This was a great massage! Derek is so good. He did stretches and techniques I haven’t experienced yet and it was so helpful and relaxing. I hope he stays here and I can come back. A massage is a gift to our mind and body and I hope to be back. It was worth it!!! Thank you, Derek!

I’m a regular massage person, once a month at least if I can manage it. Joined the Franklin Massage Luxe right after they opened for the monthly hour long membership. My most recent visit was a 90-minute with Barbara. That was the single best massage I’ve had in my life. Ever. Pressure was intense, perfect. Added on the hot stones which was amazing. I’m ruined now… see you again soon Barbara!!

I had the pleasure of getting a massage with Jon as my therapist, and I can confidently say it was a life-changing experience. From the moment I stepped into the studio, I was greeted with a calming atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. Amazing massage every time! Very nice, relaxing, and inviting spa. I’ve been going since my second trimester of pregnancy and still going 6 months post partum for deep tissue. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting any type of massage from relaxation to working out some muscle soreness

One of the worst massages Ive ever had, and Ive had a lot. I had a male massage therapist, and he didnt seem to know what he was doing. There was no skill or technique used during the whole massage. He rubbed my back and limbs straight up and down without any variation. He seemed uncomfortable touching me and didnt massage my lower back, upper legs, or glutes. Regardless of the gender of my massage therapist, I expect them to be professional and do a thorough job.

1st massage here was great, on time, roughly 50 minutes (pay for an hour with 10 min for dressing), second was terrible. Felt more like a rub really than massage, masseuse didn’t really seem to have any technique or follow tissue planes, wasn’t paced at all, not relaxing. Asked for more pressure but didn’t recieve it, was supposed to be a Swedish massage. Also ended within 45 min including the dress time, started at 910 ended at 945, so about 35 min total, but again you pay for an hour (with 10 min subtracted for dressing and consult). They did say they would add on 15 min of credit because of this but neither here nor there now.Also my partners masseuse was late, which does happen but bit annoying for something that’s supposed to be relaxing. Overall 2-3/5 stars. Not a very relaxing experience this time.In response to below message, never received a call or check in. On my 2nd massage they also did not extend it by 15 minutes, despite the promise. Lowered review to 1 star afterwards.

Terrible experience, would NOT recommend visiting this franchise. They will also try and upsell you on multiple monthly packages which DO expire (the credits) if you cancel your subscription at any point (they told me they dont). Massages tend to be shorter and end earlier than scheduled. Unprofessional location, recommend visiting anyone else in nashville.

I had a disappointing first experience recently. The therapist for my massage was quite awkward and did not attempt to use the firm pressure I requested. At times it just felt like a lotion application rather than a beneficial massage. The facility is nice and clean and a pleasant atmosphere, but I was very curtly dismissed after my appointment when the front desk staff asked to sign me up for a monthly program and I said I would have to talk that over with my husband. Overall it was not worth even the new client special price I paid, and I would unfortunately not recommend it to anyone I know or plan to go back myself.

Normally I have a great experience here as i always had the same massage therapist. Today was very different with a new masseuse. She used way too much pressure for at least 20 minutes on the same knots. I had to ask her to stop as I had an actual tear in my eye with how much pain I was in. She then was more focused on talking about astrology than my massage. I understand all therapists are different but the way she did things made me leave more stressed than I came in. I also had my hair done this morning and put it up for the massage and just now realized my hair is covered in lotion and completely ruined due to her over application and lack of care. Extremely disappointed

Barbara is excellent, she knows what I need better than I do. Very knowledgeable, and effective. I am a regular because of her. Facility is very nice and clean with a welcoming staff.

Evelyn is the best massage therapist I’ve been to yet. And I’ve had tons of massages , I highly recommend her!

So personable and so knowledgeable! I got a massage, facial and a waxing and each treatment was done with such care. I felt like a million bucks coming out!

Brandelle is the most unique LMT I’ve found in 20 years of search. She just knows exactly where to go and how to manipulate the stress right out of the muscles. Member for life!

Felt more like going to see a chiropractor than a relaxing massage.. disappointed since it was my first time trying it out! Was hoping to join the membership program and come back regularly, but I wanted it to be relaxing.The tea station was a nice touch after though!

Laura is amazing!! I had a massage by her and I cannot say enough great things about her service. She is kind and caring and was extremely attentive to my needs! She even showed me a few stretches I can do at home for my lower back. I highly recommend her!!

I had a great experience. I left feeling very relaxed and had several knots worked out of my back and shoulder. John did a great job understanding my requested pressure and needs.

I had a facial with Elise and it was fantastic. Great relaxing environment and professional and friendly staff. I highly recommend this location.
