The team at Violet Vapor never ceases to amaze me. I can walk in and vaguely describe a brand, flavor, or issue and they instantly know how to help or what Im talking about. Morgan (I think this is her name) and Daniel are the friendliest and most helpful people. Been my neighborhood shop for a while and Im never disappointed.

Violet Vapor has a great selection on glass, mods, juices and disposables. They have an even better store manager, Cody, he helped me out with all my questions, offered great suggestions and even assisted me in getting my first pod device going!

Great spot in general. Awesome selection and knowledgeable staff. The house flavors are great. Highly recommend super nova, unicorn, and Phoenix.

Employees are helpful and nice. They have everything you will need to vape...its helped me quit smoking cigarettes and theyre the only place I go to get what I need.

Updated: From 4 to 5 starsI have been visiting Violet Vapor for the last 4 months. I have made it my main vapor shop. The staff is very knowledgeable, they offer a good variety of ejuice and devices. There are also a number of cost saving options like bundled prices, discounts for Vets, and point rewards that save you money.What really make this a good place to shop are the people inside. I really enjoy speaking with each employee during my visits.

I think the vape bar is absolutely the coolest! Lol Trying before buying was super helpful in finding just the right flavor and I really love it AND my awesome new mod I got there. Now, I wi admit, their prices are a little higher and they dont really run sales, but with all the puffing on their juice trying everything out, I get it. PLUS their tanks that u test on are not cheap so u can get the full flavor of the juices. They are top of the line tanks....so although they are a little on the pricey side its all well worth it. Plus check out this bad a$$ vape!....see photo....

I’ve been in to Violet Vapor twice now and have yet to be disappointed. Recently a mod that I bought failed and they were kind enough to offer me a discount for the inconvenience. They have a super friendly staff that is headed by a understanding and helpful manager. 10/10 recommend stopping by the shop for any of your future vaping needs.

I have been to this store several times. I have had great visits with extremely great customer service. Then I have had times when customer service was not at it best. The last time I went in, I was not that impressed. I had waited longer than usual. There was a woman behind the counter that was not helping anybody. It seemed as though she was more interested in her girlfriend leaving only one inexperienced person taking care of everyone. I was there over an hour just waiting for juice and my tank cleaned. He even had to help other people while cleaning my tank. I would give it 5 stars because of how many times I have been there. But this last time dropped it 2 stars

The guys that work there are great. I didnt know what exactly I wanted and they were patient and willing to help. If your new to vaping and are trying to quit smoking, these guys have you covered.I wont go anywhere else but here.Tell them David sent you... Well dont, they might charge you double .😄In all seriousness, the guy with the beard is the best.

I have never had a bad experience here. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and well staffed. I never have to wait long to get what I came for even if there are already customers in the store. This spot is on my way home from work (only if I take the long way) but its well worth the little detour when I can get what I need at good prices!

Fantastic little shop. I was a regular at the Weatherford location and always loved it. Now Im down in Ft. Worth and these guys are even better. They will take care of you on just about anything you need vape related.

This store was pretty awesome. I had a new device given to me that I knew nothing about the juice to put in it. I went in the guy was very attentive to what I wanted and knowledgeable to show me what was best for me. I’m and out in less than 10 minutes at that which was awesome because I was in a hurry running errands. Definitely good service.

Staff is always so solicitous and friendly. For example, today, they explained all the different alternatives to the current Juul Im using and they were so informative and kind that they convinced me to purchase something new tomorrow. Highly recommend. Ive been coming here off and on for at least a year. Several times in the last few months. All the staff members have been helpful and friendly. Helpful and accommodating to new users. Large selection of in house juice, including 0 nicotine strength. Sell some premium juices too, devices, coils, etc. Definitely worth checking out if youve never been.

I had a great experience at this store! I went in with very little knowledge and Cory and Joey(I think that was his name) took me aside and explained everything I needed to know. They were super friendly, helpful, patient and overall treated me better than family. The shop was nice, organized and has a great atmosphere. Now that Im a vaper this is my shop!

Don’t waste your money with this place, read through the reviews and it seems they cover up all the bad ones of them gaslighting, and not holding up their policy’s. Don’t try to return vapes here that have issues or they tell you to go to the manufacturer to return it. I don’t want waste my time doing that, they should have held up on their 30 day return policy. The staff is condescending and the owners are even worse. If I could give 0 stars I would. Go to the 5 other vape shops that are literally down the street where they have friendly and helpful staff

I pass about three or four other vape shops just to go here! Every single employee is awesome! Theyre super nice, super knowledgeable, and just as helpful as they can be! Even if I go in not knowing what flavor I want they are so helpful in finding just what Im looking for. Idk who the owner is, but theyve done a damn good job hiring good folks!

