Don’t waste your money here. I spent 400 to get my wife a gift to use when she was able. No one explained she only had 6 months to use her credits. She did one facial and tried to schedule something else and was informed by staff they could not see her credits and they don’t expire… so we called back and spoke to a manager who was very rude and condescending when she spoke to my wife and told her she only had 6 months to use what was purchased. This was not explained to me when I purchased this for my wife. She was unwilling to help and said the manager that sold me this was no longer there and she’s the manager now and it’s their policy. Terrible customer service. They just want to take your money. If I was informed my wife only had 6 months to use her credits because they were purchased in advance I would have bought the monthly membership. Just trash!!! I wish I could give 0 stars
I splurged on my very first facial for my birthday and it was amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed it and was very satisfied with my results. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Kelly performed my facial and was so sweet and talked me through the entire process. I’m very interested in the monthly membership but want to try a massage before I commit. Will update this once I do!
Typical massage envy. The only thing I wish they did different is after the session to ensure the customer feels comfortable is to close the door between the front and back so when the front desk asks about how the session was the therapist can’t hear them. If someone had a bad experience and it’s a lot harder to let someone know when the therapist is there.
The new manager and assistant manager are the worst thing to happen to this location. They do not work with customers who have memberships on accommodations that have been in place for years. They also do not value members. The treat the massage therapists poorly and so the good ones dont stay. Im very disappointed. Sad thing is they havent done anything to rectify the situation.Avoid this location if possible!
LITERALLY THE WORST MASSAGE I’VE EVER HAD! My masseuse was Perry and I was booked for a one hour FIRM massage. First off, the massage was only 45 minutes. He never even touched my neck, shoulders, nor arms. The “massage” was more of a stretch. He used his palms the entire time. Also, he moved SUPER slow. I understand that massages aren’t supposed to rushed, but this seemed like a joke to me. This was definitely not a massage. For $115, I am highly disappointed and I will never recommend this place to anyone.
Massage was good but it was to be 60 minutes, it was about 40 at the most.I was looking at the memberships but I won’t be returning as I don’t feel like I received what was paid for.
Will NOT be returning. I arrived early as advised but was taken back late. The chemical peel was supposed to be an hour but she was done at least 15 minutes early even though I did add-ons. She was nice enough but graded my peel by how much I felt it on a scale of 0 to 10. I never got beyond a 1 but my results were not even that. Everyone who I know who got a chemical peel actually PEELED and saw beautiful results, hence my interest. I did not and its been a week. All I got was some clogged pores from all the goop in the aftercare kit. She said we would do the stronger one next time but there wont be a next time, at least not here. I tipped her so in all I paid $250 to get no improvement but to acquire 2 pimples. Every FACIAL Ive ever gotten was cheaper with better results. Go somewhere else.

I came into the store on 11/27/2022 (since the manager failed to contact me) in regards to canceling my account after the 12 months. I was told there would be no charges after this date but 12/7/2022 rolled around and I was charged once again since it takes a full 10 days to cancel account. Got my January credit card statement in and once again I was charged after I canceled my account back in November!!!! I’ve never spoke to a manager on the phone when promised and got a very rude and hateful gentleman when I came into the store. I’ve disputed the charges from Visa and demand a manager or higher up to pick up the phone and call me first thing when open. I’ve had nothing but terrible service from your location hence the reason why I cancelled. I was also told I was emailed paperwork to cancel but never received anything from ME. I should have not been charged in December and especially not in January.
I had to cancel my massage appointment this morning due to there being a confirmed tornado in the area. I called to reschedule and they told me that I would only be granted half a credit when I rescheduled because the cancellation happened within 24 hours of the appointment.This is so ridiculous. Do you want me to risk my life to get to the massage appointment? I can’t help severe weather patterns.I’ve been going to this establishment monthly for almost an entire year and I don’t think I’ll be back.
