I booked a much needed afternoon of self care at Luxenhaus day spa in Franklin! I thoroughly enjoyed my European facial. My esthetician was extremely knowledgeable and gave me some great tips. It was a relaxing treatment and my skin was literally glowing afterwards. I also loved my lavender and sugar scrub pedicure...what a treat! I feel pampered and ready for spring! Cant wait to return. Beautiful spa and professional, friendly staff.

Elvis was my massage therapist today. He was super professional and did an amazing job! I think this is by far the best massage Ive ever had! His hands are magic!

Hands down this is the BEST spa I have every been to!! My husband always gets me gift certificates to go here and I love it!! The relaxation room is beautiful and is sooo relaxing! When you are here they treat you like royalty which I love! Rachel did an excellent massage! She is good with deep pressure/deep tissue! And even after my services were done, I sat in the relaxation room for another hour just reading a book! You basically can stay all day if you want and they will order lunch for you!!

We arrived early but we where escorted to the changing room and given the most comfortable robes and sandals to wear. Then we found our way to a beautiful, quiet waiting area. There was fresh water with fruit and some small snacks for us to enjoy while waiting for our massages. The massage therapist arrived a few minutes early and escorted me into my massage room. She asked if I was experiencing any problems areas that she needed to pay attention to and I quickly described those areas. The therapist left the room while I got under the blankets onto the heated table. The lighting was low and very tranquil music was playing softly. The therapist came in an began with a head and neck massage. Every minute was delightful. The hour flew by and had me wishing I had booked an 80 minute massage. The only negative I have is that Im only 5 feet tall. Getting on to the table without a step stool or an adjustable table was a bit of a challenge. This was a wonderful experience and one I will definitely repeat.

I brought my wife here as a surprise for our Anniversary. We did the all day couples package and it was great! The girls at the front desk were very helpful in my planning and were ready to help set up the champagne and snacks that I brought in. We had nice robes to relax in before our massages and they offered hot tea (my wife loved it). I didnt think I would really enjoy a facial or pedicure but I was impressed, I was so relaxed and liked that we were able to sit together for the pedicures. We will definitely be going back! Highly recommend for a day of luxury

The Woodhouse is a top quality spa! My masseuse was professional and friendly and targeted every issue with my neck and shoulders that I told him about. The relaxation lounge is wonderful and calming and you never feel rushed or forgotten there. Definitely a must go to place when youre in need of some pampering and stress relief!

Very nice and relaxing atmosphere. I’m huge on self care, so I found a Groupon for wood house and thought I’d try it out. It was fine.. average I suppose. They had essential oils that smelt amazing but when I asked what scent, no one knew and they weren’t for purchase at the front. I also paid extra for a deep condition scalp massage... would have been better if the masseuse could have dampened my hair a little before slathering conditioner in it. Nice clean place over all but wouldn’t go back and pay full price.

My girlfriend and I picked this spa from a google search for massages while we were in from Chicago. We just wanted a day spa in the area we were going to be visiting - we had no idea what to expect. It was truly one of the best massages I have had, and my friend agreed. My girl asked questions beforehand and customized my massage perfectly to address my issues. We come to Franklin once a year and we will definitely come back. We both said we would like to add some extra services next time!

I recently had a massage with Marco, who is my regular therapist, and it was wonderful. From the time I entered the facility to exiting, it was very relaxing and soothing. Marco provided an outstanding deep tissue massage that left me feeling rejuvenated and stress free. The entire staff did a great job of making the entire experience absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend the Woodhouse when you need any of the services they provide. The atmosphere is top quality for day spa escapes.

Again, my experience at Woodhouse Day Spa-Franklin was great. While not great for the staff there, I always allow Woodhouse to schedule me with whomever has an opening - AND I have never been disappointed. Massage and facial yesterday and as always, feeling like a rock star this morning. Suggest Woodhouse -Franklin to anyone. If you have never experienced, ask questions, they will guide you. Oh, and get there early for your appointment so you are able to relax and find your zen so your treatment (what ever you have chosen) really is enjoyable.

