I had an amazing first experience at Woodhouse. Dana was absolutely amazing! She was so kind and friendly. We talked the entire time, but we didn’t have to. She said that she waits to see what the client wants. She’s been doing this for 19 years and absolutely LOVES it. She said that it’s very rewarding. My first spa experience was out of this world. Everything was so organized, clean, and oh so relaxing. You will be so relaxed when you leave here, no matter what you might be stressed about/going through. Try to get Dana even though I’m sure everyone is amazing! You won’t regret it. 😃 If you are reading this, Dana, thank you SO much! I loved getting to chat with you.

Everything was amazing. Everyone was very friendly. Waiting area was very pretty and the tea that was recommended to me was so good. Grace was my aesthetician and she did a great job and was also very personable. Was my first time but won’t be my last. Thank you

A great hot spring venue, the layout and environment are very comfortable.Its very relaxing to be in there.The only thing that disappointed me was that I chose the “deep massage” but I couldnt feel anything deep at all, just the feeling of being touched on my skin.It makes me feel like I spent 135 just to have someone touch my body.Didnt achieve the effect I wanted

Unfortunately I did not have the best experience. I went in for a facial and massage. My massage was fine, but my facial was not. I got the soothing and hydrating treatment and sadly I left worse than I came in. My face was very red and my deep under the skin pimples were very swollen and inflamed. My skin feels like it has had a layer peeled off and I did tell my therapist before we started what I was on and my skin issues. My face is still burning even with just moisturizer, so I’m not sure if a peel was used but it is painful. If you are struggling with hormonal or cystic acne I wouldn’t recommend getting a facial because I don’t think the therapists here are trained to take care of acne like this. They cannot be popped, and my lady tried poking and squeezing them until she figured out they would not pop. Very painful and disappointed since this was a gift to me. The first photo was taken just a few days earlier and the second is tonight. I cried pretty much all day and hoped it would go down but it hasn’t, hopefully by tomorrow it will. I have a vacation in a week so I’m hoping my skin clears up. I hate writing reviews but I just think others should be aware of this, and the Woodhouse staff should know how to better approach skin like mine, in the future.Update: I did speak to the manager who was very kind, she did make things right, so their customer service is 5/5.

Bought my mom the signature retreat for her birthday and she had an amazing experience. I even got to wait in the quiet room while she got pampered, everyone was so sweet and caring and my mom is already planning on coming back and bringing my step dad. Thank you woodhouse for making my moms experience wonderful ☺️

I had a facial with Kennedi and it was a wonderful experience! It was my first time ever to receive a facial and I absolutely loved it!! Kennedi is so kind and does a wonderful job making you feel comfortable. She answered all of my questions and even provided me with advice moving forward! Overall, I recommend getting a facial done with Kennedi!!

Stephen was very professional and thorough. My husband and I came here for a couples massage because a coworker recommended Woodhouse FW.The woman who did my husband’s massage was excellent as well. My husband got the deep tissue add on, and I added the scalp conditioning treatment. I was nervous because this was my first time but within minutes, I felt relaxed and comfortable. I will be returning in the future. The robes are so comfortable and when I come next I will be buying one for myself. Thanks for making our wedding anniversary special.

A THREE HOUR LONG SALES SPIEL THAT COSTS YOU $600+Is it possible to be disappointed in a $600 day at the spa? Yes it is. My husband and I were gifted this day by a very generous friend who watched us endure this year of incessant visits to the hospital because of our daughter being born with part of an arm missing, having a deadly allergy to my milk, and then having seizure-like activity. On top of that, he was laid off a few weeks ago, which would have had us evicted were it not for help from family. We have not rested, have not had a moment to process all that we’ve had to face, have not had a moment to connect. We were thrilled to have received this gift, and waited in anticipation for a month. Just 24 hours prior to our visit, we had been discharged from the hospital at again after a 23 hour long EEG was performed on my 11 month old, where she had 50 wires glued to her head and was attached to a machine.We were astounded by the atmosphere of the Woodhouse Spa. The interior design is beautiful and calming, the ambience forces you into a state of happy stupor, and the quality of the massage, the facial, and the pedicure themselves were five stars.Why am I giving a poor review, then? Because my masseuse had me buy an expensive CBD treatment that I did not ask for. Nor did he ask me if I wanted it. He gave me the rundown of what it is he was going to do in the session, and said that at the end he places a CBD oil on the client to relieve aches and pains. I say “great!” And move on. My husband was given the hot stones treatment during his massage, and was never informed that this would be an added charge.Next was the facial, where I felt like I was trying to get through an infomercial. The woman would not stop trying to sell me their products, and honestly it was difficult to relax throughout that. She was also not terribly friendly despite my attempts to make polite conversation. Lastly was the pedicure, where I requested a French manicure, and was not told that it would be an additional charge.When we arrived at the counter to check out, there was a pile of products that they wanted us to buy. We politely said no, and then learned that our grand total was $760. We were floored. We were able to haggle it down to $701, but my husband and I both shared that it will be difficult to look back on that experience with fondness, because now we can’t afford to buy our child the $200/wk hypoallergenic formula she needs to avoid having an allergic reaction that will kill her.If I need to buy all these additional items to “enhance the experience”, doesnt that cheapen the skill set of the worker? It made me question if it was really that great after all, considering this is my first time at a spa like this. Maybe a $600 day at this spa isn’t really worth $600?I could go to King Spa for a day for $25 and have a more relaxing time with no one trying to trick me into buying things so that they get their commission. No one trying to steal my child’s formula money through sneaky conning.I would not recommend this to the average person struggling to make ends meet due to the economic climate, or for people who don’t like a enduring a three hour long sales spiel that costs you $600+.

