Man I go for vapes good prices and everything I go and buy something for over 100 bucks (pen for wax ) and it don’t work and now they can’t replace it cause they own worker didn’t try it before I left I told him to see if it work he said don’t press it cause I will burn it up now they won’t give me my money back and all I asked was to change it out they said no refunds on Purchases and no replacement over 100 of they didn’t check it before you left minding it was around 8 or 9 pm friday and called them sat morning! The store down the street give 100 % return if you have receipt !!! 120 bucks down the drain
Most of the smoke shops are pretty much same if talking about goods but the vibe in this smoke shop is something phenomenal. The guy working there is very friendly and always recommends the best for the customers and also talking about the price its best than the market’s price.And the Shop’s name ‘Discount’ is not just name but also gives really good discounts and offers.
I really love this place!! They have a large variety of thc-a, which is great!!! And I mean so many options that are for everyone! It also has a very nice humidor for cigars, you dont see that much! All in all its a good place to for your smoking needs! The people that work there are so informative and nice!!!

Every time I have tried to come at 8am when they say they open, they aren’t open… I’ve sat here for up to 15-30 minutes before and till no one showed up. Please change your hours since you can’t open when you say you do. That’s false advertisement and illegal

I’ve been coming here every week for vapes for the past year. Today was the 3rd time I was given wrong change. One time I was told they didn’t have any change and when I complained about it they all of a sudden had it. In the change I got today there was gum stuck to the back of one of the coins. There are other smoke shops down River oaks Blvd to go to and I’d avoid this one.

DO NOT go here for Kratom! This is by far the most vile thing Ive ever put in my mouth and Ive taken straight valerian root. And yes, I know Kratom tastes bad, this was so much worse than even the worst tasting Kratom Ive ever used. It tasted like a mix of cat litter and dried grass. It makes me wonder if it had any Kratom in it at all because I woke up with Kratom withdrawals this morning. My husband purchased this last night, I sat in the car while he was in there, so no, I havent confused this place for somewhere else... (I added the screenshot after the initial review to show we did in fact go here)

I crashed my Ferrari on the way in, was ejected thru the windshield, broke both of my legs, then had a heart attack. Ganesh came to my rescue, gave me CPR for 10 minutes straight to resuscitate me. After bringing me back to life, he then carried me on his back while mending my legs before he proceeded to sell me some great products. I didnt even need to call an ambulance. I walked out of the store and Ganesh stopped me, tossing me the keys to his Ferrari letting me drive it home. Great guy, great store, great products. 10/10 would recommend

Well this business has now lost my business after literally years of us coming here. Raising prices by $5 within a weeks time frame?!?! Thats ridiculous! Not when we can go down the road & pay way less! Also they like to keep your change & tell you a different price than what is on your receipt so they can pocket your change. Found that out real quick. Apparently you have to ask for a receipt & when you do they get nervous because they realize youre on to their game. Nope. Not coming back & not changing my review.
Ganesh really helped me out at came through tonight. My original smoke shop didnt sell the coils for my mod anymore and I thought I was gonna have to drop money I didnt have on a whole new mod but he came in clutch with a 3 pack of my rpm160 coils. Props to you man!

I went to check this place out because the one we’ve been going to, just a jump, hop and skip away, was deleting our earned points. However, this place was even worse! I bought 2 of the ESCO bars at a reasonable price, $26 and some change, for 2 of them, compared to almost $34 at the other location. These bars usually last me 5-6 days. The ones I purchased from this establishment, lasted me 2 and 1/2 days! The second one I opened didn’t even last 24 hours. They were completely defective! OUTRAGEOUS!!!! They were buy one get half off the second. TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT!!!!

I don’t know why anybody goes here they’re five dollars more than everybody else. They have that stupid discount bin by the front door…. do not buy anything from that bin because they’re all broken. After spending 20 bucks buying two things from that bin, I open the box. They were both broken and she was like whatever can’t help you. You will never get another dollar for me as long as that store is there.
My visit was great! I needed Kratom at a cheaper price and better quality! After searching online with no luck I came to see what these guys had to offer! Sammy, which is the gentlemen that assisted me, is great! Very knowledgeable about his Kratom! I asked a couple of questions and before I could finish my sentence he knew what I needed! I come in here ALL the time! I spend money here probably once every week. Due to the fact they have more options. But Yesterday I Went in and got 2 pom king vapes, one of them didnt work I brought it back and the lady said she couldnt trade it in for a new one. Even tho, she literally just sold it to me. So I basically spent $30 for NOTHING! With that being said, I will never waste any more of my money on anything else here! 🚮

Let me say I stopped by when they first opened. And its been sometime since then, they have a huge selection of items. I have recently went in 3 times in the last 2 weeks. I think they are knowledgeable if products. However, I have purchased the same thing the last 3 times from the store and the first time I paid 50 something. The second time (last Wednesday) 30 something ( same product) and today (same product) 50 something. I dont like that, when I asked about it I got some ridiculous answer. So, if not for this Id go back, but unfortunately Ill have to go else where. product is 👍 but Ill have to go elsewhere. Store is clean, and neat, staff is nice and helpful with product.

My husband and I came to visit the store for the first time today and we gotta say we will be back to get more stuff! They have so many awesome stuff in there for reasonable prices and the gentlemen who helped us, answered all of our questions and was so helpful! The place smelled great and was very clean and very organized. That made our shopping so easy. The guy also knew his inventory very well.
Sammy was so nice and very friendly! I went in to grab a disposable vape and they had every brand you can think of, and tons of flavors. They had the brand I usually buy (Glamee) and flavors I didn’t even know Glamee had! They were selling them for half the price I usually spend at other shops, would definitely recommend!!!