Although on the pricier side, this is one of the best spas Ive been to. I have worked at 5 star resort spas and other popular spas in California, and this is my go-to spa here in the Nashville area. The spa is clean, has a relaxing atmosphere, and wonderful relax room with infused water and teas. The customer service staff was great! There was a minor mishap with my appointment but the staff accommodated me by giving me an extra half hour to my massage for free. My massage therapist was amazing and gave me a true deep tissue massage. Overall, I loved this spa and will go back for sure. The only thing I wish it had was a sauna and jacuzzi. This is pretty common for spas in California but apparently not in Nashville.

This was my first experience at a spa and getting a massage. Beautiful interior, so tranquil, the teas were amazing, and the employees were so friendly and helpful. I received the Swedish massage and I’ve never been so relaxed afterwards in my life! Quan did a excellent job making it comfortable for me! Also got a seaweed pedicure and the women who did it was excellent as well had me passed out in the chair and my legs have never been so smooth! 5 star rating! Will definitely be going back! I have been going to Woodhouse Day spa for years. I have always enjoyed my experience there but today that changed. I had an 80 minute massage in which only half of it was enjoyable. The massage therapist, Hunter was great. Everything else was less than par. I arrived early so that I could enjoy a little time relaxing before my massage and no one was up front. I could hear the staff cutting up in the back but sat there for 10-15 minutes before anyone noticed I was in the lobby waiting. I let that go but it continued to get worse. About half way through my massage, it’s like the noise flood gates opened. It sounded like doors were slamming all around me, people laughing in the halls, dishes or plates were being stacked for what felt like 10 minutes and I could hear everything being said in the room beside me. When I told the ladies up front that Hunter was great but the last half of the massage was very disruptive with all the said details above, they said “sorry about that” and literally nothing else. This 80 minute massage was a Christmas gift and I can’t help but feel like half of it went to waste. I have a couple more massages on my account and if I could get my money back and go elsewhere, I would. To think that I’ve been recommending this place to others for years and then get only an “I’m sorry” is so disappointing.

My FAVORITE SPA!!! The service is great and the price is worth every penny, the atmosphere is so wonderful and upscale; I wish I could go more often than I do but I work so much; I would love for them to get the snacks and neck pillows back but they are still great and the best Spa here in Nashville and surrounding areasThey wont allow me to add another review but I wanted to say my last visit with Jackie was AMAZING!!! I got the Wild Lavender Seaweed Glow and it was BEYOND the best thing ever, I always get the Swedish Massage but for my birthday I wanted to try something new and I was so happy I did!!!

I’m not happy with Woodhouse Day Spa. An appt was set up in my name and charged to my credit card on file. Clearly no ID or any other account verification was completed. As we can see with the review email I have gotten, this still has not been fixed. I did go and pick up a voided receipt from Woodhouse Day Spa for my records so that if this does not get voided on Credit Card, I have proof that it was charged fraudulently.They really have no concern for identity theft. If you have several clients with the same name you really should have a better identity protection set up. I don’t think anyone should be able to call and set up an appointment without some form of clear identity. The fact this appointment was set up and paid for with my information, is a little concerning. Also, the person that received services is still apparently tied to my account since I got the satisfaction email.

I have been to Woodhouse several times and have always had a positive experience. My absolute favorite service is any one of their facials! I have had appointments with several of their estheticians and they have ALL been fabulous! I believe this is a testament to the quality of the products they use and the experience of the staff. My skin looks better than ever and, while, I dont have a lot of money to spend on skincare products, I have had great success with using just a couple of the products and tips offered to me by the staff. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

Ive had plenty of pedicures before and theyre all pretty much the same. But what set The Woodhouse apart as they had private rooms for each pedicure chair. This gave a nice relaxing, spa feeling to the service. But on my last visit a couple of weeks ago, I was disappointed to discover that both chairs are on the same room now. This isnt a terrible setup, just not the relaxing spa experience it was before.

The Woodhouse is my favorite spa. From the time you enter the spa till the time you leave you feel pampered in luxurious serenity. The relaxation room where your tea awaits you is beautifully decorated with soft pleasant music playing in the background. I have had both facials and massages and both were pure bliss. I highly recommend this spa to anyone.

