I saw their couples massage Groupon special and I immediately called and book. They granted me the price and the massage was AMAZING!! Their waiting area was very clean and decorated amazing and the place smelled very nice.Maurice and Kenya were spectacular and so professional. I have been looking forward to my prenatal massage since I booked it, and really even before that, I just didn’t know WHERE I was going to go for one. I had been researching places that do prenatal adjustments and/or massages. I had booked from another establishment that canceled on me because they went out of business and couldn’t honor my appointment. So the fact that I actually received my treatment without any complications is automatically a win!Booking with Revive is super easy. Just go to their website to determine which massage you want then click on the booking tab to select date and time that work for you! You can’t text the number listed on the site if you need to reschedule or are running behind, they respond during business hours.I booked with Kenya who was friendly and vibed with her immediately. She was caring with how much pressure to use and made sure to hit all problem points. I received an amazing massage/hot towel service. Thank you!!!!

Im not massage expert, though have had four before discovering REVIVE. Did a couple massage, the respect and care that the therapists showed is second to none. Hands down best massage Ive ever had. Used a Groupon with no issue, and do have option to purchase a membership - more affordable than the Groupon price! Beyond relaxed as I type this and looking forward to going back.Didnt expect this gem to be located where it is, but no complaints there. Clean and welcoming vibe - the aroma in the lobby is warm, relaxing, fresh, felt safe and comfortable, definitely recommend.

My wife and I have been members at this place so long, it has moved and changed names. We even stayed monthly members through the pandemic. The management and staff are always amazing. The ambiance is quiet and soothing. We do a 1.5 hour couples massage every month and have never had a bad massage or experience.

This was mine and my boyfriends first time here and I am already ready to go back! We had Maurice and Kendra, I believe, and when I tell you those hands were magic Im not kidding! They were both very respectful and considerate even with my lavender allergies! Went in with a killer migraine and left feeling like a new born baby lol! 50 minutes was not long enough, we will definitely be back! They dude working the front desk was also very friendly!

I paid for a couples massage and I spoke with a man over the phone, regarding my partner being extremely sick and won’t be able to make it , I could not reschedule due to same day, so I asked if i could get another massage another day, the man said yes that’s fine. but when i arrived the lady (manager) stated a different answer and did not allow me to have the second massage. I travel around DFW and go to many massage parlors and have memberships as well and this one is not it. Recommend going to a different massage parlor.

Found a Groupon deal for couples massage. We don’t get massages often but after seeing the deal and good reviews, got it booked. Clean and relaxing inside. My husband had Maurice and I had Joanne; both did awesome. Made sure we were comfortable, put the perfect amount of pressure we wanted, evenly massaged everywhere. Came out revived and feeling brand new. Very pleased

When we arrived they were very welcoming. I booked a couples massage and the experience was amazing!! They got all the hot spots for me and babe. It was a first time thing for us and we looooooved it. We will sure be coming back in the near future. I would recommend to all my family and friends.

I have traveled and had plenty of massages before. I have to say coral is a first class massage therapist! She is extremely professional, extremely experienced, and very knowledgeable. When I left; I felt like my muscles resurrected! I will be back to see Coral.

First time here I saw Coral and she was great! She focused on all my problem areas, I had pulled my back and struggle with sciatica, she was able to relive so much of that pain. Shes was so helpful by showing stretches to help with my issues. Thank you! can’t wait to come back! The place is clean and relaxing facility.

Had a couples massage today with my husband. The staff at Revive were wonderful. All service were given on time , in a professional manner and the facility was very clean. Used a Groupon code and had no problem . Definitely will be going back.