Just. had a deep tissue massage by Stephen/Steven (sp?) and he did a GREAT job! He was professional, competent and kind. His strong techniques made me question the legitimacy of previous deep tissue massages Ive had - even at places of a similar caliber to Woodhouse. I felt I got what I paid for which was excellent service start to finish. The drink menu was diverse (teas, mimosas, champagne) and complimentary healthy snacks were provided to enjoy in the quiet room before and after my massage. I ended up getting a package because it was such an excellent experience. The packages do not expire and they can be gifted to a friend or partner as well. Win-win!

Theres really no way to describe the level of elegance and the fragrances when you step into the Fort Worth locations spacious lobby. Ive been to multiple spas and other high end day spas but this one takes the cake, its amazing. The staff from the front to back were all so nice and accommodating. I was offered mimosas and wine during my time in the lounge. There were snacks available and the ambiance throughout the spa is just incredible. I was using a gift card that my fiance gave me so I wasnt sure what to expect for the massage or about the pricing but all in all this experience was worth every penny (Im already planning an appointment for next month). I had a 1 hour deep tissue massage with JR and his massage technique and bedside manner were second to none. He was attentive and focused intently on my trouble areas. He only spoke when spoken to (very courteous) and he ultimately delivered one of the best massages Ive ever had. Look no further, call and book today with JR for a massage or check out their amazing nail and facial services. I am going to book a seasonal mani / pedi ASAP! Thanks for the wonderful experience, I cant wait to see you all soon!

Joanna at The Woodhouse in FW is BY FAR the BEST Masseuse Ive EVER been to!!! She touched ALL my problem areas as I described and then some.

So, I’ve never been to a full service high end spa, just regular massage places, so I’m not sure how it might compare to other high end places. That being said the attention to detail was delightful. Everything is designed to be relaxing and wonderful. I was there from 11-2 and it felt like no time at all. Definitely worth the price if you want to pamper yourself.

I booked three services, totaling near $900-$1000, late Friday evening for the following day, and I received a message the next day that they wanted to cancel one facial so as not to damage my skin. They offered me options as a replacement service, but no matter what, I was going to be charged the cancellation fee… for their cancelling the service. After 5-minutes of trying to get them to understand that it was not my decision to cancel the service and shouldn’t be penalized for it, the front desk clerk says, “Well, would you rather have damaged skin?” At that point, I decided that I didn’t want to spend any money at their facility.They are clearly uninterested in providing any degree of customer service, and they aren’t empowered in any way to do the right thing for the customer. I would NOT recommend this spa to anyone wanting to spend their money on an experience.

I had a facial with Amy and she was amazing! My skin looks like glass. The treatment was so relaxing and she gave me great insight into a routine thats best for my skin type. I would highly recommend her.

