Ellyn Knox literally made me want to cry she did such an amazing job! I have severe OCD and anxiety and I’m the first to admit I’m PICKY with my hair. She listened to my concerns, what I wanted, and made my hair look 10000x better than I ever imagined. She was so kind and made me feel so at ease. Truly the only person I will trust with my hair from now on. The whole experience was 10/10

Stepping into the spa felt like entering a sanctuary -- serene vibes, calming lighting, and a peaceful fountain in the sitting area. I was relieved to find the spa area is separate from the salon, providing privacy and quiet. The staff was friendly and professional, instantly making me feel at ease. Big shoutout to Leighanne who was particularly kind and provided a massage that was comfortable and rejuvenating. This whole experience brought me back to wellness in the best possible way. I highly recommend this spa for anyone in need of some well-deserved relaxation and pampering!

My husband got me an all day spa package for Mother’s Day and unfortunately it was an overall negative experience. I was there from 9:45-2:30 with no breaks and was not offered any snacks, only a cup of water. Each service felt very rushed in between like they were just trying to get through it on time. I asked to focus on my lower back in the massage but it was overall very lackluster and no focus on that part of my back. Everyone spoke to me so quickly when giving directions, it felt very rushed. At one point I had to completely undress and take a shower to rinse a body scrub off. The shower was not private at all, anyone could see through the side of the curtain and it was very awkward. Not to mention, it was the same quality shower you would find in a gym locker room. The mani/pedi portion was very unprofessional although the tech was kind. At one point, it was made known I had old gel polish on my toes that needed to be removed and she handed me a scraper tool and asked if I could peel it off myself. The whole experience was chaotic, rushed, and honestly unpleasant. My husband and I are so bummed that $500 was spent on this and it turned out to be less than a quality experience, especially for that price. I would go elsewhere for spa services.

Stacy did a wonderful job on my hair. Perfect hair color and beautiful cut to make it healthy again. She has excellent customer service and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Have been coming to A Moments Peace for years. Always a good experience. Recently had a facial with Lulu. It was absolutely amazing. She is so good. Left feeling very relaxed! My skin looked great.

My first time enjoying a Mani pedi from A Moments Peace. My nail tech was Dro and he did an amazing job. My nails and toes look beautiful.I really enjoyed how personal the experience was and the camaraderie between the staff.

I waited for approximately 30 min because the nail tech was running behind I think because the customer came in late-not for sure. Thats the longest waiting time ever for me!. Gin was my tech. She did fine with me once I got to her!!💅🏻

My granddaughter had a huge bird nest like knot in her hair which got bigger as days progressed. I went to one salon and gal couldnt get it out. We had a dramatic 3 days trying to work on her hair.Kitty did a super job for nearly 2hours. Georgia didnt shed any tears! She was a life saver!

Quiet sitting room for relaxation was tiny and didnt have relaxing hot teas etc... to sip while getting in the headspace of a full body deep tissue relaxation massage experience. Ive been to many massage therapists and most encourage clients to arrive early to allow yourself time to enjoy the amenities of relaxation rooms etc... This experience was more of a quick oil change experience. Check-in, name, come back, go, thank you for coming, bye. Great massage, just very rushed with zero decompression time for the mind. Wife and I will be going back to our NASH favorite. Thank you for the experience, though.

My husband gave me a half day package I added a facial. Those were great. It came with a manicure and pedicure. If you plan to have this all done relaxing. Do not book. I heard more stories than needed by the staff and customers. Not relaxing at all. I did not have my cuticles even done on my manicure. I was there from 10am until 2:35. Lot of time waiting between services. If you are expecting a glass of champagne or any type of snacks which I thought was given for that long. Eat before you go

Chatae did such a great job! She was professional, gave the perfect amount of pressure and made me feel very relaxed, even during deep tissue work. The setting in the massage area of the spa was also very soothing.

I had an amazing mani/pedi w Jennifer who is as lovely as a person as she is talented as a nail technician/artist.

We have been several time due to having gift cards but each time the results of the massages have been below subpar.

The first time I went to A Moment’s Peace, I wasn’t 100% satisfied with my color, so I called back and they said they would make it right free of charge. That’s when I met Elly. When I told her what I wanted, she went above and beyond to achieve it. Since then, I only see her! She’s the best!

My friends and I were coming to Franklin for a weekend girls getaway, and we just happened upon this place. It was like the stars were in alignment - we all got facials at the same time and then massages! We all enjoyed our therapists - I had Loretta for my facial, and Martha for deep tissue massage. Loretta was great - wonderful with knowing when to talk and when not to - it was just right, and she did such a great job on pampering my skin. Martha was quiet, but holy moly, was she downright incredible! I have been getting massages for years, so I expect a lot - Martha was PERFECT with the correct amount of pressure, by not talking at all, and letting me enjoy every minute of it, but also checked in with me time to time. You just know when someone can sense your areas that need work, without even going into detail. She just knew. That means she knows what shes doing. I couldnt have been happier with my experience! When we come back again, plan to see our faces. Thank you You made our day of relaxation wonderful all around!