I love Woodhouse Day Spa. Your facility is welcoming and your staff is charming and represents your brand well. Jordan is amazing! My time with her actually feels like MY time. Having had massages for the past 20 years all over the US and even overseas (I travel with my job) I sometimes feel like Im the bartender.... On many occasion, a massage therapist has talked to me through my entire massage! Its sooooo annoying. With Jordan, I feel comfortable talking if I desire, however if I want quiet time, she somehow knows this and gives me this luxury by simply following my lead. I think this comes natural for her, and in this business thats a much appreciated gift. This is all on top of the fact that she is very good at the art of massage. Simply put...it doesnt feel like shes simply pushing around on me with her arms/hands. Her movement is coming from a deeper place. Its as if her movements are very fluid-like and begin from her deep internal gift of recognizing where my body needs nurturing. Its transcending..... I cant wait to once again experience the Woodhouse Day Spa!

Had a great first time experience at Woodhouse with my Sister-in-law, Mother-in-law and Great Grandmother-in-law. Bought the Mothers Day packages and everyone left happy, relaxed and satisfied. Daysia, Bradley and Sally are great! There were several other personnel that helped my family members but I didnt know their names but they got rave reviews too. Beautiful spa and very relaxing atmosphere. Only thing that threw me off was the number of men at the Spa - I didnt realize it was a co-ed establishment but that was fine.

My fiance purchased a hot stone massage for my birthday. I was nervous at first, considering id never had any type of massage. Everything went very smoothly. They made me feel very comfortable. I cant wait to go back and hope to get a massage for my birthday for all of the years to come! HA!

I have enjoyed only pedicures here. They last about 50 minutes and are spent with at most one other client in a private room. They offer Butter® nail polishes. You should arrive early so that you may enjoy a tea in the waiting room. This will help with relaxation. You can also wait here when you are finished with your services. This spa meets expectations. They also sell product here.

My husband bought me a gift certificate for Christmas. Instead of using the $125 on a facial or massage I decided to put it towards a 3 manicures because I prefer having pretty nails. I booked an appointment for a gel polish change only. The blond, female, 50 something nail tech was polite and professional. However, 4 days after the nail service 2 of my tails chipped off. Then 6 days after the nail service 4 of my nails chipped off. By 8 days I had lost all the polish and 3 of my nails broke off. It was the worst nail service I have had. The manager did call me after I filed a complaint to apologize. The manager also asked me, “Would you like me to refund your money?” I did not take the offer because it should have already been refunded to me. Don’t ask you customer if they want a refund, you give them a refund when they have had such a bad experience.I decided to use the rest of my gift certificate for a Swedish massage. Brittany did a nice job, the massage was relaxing and peaceful. However your prices are high for a 50 minute massage when I can go to massage businesses and get them for $60-$70 not $110.Finally, your women’s locker room needs a deep cleaning. Yes it is surface clean but there are splatter spots on the cabinets. When I looked up the potted plant is covered in dust, then you look up to the ceiling and it’s covered in a layer of dust. I averaged my rating between the nail service (1) and massage (4).This picture is 6 days after my manicure and you can see that I had to clip off my nails because they ripped. Normally my gel manicures last at least 2 weeks.

Do NOT go here! I asked for the escape and I got part of it but I didn’t get all of it. I was disappointed. My therapist (Angela or Angie) was a little under the weather and I get that. However you could tell she didn’t want to be at work. She completely skipped the dry brushing and stones for the massage.My previous visit was wonderful as we had a couple’s massage. This time left a lot to be desired. The shower was gross and the sink was leaking in the bathroom.Thankfully they did not charge me the full amount. The front desk woman took my name and said the manager would call on Tuesday.Do NOT book anything here. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Miranda was absolutely everything I could ask for. She gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. From the moment you walk in, this place pays the utmost attention to detail. I loved the relaxation room and the cinnamon tea. I will definitely be back the first chance I get! Thank you guys for a wonderful experience!