Store was clean and easy to find. The staff greeted me right away and guided me to what I was looking for, I could tell the associates taking their time twoget to know their products. Lastly, the biggest thing for me was they didnt make me feel like an idiot when I came in and didnt know everything about their store and every single product they had.

I was sold a defective unit. Had it less than 2 weeks. After a couple of the guys working there tried it out I was told that even though it wasnt working how it should it is what it is. No offer for an exchange but instead was told they have other units I could purchase. Instead of replacing the defective unit via a warranty and making a happy customer they simply tried to sell me more stuff. Ill take my business elsewhere for now on.

The owners response is just crawfishing trying to blame the customer. I was clear on what I wanted. Your staff suggested something that will not vape delta 8 ditillate. That what i asked for. But thanks for reaffirming that I will never shop at your store ever again.Was looking for something that could vape delta 8 distillate. Was sold the wrong product. When i tried to exchange my unopened mod with receipt they said could not exchange just because i was sold the wrong product. Very disappointed in this store that i have spent so much money at over the years. Will go to 3D smokeshop from now. Thumbs down.

This is an amazing Vape shop ran by some amazing people. When I first started going here they made me feel like family, they really helped me get into a mod and tank that really worked for me. Their juices are all exceptional, and they have a very wide assortment for all flavor profiles and tastes. Low and High VG variations, stop on by and check them out!

I have been a faithful customer to this Violet Vapor location for probably two years. It is conveniently located on the drive to my place of employment. I made a purchase last Wednesday of several items. One of the items was a Evod Twist 2 battery, as the one I currently am using has been having recharging issues. When I purchased the battery, it was the last one they had in stock. I removed it from the box and it was completely dead. I explained that there was no charge to the battery and they said sometimes they come that way, but if I had any issue with it, I have 30 days to return it. Over the weekend, I charged the battery, however, it would not hold a charge for more than about 30 minutes. I decided to return it today. When I walked into the store, I put the battery on the counter and told the young man I wanted to return it. He tells me they dont sell that particular battery. Um, excuse me, yes you do, I bought it here. After producing the RECEIPT FROM THAT LOCATION, he STILL is being argumentative with me that I did not buy it from that location. Hello - the item is on the receipt and the employees name is at the top of the receipt that initially sold me the junk. REALLY?!? At this point, I am getting pretty upset by the fact that I am being called a liar, not once, but TWICE! He calls the store manager over and he wasnt any better than the employee that I initially was dealing with. I explain to him that the battery is having a charging issue and he asks me what the problem with it is. I had just explained to him it was not holding a charge. Then, he proceeds to exhibit to me that it had a tiny nick out of the battery and saying repeatedly, Well, let me see what we can do for you. What? I literally tried charging the thing twice and using it twice (thought perhaps it didnt fully charge the first time). I demanded he return my money! He begins to say he is going to have to call the owner to see if he can take the item back. By this time, I am beyond irate! We are talking about a $14.95 item. I waited while he went in the back to call the owner. He puts me on the phone with the owner and I reiterate the entire ordeal to him. OMG! He states he needs to see a photo of the battery. Finally, after being in that store from 3:50 pm until 4:15 pm - 25 MINUTES - demanding they return my money, he agrees to reimburse me for their defective battery. While processing my return, the store manager asks me if I wanted to keep the thing. Why would I want to keep something that doesnt work? He also begins explaining that, for a return, I should have the box and the item needs to be in pristine condition. Well, I told him he needs to make sure his employees are aware of that and not make it sound as if a return is quick, fast, and easy. Him and the employee apologize and both state that they hope I will continue to shop with them. You have got to be kidding me, right? I told the employee that I did not appreciate being called a liar on two occasions and the store manager that I would not be doing any more business with them. The unfortunate thing about this entire ordeal is all the other employees I have ever encountered in there over the past two years or so have been WONDERFUL! Never had any problems until today. What a shame that a couple of unfriendly employees can ruin a customers experience to the point they will never return - especially over a $16.18 return. Beware if you are purchasing anything from this location, even though they make returns sound like a breeze. I was fortunate to get my money back. How would they have acted on an even larger purchase?!