We arrived at 9:45am for our 10:00am apt as asked for my our email confirmation to arrive 15-20 minutes early. We walked in as the door was unlocked, but everything was off. We waited in the lobby. About 5 minutes later a front desk girl came to the front from the back and immediately looked annoyed at us. She said “Wow, y’all must have tugged hard on that door since it was locked” my husband embarrassed said “sorry” (the door was open)As she checked us in, she kept making annoying remarks to us being there early and while needing to still set up to check us, she said they were “still closed” to where I finally responded “we got here 15-20 minutes early as asked of us in our email confirmation” she didn’t say anything back. Another client walks in right after us, so then I knew it wasn’t just us and she wouldn’t have been ready for anyone.It was our first time and she barely explained anything to us. She left me in the women’s locker room, explained the lock and didn’t explain anything. I roamed by myself to check out the amenities offered. I encountered The client who came in earlier with us in the locker room and we exchanged faces of confusion.My massage wasn’t worth the price for it. I have 5 years of working in the spa industry and 7 years of treating myself to the spa industry to have an idea of what is expected of the location I go to. My entire experiences in massages, I have asked for a Swedish. I average like 2 baby knots that are worked out fine but light to medium pressure. I let me therapist know to focus on my knots and she confirmed that she’d do so, but I got a pat down my entire massage that not even a light to medium client could be happy with.I’ve gone to similar prices locations, where the front desk will tour the facility, point out any amenities, are actually finished with their opening procedures well before the time of the first check time for the same reason to check in those who arrive early by requested by the spa.

I was not impressed with the service at the front or on the phone scheduling my appointment. I don’t know her name because there are no name tags but she was pretty rude and not helpful at all. As far as the amenities go I was also not thrilled. I’ve been to the Dallas location and it was way better. No hair ties or hair brushes missing things the other location offered and even was out of toilet paper in both bathrooms. I probably won’t return to this location I was somewhat disappointed with my experience. Dana was amazing! Let me relax and talked a little. This place was great from start to finish. The staff were friendly and quick checking me in. I only arrived 7 minutes before my massage instead on the 15-20min like I had planned, but they got me in quick without feeling rushed. Ruben gave an amazing deep tissue massage and I recommend adding the aromatherapy! After the massage Ruben had a cold glass of champagne waiting for me and I enjoyed more relaxation in the quiet room before leaving. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend.

I had the best massage of my life with Reuben. Hes the most intuitive therapist Ive ever had. I highly recommend him for all your massage needs!The spa is a bit unsuspecting from the street but once you get in there, it feels like a luxurious home. I could not have had a more relaxing and enjoyable experience! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a welcoming front staff. Whitney, who I think is the manager, checked me in after introducing herself and and escorted me to change into a robe and into a room of relaxation where I was served a champagne and a warm neck wrap. From there I had a massage with Dana and she was absolutely the best masseuse I have ever had. The same girl that checked me in came by and made sure I was still doing okay during my visit. I will definitely be back and telling everyone about the Woodhouse! Ask for Dana if you need a massage and I’m sure the front staff could recommend anyone else for other services.

My boyfriend booked a couples massage for our anniversary as a surprise. We got a call 10 minutes before our appointment asking us how many people were getting a massage and stated they only had it in the system for one person even thought it was a couples massage. They then told us they would figure it out when we got in which they did not. They were extremely rude and not apologetic at all for their mistake. They had told us that they could give us individual massages in separate rooms for our “couples”massage. And also told us they could only do 50 minutes instead of the 80 that we booked. They should have called us days before the appointment to confirm the couples massage was for 2 people but instead called us 10 minutes before to tell us they can’t do it anymore, while we already drove an hour to get here. The customer service was terrible, they were rude, unhelpful and did not care. I would never go here or recommend anyone to come to this spa!!

2023 update - still the best place to get a facial! They know how to treat their clients!Seriously LOVELY visit to WH, again. Lovely ambiance combined with super kind and professional people. Pleasant experience from walking in the door to leaving. Stretching massage from Riccardo and an anti aging facial from Cam. Both services were extremely relaxing. I lived the heated massage tables. It had a peaceful, serene and elegant vibe. Professional, friendly, kind staff. I will definitely be back.

Easily the best massage of my life to date. It’s a late review, but last year I was immensely stressed with work; so the wife sees how stressed I am and gifts me a massage here to help me destress and essentially ‘not die’I can’t remember who me masseuse was but I could literally feel my stress being balled up and massaged out of my body. Can’t explain it exactly but it was truly unreal and I walked out 70% less stressed (I was never this stressed in my life)Anyway highly recommend this place. Not the cheapest but surely the best so far

I normally wouldnt go to such a luxurious spa as this but I followed my massage therapist of 10 years, Mya here. I truly rely on her to relieve my aches and pains and appreciate the enormous strength she puts into releasing my ridiculously tight and knotted muscles and never ending tension. She not only helps me physically but has been a life saver with her tips and advice. The spa is unbelievably relaxing and has such a peaceful atmosphere. My overall experience has been amazingly satisfying and I would recommend to all.

I just finished with Ursula and she was so amazing! I have never been to this spa before but it was like she had massaged me before. She was so in tune with what I was needing and very knowledgeable. I won’t be going anywhere else in Fort Worth!

