They are always so helpful when I go in there! The customer service here is definitely above other places I’ve been to and they have a great selection of juices to pick from even if I just like one haha. They also carry a wide variety of coils that other places don’t which I like. I would highly recommend this place!!

Good selection of products, both juices and mods. Staff is very friendly and from what I can tell, the owner is very involved with his shop. I had the ability to send him a message through facebook to get a new type of juice, he was very responsive to that request

Hands down best vape shop in the Gadsden area . Been doing business with these people a long time and honestly and no disrespect but I do not believe the claims in the 1 star reviews .These people are so fanatic about their juice I dont see it coming broke sorry I dont . Also when you buy ANYTHING other than juice when they hand you your receipt they tell you you have 30 days if it breaks . Theyve always done me better than right .I started ordering juices offline like cut wood etc. Earths Bounty beats the big brands hands down . Now with their rewards program every dollar you spend is a point so basically almost every purchase I get like 10 bucks off or a free small bottle of juice .

This place was amazing initially, but their recent remodel has pushed it to my only vape shop. They have all the variety of juice you want; from the local-(ish) cloud addiction line or their superb house brew Earths Bounty, to the premium juices. Couldnt be happier with the customer service or pricing either. Top notch all around. Youre missing out if you havent given them a chance.

I GOT RIPPED OFF. I spent almost $70 bucks and it didn’t work when tried it out. And told TO BAD but we can’t make it good!!My experience with Sweet Home Vape shop.I’m 67 and a disabled Veteran (Vietnam Era) and money is tight so ya watch every $. Now that weed is legal in Alabama I started looking for a home shop that will be filling Rx. A place that will look for you and you look out for them type of place. Well Sweet Home isn’t the place. I spent some time to talk with a gentleman, to see if Sweet Home Vape is good people or just want ur $$. I purchased vape kit (charger & battery) and spent almost $70. bucks. After getting home it sat for a day before I tried it. It seemed to be fine with the exception of a low battery (normal). I plugged it in and watched for green light.In short the battery will not take a charge (bad). Four days after purchasing it, my girlfriend went in to get a good battery, WHAT WE JUST PAID FOR!!! And she was told was “ The Company we get these from, doesn’t take batteries back. In short “I got ur $67 bucks and I can’t help you!🤷‍♂️🤬 I’m just getting tired of these mom & pop shops ripping me off and I’m going to say something about!!!The best way to look at it is, it only cost me a $30.00 battery to see how Sweet Home Vape in Rainbow City, Alabama does business. Their nice when ur spending, but ur on ur own when you walk out the door.Their not concerned with returning customer base, just after ur money today!Terrible place to use as ur go to shop and it’s so close to me 😎

My favorite vapor store of all. I drive past several vapor stores to go to Sweet Home Vapes. Jared has always been so helpful and knows everything Ive ever needed to know about my vape, coils, batteries etc. Amazing store, and extraordinary employees.

I was going to go into the store looking for a device, decided to call first to see if they had a specific one. Dont know if the lady was having a bad day or what, but she decided she wanted to be rude in her tone as if she felt it like I was ruining her day by calling and asking a simple question. Needless to say they had what I wanted in stock, however because of the rude customer service, I decided they didnt deserve my business.

Clean store, great customer service, and always have what I need. Everything is neat and organized. Christina is the best at her job and knowing about her products! 10/10 would recommend

Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. If they dont have an item they either will get it or send you down to the other vaping store. Will never go any place but sweet home vapor.

They sold me two batteries that do not work. They wont charge at all. I had to go to another vape shop and buy two new batteries because they do not guarantee their stuff. I will not buy anything else here because I do t trust them.

Small selection of devices...some mech mods and higher end user mods, but mostly overflow from their bigger stores. Sweet Home Vapor has a their own line of juice thats pretty good.

I was told that they had a sale on 10 ml bottles so I bought 15 or so of several different flavors. Only after I returned home did I see that half of the bottles safety seals had been broken. I only bought 3 different flavors so I dont understand why so many had been opened. I will not go back.