This place has been a go-to for years for top notch spa services. Lulu is the best in Nashville!

The ladies doing our nails were very friendly, but I wasnt impressed with the polish. It started chipping the next day. Also when I made the pedicure appointments it asked if I wanted champagne, in which I clicked yes, but was only offered water or a soda. It was my first visit, expected a high end nail spa experience but it just felt overpriced.

I booked a glaze and haircut, over the phone so they picked the hairdresser. My appointment was at 11am, I arrived 5 minutes before and wasnt taken back until 11:20. Which was fine, but I didnt want to be rushed out when she had another client waiting. So after i sat down and told her what I wanted, just a glaze to tone old highlights and a trim, 1 inch off length and long layers. We went to wash my hair and she said, since your hair is long, the glaze is going to be another $50. Seriously, another $50 to add more glaze. So fine. After she washes my hair and puts glaze on, she tells me it is going to cost another $20 to dry and style my hair. Isnt that imcluded in a cut and style. So what should have been $110 turned into $180.Well, i needed my hair dried because I was going to work afterwards.Once it was time for my haircut, she started cutting it well actually razoring my hair, which i do not like, she cut off like 3 inches in length after i told her 1 inch and my hair is shorter than i wanted. I am not happy that she used a razor, because she just kept taking more and more off. Shouldnt have been charged the extra $20 to dry my hair either because it was alot shorter then when i got there. I was not happy with the service, extra $80 in charges and not happy with this haircut. I am not cheap when it comes to my hair and i am so disappointed in the outcome. When an appointment is booked, the receptionist should say if your hair is long you will be charged extra for products and extra to dry it. A stylist should not razor someones hair without asking. If she asked me I would have said no. She butchered my hair. I will never go back or recommend this salon. Very disappointed in the whole experience.

PSA to anyone short on time but does not want to skimp on a first class facial, the HydraFacial is a must try! My service only took 40 minutes, but Mary gave me the best facial of my life. The technology was new to me, but she talked me through every step. Felt amazing and made my skin glow like never before. Highly recommend!I had such a fantastic experience at A Moments Peace that when I arrived home, my husband booked the same service for himself.

My stylist, Ellyn, was friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed our time together. I dont do anything major with my hair, no color or treatments, I just like to keep the ends cleaned up and the layers healthy so I really appreciated Ellyns professionalism and genuine attitude She treated my simple haircut as being as important as a pricier, more complicated service. I will be back!

My services were decent but not worth the price I paid.The facility is clean but the only special thing that was offered to me was lemon water.My moms scheduled services were switched with mine and she wasnt able to get the hydro facial she wanted because they thought she was the pregnant one.My appointments were late.When we got to the mani pedi, I specifically asked for someone to do dip nails for her one month prior and the person didnt know how to do it. So she was not able to get that done either.I wanted this to be a relaxing experience with my mom while I am pregnant and it was a mess. I will never come back to this place nor will I ever recommend it.I would have rather booked the services with the facilities I usually go to and drive to each one.It feels disgusting that I even spent this much money on this experience.

I have been going to this spa for many years. Unfortunately, they have declined in their customer service in the last two years. I had a massage appointment today and they called me 30 minutes prior to cancel. This has happened on my last two visits. Hannah claimed that she left me a voicemail but I only had missed calls. She didn’t apologize or offer discounted services for my inconvenience. The same has been true on my previous cancellations. I recognize there is a shortage of good labor and cancellations happen but I don’t believe it is acceptable to not offer an apology or offer a discount. I will no longer be using this spa.

Holly gave one of the best massages Ive ever had! I got a one hour Swedish massage. She came highly recommended by a friend and it was the best advice I’ve ever taken!

From scheduling to finishing my services, it was very smooth, professional, and relaxing. Lulu gives the best facial, ever! I have already booked my next facial with her. Lulu is so knowledgeable about her profession and was very helpful. The staff are professional, and polite. The salon was very clean. I highly recommend.

I recently treated my father and myself to pedicures at A Moments Peace Salon & Day Spa. The service absolutely exceeded our expectations! They paid great attention to detail and used a assortment of products. They made sure we were totally comfortable and offered to heat up or cool down our water several times. This is not your typical pedicure that you would receive at an average nail salon - it’s much more than that! We highly recommend you check them out!

