I recently visited Milk and Honey Spa for a massage, and it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the serene and inviting atmosphere immediately put me at ease. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.The massage itself was exceptional. John Overton My therapist took the time to understand my specific needs and tailored the session accordingly. The combination of expert techniques and soothing ambiance melted away all my stress and tension. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed.Milk and Honey Spa truly exceeded my expectations. The facilities are beautiful, I enjoy having time to relax in the lounge and steam showers, and everyone I’ve met is extremely friendly. Most importantly though - I’ve had the two best massages of my life at this location. Shout out to my massage therapist Cassie who listened to and acknowledged my concerns and worked with me to focus on my problem spots and resolve my issues. Not only am I feeling 1,000x times better (hurts so good!) but I also just genuinely enjoyed Cassie’s company and expertise.

If you are looking for a deep tissue massage ask for John O. He did outstanding massage and provided good advice for continued stretching to alleviate all my pain in neck , shoulders, spine and back. I was in pain when I arrived and felt so loose and relaxed and could move without sharp pain. This was my first visit and I will be back only if John O is there. I was gifted a massage for graduation at this wonderful facility. As my first time visit I was very pleased on how relaxing and comfortable I was here. Especially with my masseuse, John Overton. Women tend to be hesitant to have a male masseuse but there are no worries with him!! He was very kind, informative, and very respectful. I highly recommend seeing him!

Wow! I just cannot say enough about my experience at Milk and Honey, especially my massage therapist, John! He got rid of tension I didn’t even know I had. The lounge was gorgeous and the snack/beverage spread was really top notch as well. I was also really impressed with the quality of the products. I will DEFINITELY be coming back.

Strangest spa experience ever. I planned a Sat evening to treat myself. My massage therapist moved so slowly during the massage that he might have gone the length of my back 4 times! I asked for upper body only for 60 min. I was more stressed laying there wondering why he would pause at times and barely move his hands for the entire massage. He hardly touched me. I think they forgot about me also bc I had a 30 min wait between services. I had to get up and ask before someone came for my pedicure.The pedicure area has a walk up bench to sit on. Your feet are in a sink. No place to relax your head. If you’re short you have to sit forward using pillows to have a comfortable place for your feet. I paid for a $100 pedicure and received a 5 min massage and I mean only 5 min!I was extremely disappointed in my entire experience!

This was my first ever spa experience and I was immediately hooked. When I walked in the staff greeted me warmly. I filled out my form and then was shown to the back where I was given a locker, robe, and flip flops. The changing area is suited with their personal products and the showers inside (one of which is a massive steamer) is so clean and nice. They have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion you can use. They also have blow dryers, contact solution, hair ties and towels. My esthtician was so nice and chill. The waiting room before being seen has snacks, magazines and drinks. The only criticism that I could even think to give is that they really only had dried fruit and some nuts for snacks. However, that really doesnt matter to me. Ill be back as often as I can.

I hate to say it but I dont understand why this place is so hyped when honestly the experience was similar to Spa Habitat who is less expensive. The massage was not outstanding it was comparable to other places Ive been to, the facial was fabulous so I will give them that. The manicure and pedicure again was good but nothing special or over the top. The esthetician and the nail tech that provided services were amazing and made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. The only issue to me is that this place is not worth the double or triple cost that they charge when you can get a comparable experience at other spots.

This review has me in-between. This is my 3rd time here in the last 5 years but the first time for a manicure and pedicure. The nail tech cut my cuticle and didnt say anything just kept working and my pedicure paint job isnt as nice as I want it. The color was just placed and not applied to fit the nail.And when checking out the lady announced would you like to leave a gratuity? Usually the screen is turned around for you. It made me feel some what bullied to leave a higher gratuity since it was asked out loud for everyone to hear.I love their massages but this experience makes me not want to come back to this establishment.

I was gifted a Spa package for Christmas and I just used it because I finally had time to pamper myself. I was given a massage a facial a Mani Pedi combination! the massage and facial were pretty good although I couldn’t bear to stand the music that was playing very much so killed the vibe but what really shocked me is when I went to get my Nails done. It was not, a serene environment like the massage and the facial you have your feet sitting in a bowl with no bubbles sitting place is uncomfortable. The woman doing my nails did not do a good job I upgraded to Gel polish They’re already peeling off completely just a couple days later and then when I get to the front counter to check out , I knew I was gonna have to Ipay for the up charge for the gel, but then they try to say that I owed additional funds and , the person who gifted the present to me for Christmas also included a hefty tip. Needless to say I was very unhappy with my experience I don’t think I’d return and I don’t suggest that anyone else go to milk and honey. They’re definitely other better spalls out there in my opinion with better MUSIC and quality service. So disappointed my total was almost $500 I feel bad for the person who thought this was a great gift. And I was excited as it was my first time and sooooo long since I’ve pampered myself.

I love this place. I got a massage from a girl named Cassie, & it was BY FAR the best experience of my life! They make you feel so welcome, & it’s super clean. I walked out feeling like the stress just melted away.