Discount Smoke Shop has a surprising amount of variety in their products, much more than most smoke shops. The displays are clean and organized, and the manager Sammy is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful for navigating everything. Their products themselves are limited to tried and tested brands. After visiting so many other smoke shops, it was a pleasant surprise. You won’t regret coming here!

I stopped here today for the first time and had a good experience. The shop is very clean and the owner was very helpful. I felt like he let me look around and offered a good amount of assistance without being pushy at all. 10/10.I told him i was new to vaping and he didnt try to convince me to buy the most expensive thing and he helped me look at products i had researched instead of trying to upsell or redirect me. Very cool, Ill be back.Note: i wish they had an instagram to announce when they get new pfoducts in or an online stock list so i could see more of the products ahead of time, but that would just be extra cool. :)

Because we were taking to long...I’m sorry if I’m buying something especially 50 plus I want to know exactly what I’m buying and how it works . It was so loud on the phone we could hear him We were looking to spend some money in there. They had many cool things in there that I was very interested in. But after that comment from the OWNER we decided to get the few small items that she was holding at the front and go on our way. No hospitality at all. Will not be back because of the OWNER!!!!

Just went to the smoke shop to buy 2 XXL Puff Bars and as soon as I get in my car to try them out, they both dont work, so I go back in there and I had to try and open about 5 of them in the store because they all didnt work. After the 6th & 7th package opened, they seemed to work. So I went home and I tried one of the bars again and it was blinking, (mind you I hadnt used any of the puff bars till i got home). I tried calling the store to see what was going on but nobody answered. If you go to the store, be aware of the products you buy and try them out at the store. They seem to be having a problem with all of their products. Never returning back to buy any of the products.Response to Owner: So youre telling me that in order for you to do the job youre SUPPOSED to do I have to change my review to a 5 star? haha. I tried changing the Puff Bars a couple times and they didnt work. I just got home and they didnt work AGAIN. I called the store and you didnt answer so I wrote a review. I went in with very little knowledge of what I was looking for, and Sammy helped me with everything. I even got a discounted price due to it being Friday on the vape pen I got which made it cheaper than buying online. Over all I was extremely happy with everything and will be returning very soon.

Jul Pods(knock off brand) are $19.99 compared to every other place Ive bought them at. They will give them to you for $15.99 per pack if you buy 3 at a time and they also tried to argue with me that their prices were the cheapest around but they are overpriced about $4.00 more on their Jul Pods(knock of brand). Also, I have never seen or heard of their brands......was not impressed.

As soon as I came into the store I was instantly welcomed. The Persian who help me out was Sammy I told him I was new into the vape thing and and help me out pick out the best vape for me. He didn’t rush me or anything he took out different models that way I could see which one I liked, there was a little problem with the vape I got the tip broke off I came back into the store Sammy immediately exchange it for me and help me set up my vape. Great customer service I recommend this store to anyone that wants to get into the vape game make sure you ask for Sammy when you come in the store.

Went in and bought a new vape kit. Told the guy behind the counter that I was brand new to vaping and decided on a Aegis Boost mod. Spent $25 dollars on a pack of replacement coils that the proprietor picked out for my device and left.Two weeks later, I attempted to change the coils in my mid and discovered that theyre the wrong size and wont work.Went back today to see if I could exchange them and was told that all sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.Normally I wouldnt have a problem with this policy, but I didnt choose the coils he sold me, and it was his error for selling me the wrong ones. I was told there was nothing he could do and so thats the last time I do business there.
I called in on a Sunday asking with the person that I spoke with a fewDays before and had located the correct VAPE that I wanted. So naturally I called back and asked for her... to my surprise I was told that “she’s probably out of here” And no future assistance on the sale basically also the person I spoke with was talking so fast and trying to get me off the phone so quickly that he didn’t even ask me questions about what type of Vape he could help me with. Just all in all bad customer service and a poorly inventory store the guy didn’t know anything they had in stock he just said come in the store come in the store. No way I would suggest this place in no way OK again and less I was trapped in a landslide and that happened to be the only store I could tunnel into from where I was at…

We work very hard for 5 star experience!! apparently NOT very hard enough !!!!
TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE and a bunch of BULL. There is nothing of discount from this store. I pretty much got robbed and scammed from shopping here. Prices are doubled. Got a vape that doesnt charge the batteries and was given batteries that didnt came in the original package, and not working properly. On top of that he tried selling me more batteries after selling me defective ones. Told me to buy a battery charger when the vape is suppose to charge them. Doesnt make sense. He pretty much didnt know how to operate the vape when asked to explain how it works. Was only given 24 hours to return if it didnt work cause they probably knew it would have issues later on. You can get the vape cheaper online. Should of known better. Store must have alot of friends and family members leaving good reviews. And dont you dare reply talking about sorry you had a bad experience cause you wont care to do anything about it and I dont want to hear it. Im sure you needed the money. Should of just asked for it. I would of given it to you. Thanks for being crooked. Shame on you!!!

This place is the best for Kratom. BY FAR the best prices in DFW. I have been to many shops and this is the best selection, best price, and best staff of everywhere I have been from Frisco to burleson, Ft. Worth to Rockwall. Maurice is the coolest guy to talk to as well.

I drive 35 minutes out of my way to come here for kratom. He has a wide variety of strains. Different prices based on quality. With kratom quality does matter. On top of that prices arent bad and u can also buy in large amounts at a cheaper price. All around good atmosphere inside. I def recommend this place for someone looking for a good kratom vendor.

We went there and got 2 mighty mint pops. came out to the car and opened them. the package said mighty menthol not mighty mint. everything is most likely counterfeit. do not buy from this place.