Do NOT go here! I still have my contract from Oct 2011, and they keep violating it.1. Contract says I can transfer if I move more than 25 miles away. I moved to a different state in 2013, they refused to transfer. I now live over 60 miles away and they still refuse to transfer.The local ME that is near my house wants to charge me a market upcharge to use my massages here, since Im a member of another location--a location that wont let me transfer.2. They REFUSED to pause during Covid without charging me. I have lots of unused massages as a result.3. They changed their rules to keep me from transferring them to other people without paying $10 EACH, ANNNNND they will only let me transfer ONE per month, and not to the same person more often than every 6 months!4. If you want to pause your membership to use some of your huge backlog of massages, they will charge you a monthly fee to pause--oh and you wouldnt be able to use your backlog! You have to keep paying, or you lose all the massages youve already bought!5. Nobody will help you. You cant get anyone with any authority on the phone or email. Youll wait and wait and keep following up and get nothing. Eventually, they just have front desk people contact you and say no.If youre willing to throw some money at filing a lawsuit with me, get it touch with me.Edit: 3/4/23 - still nothing from the owner.
I had a HORRIBLE experience at this location this past weekend. I was scheduled to go in and have a massage and a facial. I went into my massage and expressed my areas of concerns and let my masseuse know that I would like medium pressure. The massage started and the pressure was immediately to strong for me, I tried to tough it out cause I knew I was super tense and thinking it would help me. I had to tell the masseuse to please let up on her pressure. There were multiple times I had to remind her that her pressure was to much for me, it was the most uncomfortable massage I have ever received. She flipped me over and did a few more things then ended the massage. I made a comment thinking that wow that was quick. It was so quick because I was shorted about 15 minutes. The masseuse did apologize for that and they offered me a free enhancement on my next session. I said I would just like to use it on the facial I had scheduled next. They informed me that they called and left me a voicemail saying that they had to cancel my facial because the woman who would be doing the facial got into a car accident. I totally understand, but I had no missed calls and did not have any voicemails. What I did have were texts confirming my apt for that day and asking me to fill out the COVID form. Needless to say overall I was very disappointed. I tried calling in later that night to speak with the manager and they let me know she wouldnt be in till Monday. So today I called and spoke with the manager, Maureen. She was quick to accuse me of lying saying that she was the one that called and left a message for me. I am still waiting for her to send the proof. She then snapped at me when I was questioning her say You had your turn to talk and now its mine so listen I thought as the customer I couldnt believe the way I was being talked to, not to mention someone who has been a member of Massage Envy for years. Overall I am completely disgusted by the whole situation and will not be using their facilities EVER AGAIN!

I went in for my massage and they informed me I had to wear a mask during the actual massage. How relaxing can a massage be with restricted breathing?! But the part that frustrated me the most was no one informed me of that when I was booking my appointment. Had that been relayed to me, it would have been a deal breaker. When I told them I refuse to wear a mask, they said they would charge me $115 to cancel! Luckily they never got my card on file so we’re unable to rob me. I went to my car and immediately booked an appt with their competitor.
I greatly appreciated Ty and his staff getting me switched over to their location. I felt like a new woman after my massage today. Would recommend this ME location to anyone.
It was excellent. I loved my experience!I was told by a friend to check out Massage Envy about a monthly membership program. So to test the waters, I booked an appointment. Nice location. I arrived, and was warmly greeted by the front staff and the manager.My assigned therapist, based of my deep pressure request, appeared almost immediately to take me back. Denise was so excellent, professional, and it was one of the best massages I have ever had! I was able to get all the information I needed and a new appointment, as a member. They are running an awesome special right now on memberships!
I asked to focus on my neck and shoulders and my masseuse didn’t even touch my neck and shoulders. It was supposed to be full body- all he did was back legs and feet. He did a good job on what he did but really needed my neck and shoulders since that is where I have the most tension. The ladies at the reception desk were very nice and helpful. I have another massage scheduled with a different masseuse so hopefully my next visit will be better.
This place just keeps getting worse. I have a huge credit there from my monthly membership, and it is almost impossible to use it, since there are never any appointments available for a decent massage. They have a few openings here and there with really mediocre therapists. They keep trying to push facials, and upsell you with add ons etc (which you cant use your credit for BTW).I would have quit years ago but I dont want to lose my credit. With how bad it has become I think I am going to just cut my losses and cancel my membership.Not many good things to say about them.