I thoroughly enjoyed my prenatal massage with Cassie! I always get a little nervous when I’m going for a prenatal massage just because there are specific things you can’t do but she was so knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. The relaxation room was big and had tea, water and snacks. I will definitely be back!

I was in Dallas visiting for a few weeks and decided to schedule an appointment here. I have had several recommendations for John O and decided to book with him.I scheduled my appointment at 10:30 am. I received a call later from the location that 10:30 am was not available, but was asked to move my schedule back to 11 am, which I declined. The rep confirmed they will keep 10:30 am instead. This has been a repeat issue with Milk + Honey the last few years, where I will book an appointment and will be called within the same day to move my appointment.I arrived at the location a few minutes before my appointment. The woman behind the counter quickly checked me in and led me to the changing area. In River Oaks, I am always asked about my sandal size and assigned a locker. I figured this would not be a big deal. Every locker has a size L sandal. There was nothing in a small. It took me several minutes, in which I proceeded to ask the woman at the counter where the size S sandals were. They do not carry them. They ended up finding a M, which at this point I ended up sliding around in these sandals, so that I would not trip and fall. I was also 11 minutes late seeing John at this point.John came out to get me and walked me to the backroom and proceeded to give me time to unrobe. I laid down in the room and he did not return until 14 minutes later. At this point, I am aware this session will be cut down because I lost 25 minutes.John as a MT was great. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. However, I was already peeved about being late because of the sandal situation and the fact that he returned 14 minutes later. He ensured I received the full 60 minutes, but again I was late rushing back to meet a client. I buffered in enough time to avoid the traffic, but 25 minutes is time lost I will not get back.I would highly recommend John if you are looking for someone to address your concerns and get the job done. But I do not think I will ever return to this location as it left a bad experience. I do not blame the woman at the front for this, but management needs to ensure all sandal sizes are available to people of different feet sizes.My appointment was supposed to start at 10:30 am and started as close to 11 am, when they initially asked me to move my appointment. Had I known this was the case, they shouldve cancelled my appointment. I would have been better off going to Woodhouse in Plano.

Do not recommend prenatal massage!!!I had a prenatal massage and it was the worst use of $200. I left very frustrated as the massage therapist barely touched the surface of my skin. I expressed my frustration to the lady at the front desk and she said “oh okay” and continue with her efforts to collect payment. I payed and requested to speak with someone who could help me. She suggested I call the number on the website.I called the number of the website which is a main operator for all locations and was connected with someone from management. The lady from management was receptive and apologetic and told me she would escalate my complain to her team and get back to me as soon as possible.It’s been over 4 months and I never heard back.

My first visit to this M&H location and it was a great experience. Front desk staff was welcoming and friendly, the facility is beautiful, clean and relaxing and my massage therapist John was fantastic! Highly recommend. Will definitely return!

One of the few places that always has consistently good massage therapists. The facilities are always clean, well kept, and up to date. The staff is courteous and helpful. I feel like the prices are pretty fair, too. The same experience at a similar pace would typically cost a lot more.

Unfortunately even with filling out pre forms 48 hours in advance and even after being onsite for 1.5 hours, it was not until I was brought back into the second treatment room that I was informed I could not have the treatment sinc I received another a week ago according to protocol. While that is ok, it was the lack of communication at check in or the offering of alternative services that was disappointing. I had to ask if they could offer me an alternative as I what to wait another 90 minutes for my group. Offering an alternative ahead of time or after check in would have been better, perhaps I could have extended my massage.To be clear- the services I did receive were great. Simply lack of communication and planning were frustrating.Update: no one ever did reach out as stated below in response.

I had a massage today with Cassie and it was amazing. She did a fantastic job with the pre massage consultation, I’d definitely book another service at this location and with Cassie!

The low rating is for management. I’ve been going to milk + honey for a few years now for spa treatments and hair care.Recently I went back for a hydrafacial. Tina was my provider. Immediately after the facial I noticed my face had ridges/lines marked in the same pattern that she used the hydrafacial machine. I figured it would go away by the next day. A month later I still had lines on my face, noticeable enough that friends and family were concerned. The lines took about a month and a half to disappear.Around this time I went back for another facial and discussed the situation with my aesthetician. She advised me to talk to management because that should never happen if the hydrafacial is done correctly. In her words, the only way that would’ve happened is if the provider used the machine incorrectly.That same day my boyfriend also got a facial, and his provider was Tina, the same person who did my hydrafacial. He didn’t know this, but knew about the issue, so he ran the situation by her. Ironically, Tina went on about how the provider must have been a rookie and not know what she was doing because that should never happen. Also said I should talk to management.So naturally, we decided I’d talk to management. Biggest disappointment. Marisol, the assistant manager insisted she help us instead of a manager. I agreed and told her the problem. She asked me if I had proof, which I didn’t as the lines had just healed (month and a half later).Immediately she started using excuses as to what might have happened and EVERYTHING she came up with ended up with the fault being mine. Like I have too sensitive skin, that if I had too many clogged pores in that area which is why the provider had to work extra hard there (I don’t. It was my cheek and I have no clogged pores there at all), etc. Finally after I explained how none of the “reasons” she gave me applied and how both of their aestheticians we talked to that day, including Tina, agreed it was the providers fault, she said she’d talk to management and get back to me.Management should never make excuses and try to blame the customer, but that’s just what Marisol did. She called me about a week later, and her solution was to CONTINUE to find blame for me for what happened. She said that her providers did everything right, except if I had fillers or Botox done recently that was the problem. So she accused me of something not even knowing what she was talking about. I’ve never had injectables! She was defensive, cut me off and would speak over me, continued to place blame on me and take 0 responsibility. Someone that immature and with such lacking customer service skills should never hold the role of even assistant manager. She resolved 0 percent of the issue and apologized for nothing.After having the most frustrating conversation with Marisol, she offered me a measly 20% off a service if I wish to come back. I knew I needed to talk to an actual manager, so I requested she have a manager contact me. It’s been 2 weeks now and no manager has reached out.It’s an absolute nightmare dealing with their management team. Be careful with the providers you have services with and most definitely take pictures and keep record if ANYTHING goes wrong because they will screw you over otherwise.

