Every negative comment is from people who thought they can park anywhere they want . Ive been going here for 10 years and have ALWAYS known that anything I buy there is of the best quality. For real go see for yourself . Mannys knowledge of what he sells is unparalleled. Pay no attention to the people that are mad because they didnt get to park in 1 of 2 total spots for the shop and not even be a customer. Of all smoke shops around this is the only one I buy anything from.

I’ve been coming to this shop for more than 12 years and it’s one of the best shops in town. Manuel has been helping me out with new products and recommendations. He has a unique personality that’s worth the trip to this shop. He’s the only reason I keep coming back even though I moved outta the city.

Place is trash and ran by a druggy , maybe they should close down and give the parking spot to a legit business. 10/10 for bootleg/ overpriced glass

My visit to Da Spot Vape & Smoke was not as welcoming as I had hoped. The customer service was somewhat rough and the atmosphere tense, which negatively impacted my experience. It would be ideal to see improvements in the staffs cordiality in the future.

If you want to get screamed at by a crazy person then this is the right place!! The guy thinks he the protector of the parking lot, as soon as I parked he walked out to scream at me. I didnt even get out of my car to walk into the vape shop. Which looked completely empty by the way. Not a single customer in sight I wonder why!!

Loud mouth employees that love creating drama over a parking spot and harass other businesses as well. Male or female. Acting like we are local even though we are not. The employee that is fat and tan with the long gray beard needs to be gone.

The guy that works there is soooo disrespectful. He screams at you out of nowhere, I seriously thing he might be senile. They should find better employees asap.

Shailendra did a great job welcoming me in and helping me find my product, this spot has the best prices in all of OC, great buisness here!!

I called to ask about a product and the worker says “to be honest bro, I don’t like answering questions” verbatim lol I would choose another smoke shop

This place was filthy. And the owner had no manners at all. Please do not go here and don’t give your money to support this business.

Parked at the store to drop off and Uber order (was also maybe going to have a look in the shop), but the owner immediately came out screaming and I half thought he might physically assault me. Needless to say, I did not go into the shop (after the 2min I told the guy it would take. Also, there was still a vacant spot specifically for his shop and many others for other spots. Enter with caution

The big guy that works there is super cool guy he reminded me of the bear from the jungle book :)

This place is the Worst place i have ever known, the costumbre service is terrible.

What a rude jerk helping us. Unprofessional dude walks up to us as soon as we park. Asks us where were going, and even followed us into another store adjacent. Will not be coming back. I hope this crybaby complaining about fully legal parking (and Im a handicapped veteran) goes out of business. And yes, this is a real review.

Do Not Go Here!!! Horrible horrible experience and owner was overly aggressive and non-welcoming. Legitimately screaming at us from the parking lot about how he doesn’t want or need our business.Not worth the drama and stress that the owner induces.AGAIN- DO NOT GO HERE.... Save the hassle and the trouble and go legitimately anywhere else. So many better smoke shops... without aggressive owners and horrible customer service

I come to the barber shop next to this smoke shop establishment, I get here pretty early, the fact there are only 2 spaces for the barber shop, etc. anyway, I’ve never been inside the smoke shop but from what I’ve witnessed from the store “owner” or whatever he is, Very rude , unprofessional, he looks like a run down worker. He harasses patrons whom park in the smoke shop parking spaces. Wait - nobody even walks through your doors. Your parking spaces are always vacant. Why are you so stressed out? Relax cuh. I think the high volume other surrounding areas receive, he gets a little jealous. You’re just an annoying Mutha FuqA.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Talked over me and wouldnt let me finish a sentence. I was ready to give him my money before I felt unwelcome inside of the establishment.I would go somewhere else. This isnt worth the time. The selection is also limited.

Hands down best people that service in the industry and area check out my boys at this place for all your smoking vaping medicating herbal head needs they got you covered say doc sent you in and if they feel like it then might hook you up I bet they will dont be a cheapskate supporting local businesses people props to you DA spot

Most smoke shops I go to have unfriendly salespeople. That is not the case here. Found my new go to smoke shop. Pretty good pricing and a large variety of smoke shop stuff. Will go the extra distance to go here from now on.

Rude customer service. Went in for some vape and the guy asked me if i wanted help, told him that this is my first time here and he said if you dont intend to buy anything then you can leave because its my lunch time! So i went on my way.

Open at 7:15 every day. The employee working was helpful in finding what I needed and really nice.

Its an ok smoke shop, but you have to be wary of products, prices, and quality of what you are shopping for - as, occasionally, the staff will try to upmark prices.