I would give this place a 0 stars if i could.This place started off well. Ive been there a few times.But things went wrong.1. I had my facial appt today with Kenya. Worst facial. There are spots on my face that she didnt even touch, nor did she apply the product evenly. She didnt have her act together. Throughout my appointment, I thought that she was either a trainee or she hated her job. I looked up the reviews to find out she is not a facial expert she only does massages.I gave my feedback to Michelle (I dont know what her capacity is in running that place), but she didnt trust my feedback and kept backing up her employee.I took a day off to get myself a facial after a long time. I left their place upset and feeling robbed.They could not give my time back, but she didnt even offer a refund or even try to sympathize with my experience.2. A few months ago, my husband took an appointment for me for a massage with a female therapist. When I went in for my appt, they only had a male therapist available. I went ahead and rerescheduled my massage but was charged $50 fee. I wasnt left with a choice as they charged my card on file. I still gave this place a second chance.But I am done with them. Im never going back nor recommending this place to anybody.Update:Im editing my response to reply to the owners comment below:Your employee lied.I didnt ask questions all through the session, I can quote the instances I spoke to Kenya.1. She didnt even put my headband right. My hair kept falling on my face multiple times she used her nail to drag the hair strand out of my cheek, and that hurt me. I told her her her sharp nail hurt my cheek. Thats the first instance i spoke to Kenya while laying there.2. She didnt fill water in her steamer or whatever she did. She wasnt prepared, and by the time she turned it on, it made a loud noise, which was very uncomfortable as the machine was set up right beside my ear. Thats the second sign I gave to her.3. She used a very rough cloth to clean up my face pressing it hard. I told her the cloth was rough on my face. Third instance.4. I asked her why she was using a steamer if she was going to do extractions, and she said she wasnt going to (which I already knew). I was wide awake the whole time because the session wasnt relaxing for the above three reasons.I am fine if u cant fix what has happened, but make it a better experience for future clients by taking our feedback. But you blame your customers for bringing up genuine concerns to you is hopeless.You are absolutely trying to blame me for paying you my money and getting a horrible experience.I am aware of your cancellation policy, and Ive paid them before. What I dont understand is that you are not honoring requests or keeping your commitments and changing them at your convenience. Making customers pay fee.Dont try to blame whatever that has happened today on me, maam. I am very clear about what happened. You gave a bad paid service, and I am giving u feedback for it.If possible, take responsibility and set an example so that more people support local businesses. This is one of the reasons why local businesses dont grow.

Really enjoyed my experience here, went with my best friend for a couples massage and it was so incredibly relaxing. I wish I could remember the names of the ones taking care of us but they were incredibly friendly, and professional. They kept checking in to ensure we were comfortable with the pressure applied and asked if we had any problem areas or spots to avoid. By the end of our 80 minute session we were so relaxed and renewed. We also thoroughly enjoyed the foot scrub and facial provided. All in all will definitely be returning and will be recommending to anyone and everyone.

Maurice was good! I just felt like his movements were more textbook than putting his body into the massage. He was very respectful and asked many times if the pressure was okay, which it was, but towards the end of the massage I felt like it was so light and every area he worked on, got shorter and shorter, time wise. Other than that, he was great:)

Very unhappy and pretty frustrated with my experience at this spa. I booked a couples massage about a month ago that was canceled tonight while we were sitting in the lobby because one of the massage therapist wasn’t feeling well. We asked if there was anyone else there that could step in. I was told there was another massage therapist there, but after “a manager was called”, we were told no. Because the other massage therapist that was there was in a massage until 6, (it was 530, our appointment time) and they close at 7. We had booked 80 minutes, and that would be 20 min past their closing time. So, instead of staying 20 minutes late, it was better to just send us away after we booked a month out, both took off of work early to get their latest appointment time…. they couldn’t be inconvenienced by 20 min?! I was told if I rescheduled “you’ll get something free”. No explanation of what that would be. No thanks, I’ll go somewhere else.

Booked a couples massage off of Groupon and after our first visit today we are soooo coming back! Kenya & Zoey did amazing, we were in a state of euphoria after walking out of our appointment. All the pain & aches we had were relieved! The gentleman at the front desk gave a warm welcoming and offered us beverages, it was clean and relaxing atmosphere. We can’t wait to book our next visit!!

