Only do exchanges for purchases rather then refund when it comes to an item they sell in wrong size to you, so beware you’ll have to take whatever they have an its not as wide a selection as you’d think. Gave me an exchange eventually after terrible interaction due to both of us, an the deception from previous visit with trying to act like he had never met me till the end of the whole interaction. Find another smoke shop sadly if you shop here lots of better places I’ve been around in garden grove.

Its almost 11:30am and the sign says they open at 11am yet they are still closed not very professional if you dont open your doors when your hours say you are open...

Ive been coming here for years and even though I no longer live in the area I still continue to shop here they have quite an amazing selection to choose from and are extremely nice people was very pleased every time and they manage to have what I need surprisingly! Thank you! And Ill be back soon!

The owner I believe his name is Teddy treat not only as a customer he treated me like his youngest brother he watch out for me he treated me the same way even though I havent been back for two year he still welcome me and treated me like family. not pushy all the stuff he sell is great price and always like to give out some thing like lighter , key holder or sticker just to show his appreciation . he is very honest . just go and see this place u wont be disappointed.

Easily the best customer service I have ever experienced in any smoke shop from Orange County to San Diego. Teddy is knowledgeable of his product and makes sure you are happy, catering to your budget and needs first and foremost. Options are important, and dont let the modest size of this smoke shop fool you, because once you walk in youll realize that the shop is stocked with the best options for all your herbal needs and then some. Seriously this is the best one stop shop, because not only do I always get exactly what Im looking for (or even better) I get to support a transparent business and a down to earth person. This store is a scam! Be aware, they’re selling fake disposable vapes. I really don’t know how they got 5 stars reviews but this is not how you do business. I purchased 2 disposable vapes ( Flum brand) from them on 06/20/23, the seller was a lady and she told me to buy 2 vapes so they price would be $20 per unit instead of $23, so I did. The next day 06/21/23 I opened the first one out to try and it did not work! I thought I could bring it back for exchange/refund since I just purchased. Thus, I opened the second one and still the same they both not working. The vapes burning themselves and getting hot when I held it. It also showed low battery even though I just bought it? I was upset already so on 06/22/23 I went back to the store and ask for solutions but they denied all the problems saying it’s no return or exchange for any products, and it’s not their problem that the vapes not working??!? Excuse me? It is your problem and you need to fix it. This is a scam!!

OMG Smoke Shop is the absolute, undeniable best smoke shop in Garden Grove. The owner is the most friendly dude Ive ever met, since the first time I came in he treated me just like family. I opened the doors and felt right at home. Their prices beat every other smokeshop in Garden Grove, and customer experience is 10/10 every single day!

Very friendly and knowledgeable owner. Willing to work with ones budget and willing to exchange an unused item that was incorrect size (was returned two days after purchase and was never used, so please remember promptly returns and unused product is the best way to get an even exchange)I went back the following week and purchased two more pieces of art glass.I will say I did show up at 7:50pm and they were already closed when their sign clearly says 8:30pm. So Id advise you to call and check that theyre open if its later in the evening. With that said the second time I arrived there at 8 and left around 9 and I never felt rushed or like my presence was annoying the owner. Oh yeah and very competitive pricing points

The owner is cool, very knowledgeable in in what he carries. He tends to call his shop in 3rd person. Which I am fine with but can be a tad confusing. He has so much stuff in that little shop, sometimes even he forgets what he has. The only thing I suggest is, during his busy times is to not feel he can’t excuse him self forOne of the more needy customers and complete a transaction with someone else.

I love this place. The owner is always working the register & is great about meeting &/or beating competition prices. Hes really nice & will order just about anything for you if he doesnt have it on hand.

Received a vaping device from a friend but it did not power up. Came in to replace the batteries and coil, and also buy some juice. The shop manager was very helpful, giving a lecture on how to set up the device and use it as well as how to maintain the thing since it was the first time I vape. The shop is small but everything is kept tidy and neat. Great place overall.

The store is clean, the owner don’t push you out ,over sell or hover you. I am happy I listened to a friend that recommended this shop. It’s a little out of my way but definitely worth a visit when in the area.

This is where I come for my Vape juices or anything to vape I might need or want , Owner is an awesome Guy with excellent service and always Greets you with respect and reasonable prices on items .Iam always bringing my friends here for that reason . Be honest and let him know how much you have on your budget and he will help you walk out a Happy customer , Just DONT go in being one of those that low balls expecting stuff to be what you want for how you want it !
