World of Smoke & Vape - Fort Worth 7th St.

I love this smoke shop so much, Emily was so helpful & charismatic! I love coming here to find new smoke tools I never thought about!

My fiancée recently visited World of Vape in Fort Worth and purchased a product for $80. Unfortunately, the device broke in half within a day, without any pressure or mishandling. When she went back to the store to return it, she was met with rude and dismissive behavior from the staff. Instead of offering help or understanding, the staff showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer service.When she expressed her frustration, the store manager sarcastically told her, Have a nice day as she was leaving. Its quite disturbing to see two grown men ganging up on a woman just for trying to return a faulty product.To make matters worse, when I called the store to get the owners name and contact information, they refused to provide it and instead told me I could come in and talk. After experiencing their attitudes firsthand, its clear that would be a waste of time.I strongly advise others to avoid this place. Customer service is non-existent, and the way they treat their customers is unacceptable. Stay away!

CHECK IF THE ITEM CHARGES!!!Ive been coming to this shop for about 11 months. Bought multiple vapes from them. Yesterday I bought a geek bar pulse and they made me try it in store (Standard). All was good battery at 100 percent. Today when I finish my work day I see the vape was in 28% charge. When I try to charge it it doesnt work. Tried multiple cables and same results. So I came into the store to have them do something about it and the supervisor and clerk told me they cannot exchange. I spent almost $30 on a defective item that nobody checks if it charges or not when buying it. The supervisor call the owner and the guy offered a $10 credit but cannot replace. He is a thief! Selling products that do not work and not having the decency of making things right just to make a $16 profit. I will not buy here again and I recommend those who do to stay away or at least not only check if it works but now check if it charges. Horrible way of doing business.

Hands down the best shop in Ft. Worth! The friendly staff is very well informed, super helpful and always fun to visit. They have a huge selection of my favorite Wildberry incense, great accessories, the store always looks & smells fantastic, and best of all: they’re open late! Great prices, customer loyalty appreciation, and tons of choices.

My First negative review EVER! I bought a new bowl this past Saturday, for a pipe that I bought from THIS store, brought my old one in and gave to associate, she sized up, sold me a new one, kinda pricey but I’m “hey, my wife and I just got into a car accident, why not?” So I take it home, I live in apartment sharing same property, find out the bowl doesn’t fit. Within 30 minutes I go back, the associate says she can’t exchange or refund, only management can, I’d have to wait till Monday when the manager or owner was there to refund, I say, “ok, since I’ll be getting a refund, I’ll just by a new pipe, and return the bowl on Monday”. So a couple days later I go back to return this bowl, that the associate tells me, the owner or manager will refund and the manager working says, almost laughing “oh it’s our policy that once you leave the store we don’t return or refund!” (But wait, shouldn’t I have been told this) i ask where does it say that and no lie this guy had to look around for the very tiny sign that says it! I’m like WOW. He didn’t even know where the sign was, so there it is! Shop here if you want but I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere, if they won’t stand by there associates and or product, I wonder if they are responsible with credit cards when “accidents” happen! Two very big thumbs down!!!

I really wish I had a good experience here. Katrina sold me a vape that was half empty, and she charged me for a 2.5 gram vape but I got a half empty 1g vape. She also overcharged me and when I went back in to ask the guy working kept my receipt. You messed up because I would have been a weekly customer and I spend a lot of money. Find another smoke shop that doesnt RIP you off.* If you leave a good review customers get 10% off.

This ship is hella clean , lots of products to choose from. Great selections and always have what I want & I really dig the exotic snack selection. Roman has a great customer service attitude and very chill.

Sold a me a faulty geek bar sour apple I stopped by on my way to work was running late tried it in store just made shure it puffed and that’s it didn’t notice till later that it stays on longer for like 5 seconds. They wouldn’t exchange it for a new one I hope yall don’t get one that’s faulty. My usual vape store would of probably exchanged it but I never had that problem where it didn’t work 🤷🏻
