Absolutely horrible experience. Their site says coils and tank would match. They don’t. I am forced to go elsewhere to get the stuff I need. Customer service is slow at best. These guys are just looking to make a quick buck. Absolutely go somewhere else.

I was reluctant to order since it seems difficult to find a reliable supplier of the one specific juice i buy, My normal place was out of stock so i gave these guys a shot, Let me just say it was cheaper and arrived significantly faster than any other place ive ordered from. Placed my order over the weekend and got an email first thing Monday of order status. Then again when it shipped with tracking info. It arrived the next day. Love how efficient they are with their orders.

I received a device from huff and puffers and it was burning through coils every day. I was told that if the ohms did not match the reading on the device this could cause the coils to burn. Which was the case. I couldn’t return the device because it was over 30 days. I said ok let me try another one cause this can’t happen twice. And hey guess what it happened again. They did replace that device but then on they replaced it with was defective and they do not want to replace it. Be very weary when dealing with this as they do not take care of their customers. I spent a lot of money with them it’s not like I complain all the time I just want a device that works.

I have never been in to Huff &for Puffersp p up to personally, but have been ordering with them monthly for a couple years now. They ship to Sacramento overnight if I get my order in by 4 PM. They have the best prices; even with the shipping theyre cheaper than any local vape shop. Theyre rarely out of stock of anything. When trying something new, I order according to the reviews. Us vapers know what each other likes. Thanks for being a stand up shop, I will continue to only purchase through you guys until one of us either quits or closes shop :)

I cannot recommend this company enough! They are so reliable, huge selection and have incredible customer service. Shout out to Ashlee! I frequently order all my vape juice and coils, one time I didnt order the correct vape juice, I placed an order for non freeze. Someone reached out and asked if I meant to do that! They saw my order history and took the time to reach out. And they then proceeded to adjust my order before it shipped so I got the correct items. My go to store for disposables! Ive been ordering online from here for 2 years and honestly its the best place to order from. Shipping is always fast, always provide tracking number once orders are shipped. Also, it seems they ship items out the day after you order unless you order early then theyll probably ship out on the same day. I always get my orders 24-48 hours later. Customer service is A1 because they always reply and fast. Never had one bad experience with my orders. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to order online and cant trust other websites. 10/10

I ordered from this company around two months ago and didn’t get to review them, so decided I would for my second order. I’m beyond pleased with the experience. First time, my delivery came the very next day after ordering the previous afternoon. I got two Flum Pebble in Blueberry Melo and Strawberry Banana. Great quality and packaged nicely. I ordered the two in the photo I’ve attached in the early morning of 11/17. Once again, next day delivery and the flavors match their name. Packaged just like the first time. Keep up the great work! I’ve recommended to a couple of people already.

I ordered several vapes a few weeks ago. I opened one up today an it didn’t work. Called the shop Dennis looked up my order an gave me a few options of what I could do. Customer service is great! Dennis is awesome! Even explained how to use my store credit on my next order!

I have been ordering from them for years, always the best prices by far, always fast shipping and friendly customer service. I wont go anywhere else for my vape needs, one stop shop! Their selection is huge for both juices and vape hardware. They always have the newest disposables/tanks/mods/coils available and for great prices!

I should get paid by this company for promoting them. I found them online accidently, and at first, when I saw their prices. I thought there had to be some kind of catch, a membership fee, or something there going to add on at checkout. NOPE, NO CATCH, NO HIDDEN FEES. The prices here are, for the most part, 50% less than other smoke shops. Their variety of product and different flavors blow away 5 vape stores put together. The last time I looked I think there were over 1200 flavors in total. Thank You, to the owner for still bringing to the market items that should be available to people who want to stop smoking tobacco products as this is intended to be for. And shame on big tobacco for marketing the ban of these products, claiming kids are using them. Just to get them taken away so that the only option is once again tobacco. Kids are going to continue to use whatever is available to them. I dont see them now banning tobacco or alcohol because kids use that too. Again, thanks to the owner, everywhere I go when I see someone with a vape, I tell them about your place and your prices. I must tell at least 10 people a day. I used to order online from you guys all the time in the past 2 years and you guys were awesome about delivering fast and it not being so difficult to receive a package. In this past year I have ordered 3-4 different times and each time there’s always something wrong. If you expect to wait 7-10 days for your order just expect that. I ordered February 20 and it’s March 6th and I’m still waiting!! I’m having to buy disposables from a store now because I have to wait on this package. Never again, sorry