Had a great visit to Woodhouse Day Spa in Franklin on 05/25/2019. My bestie and I both had the seaweed eye compress and a mani/pedi (we both planned to get pedis, but they graciously let me change mine to a mani). Ashley did a great job with the seaweed eye compress, it was so relaxing. Tiffany who did my nails did great as well. I ended up messing two nails up before I left, but that was my own fault for not giving them enough time to set. My cuticles and hands looked better than they ever have! Janice did my friend’s pedicure and it looked great as well and she made some good lunch suggestions that were local. Would definitely use these three ladies again and the girls at the front desk and girl replenishing and checking on the relaxation room were all great too! Overall great experience and I definitely want to do another girls spa trip here.

Been going here a few years, and its frustrating that every time we go, theres a locker issue. They are not secure (personal experience ownership is aware of; leave ONLY your clothes in there and take your car keys with you), and this time, there wasnt one that would work in the mens room, so my husband had to wait about 15 minutes for a gentleman to clear his, while I was waiting in the quiet room alone with my tea. His tea got cold and we were immediately called back for our massages. We go there for relaxation, and end up having to deal with something unnecessary. Once there was a kid and grandmother waiting in the quiet room, and he crunched candy the entire time we were in there. Who allowed that? There is a lot of potential with a beautiful setting and massages are always great, but needs fine tuning. This massage in particular was fabulous! We will request Elvis & Angela if we ever go back there.

I had been a customer of Woodhouse Day Spa off and on for many years so I wasnt sure what to expect when I made an appointment for a deep tissue massage and deep pore cleansing facial. When I called to make the reservations, they were able to find both my gift certificates I had purchased a year ago and the buy two get one free deal I also took advantage of last year. Shaina was available for the massage and Abrielle for the facial. The check in was easy, changing room / bathroom facilities are clean and in roomy with nice lockers. Was given a plush robe and bath sandals to wear. Theres a nice relaxation room with fire place, snacks and flavored water or hot tea offered to clients. Shaina came to greet me and brought me back to a massage room. I told her I wanted deep tissue massage and shared that the two previous massages Id had at other salons were more like a light rub-down. Mid-way through the massage I had to ask her for LESS pressure! The massage was a great help to my sore muscles from lots of workouts. After the hour was up, I was met by Abrielle who did a wonderful facial and made some suggestions for skin care without pushing her products on me. Upon check out I was able to use my gift cards so basically had to pay for the deep tissue add-one and tips. I highly recommend Luxenhaus Day Spa and will be back soon.

Very rude staff, especially the manager. Dropped off something for my wife, they confirmed they would make sure she got it when checked out. (This was a make up appointment by the way that they gave her for free from another disappointing appointment.) Item was not given to my wife (causing us to have to drive all the way back), but most importantly, the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful.I cant wait for people to ask me if I know a good locale spa. I cant honestly say no, and please never go to Woodhouse Day Spa.How is it possible for a spa to upset the husband of the customer?

As always, Woodhouse provides a relaxing and quiet experience. This visit was our best yet, as we agreed this couples massage was the best massage - both as a couple and individual massages - we had ever had. We will definitely be back to Woodhouse in Cool Springs.

Atmosphere was terrific! Staff was very friendly, facility exceptionally clean, and warm cinnamon tea tasted fantastic-very relaxing. Rachel was the best-hit all the trigger points, was friendly but not much conversation so as to allow you to relax. Absolutely would recommend!!

I had heard a lot about this place, unfortunately I was disappointed!I got the deep tissue massage and quite honestly it was a wired massage and technique and movements! She would just press, and release and the entire time i was waiting for her to actually start to massage! She also didn’t communicate or asked me anything!I also had a facial, which it seemed very rushed. Either they were busy and trying to get through the day or I picked a wrong day! I really wanted to love it but unfortunately I won’t be back!

I recently spent a whole day at this spa and it was glorious! I had an hour massage, a Hydro facial and a mani/pedi and they were all wonderful services and wonderful techs/service agents. I will go back and tell all my friends. It was the perfect birthday gift!

I had the anti-aging 50- minute facial, & loved it. My skin felt fantastic afterward! The esthetician was very knowledgeable & I appreciated the tips on products to look for, mainly online, that help with my issues, such as the hollows under my eyes. Ill definitely go there again, next time for the hydro facial.

My husband and I have gotten deep tissue massages many times and have been pleased every time. The atmosphere is very soothing and the staff is professional. We have also taken other people with us and they were equally pleased.