My husband saw the Mother’s Day promotion and booked a prenatal massage for me. I came and checked in and got changed into their comfy robe and slippers. Dana gave me my sideline massage and I was so relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. She has magician hands! I would definitely come back!

This was my very first time going here. Let me just say WOW. This place is absolutely amazing. Everyone was so kind and being my first time they made sure I knew where to go and where everything would be. The robes here are the most comfortable robes ever. The quiet room was beyond superb. They give you a hot neck wrap while you relax before your services. The quiet room really does help you to relax and unwind. I suffer from anxiety and that room was therapeutic just sitting in it. While I was filling out my paperwork I was offered complimentary champagne, mimosas or a variety of hot teas. I chose the mimosa which was so good! Someone is always waiting on you and you are never left wondering where to go. I was escorted from the quiet room to the massage room where I received my first massage ever from Michelle. I almost fell asleep and went into a message coma. She was the best therapist and knew all the right spots to massage. I am a nurse and wear studs in my ears, I wished I had taken them out before the massage. I felt like they were getting in the way when she was massaging my neck and shoulders and I felt like the backs of my earrings were poking her hands. Next time I will be sure to take those out. She only spoke when spoken to and was very professional. At the end of the massage she let me know where she felt tension and knots. She refilled my mimosa and also got me another hot neck wrap before escorting me back to the quiet room. I will definitely be requesting her again for another massage. I was then escorted to receive my pedicure. This is why I gave 4 stars. The lady who did my pedicure was nice but she was a bit chatty. I just wanted to relax and not feel like I had to converse with her. I also felt a bit rushed and felt like I didnt receive all the services that came with my pedicure package. I wont be asking for her if I ever decide to get another pedicure. Other than that the overall experience was amazing. I got to feel like a princess for a day. Thank you Woodhouse! I will be coming back.

Im 7 months pregnant and Ive been suffering from acute pain around my upper back. I booked a mellow mama session with Michelle. The massage was very soothing and it wasnt intense or painful. She focused on my problem areas and rubbed Yoga Balm on my shoulders. The facility is beautiful and calming. The robes, slippers and services are outstanding. Ive been to the spas around the world and I can tell this is a top spa for those who need some healing hands.The massage room was equipped with maternity pillow, it smelled amazing and the music in the background was relaxing. The receptionist was very friendly and sweet. This was my first experience and I will surely come again.

The only con was the location of the room I was in. It was located close to the check in area and occasionally I could hear the front desk staff. I’ve been here several times and it never disappoints. I am now pregnant and went here tonight for my second maternity massage from them and it doesn’t even feel like you’re missing out at all. They do such a phenomenal job of paying attention to all the small details that add up to an experience worth the price. I have no problem paying premium prices for this level of care and attention. I’ve tried several other top dollar spas in town and there’s just absolutely no comparison. I love Woodhouse and am a customer forever!

Had a great time. Marta was great and helped customize my message around my injuries. I agree with other posts about the relaxation room; could have stayed there all day. The only other spa that Ive been to with a nice place to meditate was in Vegas, so great to have it here.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. My wife and I just got a couples massage for our anniversary. The whole experience was amazing and first class. And they were the best massages we have ever had.

Had my very first facial with Ms. Maira and I loved how informative she was and how she walked me through everything it was great and my experience was awesome. Came once again with Ms. Retta she was great too! Still very knowledgeable and made you feel great! Got a massage from Ms.Dana and loved how she took her time and made sure pressure was good and right and that I am comfortable. During this time you still get a great experience away from the world for a moment...and they take pride in their facility for safety and cleanliness you will have no worries here. Spa day started out great, but a bomb threat nearby cut our morning short. They evacuated the building and one of us was left behind by her therapist! He apparently evacuated and did not even inform his client of the emergency. We had to tell them to get her before we would leave. Outside the building, some of the other therapists were very sweet saying our treatments should be comped since our services were not complete. Management disagreed. We were only offered a $25 credit that we cannot use due to being from out of town and we still have not completed our services.Updated on 10/17/19:While I stick by my original review and explanation of the day’s events, the owner of The Woodhouse Day Spa called everyone in our group to try and rectify the situation. She was very empathetic and we can finally put this all behind us due to her graciousness. Although the manager was unpleasant, the owner is very professional and cares about her clients.

