Ask for Nancy! Ive been going to Nancy for more than 1.5 years for my facials and pedicures. She never disappoints!My facial includes: cleansing, steaming, therapeutic massage, extractions, and cooling masks. It is an hour long, and Nancys expertise will definitely have you relaxed throughout the duration period. The pain level of the extraction may feel uneasy, but Nancy is very gentle. Over time, youll definitely get used to it. She knows how to make your skin feel refreshed and rejuvenated.My pedicures include nails trim, cut of the cuticles, massage, and polish. The massage chair is very comfortable. The room is separate from the other spa rooms, which is very relaxing.Overall, the ambiance is very calm and zen. Ive tried other technicians at this location, and no one compares to NANCY. Youll regret your decision if you choose anyone else. Nancy is your Guru.

I asked to pay full price but only for 20 min massage because I had to go to work and the lady at the front desk denied me :(I’m so sad I just wanted to de-stress before work .

Very professional workers. From the receptionist to the aestheticians, the service privided was top notch. Many places would not take walk-ins but I have always been able to receive service. Obviously, making an appointment would be best so make sure you do that if you can.

I took my mom here to get facials and we really loved this spot! Kim and Tina made sure we were comfortable and took great care with our facials. I’m coming back here with my mom again next time! Thank you Kim and Tina!

Also, easy booking through their website with all the different Spa packages to get.The experience is great and met my expectations as compared to Total relax SPA in Costa Mesa, who just could not live up to it.As me and my wife went to the Sea Spa, we gain the feeling of being welcomed and didnt feel rushed.I got the 2 hour deep tissue massage which is damn good, and she got the Sea Queen which is a facial and massage.Overall, were coming back🤙🏿

I went to get a mani/ pedi, facial and massage today. The lady that gave me a mani/pedi and facial was nice but when I tried to explain that if she could cut my nails shorter because I had broken one of my nails 2 weeks ago and I even showed her but she did not seem to understand. As for the color application on the nails it was okay at best, better than what I could have done but not better than other places Ive gone to before.For the facial I noticed that she used St. Ives Apricot Scrub which if you know anything about skin care you know not to use this product. Other products that she used on my face burned my skin.As for the massage if you want a very deep tissue massage this is the place to go but if you do not like your massages to be too deep tissue I would look elsewhere. The ladies were nice and good customer service.

We love going to Zennova if we want to relax. The attendants are really good and the place is very clean providing an appropriate ambiance for a relaxing experience.Today, we are so thankful & grateful specially to Tammy & Jenie for not only giving us an excellent massage, but for their honesty. It was hard to communicate if you dont speak the language. But the ladies were sweet. The technique that was used for my deep tissue massage was freakin awesome but it was not enough; I had felt the urge to actually relax a little bit. Although I wish shed gone deeper under my shoulder blades and my shoulders. Im not sure if she cared to focus on my knots, hence the deep tissue, ya know what I mean?

Visited the spa during weekend and I got myself a swedish therapeutic massage for only $40. I used to go to daycare spa that ripped me off and provided lousy service but Zennova is an exception. The customer service is very good and their employees are very attentive and professional. I forgot the name of my masseur but she gave me a pretty comfortable massage, unlike some masseurs who torture you with their violent bone pressing and twitching, she is very gentle and make sure you have a good experience here. Definitely worth the money! Will come back soon

I don’t go for massages. Ever. After I came here I’m thinking I was wrong for not going all these years. I started looking up other prices at other places and this place is cheap. It’s cheap considering how good they are. I’ve even thought about that head and shampoo massage since i got my haircut here once. I was satisfied with the job done to my hair, I felt like it made me feel like a real businessman when I walked out. I recently heard they remodeled the place and can’t wait to see the inside when I go back.

Great massage for reasonable price was passing through Garden Grove on a Monday stuck in traffic decided to get a massage instead of spending 90 minutes sitting on 405. Really glad I did. Will be worth the drive back from Irvine next time I come

Well I cant say I hate it honestly. Because simply I have never even heard of this place little confused and nervous that they have am I email and Id appreciate if somebody got back to me on this. Seriously could somebody get back to me I never was there and I want to know whats going on?

Great price if you get the package, and a nice environment. The open (2 person per section) massage parlor is often private if you go at the right time.

We made appointments for a certain person and showed up at opening and that person was booked . The massage tables were old and creaky . The smell of incense tried to cover the smell of place . The lady was cracking my back and pulled me up in a reverse cobra and hurt my back . It’s been two weeks of stretching applying heat and ice . I would never go back to this place .