Had to wait several months for my appointment. They are always booked. Now I know why. Loved the experience. From the Pedicure and hot Cinnamon Tea. The warm shoulder wraps and the aroma therapy. The deep tissue massage. It was all wonderful. Thank you for making me feel very special.

The Woodhouse Day Spa has really gone downhill. One of the ladies at the front desk was very rude and seemed annoyed she was there. Their robes need some tlc..both of the loops on mine were torn. My facial was good (the only reason I can even give 2 stars). My massage was the worst I’ve ever experienced. This place is not worth the money.

Had a wonderful facial this weekend. Staff were great. Went with friends that each had massages - and each said it was very good. We had a wonderful girls outing that started with total relaxation.

I have tried the Woodhouse in Franklin TN several times.I have mixed reviews for this Spa. The prices are well pricey and the services are not that long. A massage is usually an hour but they only do 50 min. Facials are the same way. Ive had only 1 pedicure and I did not like the tech that did my pedicure and it was a very peculiar experience. Ive had facials there with Cathy and she is the best and she goes beyond the call of duty but I just got a call that she is leaving and they needed to reassign me to another aesthitician. Scheduling can be a nightmare sometimes and sometimes not. You never know what kind of service youre going to get when you call. I had a really bad experience where the glasses had not been washed that were brought into the relaxation room and I filled up a glass with water and went to drink it and saw the lip marks on my glass. I went over to the tray with the other glasses and they all were dirty. I complained to the staff and was told a manager would call me. NEVER heard a peep out of a manager. After my odd pedicure I also complained and once again the so called manager never called me about it ever.A few pluses for the Woodhouse are : the relaxation room is very nice. The locker room is great. The hot tea they serve is fabulous I recommend the Cinnamon. The fruit/vegie water is great! The facility is clean. The products are decent but pricey and unaffordable in my opinion. The location is easy to get in and out of.The Facials I got from Cathy and Kristine have been very very good. With Cathy gone now I can only recommend Kristine. ( or Christine ?)The Prices are pricey except when they run the package deal of 3 for $150.00 and that is worth getting. I usually get 3 Facials for $150 and I think it is worth every penny.

I have visited Woodhouse several times now. Reluctantly at first but now enjoy a periodic trip to see them.Have done several facials, a pedicure and a massage.Each visit has been very relaxing and the staff is very talented and professional.I feel better after visiting.Worth the time and money.

Pretty atmosphere, but for 2nd time now I am disappointed. First trip a few years ago for a scalp treatment/massage, turned out to be an expensive 30 minutes of hot oil being drenched into my hair and left for me to try and remove with multiple shampoos. It was not soothing at all. Different than advertised in description. Decided to give them another try on this visit to Franklin for their $75 signature hand treatment. I was told on the phone it was NOT a manicure. So I was surprised when I was sent - not into a relaxing spa room - but the mani pedi room for polish removal. Huh? Visited front desk and was told by the 3 curious looking people there that it was a manicure with a hand massage. Again, not as advertised. I chose not to do a treatment, as a $75 manicure is not what I wanted in my spa afternoon. Disappointing. I wont be back a 3rd time.

Woodhouse Spa is the nicest Spa I have been to in Nashville. From the moment you walk in till you leave, you are pampered by their entire staff. The services are excellent. I have recommended and taken several people to the Spa and they absolutely love it.

Stephanie was incredible. Unfortunately the equipment to perform microdermabrasion was broken and she had to help me choose another service. It was nice and had decent results. They also adjusted the price to match what I would have paid for the service I actually booked. I had to ask which was uncomfortable. They should have made that adjustment upfront since their machine was broke. Altogether it was a great experience and I will likely return.

AMAZING from the moment I walked through the front door. Ambience is so calming and the staff is so friendly. Rachel gave me the most wonderful Swedish massage. I told her I felt like I needed to call an Uber afterwards. This will be the place I go from now on.

I got a deep tissue massage and it was terrible. The slippers were dirty with oil and hair. The bathrobe smelled like cooking oil, same the sheets in the massage room. I came to this place in the past and it was very high end and clean, which is why I decided to go back. Now I just don’t know what to think. Not sure what happened ☹️

Was really Awesome like always, the only think was when you’re pregnant te doctor recommended sleep on your left site but in this occasion the therapist chance to the right site and I’m not feel very comfortable for my pregnancy massages... but any way I enjoyed a lot like always..!!