Where it all started! VIOLET Vapor was there in the beginning nearly 10 years ago and since day one they have always been about excellent customer service. They know theyre stuff and are very helpful. They are passionate about it and deserve your business.

I love this place! My boyfriend and had been to two other places before we tried this one. Im so glad we stopped they have a great selection of e juice and mods. Well definitely be back to try more flavors. I wish I could remember the guys name who helped us but he was super knowledgeable and I didnt feel like he was just trying to sell us the most expensive item. As a matter of fact he talked us out of getting a more expensive one and recommended the Mojo because of its reliability. I couldnt be happier with my purchase. Look for the guy with the long hair hes really helpful.

Absolutely amazing vapor shop !The employees there are always nice and knowledgeable about any custom e-cig model you could want.They had some really great deals going on for just about everything, including a rewards system that can get you things like a free bottle of fluid of your choice !The wide selection of fluids itself is also superb.They carry around 90-100 flavors in store in all variations of nicotine content, but they also have a website with an extra 200 or so flavors just in case !Nothing less than impressed with this establishment, Ill be returning very soon !

The first experience I had with this place was awesome! I cruised in after work and realized I forgot my wallet at work. We tried to use ApplePay but the payment wouldn’t go through for some reason. The owner was there and she told me to come back at my convenience to pay. I was shocked!!! What an impression. The location is a bit out of the way for me and I’ve gone to a few other places, but the vape juice I get can not compare to this place. I love this place... and the people are so cool. It’s actually like they care about customer service. Their absolutely brilliant. I’m hooked ... even if I have to drive a lil further!!

Nice selection of tanks. The young lady that helped us made sure we purchased what was right for us. Came in too switch to a salt nic mod. They explained to us everything about them to us. Decided although small and discreet its not for me. Only reason for 4 stars is the mgr made it obvious that he felt like we were going to walk out without paying for the tanks! I heard and saw him whisper in the young ladies ear! How rude. We are grown adults.

Staff are amazing. Owners are a couple of crooks. Purchase from them if you like but NEVER do business with them and if you do just be sure to collect a payment first. Fair warning!

They don’t honor what they say when they sell you a device. You can be a loyal customer with them for years bought over 12 different vapes from them, and countless bottles of juice. They have told me multiple times when buying a vape if you have any problems they will replace the vape and offer a 30 day warranty. If they sell you a messed up vape. They will look for any reason to tell you why it’s you’re fault that the vape is not working, and avoid at all cost to make things right. I’ve had a vape shop that I’ve never done business with but once replace a vape that quit working after 3 weeks of use and scratches on it. Not this place they tried to give me 30% off a new vape😂 I have 4-5 devices I’ve bought from here that do not work. And was told to “avoid buying vapes with trap doors”. Why would you sell products that you know are junk and quit working lol but they won’t tell you that when you’re buying a vape. I have been a customer here since 2016, and will no longer be doing business here. If you’re looking for a vape or vape shop I recommend ordering for half the price online, or going to steamiest or one of the other 3 vape shops 5 min away. I will start smoking cigarettes again before I go back to this store.

Great overall shop, I stopped by for juice, which they had a great selection of, but I didnt notice theyre selection of devices, so I cannot say if it was good or bad. Also the staff was very nice and helpful! Will be back!

Im new to vaping & found the store owner to be very knowledgeable & informative. He didnt try to upsell me at all. He was very patient & we selected a product based on my preferences. He showed me how to properly use & maintain the vape. This is now my go to shop & I would absolutely recommend it to anyone. They have a huge selection of equipment, juices, as well as other products.

Awesome shop. I went in there with a broken vape and no juice. Not only did the employee look at my vape, but he fixed it, for free. Then to my amazement I broke it again about 3 minutes after he fixed it. You know what this guy did? He fixed it again. for FREE! Super friendly knowledgeable staff. I really like this place. Not a huge hobbies with vaping but they seem to have a lot of variety in vape gear. They do repairs in house, have a lot of tasty juices and a very friendly staff. Their rewards program is fairly nice, and the rewards can be used on anything in store, you can even save enough points to buy one of the more expensive mods.