This is my second time at Revive and my boyfriends first. As a whole, I really like this place. My first experience was AWESOME. So awesome I brought my boyfriend for a couples massage. He got Gilberto and was extremely impressed and relaxed afterwards, cannot recommend enough. I got Sierra, and I am honestly leaving this review because I am upset with my massage. The whole time I just wanted the massage to stop. It felt like she had something better to be doing, I think she kept checking her phone, and I had to ask more than once to adjust the pressure. I’m so upset with my experience with her and I just don’t want anyone else to have this experience. I’ll be back, but will not be scheduling with her.

Bad service! The promotion on networks is false and they want to sell you very expensive products. They made 2 unauthorized charges to me. Very disappointed!

Fantastic experience! We had Siarah and Kenya as our couples masseuses with the 80min experience. The massages were wonderful and we asked for deep tissue on both of us and boy they delivered. Deep not not painful. The hot rocks felt great and several knots for me melted away. I will say the manager was very accommodating when I was placed on waitlist and they made it happen! We were very appreciative. We will be back!

I have visited several time and had a great experience. However, lately its impossible to schedule Hot Stone online. When I called I was told no opening even though several slots showing online. The person I am with did not seem interested in helping or looking at alternatives. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Just left REVIVE. We had a couples massage but dont think Id come back due to how my massage went... The guy that did my massage cant remember his name didnt use enough lotion and it felt unpleasant... and was maybe new it just felt like he didnt know what he was doing. He was friendly and all just lacked a bit at his skills. On the other hand my husband who had never gotten a massage said Sierra was great!

Purchased a great deal through Groupon for an 80 minute couples massage. We booked which was several weeks out due to availability. Our appointment was for 12:30, we arrived around 12:20 and they took us back to the room at 12:45, our massage was ok, not many real complaints but at the end the ladies started giggling, I thought I was imagining it until my after when my boyfriend mentioned that it made him mad they were laughing toward the end of the massage. I looked at the clock at the end of our massage and after we had already dressed leaving the room and it was 1:47, forgive me if Im doing my math wrong but that is NOT an 80 minute massage, even if they would have taken us back to the room and started the massage at 12:30 when our appointment was it wasnt a full 80 min. They probably started the massage closer to 1pm after getting us set up in the room and coming in to start. Maybe thats why they were giggling, they thought we wouldnt notice. Again, the massage itself was just ok but it was the time management of the place that was the biggest issue.

I have some good and bad things. I booked a massage with macie and a facial with Kenya. When I arrived no one greeted me(which is fine cause i knew they were setting things up in the back)When Kenya came up to the front her tone was unprofessional and seemed very surprised I was there. While waiting another couple came in and we’re told they were scheduled incorrectly and couldn’t do the service they wanted. They should of been told prior to their appt. There wasn’t much of a consultation and Macie ended up doing both my services back to back and you could tell towards the end she was flustered. My massage was great. I’ve had better facials. My main problem was coming up the front to pay when Kenya yelled down the hall “wow what took you so long” as there were other guests waiting. Macie had a hard time getting the jelly mask off which made her run late on time. Maybe i caught them on an off day but as a business owner myself and in the beauty industry Id be upset.

I am very impressed. My wife and I had the Ultimate Spa Experience. Our therapists were Zoe and Macie. We both had deep tissue and it was definitely deep. The Spa was extremely clean. My wife loved the decor too. I highly recommend Revive.

Maurice and Michelle were the absolute best. They really work into you muscle tissue and I would highly recommend them. I have been to many massage places and I can say with confidence this place is in my top 3.

My daughter scheduled a “couples” massage for my birthday. Her masseuse was Macy and I got Zoe. My daughter loved her massage and I must say it was the most relaxing massage I’ve gotten in a while. Zoe was attentive, the pressure was perfect and all of my aches melted away. The time flew by and I left feeling reinvigorated.