Dani is the best! She takes her time and makes you feel comfortable! I rarely relax so 90 minutes with her is amazing for me 💯😀💕

There needs to be better schedule management and staffing here. This isnt a low-level establishment. When you spend $500+ for a spa treatment at a place, theres ZERO reason to have to reschedule part of the package because an employee is out. I fully understand employees calling in sick. However, there should be multi talented individuals or on call coverage. I will not spend any more $$ here.

I can’t say enough good things about my spa day at Milk and Honey. The massage and facial were absolutely incredibly. I felt so relaxed and pampered. The lounge is peaceful and the assortment of teas are delicious. The steam shower and locker room and very clean and never seemed busy nor crowded. I am already looking forward to my return.

Went to get my hair dyed, was told it may take 3-4 hours, it ended up taking over 7, with no time to fully blow dry or do my haircut after. The lady who did it was extremely nice and professional, but charging over $600 for something that should’ve taken 3-4 hours ($100 an hour) is insane. If it was going to take that long, thats fine, but saying 3-4 and it being over 7 not only postponed my plans for later, but the hair stylist had to cancel her next appointment, and seeing other reviews apparently Milk and Honey canceling appointments is a huge problem. Milk and Honey is supposed to be this high end salon in Clearfork, but they seem to keep biting off more than they can chew. (This didn’t seem to be all the stylists fault, just the fact that she overbooked, and over estimated how fast she could get my hair done. Although it was specific, she knew beforehand)

Love the clean setup and realxing environment. I did a massage with John and it was superb. Already looking forward to more visits here!

This was my first time at Milk & Honey and it wont be my last. Everything here was perfect and peaceful. They provided exactly what I needed. My masseuse, Jennifer was excellent, very thorough and professional. I enjoyed the lounge. It was nice just to sit down and relax after a long trip.

I had a deep tissue massage with John O and it was the best deep tissue I’ve had at Milk & Honey! If you are an athlete or someone who has sore muscles often ask for John!

I moved to Fort Worth for work not that long ago. Ive been hesitant to go anywhere to get my haircut because I had been to the same person for years. Well, after a poorly done haircut had grown out and left me with grown-out, uneven, choppy curtain bangs and bad layers, I finally caved and found myself a place to get my haircut. First, I am so incredibly thankful for milk and honeys hours. I work in healthcare so getting to a salon before they close is typically impossible and I cant take off work just to get my hair trimmed. Second I want to praise the stylist Karla F. She was incredible. I showed her a reference photo of what I wanted and then explained what I didnt like about my current cut. She looked my hair over and immediately told me in detail how she was going to cut it to look how I wanted it to. She was so detail-oriented and checked that everything was even and blended several times over. She was also incredibly kind and personable and I adored getting to talk to her. I will be entrusting my hair to Karla for eternity. It is absolutely worth splurging and I walked out feeling confident and beautiful.

John gave one of the best massages I’ve had. Would definitely return!

Simply wonderful. I am sitting in the lounge now after a facial and I am blissful. Rea was lovely to work with as are all of the other team members I’ve worked with in the past year plus. The ambiance is perfect, I am always seen timely, the estheticians are professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and courteous as are the ladies at the desk. Milk + Honey is the perfect spot for a day of pampering and I will certainly be back!

I went this morning for a birthday facial. I was definitely looking forward to this because I haven’t had a facial in a while, specifically was looking forward to the jelly mask as I’ve never had it. Well, facial got done and no jelly mask. I reached out and management and they apologized and said the esthetician had an “oversight” and used a restore mask. This was not advertised for the brighten facial, even as they stated. That is a disappointment; although mistakes happen, I think it is essential to perform the facial and it is advertised on your website and paid by the consumer.