Every time Ive been to this place the employees are always awesome. Not only are they very knowledgeable when it comes to products in their store, they take the time to figure out what products would best fit your needs so you know when you walk out, you have everything you need for a great vaping experience. If they dont have your specific brand and flavor in stock, they can recommend one that is a great substitute. If you arent sure what you need to get yourself vaping and getting away from smoking cigarettes these guys have you covered. They can show you the devices and types of juices that will make it a very easy and enjoyable transition. I always recommend them to anyone looking for a good vape store. My most recent trip I forgot the name of my favorite juice and they looked up my purchase history so I didnt have to rack my brain trying to think of the name. I also couldnt get one of my bottles open after I left the store because the child safety top was overly difficult so I came back to see if they could help and those guys were able to get that bottle open for me in no time at all. Thanks yall!! This place has my business for life.

Absolutely amazing how this shop is set up and the service you get. For someone that is new to the vape game this is the perfect store to go to. They have a vape bar where you get to try out products and see what you like before you end up buying. I ended up getting a house juice that is called Riot and it is very tasty and almost exactly what I was looking for. No doubt about it I have found my favorite vape shop/lounge and I will be a Violet Vapor customer from here on out and wont go anywhere else.

Very helpful staff. Huge selection of house brand juices and premium brands. All different kinds of mods and vaporizers. Reasonably priced. During some times, expect a wait, but there are comfy couches and bar stools to sit and wait if necessary.

First the Burleson location, then when I moved to Fort Worth I came to this location, and now that I work in Weatherford, I’ve stopped at that location too. I’ve tried a few other places throughout the years to see if any compare and I always go back to Violet Vapor. Best customer service, not pushy yet well informed and are happy to help you with anything you need. Fair prices, the best house juice and a plus is you see the same friendly faces at different locations. I always recommend this place to anyone who asks about where I get my goods. Was stranded on the other side of town from my eliquid stock so I looked this place up to get a few bottles to tide me over.Sat at the juice bar and sampled dozens and was pleasantly surprised. The juices are pretty good and Ive sampled them from many places. I havent found many B&Ms that do it right, but these guys do. Good stuff, especially their RY4 Sweet.The shop is neat and clean with plenty of helpful staff, which is part of the problem.Almost all B&M e-cig shops are over priced, but this place is one of the highest prices Ive seen. Perhaps they could make their prices more reasonable if they didnt have to pay so many employees.My disdain at how the Vaping B&Ms are gouging the customer is why I only give it 3 stars. Buy online as often as possible.

Ive been coming to this location for over 4 years now. Theres a Violet closer to me in Fort Worth but I choose the Burleson location every time because of the wonderful customer service I receive.

This is one of the best shops I’ve gone to. Emily helps us out today and was super nice. Totally recommend Violet Vapor. So far every time we have gone in everyone has been helpful with questions and recommendations.

I have been coming in for a long time. Today I spent over 17.00 on a senior fixed income, no one told me to try it before I left. Never have. This thing was empty and they wouldnt take it back. Im done with them, and will never go back. EVER

I have visited this Violet Vapor location 2 times now and have been thoroughly impressed both times. After visiting 3 nearby stores a few times as well, I can honestly say this store is leaps and bounds better in every way. Their selection of mods is what you should be able to expect, the fact they have quite a nice selection of buildables as well puts them above the bar. The selection and quality of their house juices is superior too (Pink Lemonade is GAS). They have a pretty standard reward system and were even able to give a military discount. If anyone in the store doesnt have an answer for you they wont just guess, instead they find out for you or ask another employee that is knowledgable in that area. Joe was the very best of all stores I visited, however there has always been many knowledgable employees in the store at any given time. Other stores near by often only have 1 person working and dont stock all the items you may need, forcing you to go to multiple locations or order online. I havent tried the Weatherford location but have heard good things from co-workers. I would encourage people reading the reviews to give Violet Vapor (Fort Worth) a try, you wont be disappointed!

Went in to get some information on a new vape set up. New to the Vape game and didnt know much. Came out of the store knowing more then when I went in. Knowledgeable associate that helped me out. Great service and products. I will be back for sure.

Best Vape shop! Their juice is wonderful and is available in large bottles (120ml). They have a huge selection and a knowledgeable staff. I drive from the other side of Fort Worth to visit Violet.

The experience was awesome! Randy really help me out in deciding what to look for when finding a vape Im just now quitting cigarette smoke for me myself and my family and looking forward to better options and I feel I have found the right place this is the best store Ive been to so far.