Had an appointment that was scheduled around 2:30pm on April 25th for Monday May 10th for 5pm. When I didnt receive a confirmation text I was concerned so I called before heading over and low and behold I was told I was not in the schedule. Someone else had the time slot I was supposed to be scheduled for.This isnt the first time this has happened between this location and the Parkwood Hill there have been numerous scheduling issues or last minute cancelations in the several years I have been a customer. I wasnt offered anything for their mistake as I was supposed to get a free enhancement with it being Mothers Day, at least that is what I was told the day I made the appointment. I am stuck trying to find another time that I can fit into my single mom schedule which is very hard for me to do. I cannot wait to use up all my credits so I can find somewhere else to give my business too.
In the middle of a busy workday I start getting texts for a massage envy did my masseuse had a change in his schedule. iMessage them back I never could get a clear answer if my appointment was still available for that day.So of course I thought my appointment was canceled I was going to call later to reschedule. I didn’t get a message and I’m late for my appointment call and speak to a representative. They stated my appointment was still active. I explained that their communication what is confusing but we still told since I missed the appointment I was going to pay for it. I will never go back to this location since like I told them I never asked to be contacted if he had canceled appointments so I could book earlier in the day
LOVE the massage therapist & the people. Sadly, on 3/8/2022 I was denied service because I had my 9 year old daughter with me. Its NEVER been an issue until today. Not sure if its new management but Im gonna have to go to another Mssage Envy thats further.
I bought a massage for my wife for Christmas. She was really looking forward to the massage after a busy holiday. The day of the massage we received a call that the massage therapist had been in an accident and we would need to reschedule. We agreed on a time and even though we had to reshuffle our weekend, we worked with them. Then on the day my wife arrives and was told the appointment time had already passed. We spoke with the manager and she said we would have to pay half price for the missed appointment. We tried to explain there had been a misunderstanding, but they said we had confirmed, which was not true. Needless to say we will not be doing any more business with massage envy. This is a corporate chain that obviously cares more about money and fees than good customer service. I do not recommend giving them a chance.
Definitely the worst massage I’ve ever had from a professional establishment. I got massaged by Eduardo, and he was very nice but it felt like he didn’t know what he was doing. I got into the room at 10:10am and got out at 10:50 (was supposed to be an hour massage)His strokes were very fast and felt like he was just rubbing my skin instead of actually giving me a relaxing massage. He tried to work on my glutes even though I put “no” for that area on the form I filled out. He went up on my thighs way too high for my comfort (on the bend of my leg near my groin) and when I told him I wanted him to focus on My neck/shoulders/back he barely did. Not super impressed with this location or the massage therapist. Not with $115 at all. The sweet girl at the check out was nice and reduced my bill to $65, but still not worth that either. I was really excited to get my first massage in over a year and I’m really disappointed that this was my experience.
I just moved to Fort Worth from Dallas in August and finally was able to get back into my Massage Envy routine. I’m so happy to be a new client at the Alliance Town Center location. So far I have had 2 massage sessions with Perry and the massages are amazing! I have also had 2 facials with Jesse and they are equally as amazing! I absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking to feel great!
Went in person to make an appointment for my daughter and I. They ran my credit card to hold in case of a no show. Learned I needed a doctors note before I could have a massage due to car accident. Told them I would not pay a co-payment just to get a note. Told them while still on the premises to cancel our appointments. I was told it was done. I asked if they needed to refund my credit card. They said no as the appointments were canceled so the card would not charge. False. Upon reviewing my credit card statement I was charged. I have contacted the store several times and the only manager with authority to contact corporate to get a refund authorized has not been there for almost a week. I will never use Massage Envy. I will not recommend it to any one. They took my money and it is taking an act of Congress to get it refunded. DONT USE THIS PLACE!!
I was very impressed with my first massage. Had been wanting to get one for a long time, finally made appointments for my daughter and myself. Manager went above and beyond to get us appointments at the same time so we could enjoy it together. We both truly enjoyed our massages, both therapists made us feel very comfortable with the experience. I highly recommend this very convenient location. Thanks.