When Woodhouse Day Spa first opened, I visited for a massage and was not impressed. However, 2 years ago I returned for a pedicure from Ms. Tamika and have been coming back time and again since. Even my most recent massage was great. More recently I sampled the hydrafacial during the winter open house and fell in love. I have seen Jordan twice and love the results so far. Equally important, while the front desk has turned over recently due to graduations, the front desk staff are amazingly welcoming and kind. While it is a bit more than other places, the customer service is worth the added cost.

This was my first time. Everyone was courteous. I felt great from the time I walked in until I left. The facility was perfect. Loved the vibe and the ambiance. Staff was friendly. Mimosas were on point. My therapist was Malaina & she did an amazing job. Will be back for sure!

My family was greeted by a woman in a suit jacket that chastised us for arriving at 9:06am for our 9:00am appointment. Don’t get me wrong, we were late and we understood that. What she did not know, was that my parents drove from Baton Rouge, LA, arrived in Texas at 4:00am and the first stop on their Valentine’s Day adventure was the Woodhouse Day Spa. The woman in the suit was rude, condescending and just mean. The facility deserves to get 5 stars. It is clean, the services are extraordinarily relaxing and the employees are kind considerate and professional. We spent a half day at the spa getting massages, facials and pedicures. We purchased recommended service items and my face glowed into the night! I highly recommend Dana, Jordan, Tamicka, Kimberly and Aneice (spelling ?), who did my facial! My face glowed into the night and to the point that I did not even need to apply makeup! We also purchased the mustard seed jewelry which is gorgeous and has such an inspiring message. The ambiance of the place was serene and peaceful. I will return and I will be on time. I hope the owner or woman in the suit does not come into work that day. She takes away from the experience that you will have if you visit this oasis of relaxation.

My boss brought a group of us for appreciation. One of the best massages Ive ever had and excellent service! Some of us drive an hour to get there but we voted to return because it was that good!

From Kelly taking care of us as soon as we walked in to our massages with Amber and Dana (couples massage), it was awesome! Hubby loved Dana and for me, Amber got all the places I asked to focus on plus some!

My husband treated me to a belated Valentines date here and I was so excited, finally a time away from the kiddos and work. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the ladies were sweet. We got the Woodhouse Signature Seaweed Leaf pedicure. My reason for giving 3 stars is because someone forgot to turn on the hot (warm volcanic as stated in the details online) stone machine, so there was no temperature to the stones at all! Instead of apologizing or waiting for the stones to get warm, the ladies just rubbed them on our legs which did absolutely nothing. They whispered about it as if we didn’t know they were not warm which was very disappointing. The massage was mediocre, I just like someone who is heavy handed so I can actually feel it. The pedicure was $95 which I could easily receive the same service elsewhere with actual warm/hot stones for $45. I don’t want to knock this place due to the one hiccup, but we spent $190+tip on 2 pedicures expecting perfection and it fell short.

It was ok. My husband and I both scheduled massages. My husband scheduled a sport massage. The description says deep tissue, trigger points and stretching. The girl said he could choose one - trigger or stretch. If that’s the case, they need to update their website.

Absolutely LOVED my experience here! I had a Hydrafacial and it was amazing. I’ve never had someone give me such a calming facial that I nearly fell asleep, Hannah did a fantastic job. The amenities are fantastic with a really nice “Relaxation Room” for before and after your services with a selection of drinks and a hot wrap for your shoulders. It is well worth the money and I will be sending my sister in for a Hydrafacial and “Mellow Mama” pregnancy massage as soon as I can convince her to take a break from her schedule! Everyone that I talked to was so pleasant and easy going. I’ll always recommend this spa first to any of my friends and family.

When I tell you that my Experience was AMAZING, that really is an understatement!! I and my BFF went for The Lavender Dream Massage and felt like a NOODLE by the time Dana was finished with me, lol!!! The staff was Amazing from the time we walked in, until the time we left! We didnt get rushed to leave after our service was complete! We were able to stay in the Quiet Room with refreshments without feeling like we needed to leave! The Ambience was well thought out and Perfectly in line with how I feel a Day Spa should be! I have found my new Spa Home!!!

One of the best spas I have been to. Front desk staff exceeded expectations by being very tentative without being overwhelming. The robes are luxurious, the womens changing room is very well stocked with lotions and makeup removers, and the relaxation room was wonderful. I will be back whenever I can!