Huge juice selection premium, inhouse premium, and other inhouse juices. They dont play with their inhouse premiums pretty primo stuff. They also carry some good mods, tanks, and kits. I just bought a new mod and tank. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend doing business with them. Also they do military, leo, and first responder discounts.

The customer service here is terrible. My last vape shop closed down and this one is now the closest to my house and Id rather not have to buy coils or juice from here. The workers are very rude. Called and asked about a coil and they were out of stock, most people at vape shops let you know if they have any other coils that would also fit the tank, not them. They say to call back when you figure it out yourself. It doesnt take long to answer a simple question. Id say its just because it curbside service because of the virus but theese people are rude all the time.

I stopped smoking 2 months ago and started vaping. Was using this shop to buy products and juices. And recent purchases have lead me to drive further distances to other stores. For most part employees here have been helpful and nice. BUT one guy is not. Always trying to be edgy and not helpful. Only names are on bottles and when asking whats in it he said flavors. Very rude and thats bad buisness. Talks to other people and doesnt want to help customers. So I will not come to this location again.

Just got my father switched from cigarettes to a vaporizer pen and I do have to say Im in love with this place. The prices are much better than some bigger named vap shops. I was so excited to only have to pay 2.99 for a clearomizer instead of the normal $8-12 range. Ive also had a lot of home brewed oils and I have to say the selection and taste of each vapor is vast and delightful. These guys will have my business for the foreseeable future. Keep up the good work!

Excellent smoke shop if youre looking for the E-cigs. They offer the latest in devices, information, and E-liquids as well. Prices are only a bit higher, but is compensated by the amount of liquid, the quality of the set-up you choose, and the service you receive. The whole package makes it all worth the little extra you pay.

They were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I got everything I need even if they didnt have it. This is an awesome place with great people!

House juice is always bomb, service is pretty good. Bottles arent always great, lot of blow ups. Sometimes get wrong coils, but overall worth it.

Went into Violet Vapor hoping to get a decently priced 30ml bottle of juice, the staff member rang it up and the price came to 14.02. I was flabbergasted, let me be clear the atmosphere and the staff were absolutely amazing, very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable; but for that price Ill stick with Mystecig off Ridgmar Circle, their 60ml bottles are only 11.00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Violet Vapor would be able to earn my business by bringing down their prices to at least a competitive level.

I regularly travel from Alabama to TX, Fort Worth specifically. Ive been to several shops across The South, but this is my favorite. They have several great shops in the area; Ft. Worth, Burleson, and Weatherford, staffed by some of the most honest and friendly in the business. Most of which Ive grown to call friends. Even if youre not shopping, their shops are a great place to just hang out, laugh, and be around like minded folks! I have witnessed several customers whove walked in with problems (usually with equipment from other shops), that have been helped quickly and competently by Violets Staff, usually with little-to-no cost depending on complexity. Simply put, they just want happy customers. Ive also witnessed them refer folks to other shops if they dont happen to have a specific product a customer wants or needs. Now flavors? If you want to find a shop with a lot of variety, look no further than Violet. Most of their flavors are made by them, in various nicotine levels, and if they dont have specifically what flavor/nic level you want, theyll make it for you! Check their website out, and buy direct! Youll be hard pressed to find a bigger selection, or better quality juice. Their shops also carry premium flavors made by other juice makers, they recognize good flavor too and are regularly bringing in new stuff! Obviously I cant say enough good things, friendly, honest folks, with the best prices and quality in a town full of vape shops! Try them, you wont be disappointed!

I have been here a couple times, a while back. but nothing upsetting enough happened to make me leave a negative review. Employees were just kind of clique-ish, not super warm or friendly, selection for hardware was bad and the prices were high.I just figured I wouldnt come back. BUT I decided I would check out their reviews and see if they had gotten better, and then I saw this response from the owner on a review complaining about price.Response from the owner: We do make all of our own house juice with the highest quality pharmaceutical grade components and we do not skimp on the flavoring. We design all of our flavors steeped, and we pre-steep our our juice before we sell it. Basically the same process that made premium juice premium in the first place, we do that for our house juice. In terms of hand crafted juice, our prices are very competitive, but if you are used to gas station juice, it would indeed be more expensive.Wow, on such a sanctimonious high horse AND spouting utter garbage.First off: premium juice is just fancy packaged juice manufactured in high volume and sold via distribution chains. Anyone who tells you otherwise is a tool.Secondly: dont act as though your juice costs that much to produce. Ive seen and used your juice, Ive seen your bottles. I absolutely guarantee to ANYONE reading this that a 120ml of this house juice does not cost them more than $5 to make. Being fair, a 120ml of juice does not cost ANY company more than $5 to make. Look around on the DIY eliquid reddit and you will start understanding how cheap e-liquid is to manufacture even with high quality ingredients.Saying highest grade pharmaceutical components like it means something... SMHAnd there are places in your area and online that are cheaper than you that arent gas stations with just as high quality of juice, dont kid yourself.This is the problem with friggin vape shops...