I had a 90 minute massage with Martha. She was absolutely fantastic. I usually get 2 massages a year and since Woodhouse in Franklin closed, this was my first time at AMP. WOW. She was fantastic. It was quiet, dimly lit, and she was so incredibly peaceful.Massage therapists are so intuitive and Martha was no exception!Best massage of my life and I will be back to see her

I recently visited A Moments Peace for the first time and I am thoroughly impressed. From beginning to end, my experience was top notch. This day spa seems to offer everything you could possible want. Something I really appreciated was the ability for them to create an experience customized for my skin type and the results I was seeking. The staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is warm & welcoming. I had a European facial by Ashley and it was one of the best facial experiences I have had yet. All the oils used were of high quality (I could tell by the smell alone that this business does not cop-out when it comes to products of quality), the facial room was soothing & inviting and Ashleys technique was wonderful. Not only was the experience great but my results were too. My pores were noticeably smaller, my skin softer and I was very relaxed. I highly recommend A Moments Peace. This day spa will quickly become a new favorite.

I was given a gift card, and i had never been there before, so I chose to get my hair done. I wanted some blonde in my hair, so after looking at the website, I chose blonde specialist Nina.Nina did an excellent job. She listened to what I wanted, asked my budget up front, and worked to stay under it. I love what she did with my hair.Everyone in the salon was friendly, and you can tell it’s an uplifting environment. I will definitely be going back.

Stop reading reviews and book your appointment at A Moments Peace! While touring Tennessee, my husband and I had pedicures here and they were AMAZING! The salon is immaculate, smells like heaven and they have complementary beverages. The prices are definitely fair but may be higher than what you are used to if you mostly go to strip mall nail salons. I assure you, this is money well spent. Our technicians were Teal and Jennifer (I hope I am getting those names right) and these ladies were incredible, they made us feel right at home and gave outstanding pedicures! We really wish we had a salon spa as enjoyable as this one at home.

Mary is a wonderful aesthetician. She answers my questions and genuinely cares about helping me improve my skincare. I would never go anywhere else for facials. I always leave feeling extremely relaxed and like Im glowing.

Ive had the same hair stylist for the last 10 years and when she switched professions, I was terrified at the thought of trying to find a new one. I was quite hesitant when my boyfriend told me he had scheduled me with his mothers stylist (he knew my indecisiveness would have drawn this process out unbearably), but my search was leading me nowhere so decided to give it a shot. I was scheduled with Tina Wooten for a cut and color/highlights. To say she surpassed my expectations is an understatement! Everything about the experience was top notch and I couldnt be happier! Everyone I encountered greeted me with a smile. Tina was so kind and felt more like a friend I was catching up with than someone I just met and had to endure casual uninteresting conversation with for 2 hours (I think I dreaded this as much as the possible hair botching I might receive). After explaining vaguely what I thought I wanted (Im really the worst at this!) she made a few suggestions, we went with it and the results are fantastic! I know Ive found the place I will be going for a long time to come!

Because from the time our group walked thru the door at your spa everyone was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed the whole time we were there. Which was at least 4-5 hours. We all felt very relaxed at the end of our last appt. Which was our mani and pedis. We were ready for a night on the town in Nashville after we left the spa.We will all be coming back again and hopefully bringing more friends with us. Thanks again for such great service!

First, I want to say that the stylist did a great job on my daughter’s hair. My issue is not with the service we received.I scheduled the appointment online and the website has a price by the service package. Nowhere does it say that this is the “base” price. When I picked my daughter up, the bill was $210 before tip, NOT $145 as the website said. That’s a 45% increase. If you look at the pic of the receipt, you can see the $145 marked out and the new price below.I was told the site lists the base price, and they stylist’s price was $100-highlights and $65-cut. This would have been fine as well; however, the stylist did a glaze that was $45. No one asked me. They just added a $45 service onto my 13 year old child without my permission.I don’t mind paying for a service when I know what I’m expected to pay. It is unethical and deceptive to change the pricing and add services without the knowledge of the person responsible for the payment.

Friendly service from the moment we walked through the door. It was my Girlfriends birthday and she hadnt had a real haircut in almost 2 years. The way she was treated and the way she looked afterwards were top notch. The biggest smile on her face hasnt left from the moment we walked out the door there. Thank you Elle! I booked my appointment blindly so I wasnt expecting much, I wanted to find a new place for a good massage and found a new place for a great one. Being at a moments peace was a wonderful experience! The setting is very peaceful, and everyone is very professional. I had never been to a spa before, this was a great first time experience! The prenatal massage from Martha was amazing, and Teale literally gave me the best Mani Pedi I have ever had! They take their time with you, and it does not feel rushed. It added on to one of my best birthdays I have had in a while thank you guys!

I took my sister for her birthday. We were excited before we got there. Neither one of us had ever been before. There was a wonderful atmosphere when we first walked in. The receptionist greeted us with a smile and was so friendly. I so enjoyed my massage from Martha. I felt so refreshed and relaxed. My sister enjoyed her experience with Erin as well. We will definitely be back. Im getting the 90 minute massage next time. Lol

I was under the impression from the website that A Moments Peace was more like a spa and less like a salon but it was all salon. A moments peace is hard to come by with all the activity in the pedicure area and all the noise from the staff talking. I prefer day spas with individual pedicure rooms, otherwise I would just go to my local strip mall for the same experience. The pedicure itself was fine and I felt I got the value for my dollar, so there is that. It is a great place, just not what I was expecting or wanted.