Well, my facial was amazing I got the Hydrafacial. I had a wonderful Swedish massage. My cousin who was with me did not get her facial because she had Botox four days before. She has traveled the world in the best Spas never a problem . So she said fine I will do the massage. They said no.... She said I will the swedish massage and lay face up they said no. She than ask to speak to the manager who never showed left her sitting there.she walked out. The front staff wasnt nice kinda snobby. If I had known my cousin was being treated this way I would of left. However we were separated. So not a very professional. I feel if you are told the manager will come and talk to you and they blow you off , that is really horrible. I wont go back there again.

This day spa is lovely and relaxing. Womens locker room and steam showers were nice. Teas and infused cucumber water in the quiet room are refreshing features as well. Overall a really good experience. The only downside of my visit was the timeliness of my masseuse being a few minutes late (no big deal) but also not providing the massage for the full duration that was paid for. Maybe I came on a bad day but expectations were high based on the pricey spa package I paid for. Again, I did enjoy the experience at Milk + Honey Spa at Shops of Clearfork. Would recommend.

Wife had a prenatal massage this evening. Asked multiple times to apply more pressure, therapist did not. Also had a scary experience in locker room with a disgruntled employee flinging robes and baskets.

Had a wonderful time here. I got a massage from Holly and she was amazing. My mom got a massage from Joanna who was incredible as well. The relaxation room is excellent and it was such a wonderful spa day. Cannot wait to go back!

Mariah did amazing! She is great with long and thick hair. I got layers and got rid of my dry ends. I love my new hair!!!

We show up for our appointment, everything starts off great. They send me and my wife to the changing rooms where we change and are taken to our room to get our facials. We paid for the ultimate facial that is 2 hours long $285 each. We change into robes and lay in the beds under the blanket. A few minutes go by and then we are greeted by a manager that said because we have had alcohol we will not be serviced. They had no reason for this or any reason to assume we have had alcohol. I am happy that they did a refund but my time is valuable and this wasted it. I welcome ownership to reply with why they think this is ok or why they would assume we were “inebriated”. This was a horrible experience.Also, this is not our first spa/facial treatment so we know what is expected.

The front reception always accumulates a line and a lot of time is wasted whether you are checking in for an appointment or trying to buy a product. Guidelines to improve the overall relaxation and spa etiquette along with staff that enforces them need to be implemented.Today I booked a haircut appointment online for 2:15 only to have milk and honey move it to 2:00 without my consent and only notifying me by email. Emails are equivalent to voicemails, hardly anyone checks them. A text needs to be sent out to notify the customer of any changes and should require the consent of the customer. A phone call is much better than an email, too.A process to Schedule hydra facials online needs to be implemented as well. The booking process should not be any different from what the customer sees and what a team member sees when they are on a call to schedule an appointment.During some experiences, people are loudly talking in the lounge as if it is a bar, and presently a customer is on her phone on speaker in the lounge.The ottomans need a good clean with a fabric cleaner, they are quite dirty. For the cost of various treatments the snacks in the lounge need to be improved, adding sugar cubes and ice cubes for the tea would also improve the experience.

Visited for a 60min Signature massage and loved it! Had heard to ask for Brandon so I requested him and the massage was fantastic. I asked to focus on upper back and shoulders due to some pain I had been having and he definitely helped. He has great technique and relieved a lot of the tension in my shoulders and neck. He also offered some good advice on stretches I can do to help prevent and alleviate any future pain. He was very friendly and the entire spa was very accommodating. It’s worth the money for the great service and ambiance.

I have been coming to this location for a little while now & due to my new schedule I needed to switch stylist for my hair. I am grateful for the previous stylist Ashley Renee & I am so impressed by my new stylist/hair artist! Plus her name is very easy for me to remember, April! She is very kind, thoughtful, & listened to my hair concerns & solved the problem! Very pleased with this new situation!

The ambiance is incredibly relaxing. I went for just a hair cut and mani-pedi. I loved how they co-ordinated everything to make sure that I got the optimal experience. Each lady who took care of me was super informative and knowledgeable whenever I had a question. The ladies at the front were very nice and let me relax in their lounge for a moment as well. I enjoyed their various tea options and finger foods. Im already telling all of my friends to come here. And for everything that was done - the price was very reasonable. I cant wait to come back and see what else I do next.

Came to Fort Worth to try this place out because my friend raved about her experience at this spa. The place is cute and welcoming. The robes and slippers provided were very comfy and cozy. The lounge area was relaxing with soft music, an assortment of teas and snacks, and cucumber infused water. From there we were called back to get our facials.Kayla was my aesthetician. She did a quick interview of what my current regimen is and what I want to target, then proceeded with the facial. Overall it felt like a normal facial that I’ve had before, I did find it odd that she never did an inspection of my face under a light but I didn’t question it because every place is different. Once it was done and I was taken back to the lounge and compared my experience with my friends, I realized how vastly different mine was. During my experience I didn’t receive any facial steaming, extractions and the bed I was laying on was not warm. Needless to say what was advertised was not the service that was provided. My friend had a great experience with Reagan, so maybe consider booking with her instead if you decide to check this place out.

