We were gifted with a trip to Wine Down Spa, and it certainly didnt disappoint! From the time you enter, the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us a full tour of the Spa and explained how ever section works and made us feel totally at home. And the spa is totally touchless. We did the zero gravity chair, and it was simply amazing, very relaxing, and felt wonderful. For someone with neuropathy and neck issues I was very nervous about how it would do, but let me tell you it was one of the best things I have felt. Due to the neuropathy in my feet, I tingle and have trouble feeling, and this was amazing to it, and actually helped the feeling in it. You can chose different lengths, different settings and its Definitely worth it. If you have never had a touchless massage, look no further than Wine Down Spa, they will treat you right. Its affordable, wont break the bank either! Stop by and give them a shot, you will definitely leave with a pleasurable experience!!

This was an amazing experience!! I started with the Aromatherapy and Reflexology on my feet and that was great since I suffer from planter fasciitis!! Then I experienced the zero gravity full body massage which is exactly what my body needed! The atmosphere that Ms. Sheila Carrington has provided in each of the rooms was so relaxing that once you are done, youre ready to come back for more!! I am definitely coming back and I highly recommend it to others!!!

Hands down this has been the best massage/spa I have had in a long time. The owner, Sheila made me feel valued and a priority during my session. She thoroughly explained the process and the Zero Gravity Massage is a must do!

Went here with my wife for our anniversary and would recommend this to anyone. From the start we were welcomed with a smile and wonderful atmosphere. We did the zero gravity massage and it was great. This will be a regular date night for us from now on. If I could give more stars, I would.

I was given a gift certificate for Mothers day from my grandsons,and they couldnt have given a gift that I loved more. The atmosphere is relaxing. The staff was exceptional checking on you and making sure you were enjoying the experience. I came out wishing I could have stayed all day. If you want to relax and de-stress I would highly recommend The Wine Down Spa, loved it.

First time here. I did the 30 minute gravity chair and 30 minute aromatherapy room. They were so relaxing. The chair made me feel so refreshed! Make sure you get the stretching. The lady up front was so sweet and helpful and made a great mimosa. Ill definitely be back!

I fell yesterday at work this truly has worked my body of its pain. I feel relieved/rejuvenated naturally of soreness and pain without harsh medications for my pain/inflammation,thanks for a awesome therapeutic session and beautiful atmosphere...Wine Down Spa ( Shelia Carrington) I really didnt want it to end!!!!

I stopped in for the 2 year celebration on Saturday. I purchased a gift certificate because I did not have a lot of time on my hands (which is an issue for me most times). Kayla asked if I had time for a 10 minute massage. I could not lie. I could afford 10 minutes but I had conditioner in my hair. She explained that part of her job is to clean the chairs after each person leaves. I received a 10 minute zero massage designed specifically for me. I told Kayla that I have been having trouble with my left shoulder and was afraid that it could be my rotator cuff. I’m only getting older and desire to take care of my body without surgery. She pushed all the right buttons and it worked. My shoulder has not given me any issues and I still sleep however I sleep. Thanks Wine Down Spa and thank you, Kayla, for your kind service and demeanor.

From the moment I walked in. I was greeted with so much warmth n respect. The tour was great, the atmosphere awesome. The gravity chair is a must try!! My whole body truly feels refreshed an energetic (Thank you)I definitely will be returning. Oh and the Carmel mimosa was awesome!!I shall definitely return..My new norm 🥰

The owner Sheila is very friendly,informative, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is phenomenal. The Zero Gravity and Reflexology massage experience was utterly relaxing and extraordinary. The room was very serene, the music was soothing, and the wine was exquisite. Definitely recommend and looking forward to my next massage.

The Wine Down Spa is the perfect spa to wind down and relax. The zero gravity chairs, the sauna, and the reflexology room are an amazing combination to come and take a load off at this touch-less spa. This is the best kept secret in Gadsden, Alabama. This is the perfect place to have a relaxing date, weekend getaway, girls night out etc. The owner creates a personalized relaxed experience at a more than reasonable price point thats sure to make you tell your friends and family and to keep coming back to wind down and wine down. I enjoyed every moment of my experience and will be sure to return again.