All I wanted was to buy my wife a 3-pack Massage Gift card .... no, but we can sign you up for 3 months ... all good .... 5 months later still being billed ... I reread contract, fine print says you need to call to cancel after the 3 months .... geeze, I should have read fine print. When I get around to calling to cancel, they say ... only a manager can cancel, Ill have them call you back .... a week later I realize no call back ... so I call again, sorry Manager is not here ... but then I ask a question and they say ... let me check ... she comes back and says, OK, I spoke to the manager ... I say, can I speak to the manager to cancel then .... they say, sorry, she just left. Im beginning to think Im getting deliberately delayed, knowing people often get busy (which I do). So I ask for a call back TODAY. Manager calls, and then tells me, I need to get a form to cancel, and it goes into effect 10 days AFTER they get it back. And guess what, that is after my next billing cycle. I ask, can you not call the corp office since I called you a week ago with no return call?, they say Sorry sir - I dont have a number, I can only email just like you. Were JUST A FRANCHISE. Now Im hot, so I say, so your sure you cant help me because it seems my only recourse is to go on social media. She says. Im sorry. At least she was professional and nice ... but hence why this Google review is also polite and nice.
Eduardo was fantastic! I had old gift cards to use, after reading all of the reviews on this location Im fearful to see if anything shows up on my credit card used to hold my appointment. I went in for a prenatal massage, the girls at the front were very helpful, it was clean and my massage was great! Hopefully all of the previous reviews and issues have been fixed because I enjoyed it.
Husband and I cleared our schedules so I could finally use a gift card from 5 months ago at this location. I made the appointment 5 days in advance. I walked in and the receptionist said they did not have my name on the schedule. She said I probably made the appointment at the other store. I didnt think I had, but let her call the other to make sure. Sure enough, I was not supposed to be at the other location. When she looked my name up again, she said it was next week. I firmly believe they didnt have an appointment for me (like I have read from other reviews) and tried to cover it by saying it was next week. Needless to say, I wont go back there. Not only did they not have my appointment, but they also made me feel like this was my fault. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Friendly and professional front desk staff!Have had different massage therapists each time do to scheduling, and travel. Although they have had different technique, they all have been very effective in getting to my deep tissue. I always have a great massage! I have become a member, and I’m so glad I did!
Worse customer service at Alliance location. Went up in price and call to cancel and went through everything that they said to do. Did cancel it and is going to charge me for another month. Management was VERY RUDE. Also still making people wear a mask in the middle of March. So done with this place. If you do sign up DONT USE THIS LOCATION!!!
Kourtney is a great massage therapist. I am relaxed and renewed once she is done! The front once staff is always kind, patient and willing to answer questions. I truly get more than my money worth from my membership. Thank you everyone for making my experiences great.
Love the week night appointments that you can get up to 10pm. Really helps with the working week schedule. Jenny is awesome and has been taking care of me for years! Everyone at the front desk is always friendly and attentive! Highly recommend!
If you want to have someone mess up your billing and then you have to run them down to pay maybe choose this clinic. I’ve gone to massage envy for 7 years and have never experienced such terrible customer service.Management has supposefully changed but I’ve had to call twice a week every week for over a month and every week I’m told someone will call back and every week no one does. Then when you finally get ahold of someone they email you and try to charge you even more cause you “dont Give enough notice.” When you’ve been giving notice for over a month.Do yourself a favor and go another massage envy or a completely different provider.
Awful! Did not work on the areas I needed. I think my poor masseuse was sick or had allergies. Was not impressed for the money. The receptionist tried to sale a membership right off the bat( I had never been here before) then tried again and got rude when I didn’t want to which I thought I had made perfectly clear I did not want. I think what tipped the entire thing off was she asked if I wanted to pre - book, I said no, she asked me very rudely “so do you just get a message when you’re in pain?” Ummm.... YES!I will not be back and I will not refer anyone.
I really enjoyed my massage with David yesterday. He did a great job and was responsive to my needs. He did some pressure points that I have never had done before which I believe relieved a lot of tension in my back. Today I feel great! I had a bit of trouble with scheduling, which could have been partially my fault, but overall, great experience.

I make my appointments a month in advance so I get who I want.Customer service is great as well!! Maybe all you cranky people need a chiropractor instead!!!I have been a member for over 3 years!! Im in love with this place. I was able to book last minute appointment. I forgot his name he worked evening of 2-5-20 he is the sweetest and answerd all my questions I had at the front desk. I had a massage with Julia. 1oo% made me comfortable and I left feeling so much better. The options they have to add to massage are very reasonable and smells amazing.