Woodhouse day spa is luxurious and very relaxing. I have been here several times now ever since I first received a gift card from a friend a couple years ago. I have brought my husband here and mother in law and everyone loves it!I do miss pre-covid environment because everyone got a robe and sandals to change into and had access to the quiet room. If you schedule more than one service, you would be offered a robe and sandals, but the quiet room with tea and snacks is still closed. I look forward to post covid relaxation!Deep tissue massages are probably my favorite service here followed up by the signature seaweed peel pedicure. I dont remember my masseuse for the massages, but she was strong and kind. Tabitha did my pedicure and she was superb. I think she performed a small miracle on my feet. She turned my rough, calloused feet into beautiful, soft feet! She also painted my toe nails perfectly. I havent experienced a facial here yet, but I sent my husband there and his skin looked so much better afterwards.I highly recommend signing up for their emails to know when they are having deals on services. They offer discounts on gift cards or offer free add ons to your booking.I love woodhouse day spa! It really feels tranquil, staff are great, and is the nicest spa Ive been to in Fort Worth. (It beats the omni spa by far)

Front desk personnel are inept and very rude. I called to cancel the day of my appointment because I was sick and concerned I might have COVID. They charged me full price for cancellation and did not offer to reschedule. I was being cautious trying not to infect others and this is the thanks I get? Save your money and go to Milk Honey where they are much more professional. This place used to be good but now the employees here are super ghetto.

From the minute I walked in their doors I felt welcome, relaxed and extremely pampered! I had a hydro facial and a swedish massage and I felt marvelous and refreshed when I left! I love the relaxation room, the complimentary healthy beverages (hot teas and fruit infused iced waters). I loved that you get to try full size products in the bathing and dressing area. I LOVED the heated private shower room! Amazing! The hydro facial resulted in my face glowing and looking bright and moisturized immediately ! The massage was fabulous and beneficial! The diffused oil in the air, the calming soft music throughout the spa and the ambience was perfect to relax, recharge, and renew myself in this tranquil spa!

Visiting The Woodhouse was a lovely experience, from beginning to end. We had to reschedule unexpectedly after my friend was exposed to covid and they were so helpful in rescheduling and working with us to find a time to stop in. All the staff members were great, the massage was fantastic, and the facial was better than anywhere else Ive been. Theyre obviously taking every precaution for covid but it doesnt hamper the experience at all! Thats no small task!

I spent my birthday afternoon getting a massage by Johanna and a pedicure by Sarah. They are both fantastic and the spa is beautiful.

This review is for Jason who was my therapist. I have had TONS of body work with excellent therapists over the years. In an hour, Jason pinpointed two muscle areas that are creating impingement in my hips and shoulders. He laid out a detailed plan to stretch those areas so that I can heal long standing issues on my own. He deserves a raise!!! I will be back for treatment with him again.

My experience was nothing less than amazing! I havent had a facial since pre covid. So I was a little concerned going in. Due to the face to face contact. But all the staff wore masks or shields. The spa was very clean and smelled good. I was impressed with the precautions that are in place. I had to wash my hands in the room before my service. She also cleaned my feet with hot towels.I decided to try the Minkyti facial. My skin has been drier than normal. My facial lady, I believe her name is Kelsie. Did an amazing job and my skin feels hydrated. The seaweed smell is a bit strong. But overall it was a great facial.I would highly recommend this place. They made me feel safe and relaxed. I cant wait until my next service I will definitely be back!!

My experience at the woodhouse spa was very unrelaxing. Before my appointment I was sent an email to fill out. The questions included robe size, slipper size, favorite drink, etc. I was so excited about my spa day that I showed up 20 minutes before my appointment to make sure i had time to relax. It was raining and when I got up to the door, there was a sign saying i needed to call a number before coming in. Standing in the rain, I called only to be told to come back 5 minutes before my appointment.Sadly, I sat in my car and waited. When it was my time to come in, I stood in the small lobby with multiple people waiting to be checked in/out. There was no where relaxing to sit, not beverages offered, no robes. I was taken straight into my massage room, received a very weak deep tissue massage and left. I think an updated paperwork would be helpful in setting expectations and to pass the message along that there is a number to call before coming in.All in all, it was expensive for something I believe hand & stone does the exact same.

My experience was not so pleasent. I had to reschedule the appointment and they told me that they have to charge the credit to make sure I will be there.In the same day of the appointment they called me to let me know that they do not have anybody for my facial beacause the person who suppose to do it call in sick. So I said ok and I replaced the facial with a manicure. I got a gel manicure and in 5 days was chipped already. I specified the shoulders are to be paid more attention in the massage treatment but it didnt happened and at the end I was doubble charged. Not going back

My attendant Dana, was wonderful. My daughter had Krista. We both had a wonderful experience, but we didnt know the etiquette of tipping your attendant... so just be aware that if your attendant does especially good, you may want to tip them just as you would in a restaurant a percentage... its not required, but it would be a lovely thought if they did make sure that your needs were met.