Went here for the first time today with my mom. I am floored by how amazing the experience was! I had the BEST massage from Jennifer, who made sure I was comfortable the whole time! My mom had a facial from Paige and she said it was the best facial she’s ever gotten and that Paige was so informative about what products she was using and was so kind to her. The entire staff was welcoming and inviting. I will definitely be coming back. The ambiance was amazing and everything ran on time.

I love milk + honey— I’d always driven past and wanted to go as a student, but now that I actually started going I’ve loved their services. Paula is AMAZING! The environment is so relaxing and it’s truly a nice getaway spa experience in DFW. And it’s in clearfork which is always a nice spot!

Decided to try out Milk and Honeys nail services since I had some terrible past experiences in other nail salons. I am very happy I made that choice because the whole experience is very different from your average nail salons. This place actually takes their time with caring for the health of your hands and feet. Everything is sanitary and I paid close attention to a lot of those things since I worked in the industry many years ago. Karina did my gel manicure and it came out looking amazing. She really took her time to properly do a gel removal without damaging my natural nail. The application was great and I think for once my gel manicure will last longer than 3 days. Thank you Milk and Honey and thank you Karina for a wonderful experience.

Terrible experience!! I made an appointment for a chemical peel and after I showed up to my appointment and finally met with my esthetician, thats when I learned that I couldnt do it cause of the medication Im on! Im completely frustrated because I live in Dallas and traveled all the way there to learn this! And not to mention, I completed my intake form the same day that I booked my appointment but they didnt bother to check or call me ahead of time to let me know. The staff were completely unhelpful and told me I could wait a couple of hours but their only availability was for a pedi! They had no care or sympathy, will not go back again!

I can’t begin to rave more about this place. From the moment I walked in I was treated as if I’ve been going there for years. Everyone was happy and helpful. I have never been here before so this is a first timers review. The locker room was amazing, I did struggle a bit with the steam shower but ultimately gave up (I have no doubt if I asked for help someone could’ve helped, I’m just too prideful). The lounge was calm and relaxing. The tea selection was incredible as was the cucumber water. Sarah did my facial. She listened to my wants and needs for my facial and skin care and chatted with me on a personal level as well! It wasn’t all about the facial, it was about me too! I am rather pierced in my face, and Sarah took time and care into making sure no product got into my piercings and she cleaned my skin like the expert she was without comprising me. 10/10 will be going back. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I plan on buying my loved ones gift cards so they can experience the relaxation I did for the holidays.THANK YOU!

So far I have had decent manicure and pedicure services, massage and average waxing. I have decided to try a haircut. My appointment is scheduled for December 12th (a month from now). This morning, I get a call at 7:38 am from the salon asking me what hair type I have. When I answered that Im sleeping and if I can call them back, they told me they just want to know my hair type. I really dont think its appropriate to call customers that early, especially on Sunday, especially when the service is a month away. Thinking to cancel my appointment.

I got a facial with Katelyn today and it was the best facial I’ve ever had. She was extremely professional and asked me several times if I was comfortable. My face felt so soft and it was glowing when I left. I can’t wait to go back to her!

My esthetician was Taylor and she did such an amazing job, she addressed my concerns with my current skin care routine and recommended two awesome products that I already love. I went to Milk and Honey for a facial and had the most wonderful facial everrr by Reagan. My skin feels so amazing and supple, it was wonderfully relaxing, and she was so sweet and fun to talk to. Also, the girl at the front Dominique was so welcoming and kind and showed me where everything was as this was one of my first luxury spa experiences. The spa itself was very relaxing and the ambiance, relaxation room, and dressing room, and showers were completely perfect and gorgeous!

I just had a 75min LUX facial with Paige Crandall this afternoon 🌻Page was incredibly warm & welcoming and the service was just wonderful.It was a perfect amount of informative, while uber relaxing 😌I enjoyed hearing about all the clean & nourishing products she choose for me based of what my skin is currently in need of (congested, a bit inflamed/red, dry).The table was warm & cozy and she was also fantastic about checking in on my comfort in regards to pressure, temperature, and so on!My face feels refreshed & happy!Do yourself a favor, and book a facial & massage there for ultimate self-care ♥️

This place will continue to use your personal data for marketing, it’s been over 3 years and I keep asking them to stop but they keep popping up on my email .Waste of my time and the management knew this and did nothing to fix it. My manicure was about 35 minutes long and the technician didn’t even have all the tools or products needed. I was treated like a bum and would not go back. Also the seat is just a raised corner on the wall very uncomfortable.