I initially set up my membership at the Colleyville location. I live in Keller so I use this location. The Keller location told me I did not have a prepaid on file so they charged me $95 for the massage. I paid it and once I got to my car I found the charge on my bank statement. When I showed them this I was told I had to go to the Colleyville location to get a refund! They claimed they couldnt void the transaction. What? Worst customer service ever. Plus they do not treat the therapists right. Do not support this location!!
My wife and I love going to our appointment together. It has been very therapeutic for our bodies and changes things up a bit for our relationship. The therapists are very professional and adapt to your needs and special requests. I recommend a membership with regular visits.
I signed up with this location and maintained a decent relationship for the most part of 2 years.I often had trouble booking appointments when my back flared up within a few hours or even with 24 hour notice. Most times I needed to book several days out if not a week out.My complaint is how I was treated after I was relocated to my job. I had better than 10 massages owed to me and was told I could not transfer to another location, I could not give more than 1 away as a gift and could not resume a contract once I returned.All 10 massages would be lost.After some conversation and speaking with management I was told since I was a valued customer they would work with me if I was to ever return since they were a franchised location they could do that.Well, Im back home so I give them a call and speak to a associate that says ya we could probably do something but Im new, let me get a more experienced associate for you.So Brittany picks up the phone and I tell her Im looking to start up my account again.She says well ur not gonna get any credit for owed massages.I tell her the story and she sets there with no response.I tell her well if Im gonna get 0 credit when I was told you would work with me. I have no interest in re-establishing a relationship with your location nor will I will I give Massage Envy any chance of earning any business from me in the future.Massage Envy without doubt.This place knows how to treat a valued customer for sure. Throw them in the toilet and flush them away, like a 2 dollar gold fish or a turd.Folks there are way to many offerings out there to open yourself up to this type hustle/abuse. There contracts are one sided and null and void if you do not maintain drafting from ur account.
Nice facility. They need to speak English more around English speaking customers (it’s a bit rude actually). Anthony did my French manicure (dip) nails & it hurt like hell. I hated his technique & I have had my nails done for 30+ years. Each finger would bleed as he used this metal thing to get the white tip done. I let him know but it didn’t change. I spent $80 for myself & my 8 year old granddaughter’s paint. Not a good experience & sadly I will not be returning. My nails hurt for days.
Each time gets worse regarding 60 minute deep tissue massage. You pay for 60 minutes and ends up being 40 minutes. They start 10 minutes after arrival in room and stop 10 minutes prior to hour. Guess the ending is to prep room for next massage on my time. Massage from same person varies from great to guess Ill call this one in and just go through the motions. Massage appointments are not available for weeks even when scheduling at current massage. I know I would like a massage in less than a week if I pull a muscle or stressed out. Need to think about this membership after 20 plus years with all the others available at lower prices.
Goodness, where do I begin... My husband had just gotten back from Afghanistan and we wanted to do a hot stone massage together. When we arrived, they told us that they hadnt began the preparations. We calmly told them wed wait for them to set up and they told us that since itd take an hour to do this, that it would conflict with the other appts they had. They said theyd give us a credit. It took over a month for the manager to call us back to actually place the credit on our account. Putting all of that aside, I have been going to various Massage Envys for about 7 years now. This one is the closest to my home currently and theyve got the WORST customer service Ive experienced. They dont answer phones, if you leave a VM, they dont call you back until days later. Theyre rude and make it seem like your bothering them when you try to make an appt., etc. I personally think that they need to be offered more massages so their attitude improves. Im driving an extra 20 miles out of the way to the one in Colleyville. Theyre MUCH nicer & accomodating!!!! Ive vetoed the Alliance location and will no longer be getting my services.
Love the free mimosas. The check in guy is super nice. However will never return. I messed up a nail while sitting under dryer. Instead of them removing the polish. Then repainting the nail. She just painted over it. It left a bunny mess. I thought that was so unprofessional. So will never return.
I see Tara every three weeks and she truly keeps me functioning at my best. The salon employees are kind and courteous and my husband and I love our message therapists!! Go see them. We deserve it!
