these guys for all the help! Ill definitely be back for more.

Really helpful and friendly guy working. He helped me find a new flavor I actually liked and was knowledgeable about his products. It’s really hard to find stores that have employees that want to help you anymore, so I really appreciated this.

Im visiting from out of state and could not have found a better vape store. I was treated with the utmost respect and friendliness Ive ever encountered in shopping for vapes in two states.I use a specific kind of vape in NY but since they didnt carry my brand the guys were super helpful in finding me a replacement and that had 10x more hits. There was a gentleman from a store up north of Waynedale, and he pitched in and had the vape I bought brought down from the other store. They took my phone number and lo and behold they called today and I just picked it up. The absolute amazing customer service and knowledge is second to none.If you arent buying vapes from these stores, then youre wasting money and time. A disposable with 10k hits is unheard of where Im from in NY state. Thank you guys for the excellent treatment and Ill be back every time I am home to visit. 10 stars!! WTG!!

Every time Ive gone, Ive always had a bad experience. Thats why Ive decided to take my business elsewhere. Im tired of feeling rushed and the guy (the 1 with the motorcycle) working acting like he didnt want to be bothered by anyone. I will not return unless there is a change in Staffing.

Rude as hell. All I did was call to ask a question and he harassed me to the point we’re I didn’t want to do business DO NOT RECOMMEND whoever is running this store is a sociopath

Honestly I shop at a competitor, its closer to my residence. However I was in the area and ran out of vape juice. I went in and asked what he would recommend, he was very friendly and had no problem answering my questions. When I went to pay there was an issue with the credit card reader and I had to run to get cash, long story short.. i couldnt get cash and I left, without returning to the store. Not realizing I left my wallet in the amazing vape store! By the time I realized this, they were closed. In the morning I messaged the company on Googles messaging for the business, and the message was relayed to the employee that I would be in after opening. The employee made sure he was at work before opening so he could catch me. I went to the store on my lunch to grab my wallet. He had it put up for me. At no point did I blame the employee or the company for the situation, turns out I had a hold from a payment at a gas pump and thats why my card didnt work, I knew this right after I was trying to get cash out, so I was upset at my card ha ha not the company. He was extremely friendly, helpful and generous. I got what I originally came for and even bought a new set of batteries for my mod. As I left I told him Id be back, I am all about supporting local businesses, and if they have employees that actually care about customer service I will go out of my way to give them my business. Thats how i feel about this company. I started as a competitors regular customer and ended as a new loyal customer of Amazing Vapes. Keep up the good work. I wish I knew the gentlemans name who helped me because Id give him a shout out!

Went into this shop for the first time the other day. Cam has been a big help with juice suggestions and just all in all a great person to talk vape stuff with. he knows his stuff and is more than willing to show you new things. Cam and John run a nice shop and i will be continuing to go to these guys for all my vape gear and juice needs.

Great place great people! But there is one associate that doesnt really know what hes talking about and will tell you to check elsewhere! But the one that helped me get voopoo vape was extremely helpful!! I absolutely love my vape & finally found a juice that i love as well too!!

Great selection on devices and mods as well as juices. Sometimes they run out of my juice and coils but normally stock them well!

My buddy called ahead for a fluid he really wanted. They held it until I could get it there for him. Friendly staff, people laughing and having a good time inside!

Customer service here great. Juice line is great. They educate and help their customers make the best decision for the customer.

Love the Waynedale store, staff is friendly and very helpful, same with the maplecreat store. The New Haven store not so much. Service ia horrible and that staff is rude.