I have been buying from Huff and Puffers for 2 years. Great prices, great delivery, great quality. Very happy customer. But recently for the past (maybe 6months) i noticed the vapes I bought (Flume Pebble 6000 puffs) were only 10ml as opposed to 14ml before. This makes a huge difference. The way that I smoked, I could use one vape for 5days, and now i can only use one for 3 days. They went down from 14ml to 10ml but the prices and advertising of 6000 puffs stayed the same although it shouldn’t be. Just not the same thing anymore.

I ordered 6 bottles of vape juice for my fiancé and all of it was expired. I figured $11.99 a bottle seemed too good to be true. Do not recommend huff & puffers. I’m out $75

Would have been a customer cause the prices didnt seem ridiculously high like some stores in my small town however I signed up with my email as they were saying I would get a 30% off for signing up as a new customer but it was just a scam to get my email and to sign up with them. Never received any discount code just an email from them saying ty for signing up. Emailed them to ask where I can leave a review for there company and was just told that all discount codes would be fake despite the email they sent thanking me for signing up. Hard to make a purchase with a shipping fee thats almost the cost of the product I wanted to try. Also hard to buy from a company willing to do shady things just to collect your email and data likely just to sell my info to other companies.

Ive been vaping for 15 years now and have experienced several problems with the major online vendors, and most of the local stores in my area are ripping people off with their prices. About 2 years ago, I was talking to a friend of mine on the phone and during the conversation, he brought up about the vape store he goes to and their prices. I Googled Huff n puffers California and brought up their site just to check them out and see pics/reviews. I didnt know at the time they had an online store. Their prices looked decent (+1) and I ran a test transaction of 10 bottles of Killer Kustard and went through the checkout process to see what kind of surprise fees would pop up at the final checkout screen. None (+1). Shipping price is decent (+1), and they dont charge extra for the adult signature requirement (another +1). So if my friend is hyping them up from his in-person experiences, Ill go ahead and whip up a virtual card, checkout, and kill off the virtual card after the transaction is complete. HnP sent me the label/tracking number generated email the next day, and it was in UPSs hands later that evening. It took about 4 days to reach me in Kansas City. All 10 bottles/boxes were packaged nicely, tightened up with shipping paper (+1). All juices were light in color (fresh) and not already in the steeping process (sitting on the shelf for a while) (+1). Ive been a loyal customer to HnP since then for juice. My juice does come a little pre-steeped (darker) during the hot summer months, but Im fairly certain thats caused from the temperatures and shipping. The hardware side is a little lacking for RTA users like me (tanks, clapton wire, mesh, cotton, etc). They might have that in their store, just not listed on their website. Sometimes they run out of my juice, but they usually restock pretty quickly. I think the longest stretch for restocking my juice was 4 days, but there was a weekend in there too. Get your orders in Monday through Thursday afternoon, or your order might not get shipped out until the following Monday. You might get a shipping/tracking notification, but UPS wont get a hold of it until Monday. But Im ordering from a vape store 1/2 way across the country, and shouldnt expect the Amazon quickness that many of us are getting used to. So I dont hold that against them, and I usually make an order when my wife and I still have 3 or 4 bottles left, so a couple day hick-up in shipping doesnt effect us. Other than that, all shipping problems have been on UPS and not HnP. None of the UPS shipping problems were major, except maybe sitting in a city between California and Missouri for a day or two for no reason, but they have always been delivered within 5 days. Also another +1 for using UPS instead of our postal system. All in all, I really cant think of anything to give them any type of (-1) rating. Nothing Ive experienced from other online retailers for 12+ years. Im so happy I was referred to them.