My massage therapist, Perry, is awesome. Unfortunately, the management is useless and some of the front desk staff are so rude. The app doesnt work and they cant link accounts. The manager defends the rude employee and spoke very ugly about the kind ones. Very poorly run.
I recently moved from Dallas to Eagle Mountian Lake, so I switched to Massage Envy at Alliance Center, and I found the best masseuse. 🤫 Ive been three times in less than a month. I am thrilled to finally find a masseuse who is perfect for me finally. 😍
I have always had great experiences here. I have been coming regularly to this location since it opened. Edwardo, Brian, and Tonya have been excellent therapists. The front office is always nice and greets me with a smile. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Terrible customer service! Theyre always in a rush when I call for information, and when I come in, they seem bothered that another customer has shown up. Called to cancel my membership and was told I have to come in a fill out paperwork. What kind of facility doesnt allow hassle free cancellation? Now I have to go and deal with sullen associates yet again? Good riddance.
This is by far the worst Massage Envy location I have ever been to. I just moved into the area and it is unreal how bad this location is. First you cant find their phone number anywhere, when you finally do and call you are almost guaranteed to get a voicemail box instead of a live person. Most of the time when I show up all the employees are in the office which by the way looks like someones junk closet.If you actually get someone to pick up the phone and bother, then its like pulling teeth to get an appointment time. They are not helpful and act is though your bothering them, when in fact the entire point of their job is to schedule massage appointments, well at least 90% of their job...I am a member to. Well I was until today. I called four times before someone finally picked up and then asked me to hold, the other 3 times I got a voicemail like Im calling a friend up. Is this a business? For Real? So I drive down their frustrated because I needed to talk to someone and tell them I want to cancel. Come to find out the entire membership is a hustle. You have to sign a document at the Massage Envy you signed up at and give them 30 day written notice to cancel your membership, which by the way they still charge you even though your not under contract and then expire your credits at the end of your contract.You may love them or hate them but whatever you do, at least youve been warned by me and my story to STAY AWAY!! There are other ways to get a massage and be treated much more professionally than this. OR at least go to a different location.Also please note: no matter who you ask you can not get a corporate number, address, nothing... so be very careful about signing up.Very Bad Customer Service I am extremely disappointed with your staff at this location.
I went for a deep tissue massage for my back. Some past work injuries really have me in pain. To be honest I went through a couple of therapists until I found one I like. That part was very frustrating. However, Jenny is well worth your time. If youre looking for pain management over relaxation, ask for Jenny.
Changing my rating of the Alliance location to 1 star. Had a significant customer complaint to which management has not bothered to address after 3 requests for a return call. I wont be back until I receive an apology and made whole as a customer!
Ive been going to this location for several months now. Ive never had the negative experiences some of the others reviewers have had. Everyone is very nice and professional. Great massages. Ive never had any trouble scheduling.
I have been a member for about two years and during that time Ive had FOUR appointments (that were booked in advance) CANCELED because the therapsit was not able to be there. Most of these have been done on the day of the appointment and if I were to cancel the day of-I would be charged!! Its so frustrating to feel like my time is not valuable to them!
The front desk ladies at Alliance have gone above and beyond every time to help me get my sessions booked. This location also has Jenny Clark who is by far the best therapist I’ve had in the 5 years I have been with Massage Envy. This place is definitely worth checking out!
I’ve come here here several times and always had a great experience! I recommend Jesse for facials that are designed for your desired outcome and effect. Jesse is my go to specialist for all my skin care needs!!!
Very disappointed in this ME. You make appointments only to show up to find out that youre not in the system or your therapist had something come up. Must be the new employees who didnt know what they were doing. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
This place is absolutely horrible! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Screwed out of 200$ for a membership I didnt even ask for. And now wont do anything about it. They deserve no stars!
This is the worst location ever. Customer service lies to you and has no solution for anything. They just say ok, thank you. Save you money and go somewhere else. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO DO A BETTER JOB IN HIRING!!!
I’ve been coming here for 3 years and have been most times with Eduardo who gives the best hot stone massage and now Perry who gives a fabulous massage. Thank you guys y’all are great.
I tried to give my boyfriend a gift he was called into work last minute so now Im out 50.00 for trying to reschedule to the next day plus the 75.00 gift card. We will not be back.