Dr Nicole Sheridan is one of the best I have ever gone to for chiropractic services but they also have a massage therapist inside the same building I do recommend most assuredly to go to both

UPDATE: After posting my review the owner reached out to me to fix the situation. Today I had a 50 minute massage with Macie. I had done 3 hours of CrossFit for 9/11 remembrance and my back and hips were pretty tender. After 50 mins with Macie the tenderness and tightness were gone. While I have a membership at Hand and Stone, this massage has me changing my mind. I’ll be setting up a membership here instead. Between the massage the the owners fixing a bad situation, and being closer to my home, it’s a no brainer. Thank you Kelly and Macie.I tried an 80 minutes massage last month with Maurice and was pleased, that is the only reason why I am giving 2 starts. I bought a 120minute massage via Groupon and redeemed it yesterday. I swear I booked with Marcie becuase of the good reviews for her, but when I got there I had Siarah. She told me I have a Ultimate (a 60 min massage and 60 min. facial). When I told her I was pretty sure I had a 120 minutes massage she replied and that they do 120 minute massages When I looked at my Groupon when I got home it was indeed for a 120 massageIve been getting massages for over 20 years. This was definitely on the poor side. I like deep pressure but all I got was her forearm driving into my back over my vertebrae. She never focused on the tight sore areas, even though she made sure to point them out to me.Then came the facial. She should not be doing them. When she did the microderm abrasion she left sore on my skin that I didnt notice until I got home. The scalp massage was her using her fingernails to scratch my head. Very disappointment I didnt get the 2-hour massage I paid for.

Been a member for over two years now. Since before the name change from Dolly Rockers to Revive. All of the Massage therapists are great and do an excellent job. Have not used any of their other services yet. Their new location is a lot nicer

My partner and I both visited this place last week, hoping to feel relaxed and rejuvenated. But instead my partner had a horrible experience with siara, siara was constantly on her phone and not only did she barely touched my partner but she also set her phone right next to her face, so she could continue to scroll on social media, my partner tried numerous times to get our money back from the owner of the establishment, but instead the lady gave her a ultimatum to not post her review on google if she does, our money will not be refunded back to us, not only that, they went as far as to deleting my partner’s review off google, and having their masseuse Kenya rate them a five star after my partner rated them a one star.. we tipped both masseuse twenty dollars each even though she had a bad experience, we do have screen shots of the conversation between the owner and my partner, I advise for everyone to not give this place your time or money

Hello,My name is Monica Pentecost. I am sitting in my car, just received botox. I prepaid $77.I walk into Revive for the first time so excited for my visit. I dont get out of the house much, I am on a very tight budget being disabled.So I sit and fill out my paperwork. Walk to the back room with Michelle. I bring up expenses, (as I have stated, I prepaid $77) and am advised we will discuss it in a moment. I have a great tele-visit with Dr. Lindsay. Injections were just fine, no issues via Michelle. I walk to the counter and she tells me the rest of what I have to pay. Over 3 times what I prepaid. She gave me a discount. 50% which is great for her because luckily I had the funds to cover that, barely.This was the one thing this year I was able to do for myself. It can be very hard to live a life with something that takes over everything. So what you dont see, is a depression. A person who puts on a brave face every day. A person who barely gets to live.Everyone fights a different battle every day.Money is a money.Ive never been done this way. Not in my 32 years of life.Not even by my own insurance company, with a disorder that gave them every right to charge what they will because there is so little known about CRPS.Ill probably never come back and Ill be sharing my experience with all my family, friends, and Facebook. Ill ask to people to share it.Treating people right still matters to me.Maybe, just maybe, Michelle will do the next client a little bit better.Thanks Revive.

I booked an online appointment for two, typed in the location on the package took me to their old location. Had to do a google search to find out they moved. Tried to call them several times and texted them for the updated address never got a call back. When I finally get there the lady says I only booked for one although I specifically chose the package for 2 online and gave details about it being my bf’s first time. Not professional.

My husband and I bought a couple massage for 80minutes from groupon. I am sorry but worst massage ever. The massage felt like tickling, asked for harder pressure but got elbowed and again back to tickling. Worst tickling ever. What a joke.