I went here yesterday with my friend and inquired about the zero gravity massage, and let me tell you, it was AMAZING. It got every spot and more, I was massaged in places I didn’t even know needed it!! Sheila was very informative and helpful! She showed us how it worked and was incredibly hospitable! The price for it was insanely cheap for how awesome it was. I will 100% be going back soon, and would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!

I cannot say enough about the quailty given to enviroment , equipment and customer service . The moment I walked in I met the charminng Sheila. The atomosphere was relaxing, yet welcoming. I would highly suggest starting your treatment with the Aroma therapy room, there you can enjoy a vigourating foot and hand massage with heat and 3 different relaxing settingings. Perfect for those of us who struggle with poor circulation and artritis. I highly reccomend this treatment for my fellow Diabetics. But, Of course check with your doctor.Then you have the option of going to the Sauna or the Zero gravity chair.I choose the Zero gravity massage chair . There are many different settings for your massage and Shiela is always there to set the therapy and relaxing environment. She walks you through the treatment and is very polite as well as profesional. She ensures that you stay refreshed from your choice of Sparkling water to a great list of local wines. After my treatment yesterday 2/3/24 I enjoyed a full nights sleep and awoke this morning feeling relaxed. Thank you Wine Down Spa.

My experience was an absolute pleasure!! I was skeptical of the massage chairs at first but they won me over in minutes. Along with an AMAZING massage, the service and atmosphere is out of this world! I was welcomed warmly, and had the opportunity to have a delightful conversation with the young lady working there as I drank my tea after the massage. They get a 10/10 rating from me and will be seeing me again soon.

First time in and was impressed with the relaxation of Swedish massage. Second time was even more impressive with heat, and the stretching effect with deep tissue massage. This place is amazing, I will be back. Friendly service and tasty mimosas are a bonus.

I enjoyed the zero gravity chair and I like that the intensity of your massages are adjustable to the customer wants. The absolutely the best way to Wind Down, topped off with a Mimosa. The Wine Down Spa was so rejuvenating! I had been struggling with knee joint pain for some time now. After spending only 1 hour in the 3D gravity massage chair, my legs feel new. This chair gently stretched my legs all while massaging me from the top of my head to the soles of my feet! I was beyond impressed that I could experience this level of therapy without ever being touched by human hands. The ambiance of the spa was calming and relaxing and appealed to all my senses.From the smell of lavendar, soothing music, lighting, massage, and crisp delicious glass of wine, The Wine Down Spa exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend!!!

This Place is AMAZING!!!So for me as a trucker, the wine down spa has been my weekend go to to alleviate back stiffness. The zero gravity chair is a must try, best part is with all thats going around these days I dont have to have a person hovering over me and sharing my oxygen. The steam suana and aromatherapy allows me to get in perfect rhythm for my massage.

For the price the chair massage was very nice. Got a deep tissue massage and then a deep relaxation massage. I have to say that the deep tissue and the relaxation massage werent that much different and the foot massage was great except those little rotsting balls under the foot were pressed a bit tight against the under curve of my foot and it was quite uncomfortable. The ball rotation from the one on my back was nice until it went up into my shoulder blades. Then it got quite painful. Ill give this one a good ol 4 out of 5 just because the attendant was super sweet and helpful and the atmosphere was relaxing. Wish there were more private booths or areas where you didnt have to be around others who come in... kinda s the vibe when you hear others gabbing away about life when youre trying to concentrate on relaxing by yourself. Separate rooms wod just be awesome.

This is the perfect place to relax & enjoy some peace & quiet. The decor is amazing, the zero gravity massage is perfect and the owner Sheila is as sweet as they come. Its also a good place to book for a small party and/or shower. I highly recommend this establishment!!!