Ordered yesterday at 10:46AM got my stuff today at 4PM. The age/ID verification online process can be a bit confusing and you may have to enter info (shipping addr, credit card) multiple times, as web page does not retain previously entered info.Beyond that, all items received. 👍👌👏

Drove 28 minutes to get here. Go inside and they tell me that they can’t sell any flavored tobacco. You have to order it online. They can sell me tobacco flavored disposables but the “inspector” came and threatened to shut them down. That would have been real nice to know before I drove all the way here. Did not even say it on their website. Waste of time. Do not recommend

Very clean and the aesthetics is appealing. They have all the juice on display away from the devices which I like. All the juices have a samples that you can smell and try before you buy. Customer service is always friendly and open to questions. They have weekly juice deals that keep me coming back regularly and give me the opportunity to try new juices brands and flavors that I would’ve otherwise never tried. Make sure to take advantage of their reward program too as it adds up. They have their deals available online for the same price as in store which is nice. Cheaper than most for Juul pods too. With all these states getting slammed with bans on flavored e juice, people need to start buying there juices and pods from a dedicated vaporizer stores,not smoke shops, gas stations, and corner stores. Help protect out right to enjoy vaping flavors other than tobacco lol, that’s one of the reason I quit smoking was to stop smelling and tasting tobacco!

I emailed them and the said bring them in we will give u ur money back or find you replacements. Im on disability and this is my only once a month spend for myself. So I couldnt afford to buy more. I go here every other week because the prices are great and they have almost everything in stock.The last time I was here, I purchased a freebase 6mg juice, which tasted really off and had a weird spicy after taste. I only filled one tank and couldnt finish a 1/4 of the tank.I went in again to ask if I could exchange or get a refund and was denied. Reasoning: must be older than 1 to 1 1/12 years old to be expiredOverall a good experience, but this put a sour taste in my mouth

H&P was the first online vape shop I found. I eventually found a few other big online vape shops and gave them some of my business. BUT! Ive done a full 360, back at H&P. Quick shipping, replaced a busted disposable that I received on the house quickly, and have a nice selection of the classic brands. Heres lookin at you guys.

The driver claims unable to deliver due to a security gate. No. 1, we have NO security gate! Yes, we are a secured building, but IF the driver had actually walked into the lobby, theres a sign and call box saying, dial apt number! But he may not have known that there are cameras. 1 facing the lobby and 1 facing my door! He would know that if he had shown up! Ive sat here all day watching for him! Up until yesterday, I have never ordered from Huff and Puffers before. I accidentally ordered two of the same disposable vapes from Huff & Puffers, then sent an email explaining the situation so I can get a refund. Within 10-15 minutes, I received a email stating I was refunded. I was told to order before 1:00 PM PST and they could ship it same day (which they did). The vape got to me the next day with no problems. I highly recommend ordering from them online or going in person. I live 8 hours away from H&P and order a disposable vape from them. This is a honest review. I’m very happy with the customer service and fast shipping. On my last couple big orders I did get like 6 defective capes which is expected out of ordering 40 vapes. I didn’t want to call the company but figured I would give it a shot after having my last defective one. They were super nice, didn’t argue with me, and trusted me. I’m super surprised they actually believed me, I was worried about that. I have bought a few vapor here for last two years but the last one I bought it here less than two months oldThe unit has problems with the door to hold the battery in place, the battery keeps falling out and do not turn it on. I came back in store with the vapor and show the store worker and they say the battery is no good but I show the work the door doesn’t close that is why the unit is not workingI would not come back this store to buy any of they products, very poor customer service