This shop is for all types, people wanting to get off cigs and start fresh from that nasty thing to the hard core cloud chasers out there. The staff will bend over and take the time, even hours if need be, just to help out a person with what they are looking for. It is a refreshing home-like atmosphere and very dog friendly. After a hard work week its nice to just come there and hang out and help others looking to quit smoking or wanting to blast the biggest clouds. This place is the warmest feeling of being at home when your not home. Out of the vape stores out there, this one has got it 100% right on all factors. If I could give it more then 5 stars I would. This is my home away from home as you can tell =-)

Ive been a loyal Violet Vapor customer for about 9 months--always quick service, very knowledgeable staff, top-notch selection of juices.I sunk my Voopoo Panda last night, and while they didnt have any in stock, they introduced me to a VERY serviceable backup unit until they can get me one. I have been coming to this shop since I moved to fort worth 2 months ago. A couple of days ago I was here trying juices and I overheard the staff talking about getting off work and getting pain pills and morphine. The manager was also very rude and impatient with me when I was asking about the limitless rta. I wont be going back

I went in asking for a sweet flavor with NO NIC explained i was pregnant and had quit smoking and that the vape was the only thing helping me and they sent me to a table and told me the flavors would be stronger in my vape i was also told there was no nic in the testers....to my suprise there was nic in all of them i got a headache and dizzy and realised there was nic in them... i finally just decided on one so i would not have to put anymore nic in my body...this was the whole point of why i quit smoking i was just having a hard time and the vape really helped....to my suprise the juices were 2 years old they dont make them fresh and they seriously have no flavor....it was also buy 2 get one free and we got scammed out of out free one.... i got better vape juice next door at the easys smoke shop....dont waste your money!!

Me and my fiance came in to Violet Vapor after going to another vape store (Artisan) and getting bad service. She told there was no way to get her what she wanted. Since Juul made the flavored pods illegal and she wanted something similar, Artisan Vapor said they dont make things like that. When we got to Violet Vapor, we were helped by the long brown curly haired guy. He was extremely helpful and provided some of the best customer service I have ever had at a vape store. My fiancee doesnt know much about vapes and he helped her find the perfect vape. He walked my fiancee through how to use her new device too. We will be coming back for sure.

This is where it all began for me, the place that vape things finalized even if I was messing around with vaping and or e-cig products. They had s#@t figured out before all the rule changes messed things up (among them, you build it = your fault if it worked or back fired) ,made some prices go up. VapeBlast was a great way to get the knowledge out to anyone and everyone but where that failed(to no fault of Violet Vapor) this place steps up and is among the greatest.

After moving to Houston, I sure do miss Violet Vapor. Not a single vape shop here in Houston knows what they are doing. I have been damn near robbed with each one I have tried since moved here in March. I have had nothing but bad experience after bad experience. Makes me want to move back to Fort Worth just for Violet! Haha

Saturday night my best friend and I came to Violet Vapor because another, inferior store sold her an ineffective battery.Not only did we walk into the most immaculately organized vape shop I’ve ever had the honor of setting foot in, but behind the counter stood the most precious angel baby. We unfortunately can’t remember this sweet cherub’s name, but he went above and beyond with helping her decide which battery would best suit her needs, AND explained to her how to adjust the wattage (y is this a thing) and not blow up her pen. I give this place 0 stars....the service was terrible...they underminded me because i didnt have some fancy vape...80% of the testers didnt work so they said i could try the flavors by tasting them on my finger...they lied to my pregnant wife about the nicotine content just to make a sale...she was looking for 0 nictine and the told her that none of the testers had nicotine. That they were just the flavor...they poisoned my unborn child. And to top it all off the juice i got was over 2 years old and tased nothing like in the store...i wasted my money here dont waste yours THIS PLACE TERRIBLE