Chloe is an amazing stylist and super sweet. Got a cut and color done by her and it was exactly what I wanted. That never happens! I have also had great facials and massages here as well. Very nice, relaxing atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

I visited A Moment’s Peace in Franklin last week with my Mom and sisters for a girls spa day! We had one hour massages and facials. I’ve never been so pampered in my life! We had the most amazing time!!! My massage was perfect - relaxing but also enough pressure to feel like something was happening in there. Very professional, comfortable experience. We loved having back to back services - felt so spoiled! The facial was such a treat - I had never had one before so I didn’t know what to expect! Loretta did my facial - she’s so sweet,” and professional. It was more massaging and pampering than I expected but also lots of treatment in my face. And omg.. My skin felt AMAZING afterwards (for days)! I definitely want to start getting regular facials! My Mom also said it was the best massage she’s ever had. Literally the best girls day! We’re definitely doing that again!

I went here because a close friend has been going here for years and her nails always look perfect. WHAT A PLEASURE! I had a set of acrylics and a spa french pedicure, both done by Jennifer. She was great to talk to and I can honestly say that this is the best manicure and pedicure I have ever had. (Ive had a lot!) She used tools and techniques that I had never seen in the 20 years Ive been getting manicures and pedicures. Im so impressed! Ill definitely be back and referring my friends in the meantime.

First time there today for a facial. I travel a lot and have a bunch of issues. Met with Loretta who did my facial, and it was the best facial I have had. My skin feels super hydrated and looks so much better, I even got a mini massage! Highly recommend, will be back.

I really felt like I clicked with Christina Ware the stylist that my appointment was with to color and cut my hair. When I made my appointment I was VERY specific in letting them know I had ALOT of hair even though it was short ( below ears) and previous stylist took 2+ hours to do foils and trim. I came in with photos of how I liked my hair to look when lightened ( my previous stylist has retired) so she would a frame of reference. I asked on phone a price and receptionist said she did not know ( what kind of business is that?) so I got price list offline to have an idea. I enjoyed meeting Christina BUT I don’t know what happened, after she took my foils out she said she had two clients that were booked in 15 min and she wouldn’t be able to finish me, that she felt bad and she would look in the books to see if she could do me later or if another stylist could. I felt so uncomfortable, like it was my fault the appointment time was mis booked, I did apologize. She came back after 15 min and said she was booked the next 2 weeks but another stylist Stacey ( who cuts her hair) could finish me. I WISH I HAD JUST LEFT. my hair is wayyyy shorter than I asked for, nothing like the photo I showed Stacey, I was charged for a GLAZE that no one asked me if I wanted! I work in a profession where I sell things to people but not in an underhanded way. Always upfront and I always Ask if they want what I’m offering, you don’t just do it and then sneak it onto their bill! Would you want your dentist or car mechanic doing this to you?

Don’t go here unless you want to pay high $ for low quality. My hair was ABSOLUTELY FRIED and looked nothing like the picture. I even shared the picture again with the stylist after coming back to fix what she didn’t have time to fix when I as there because they were closing. So I went back because I paid over $300 for this which they never tell you a price up front and don’t share anything about price until the very end after all is complete. After coming back a second time just to get a little face framing like the picture and this is what I left with. I cover my hair every day because it looks so bad. She did thick chunky highlights which are HORRIBLE!! I look like I went to Walmart to have my hair done. My picture as I’m sure you guessed is the one on the right and the picture on the left is what I showed the stylist. The picture speaks for itself. I would never recommend this place.

I Received a 60 minute facial from Kristin! I am an esthetician myself and tend to have a hard time relaxing and just enjoying the treatment. Kristin was very informative and also gave an incredibly relaxing facial! It was perfect! The entire staff was so friendly and helpful!! Ive already referred friends!

I work with Atlanta at a moments peace for my hair and color and she is AMAZING! I will never use anyone else for my hair! Also, Holly is absolutely tremendous when it comes to massage! She is always able to work any knots out and a great communicator!!!

Just walking in the door at A Moments Peace made me feel more relaxed. The environment is warm, welcoming, and peaceful. I had a sports massage and loved it! I would definitely go back. Plus, they offer DevaCurl cuts for curly hair! Looking forward to booking an appointment!

I purchased the full day of peace package for my wife last week. I called and spoke to Renee, who was extremely helpful and patient. I had several questions and wanted to ensure my wife had the best experience since this was to be her first spa visit or professional massage ever. They called yesterday to confirm the appt for today. Everyone I spoke to was extremely polite and helpful. The package was supposed to include lunch, but she didnt receive it. I called back to make sure they just didnt forget it and the person who answered apologized and explained that due to COVID they arent providing meals currently and I was informed that the spa package price was less than advertised due to that. Not a big deal to me. My wife LOVED it! She said that everyone was so nice and welcoming. I plan to start scheduling a full day of peace every 3 months for her. Thank you to the staff for being amazing!