Phenomenal experience! I am so happy I gave this place another try! My stylist Blake made sure of any conditions or requests I had for my haircut were spot on! Milk and honey spa has become my favorite place to get a massage and relax. I did a couples massage here yesterday which was my second time here within a three week time spand. The service is always great and the atmosphere is quite and relaxing 😌. And oh, I love the variety teas and snacks 😍

I arrived for a my pedicure appointment on time but was waiting for 15 minutes for my appointment to start (not a problem). However, the technician was prepared for a manicure. When I told her that I was scheduled for a pedicure, she told me that I was scheduled for a manicure., quickly rushed me over and gave me my pedicure. She told me that I would normally have a longer treatment/massage but that the scheduling error impacted my time. The whole serve lasted maybe 35 minutes for an $80 pedicure. Id consider it a polish application at best. While I cannot blame the technician, I am disappointed in the service as this was my first time in, pregnant, and wanted to enjoy some quiet for my birthday.Update: The manager reached out saying they sent a confirmation text of the service I was to receive. I did receive a text however it had no information on my treatment, only the time. Frustrated that they decided to blame the client instead of apologizing and rectifying the mistake. Will not return.Wood house and Perfect Touch Day Spa are far superior.

Best massage I have ever received! Mistyanne is seriously the best! I’ve had plenty of massages in the past but nothing compares to the one I had with Mistyanne! She relived so much of the shoulder and neck pain I had been experiencing and I practically fell asleep on the table! A million stars if I could!

I was extremely displeased with the services that were provided to me. My haircut was one of the worst I have ever had. I had to go somewhere else to get a completely new haircut just to achieve symmetry and to not be embarrassed when going outside. The person who cut my hair quite literally was doing circles all over my head with shears and basically butchered my hair. I paid $100+ and had to pay another $30 to have it fixed. I have always had medium length hair and two months later it is barely at it’s normal length. My friend had also gone the week before and her hair was just ugly. Go somewhere else.

FYI, I work in this Industry. Taylor was amazing. She was very professional & communicative. She took the time to be sure I was comfortable, answer any questions I had and made me feel so relaxed. She even went out of her way on small things that she didnt have to. I will definitely come see Taylor again! The facility was beautiful and relaxing. Not a stuffy environment at all. The front desk staff was kind and helpful.

I’ve only had massages here and they have always been wonderful and relaxing. Very nice facility. On several occasions the steam shower has been dirty and there is no place to hang your towel or robe while in the shower. No jet tub, sauna, or pool but there is a nice lounge with snacks, tea and water.

I love their Milk and Honey skin products, but OMG DONT go there to do ANYTHING with your hair!Worst haircut I have EVER received in my life! I will not be exaggerating saying that she butchered my hair and a senior stylist was not fully able to fix it either as it was that bad. A year later Im still recovering. My new stylist at another location literally said your haircut is horrible. Whered youd get it? Yeah, a haircut that cost over $100. Some of my friends who visited here to do their hair shared the same concern with me 🤷‍♀️Probably super cuts will do it better and cheaper for you.Second time when I returned just for a blow dry they werent comfortable do that either because of my extensions 🤷‍♀️ and the girl handling my hair was literally incompetent to do the job in my opinion. She did it. Nothing fell out but it took her like double the time. Extension werent lose at all as I only got them and have had several blow drys in other locations without any problems. She was just inexperienced.But on the upside I do have to mention that front desk staff and staff in general is exemplary and their customer service ethic is one of the best I have seen around town. They always address any issue and honor the clients complaint/concern etc. Before covid I loved going there for massage and the steam room is nice, although the massage therapy was a bit too American for my taste. Meaning its not beneficial but rather recreational if you can call it at best. But yeah, had no problem with the staff - theyre always very nice and professional no matter what. 👍

Tonight was my first time coming to this spa and it was absolutely amazing. I came in for a signature facial and the facial was so relaxing. I felt so cared for and pampered. The girl who worked on me (Lauren) was so sweet and very helpful about the issues going on with my skin. I appreciated it so much because I had no idea what to do about it before lol.The experience was SO quiet and relaxing and perfect. The steam shower was the perfect end to the night and just knowing I could take my time and wasn’t rushed at all was just perfect for me. Will definitely recommend to others and be coming back :)

I was invited to the soft open of milk + honey, and have never had a nicer spa experience. My visit didnt feel like a location that had just opened, instead it was reminiscent of a spa that had been open and running smoothly for a decade. Check-in was quick but warm and inviting, the changing room and lounge are beautiful, and if the rest of the employees are half as good my specialist was its clear they only hire the best. The relaxing atmosphere affects you the moment you walk in the door and just gets better from there, and I cannot recommend this spa enough to anybody who wants to treat themselves or a loved one.

I just had a 105 minute deep tissue massage from Skye and it was fantastic! Ive had other deep tissue massages before that left me feeling like I had been hit by a truck, but not this time. I feel flexible, refreshed, a little sore... but in a good way! 100% worth every penny! Skye is fantastic, joyful, communicative, and professional. I will be back!

Extremely unprofessional. Scheduled a Fathers Day massage for my husband weeks in advance and received verbal confirmation only to find out that they cancelled it at the last minute without my permission. No future offer for discount or a manager available to rectify the situation or consider the inconvenience. From a business standpoint, not a great way to retain customers. Will not be scheduling here again.Update - Your records are incorrect and my account has not been hacked. I have documentation to prove that your schedulers incorrectly told. me that the appointment was canceled when in reality it was not since I then received a phone call stating we were running late to add insult to injury. At this point, please process my full refund and I would like to avoid any further stress this has caused. Thanks.