I always enjoy getting a massage at Woodhouse. This time Brittany was the therapist I got and oh my, she rocks!!! Great massage. Nice calming atmosphere. Ill be back again and again.

My neck was frozen and I could not look left, my back was so sore. I booked a message in hopes it would help. Elvis at Woodhouse was amazing!!! Later that night my full range of motion was back and I finally felt some relief. I definitely recommend Woodhouse!

The massage therapist Beth and Tina were amazing. Just had a 4 hand massage and was one of the best massages ever. Very professional and relaxing atmosphere.

I always feel decompression as soon as I walk in the front door of Woodhouse Day Spa! They are always friendly and professional. The only thing I would add is aromatherapy to all massages.

While I thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance and staff at Woodhouse, Franklin TN, and I received perfect body massages, I also received a damaging hydrofacial service. What made the situation worse was that the front office staff suggested that the damage to my skin was not result of the treatment, despite photos that clearly showed that I have no hyper-pigmentation before the treatment. Im now left to spend extra money to remedy a problem Woodhouse created.

Worst massage Ive had ever! I was supposed to recieve champagne and strawberries never was offered any and my massage therapist was straight up rude! Will never be back here they cost about double other popular massage places and the quality of service was straight terrible!

My wife and I had a great experience here at Woodhouse. The service was exceptional, and the quality of the services is first rate. Highly recommend. (After you get done here, hit up Tupolo Honey across the street for a bite to eat).

Beth was so awesome! She listened to my concerns about certain areas and focused on all the right things. She was calm and thorough and very respectful of how I was feeling with my deep tissue massage.

I usually love this spa however I recently received an email from them to confirm an appointment. I never scheduled an appointment and promptly called to leave a message and let them know. I was then charged $25 to my credit card which I just found out. I assume this was for the missed appointment that I never scheduled but considering they have never called me back either time I wouldnt know for sure. Terrible. I am going to now have to dispute.

We always have a great experience every time we visit this spa! I leave feeling relaxed and renewed whether Im just getting a pedicure or a full body massage.

Every time I have gone to the Woodhouse Day Spa in Franklin, I have had a wonderful experience. All staff have been very friendly and professional. They take pride in making sure I have the best experience when I am there.

I have not even been able to attend my appointment with my daughter yet. I purchased a groupon in early December and called right away to make the appointment for she and I. I was told by the front desk that they oversold on groupon and we could not get in until MARCH- over 90 days later. Now that our appointment is coming up this weekend, they have called and said they are short staffed and can not keep our appointment! They want us to come durning the week or split us up during our appointments. I am so far totally disappointed and we will see how our actual appointments are if we ever actually get in...

My facial with Ashley was amazing! My skin felt incredible when I left yesterday and still does. Ashley listened to my concerns and helped me address all of them.

Great day spa. This brand has been consistently good in both Dallas Tx and Nashville Tn as I have visited. I would recommend to anyone needing a day at the spa.

The service was not as described online.my daughter and I had the same service side by side and the technicians did not follow the same processes.the environment of the spa itself we conducive to a relaxing day.

I have been going to this spa for a few years now and I love it. Its my time away from home, work, kids...my few hours to just be. The staff have always been kind and attentive.

Very nice but the waiting room is wayyyy too small!! You cant relax because you are all on top of each other....... It was a slow day when I was there too 😏 I would take out some of the spa rooms and make a bigger sitting area

Ive been here 3 times this year for a Swedish Massage and each time is a wonderful and fantastic experience. I highly recommend.

Everytime I come here for a facial I get relaxing and professional care. I enjoy everyone who works there they seem to enjoy their job and have great customer service skills.

The worst service I have ever had. The front desk blonde. Rude. Left message for the Manger to call me and she did not. called today and would not take my call. Very poor service. I will use my gift card up and NEVER go back!!!

Not impressed. The staff was not nice. When I got there it was like a doctors office. The massage was cut short. They need a lesson in customer service.