Holly is an amazing massage therapist who isnt afraid to work on the neck. I was delighted to hear she had experience in a chiropractor office. The spa was a very relaxing experience. My massage was the best! I felt so good afterwards.

When I am in Nashville and tight from too big a work out, yardwork, or whatever, this is the best spa to visit. Ive worked with different folks here over the years and they are consistently attentive in terms of pressure, what needs attention, etc. Who doesnt need a Moments Peace - I highly recommend!

I get a massage once every 2-3 months. The BEST deep tissue massage Ive ever had was today at A Moments Peace (thanks Erin!). They got me in right at my appointment time and everyone was friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

I spent the weekend in Nashville on a girls weekend getaway and we spent our Saturday having a girls spa day. We had facials, manicures & pedicures. The staff was wonderful! We left happy & relaxed! We would most definitely come back here whenever visiting Nashville in the future!

TOI BONNER you are beyond amazing. The best massage and experience in my whole life. I wouldnt go to anyone else but her. I will be back soon. I clean houses and dont take care of my body and treat myself, but she made me WANT to. I have never felt better. She was also so sweet and kind. James did a Most Excellent Job on the Men’s Pedicure. He has the right Tools for the Job. In my opinion, Men or Women if you have Pre- Diabetic Foot James knows how to handle that. My daughter booked a full spa day for me after the loss of my mother. I arrived late so I was not able to benefit from a full massage. No fault of theirs, but I left hurting. The facial left me glowing, the mud wrap on the other hand just made me feel dirty. All of that aside the reason for the 1 star is I was scheduled for a blowout and the young lady at the desk informed me that they do not do ethnic hair and that i should substitute a pedicure for my blowout. I was so offended and asked what is ethnic hair? I told her my hair was no different then hers and I needed the service I paid for. After some slight pressure they took me to the stylist. Although very nervous after washing and handling the stylist realized my hair was no different than anyone elses but I should not have had to convince anyone to wash my hair. The young lady who actually did my hair was sweet but I am still traumatized by the experience of discrimination. Its as hurtful as seeing a whites only sign. In my grief I traveled from Huntsville Al to try and get some peace and I came away feeling terrible. My hair was pretty my skin glowing but my heart was broken at a very vulnerable time. I would not wish this feeling on anyone.

I always have such a wonderful experience at this spa. The massage therapist Toi is such a gifted practitioner and always goes above and beyond to make sure shes doing everything she can to help with my issues. I couldnt recommend her more. The spa itself is beautiful and always makes me feel immediately relaxed.

Update..... thank you for having your manager call me and try to reschedule. I appreciate the effort to get it resolved....I was called this morning by the salon - they needed to cancel my daughters hair appointment because the stylist was sick. I said she has prom tomorrow could you fit her in anywhere.... she laughed and said ...ha ha....No sorry. Seriously? Very unprofessional.

Wonderful people at the front and in back. The spa is always clean and welcoming. Amazing services. We drive from far away to use this Spa multiple times a year for both my husband and I.

I have never had the experience of a “spa“ before. Let me just start by saying:Lu-Lu was amazing! I’d say she’s an asset to the company! She gave me instructions and was very professional.As far as the “massage” (which was subpar) part goes and the in between:I specifically asked if I was supposed to leave my clothes on or off for the facial (she didn’t specify nor give instructions for the “garments” provided)… so I left my bra and underwear on underneath my cover. Lu-Lu told me it was needed to be removed (bra) for her part...She (the masseuse) then led me to the “waiting room“.Once lead into the “waiting room“ I was left there standing in a robe with nothing but my underwear underneath and other people (in their street clothes-both men and women)…I felt naked; exposed! while other people were in their street clothes (it was incredibly uncomfortable).…going to a place one hour away for“a moments peace “I felt incredibly awkward and humiliated! Next time I’ll just ask for cash for Christmas because this was definitely NOT worth 300.00!

Atlanta does my hair and she is by far the most educated professional cosmetologist that I know. She always does what I ask while educating me on what my hair needs. I have gotten everything from my eye brows waxed to vivid colors and a line reverse bobs to hair extensions and bright blonde! She is always friendly and never fails to brighten my life and my hairs life! I will never go to anyone else! I highly suggest going to ATLANTA for all your hair needs!

Massage was great but, the atmosphere once it was time for my nails to be done was weird. They tried to make me feel welcome but they tried to hard. Im here to relax not be interrogated. It didnt feel peaceful. I may try to go again but Ill check other places.