Have to say I really like this place but I love it because of their hours. I think it is easy to book and there is a wave of calm. Why not 5 stars is I am not a fan of the ladies at the front counter. Ive listened to a few people ask about products they sale and the ladies have never been very knowledgeable about it. Their mouth and tone sound pleasant their body language and rolling eyes are something else. It happens I just dont like it during my zen time.

I went to Paige for my first facial and she was great! Spent time explaining what each process would be like, really focused on my specific skins needs and was very knowledgeable. She spent extra time talking me through my current skin routine and suggesting changes and walking me through adjustments. I will definitely be back. I also saw in the locker room they give 15% off for teachers for certain services which I really appreciate- especially in such a stressful year. My skin is feeling it and the discount helps make it possible for me to go back. Thank you Paige!

The ultimate massage with Mistyanne was amazing. She created a calm, relaxing and comfortable experience. The communication prior and during the massage was exceptional. She made sure she focused on desired areas/desired pressure.

This was one of the BEST massages I have ever had. The two hour option was absolutely magical. My only disappointment with this location is that I left some jewelry behind in my locker and when I called them to check if it had been found, it was odd to me that some of my jewelry was found and some of it was missing specifically because I had the first appointment of the day, I called within 2 hours after leaving, and I knew the locker number I had left it in.

My husband and I started getting massages here a year ago and we love it! The area is cute and the spa is clean and refreshing. It’s perfect for a nice date day/night! I would highly recommend Uyen. She is amazing and easily the best masseuse that we have experienced! My husband use to run large scale spas and she is the best masseuse he has had! We typically get massages every month and we always try and book with her. The steam showers are perfect after a 90 minute massage. The service is very friendly and the facility is cute, con, and trendy. We love going and look forward to it every month! Definitely book with Uyen if you are looking for an amazing massage!

My first visit was amazing (original review below). My second visit was for a massage and facial, both 90 mins. My second visit was not as great, when I left I noticed that there were dark spots on my face from where the extractions took place, they were not there before and they were not there the first time I got the same exact facial with Lin. This time I got Serena. There was a huge difference in the amount of pressure she used for extractions and the amount used the first time. Needless to say I won’t get the facial again unless Lin is doing it or I’ll leave looking worse than when I came in. I feel like for as much as I paid, people should be properly trained like after all this is my FACE. I’m extremely disappointed.My massage with Rocky was phenomenal. He was amazing!The best facial I’ve ever had! I’ve had facials at spa castle and a few small spas throughout the metroplex over the last 5ish years. I loved this one the most! I have problem skin and Lin took the time to provide recommendations and talk to me about improvements to make in my daily regimen. My skin is so soft and Is glowing. The process over all was sooo relaxing. Lin was amazing and she made me so comfortable. I can’t wait to go again!

My friends and I all came to get massages here and my friend got her services declined because she had previously had one drink and they said it was not allowed for one to drink before their appointment which is not stated anywhere. She didn’t make a big deal about it and was simply going to reschedule but when we are all checking out they charged her for a service she was declined. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional and will never be returning.

I got a Signature Facial with Lauren this weekend, and I was BEYOND impressed! This was my first facial, and Lauren taught me so much about my skin and was able to make great suggestions to my daily skincare routine. She even added on an extra treatment that wasnt included in my facial because my skin needed it, free of charge! The spa has the most relaxing ambiance and I cant wait to go back.

Ive been coming the Milk and Honey for over a year for multiple services. Ive had facials, massages, and many hair appointments. Gage is my hairdresser. I couldnt recommend him more! He always has me feeling beautiful after my appointments and was one of the first people to make me feel welcome when I first moved to Fort Worth. Whether you just need a space to relax or need to freshen up, Milk and Honey is the place to go!

I had an appointment for a hydra facial today. This procedure requires a machine. The clinician had trouble getting the machine to work. They tried changing parts, checking hoses, etc. After 40 minutes of lying there listening to two people debate how to fix the machine they gave up. It was evident in their conversation that they were having trouble with the machine earlier that day. If that’s the case why wasn’t I called and re-scheduled? So after all of this I was told many times I wouldn’t have to pay for today. No duh and gee thanks for nothing. The manager, Robin Guess, only asked if I wanted to re-schedule. No offer of a discount for my time. My time spent lying on the table was 40 minutes with NO facial. When I asked for a discount on a future service she seemed shocked and only offered my 15%. I guess my time is not valuable to her. I have been here several times. I WAS a good customer and good tipper. Robin Guess knows nothing about customer relations. I will seeking services elsewhere from now on. When things are good, this place is good, but if something goes wrong don’t expect them to give any compensation for your loss.