My husband gave me a gift card to the Woodhouse, which I used to enjoy the Great Expectations package. I was instantly impressed with the setting, rooms, dècor, and professionalism of the staff. The massage, facial, and pedicure that were included in the package were wonderful, too! I definitely plan on returning.

Absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I came in for a duet massage. Everyone was very nice and professional. Dana and Michelle took very good care of us. We will definitely return and recommend this place.

I went for a massage and facial. A day after the massage I started breaking out all over, thought I was allergic to something that they used so we called to see if I could have had an allergic reaction to their products; they told us everything was all natural so shouldn’t experience any allergic reaction. After several days going by and rash was getting worse, went to the doctor and was told I had skin staph infection. Won’t be going here again.I did not have a rash prior to go to my visit, the rash occurred the very next morning. After speaking with my doctor they stated it can take anywhere from 1 day to several days after contact for a staph infection to show up; the massage and facial were the only things that have been different in my daily routine. Initially I thought it was an allergic reaction to the products that were used, but after several days of it not going away and getting worse I went to the doctor and they diagnosed as s skin staph infection. I have never had a staph infection before and very coincidence, that it occurred right after receiving services.

Pricey but its worth it. Very clean and the great experience so far. Only thing I do not like that if you dont reschedule it within 48 hours of business day, they will charge you FULL amount even though you have missed an appointment. Its pretty steep especially if you are booking for a couple appointments.

I’ve had positive experiences here in the past, but I have tried to book services recently and there is something wrong with their reservation system. Neither my email address or my husbands email address are able to make reservations online. I am just going to bring my business elsewhere!

My second time visiting here and it is always % star service. The staff is friendly, helpful and the facility is the most relaxing experience ever. Dana was my masseuse and she was amazing. I felt like a whole new person afterwards.

I called Friday and booked an appointment for Saturday for myself and a close friend. Starting with the phone call the staff was amazing! Polite, courtesy, informative...great customer service. We each got a 50 minute massage which was fantastic as well. I love Woodhouse...never fails no matter what town youre in.

I visited Woodhouse as an out of town guest and surprised my sister who is a Dallas resident. The staff assisted me with making sure it remained a surprise for my sister. There was a slight hiccup with scheduling BUT Woodhouse was VERY apologetic and the service recieved was top notch. I couldnt have asked for a better spa day with my sister. When I returned home, I was happy to discover there are Woodhouse spas where I live. Thanks Woodhouse Fort Worth for a great experience!

This was my first time to a spa and for a facial and had I gone anywhere else I absolutely would not have gotten the same amazing experience! I have already scheduled another appointment and cant wait to treat myself and my best friend to a day there soon! Will be going back again and again and recommending to anyone and everyone

I have visited the spa twice. The first time with my two BFF and we spent 1/2 day there and got wonderful service. Each of us said we would be back. I went back and took advantage of their hydrafacial and was so impressed with the results that I bought the series of six package. The staff is amazing, caring and service oriented. These two visits have been a great experience for me. I have recommended this spa to many of my friends and will continue to promote it.

Not RecommendedI was asked to arrive @ 4:30 for my 5:00 appointment. I took a wrong turn which had me there at 4:50. When I announced my last name upon entering, 2 girls at the front desk seemed disappointed that my party of 2 actually made the appointment, their last appointment before close. This immediately made me uncomfortable. Next I was walked to an area where couples were in robes relaxing on couches and sipping champagne, all to fill out my new client sheet for a pedicure. This too was a bit uncomfortable since I was not receiving a service yet, but was filling out a new client paper. I requested the lavender sugar scrub 50 minute pedicure and the other member in my party had the 50 minute gentlemen’s pedicure. My pedicure is described as a sugar scrub with hot stone massage, neither of which was received, and both of our pedicures were only 37 minutes, though the service states it is 50. My add on of a French polish took me several times of pointing out missing paint. The outcome is a bumpy French with splotchy tips. Bottom line: 90$ for a poor paint job and an incomplete, shortened pedicure.I can’t help but think my appointment was cut short due to their 6 pm closing. The company should not schedule 5:00 pm services if they are focused on leaving at the time the facility closes to the public.Upon leaving when I opted not to leave gratuity they asked in front of other clients if I had an issue therefore I chose to inform them I did not have the energy to have the discussion at that time. It would have been nice for someone to offer to take me aside to a private area or for the company to phone me to follow up on the service, but this did not happen.