I just want to say I wish there was a 6th star. Thats how great my experience was. Christine was awesome! She literally performed work of magic on my hair. I will definitely be back. As for all the other staff, they were amazing as well. I highly recommend a moments piece for anyone else.

My husband got me a half day of peace from this salon which included a massage and mani/pedi. I had never been here before but was looking forward to a relaxing day. I started with the massage and the massage I received from Erin was amazing and quite possibly the best massage I’ve ever had. I would go back simply for that massage. However, after the massage, I waited over 30 minutes for Mercedes to come and get me for the mani/pedi. She was the most unprofessional individual I’ve ever had do my nails. We started with the pedicure and it was the worst pedicure I’ve ever received. Mercedes kept leaving in the middle of it and would be gone for 5-10 minutes at a time. The pedicure included no massage and she simply slapped down a hot towel only to leave for 10 minutes until the towel got cold and leaving me very uncomfortable. Mercedes then complained about the color I had picked for my toes and said it was very unforgiving and kept having to redo the painting. The pedicure itself took over an hour because of Mercedes leaving and her seemingly inexperience with painting toenails. Then we went to the manicure and again Mercedes kept leaving in the middle of it to go converse with other employees. I advised her that I bite my nails so I don’t usually get manicures and she told me that my nails were super short and she was surprised I wanted to paint them to bring any attention to them, which was pretty embarrassing for me. After the manicure she rushed me out of her chair and slapped my ticket next to me while I was under the dryer without ever checking on me again.All this to say the massage was definitely worth the money, but for as much as this place charges for a mani/pedi, I would expect much better service and better quality job done.

My wife and I just visited for a couples massage to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and we Loved it!My wife enjoyed Helen Von Ercks massage, and I enjoyed Latoya Tramills. They were responsive to conversation, but also quiet when we wanted some tranquility. The atmosphere was very nice, and the post-massage steam was the cherry that topped it off.Although we have no other spa to compare it to, as we dont frequently treat ourselves to an experience like this, the next time we choose to, well come back here to support these masseuses.

Not a good experience. I have been visiting this establishment for quite awhile. I have used many of the services. This review is for the salon only. I went to get my hair colored. This was a stylist I had used before. I should have been concerned when no color swatches were offered. I was trusting since this was someone I knew. Color is not communicated well unless you see it. Should have had swatches, it turned out way too dark. What I found most upsetting the color that was left all over around my face. The smell is awful, been almost a week still stinks. Very strong chemical smell. The color rubbed off on my pillow case for three days. I washed it and still color coming out. I have had my hair professionally colored a lot over the years and never experienced this. I used over the counter color as a younger person and had similar experiences. I paid $120 for this. I could have had that experience for $12. So disappointed and upset. I will not be visiting the salon again. Hopefully this review will make them aware that they need to do better for their customers.

This was my first visit, the staff at the desk were friendly and personable, Erin gave me the most wonderful massage, and what a lovely person she is....I received a facial from Mary and wow, that was heavenly--and she was also a delightful person. I am from out of town, just passing through for a conference, and needed a quick cut. I googled hair stylists near me and ended up calling A Moments Peace. I was in the stylists chair within an hour of that call!I have thick, curly hair that is notoriously hard to cut right. I am used to leaving salons disappointed because people just dont know how to cut it. That said, my stylist yesterday (Tracy) came through and my hair looks AWESOME. I cant believe how good it looks!!!! If I lived here, I would absolutely be one of her regulars!

This was by far the best experience Ive ever had in a Day Spa. Not only were the services incredible, the personality and overall attitudes of those preforming services were PHENOMENAL! Covid19 restrictions and protocols were implemented but in no way did it take away from the overall experience and result. Restrictions do prevent lunch being served so bring snacks to munch on between services. For the best massage, ask for Toi!

Ive been a customer for several years due to my fantastic and knowledgeable hair stylist! Today however, I did not have the best experience with the front desk team member, Olivia. When I came in this morning, she was gossiping about another employee to two other employees who were sitting in the chairs where customers were to be sitting. She stopped gossiping long enough to check me in, and then turned and continued on with the story whispering like I couldnt hear her when I was standing right there. Then during my visit, she would come off to a side area and do something on her phone on multiple occasions. I find this to be incredibly unprofessional, rude and back stabbing. Maybe she needs to check her own behavior before pointing fingers at others. Im giving my review a one because I didnt care for what I heard or saw, but let me tell you my hair stylist deserves a 10!

I called to book an express facial for my birthday and to checkout the location considering I have never been before. I didn’t get past the phone call. I was told the express facial is more of an add on service, they don’t usually make appointments for only express facials. Nothing on the website says the express facial is an add on service not a stand alone service. I guess my $60 wasn’t worth your time. Perhaps an asterisk with a note explaining it is in fact an add on service? Bad first impression, I’ll be taking my business to Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa.