I got the ultimate massage here and it was fantastic! I would highly recommend my massage therapist, Natausha, she did a wonderful job and ensured that I had a relaxing experience. The spa itself was beautiful and I particularly loved the locker rooms. They were very thoughtfully designed, every need you could have was anticipated and catered too. My husband and I have been going to Milk & Honey for over a year now! We get monthly massages with Uyen. She is the absolute best! She listens and truly gets to the areas that need the work! My husband and I have tried all the spas in Dallas and Fort Worth and Milk&Honey is the best. That building is clean and spacious. The staff is extremely courteous. The steam showers feel amazing after a long massage. Scheduling is very easy! You can email or call and they set everything up! We have two kids and live in Arlington and we look forward to our massages very month! I highly recommend Uyen! My husband has always ran huge spas and even he is impressed with Uyen capabilities and the spa facility itself! We love it! The area is also great! We love making it a date night! Massages and then dinner. Very couple friendly area!

The lack of communication in this place is unbelievable. I went A WEEK prior to my appointment to quote the price of the procedure. They gave me a price that I agreed. The next week when I was finally going to get the work done, the hair stylist told me that she will quote again just to make sure that it was ok. SHE CAME BACK WITH DOUBLE THE PRICE. What was the point of me going there a week before in order to avoid this issue?. She apologized and was nice about it, but I think this is very unprofessional and it was a total waste of my time.

Upon first entering the salon the staff was warm and inviting. Then I was informed the they didn’t do men’s haircuts , but offered to do the color toning I wanted. I was very specific about the color I desired. However after 2 tonings I was sent away with almost the very color ( red) I specifically said I didn’t desire. Unfortunately I was still charged after mentioning I was disappointed. The stylist and staff ensured me that the color would fade right . It did. To a brighter red . Ugh. After contacting milk and honey they offered to fix it but with different stylist . She made good attempts but unfortunately the red had run its course and wasn’t working with me or her. Needless to say it was an over disappointing experience, and to add the the lighting In the salon is terrible , each section of the shampoo to stylist chair is different lighting, and it is hard for both client and stylist to ensure proper color and cut . the desired color was just my natural color. Med Brown. Nice people and desk staff , but a bit color inexperienced in my opinion and I haven’t been back as to avoid further disappointment

Just had an amazing facial with Paige. I am a bridesmaid in a wedding next weekend, and was looking for a deep cleanse/hydrating facial to be photo-ready. Taylor Renee took my hair appointment last minute and did an amazing, amazing job on my hair! I went in for a consultation and balayage color, and I left with renewed confidence, beautiful color, a corrected haircut, and a new hair-stylist. She really took the time to listen to what I was trying to achieve; she asked questions and made recommendations, and to my delight, she offered to soften my recent (and distressing) haircut. She addressed my concerns about brassiness, keeping things natural-looking, making sure I could grow the color out without feeling pressured to return in two months, and she added soft baby lights so I could pull my hair back at the gym without looking insane (well, more so than usual). I could not be happier with my experience - and even better, she made the appointment fun and low-stress. Highly, highly recommend!- Devon Reyes (Not Alberto - my husband! Haha!)

One of my first full body massages ever and it was excellent. I felt entirely relaxed at the end of it, like I was a bowl of jello. My wife loved her massage as well.

I went in to look for a good product for my hair that is nothing short of a hot mess. Ive tried so many things. My husband and I were walking around Clearfork and stumbled across the salon. I explained my hair woes. The stylest found the perfect shampoo and conditioner. She advised me to try the trial size. This product works! I will be back to get a cut, style and the big bottles of product.

Scheduled and paid for a 60 minute facial. I was 3 minutes late arriving and that shortened my service to 35-40 minutes. Feedback from the spa is that the check in/changing time will affect your service length, even though they are supposed to give you 15 minutes to do such. Would not recommend for the cost.

I am really disappointed. I requested a $215 dollar appointment to get my hair done. 2 days later I get a call saying they need to change the date and the stylist so I agree to use Danielle. After 3 WEEKS of waiting they called me again and said shes taking the day off and wont be able to help me for another 2 WEEKS! For the amount they are asking I wish they were more professional. Ill take my business else where

As a single mom who doesn’t have someone to watch my child all the time I find this disgusting that they refused to accommodate. they never mentioned anything about children when I made the appointment, had they done that maybe I would’ve been able to make arrangements or schedule for a different day. Not to mention I drove 45 minutes to get there only for them to be rude and refuse to see me. I will never come back.

Great massage & nail service but rude desk staff & general manager. Manager repeatedly insisted I wear a mask between sips of my beverage (that they provided) & threatened to stop my service if I didnt comply. If you are over masks, go elsewhere.

Very discouraged with this salon considering I drove 30 minutes and they refused to see me because I am a nurse. I understand their concerns yet being a nurse wearing PPE and understanding the effects of Covid we are far more careful than the normal population. To be discriminated like this for being a health care provideris an insult and I will be sure to never ever give them my business.

Probably the best massage I’ve ever had, amenities are fantastic as well. What you would expect from Clearfork.

I went in to book a facial, but they are still requiring masks and the front desk staff (especially a male with dark hair) was super rude about it. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I don’t recommend coming here for color. The stylist I was given didn’t really know what she was doing which resulted in my hair looking horrific. I will not be returning.