My favorite spa of all time. Better than the fancy resort or hotel spas, both locally and on vacation. Make sure you get there at least 15 minutes before your appointment to miss the rush of check in and to enjoy the quiet room.

Upscale, relaxing and conveniently located. A perfect lunch break. Lunch and shopping in the area. Love the relax room and their services. Been there a few times for Stem light therapy, facials and a massage. They haven’t disappointed yet!

I am extremely disappointed with the overall customer service and treatment by staff at the Fort Worth location. My husband was not notified of his massage cancellation until his arrival at the spa and then subsequently was not offered a rescheduled appointment later in the day. When he asked for a refund he was then denied and belittled by the staff.Please book elsewhere and save yourself the frustration.

This is by far the best spa in fort Worth. The inside is extremely nice. The relaxation room is calm and peaceful. They bring you champagne before your message. The staff is always kind and helpful. If youve been looking for a good spa look no further.

I want to love this place. It is very serene, pretty, calm, nicely done; however, after giving it three tries, I just cant throw away my money or time any more. The last facial I had, an 80 min Minkyti Signature Facial ($185) left me just angry. I literally started laughing half-way through because it was so bad. There are no words to truly describe the experience. I had asked the manager to contact me when I was checking out, but after two-weeks, and still no phone call, I felt a review was in order. The two other previous services were bad, but I chalked it up to inexperienced aestheticians; however, nothing compared to the facial (if that is what they call it) that I had this last time. I wont be back.

When you pay a premium price, you would expect a premium service. Not here. I keep trying for a facial here but it keeps being a disappointment, I dont think I will come again. During my facial, my face was burning entire time though I did tell the therapist I have rosacea. She was rough, scabbing my face with such vigor I thought my skin will come off. When doing my arm massage, she pulled my arm so hard, my wrist bones cracked. Though there are some unplensantries about facials, such as extractions, on my opinion, the experience supposed to be relaxing. Even worse- extremely hot towels burning my neck. $30 for less than 2 minutes of LED photo therapy? Woodhouse, you guys are nuts with your prices. Never again. Update: I added a photo of what my skin is like today- all red, full of bumps. Really nothing yaall can do for me at this point- I came with a smooth though porous skin ( full of dead skin according to your therapist who was trying to sell me stuff to remove it) and a day later I have a red bumpy face. So much for illuminating facial.

I cant say enough good things about the treatments I have had at the Woodhouse Day Spa. My favorite would have to be the Wild Lavender Seaweed Scrub which involves the vichy shower. I enjoyed it so much that I pre-purchased two more for future visits. The products are expensive and smell wonderful. efinitely a welcome addition to Fort Worth!!

DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC!!! I spent my birthday here last week and it was a great experience - until one of my technicians COUGHED through the entire service. I had to sign off that I was not experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms at the time of service, including cough. Clearly, they do not hold their employees to the same criteria. Sure enough, I received a call the next day that I was EXPOSED to COVID-19 while I was there and that I should quarantine for 14 days. One relaxing visit to the spa put me and my family at risk for COVID-19. I understand there is always a risk when you step outside of your home, but I expected someone exhibiting symptoms to stay home and not put their clients at blatant risk, and I received no apology from this location.

Very sweet staff but they use cheap regular nail polish for manicures. My Woodhouse Signature Manicure was $78 with tip (pre-paid tip on gift card). It was bumpy, cracked, and chipped by within 48hours. I work at a desk, Im not doing hard labor. I would not recommend mani/pedis with them.

So...my wife was not happy at all with their service. I have choose a package and they charged $275. I needed to reschedule it a few times and finally my wife was there today. Guess what? I was charge again $240. Of course will do a dispute and need my $275 back.

I’m retracting my negative review. I think my skin is suffering from allergies that don’t pertain to the facial like I originally thought. I called and was asked what day i wanted to book ... today I reply she says not available then I say well tomorrow...her response not available tomorrow or any this week ... then she says the entire next week is open...I said ok Tuesday then she says ...oh im sorry that day is not available what other days did you want ....smmfh...ok at this point Im convinced Karen was blonde and stupid 🙄 ...why ask me for a day if everyday I suggest she says not available...then I asked her u tell me a day ...her response are u trying to come soon ...smmfh well duh if I asked to come today or tomorrow smdh what is wrong with people she either was confused or stupid maybe both if you dont want a pregnant teen there for a massage then just say that 🤔I dont recommend this place for black people or pregnant teens.

Wonderful treatments, very nice treatment rooms. One of the best pedicures and pedicure facilities around. Relaxation room is spacious, calming and stocked with fruit water, nuts, and wine upon request.