Unhappy with my day at the spa. Went in for the hot stone massage - it was a very disjointed experience. The masseuse would pick up some stones, move to the table, rub my back, then go put the stones down and move somewhere else with a lot of downtime in between. Ive had this type of massage before and it seemed more fluid. Plus every time she was done with an area of my body she would pat me like you would pat a dogs head. The bed wasnt heated - just a weird experience. I then went to get a pedicure - far from relaxing. The three women who were giving the pedicures kept up a non-stop dialogue about their weekend plans which devolved into one of them joking about her dad going out for cigarettes and never coming back, ha ha ha! How is that funny or appropriate to discuss in front of clients? These ladies were very unprofessional and LOUD, although my pedicure was good and lasted several weeks. I wont be back which is sad, I used to come here once a month several years ago and recommended it highly badk then. Seems like the old staff have all left.

The attentiveness and care for someones first massage was great!

My fiancé bought a pakage worth over $200 so that I can get a massage and get my nails done at the same time , however I also wanted to be a relaxing, calming and overall a wonderful spa like experience,..... unfortunately That wasn’t the case at all. The cookies in the massage waiting area were stale, yecarea also didn’t have enough room or chairs to set so you had to stand around. The room where I had my massage was freezing cold. When I mentioned it to the massage specialist, that individual stated that clients in the past have had an issue with the temperature in that same room as well SO I was cold and uncomfortable throughout the entire 1 hour massage. The warm towel behind my neck and the warming pad behind my shoulders did not help much. The massage itself was too corporate rather than personal, enjoyable or relaxing,.. let’s just say there was no “peace” or quite about it. The individual was ready to give me my balance for the day right after the massage part when I had the rest of the package to use,.. yes neat less to say they didn’t really pay attention to that part. When I got to the manicure and pedicure part, I was handed my food in a large tray. I had to figure out how to eat without spelling the food or dropping the tray because I had to balance the tray on my lap while trying to relax while sitting down with my feet in the pedicure machine. I so wished that there was a tray holder to hold the tray for me instead of keeping it on my lap. It felt like a circus act! I had to rush to eating since the lady started working on my feet when I wasn’t finished eating yet which was odd and uncomfortable. It would have been nice if I was asked when I wanted my food instead of if I still wanted my food from the front desk. Both nail polish used on me where so runny that the lady had to use SEVERAL coats to make it look somewhat appealing! And still at the end of my manicure and pedicure the nail polish came out uneven. Some areas had a lot of nail polish and others don’t have enough, so the lady decided to throw away the nail polish used on my feet and pick a different color for my manicure, and that’s not what I really wanted but she seemed frustrated and was expressive about the runny ness so I just let her do what she wanted to do. Within a week into my nails, the polish started wearing off! I was extremely disappointed to have spent over $100 and not enjoy my nails long enough. The experience was also disappointing because the both pedicure and manicure rooms where cold. The warm towels wrapped around my legs where so old and torn plus had holes on them that the warmth from it didn’t last long. It was too bright the both rooms as well and I could see lots of traffic right outside of the windows. It wasn’t calming to say the least. I will not go come back nor recommend this place.

Chloe has done highlights on my hair twice now and done an amazing job! She nailed the look I wanted and made it even better by tailoring it to me. I would definitely recommend her!

Artist was friendly and knowledgeable about my nails. Great service. Salon could use a facelift and rearranging the layout to maneuver around easier but overall great staff and experience.

I see Loretta every few months for a facial plus microdermabrasion. It has changed my skin! I am 37 and suffer from adult acne as well as wrinkle prevention. I love my visits and have purchased some products to help maintain my skin at home. I never feel pressured to upgrade services or buy products. This is a great, professional spa!

I did a 90 minute Swedish massage with Nicole and it was wonderful. She addressed my concerns, worked and relieved my stress and some lower back discomfort that I was having. I highly recommend this spa and Nicole.

HIGHLY recommend it....what a wonderful thing to do for the one you love...the atmosphere is amazing...very tranquil very peaceful and relaxing...we had Leigh-Anne Morton and Lisamarie Reedman as our massage therapist for the afternoon...they were WONDERFUL....I have had many massages at different places....but I do believe Lisamarie was the best that I have had! The massage is followed up by a steam shower and you leave feeling so incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated~ We will be back and I would highly recommend both of these ladies! I was extremely pleased with the safety protocols in place; a pre-arrival survey was required; temperatures were taken upon arrival; and staff and clients wore masks at all times. As always, A Moments Peace takes excellent care of its customers. If you are concerned, know they are following the science and putting your health and safety first.

I’m on love with Atlanta’s personality and skill when working on hair. She’s bubbly, and she knows exactly how to get exactly the results your looking for. From her social media, to get hair tik toks, she’s a marketing genius and has the hair expertise to back it. I would 100% recommend her. She’s turned my hair from a mess to gold 😎

I had my first facial experience with Christie Clark and it by far exceeded my expectations. From the moment Christie came to get me in the relaxation room to walking me out to pay her genuine, friendly personality showed. The facial itself was absolutely to die for! Christie’s knowledge and expertise showed the entire time. Throughout my session I felt myself falling in and out of a light sleep, I have not been that relaxed in a long time. Getting facials from Christie will be a regular routine for me now! I would highly recommend anyone wanting an amazing and relaxing facial to ask for Christie!

So yesterday was my first time going to A Moments Peace Salon. My husband had got me a spa package for my birthday back in January I never used it because I hate leaving my son who is 14 mo Im a first time mommy and I just hate leaving him! I had a great massage she was super professional and it was very relaxing. Then came time for me to get my nails done this is where things get bad. I waitied in the waiting room for my nail woman for about 30 minute not a big deal Im pretty patient whatever. So she comes and gets me her name is Mercedes. So I sit down in the chair to get a pedicure there is an older woman getting her nails done in the chair next to me and a young girl on my right side getting her nails done. Part of my spa package was to get a lunch so Mercedes goes back and gets my food and places it on a tray I ended up getting the wrongs drink but still not a big deal they gave me water instead of a sprite oh well. So the older woman next to me starts talking about how she wont eat veal because its a baby calf. Mercedes proceeded to tell her no its not calf its cat. And I looked at her and said I think shes right its calf and Then she poked at me and said Google it so I took out my phone and she started winking at me and nudging me like play along and I didnt want to trick the older woman who was sensitive about animals so I said my phone wasnt working and she said yeah you have that crappy LG phone from the early 2000s you need to upgrade I need someone with a real phone and the girl next to me pulls out her iPhone amd plays along. she starts giving me a pedicure and notices ex my two middle toes on my ri ght foot are slightly webbed together and she start jokingly trying to pull them apart and pokes at them and turns to her friend And says lets name them hahaha this one is Monique and this one is unique hahaha I was so embarrassed I was about to cry. When I finished my meal she looked at me and was like ooo girl did you eat anything else today I have never seen someone eat so fast. I responded with I have a 14mo at home I usually eat pretty fast and she said how you have a baby you just a baby yourself and told her I was 24 and want a large family. so then it comes time to do my manicure I was suppose to dip my hand in this wax as apart of my spa package and I mention it was too hot amd She looks at ,e rolls her eyes and says yes honey good job wax is hot. I didnt know what to do I felt so intimidated by her and how verbally aggressive she was and how everyone she worked with played along with her. I didnt want to get ganged up on. So as she starts painting my nails she says how am I suppose to paint these little chick let nails you bite your nails dont you I was like yes I always have amd she says you must get hungry nom nom nom they must taste good hahaha I was in awe. I didnt know how to respond to her. i asked her if she could hurry because I needEd to get home Im breastfeeding my little guy and have been gone along time amd Shen goes oh youre one of those moms.... I said yup I aM. She insulted me so many times and made me so uncomfortable I was not able to enjoy the one day I had to myselF in 14mo. I was so humiliated I have never had such poor customer service. Oh and to top it off she Got up in then idle off doig my mails after I told he her needed to leave am started helping other customer and sweeping and folding towels. If I can save anyone from going and experiencing such horrible service and treatment I want too! They wont be getting my service anymore never have I been treated so poorly.

I had a facial by Ashley this past Saturday. So far fuzz still exists, black heads show, my skin is suffering in ways no one has ever done before. Stay away from this girl, she doesn’t know what she’s doing.

A disaster. I have gone here for a while but my last 3 experiences have been horrifying. The bleach left my scalp with a chemical burn and now almost a week a since my appointment i’m having significant hair loss and my scalp is scabbed. My hair isn’t what i want at all even after going back to get it fixed. I also got my eyebrows waxed here and it was horrendous my eyebrows were uneven and the tail had been cut very short, making my face look extremely weird. I’ll try to attach a picture. I literally never leave negative reviews but my scalp is damaged, my hair is falling out, and my hair is over bleached and yellow with a disturbing mix of cool tones and warm tone blondes. steer clear of this place at all costs. The hairdressers are nice but maybe poorly trained i’m not sure. I used to have nice hair and now my hair is something i’m not proud of at all. not to mention, it’s falling out of my head in pretty significant amounts. my right ear is also scabbed inflamed and red but seems to be calming down by day 7. Just please go anywhere else and save yourself the trauma

I purchased a gift card at Christmas, on their website. When I went in to pick it up, they argued with me that I didnt make the purchase. I showed them a receipt, it still took another 45 minutes to get my card. It was extremely unsettling, I havent gone back to use the card. It was so embarrassing how I was treated.

Worst experience at a spa! The lady that did my nails did a awful job they chipped the next day and she talked on the phone while she was doing my nails very unprofessional . I spent 100 dollars in there for a nails and hair it looked like a 35 dollar nail job
