I came in for a custom facial with Nim and it was incredible! Nim took the time to understand my concerns and recommended a treatment that would work best. The Oxygen facial felt fantastic and my skin is glowing! I am also excited to have a treatment plan to continue at home. I would 100% recommend and cannot wait to come back.

Got a brow wax, tint, and lamination by Nimrita - she was so quick, efficienct, and most importantly made sure she checked in on me throughout the process (it was my first lamination) and made sure I loved my brows! I’m literally obsessed and am definitely going to get my brows laminated again! 10/10 recommend getting your brows done at Tavoos!

Going to Tavoos is a relaxing and refreshing experience. Nim does a beautiful job with my eyebrow and eyelash tints, with long lasting color, and no irritation. Yesterday was my first visit here and it was great! I got a 30 minute massage with Vickie and a 75 minute facial with Nim. Both of them had me very comfortable and relaxed. Both are very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. Nim worked with me on further skin care for at home to start with and we will continue that path as I keep seeing her. All the staff is very friendly and helpful! The spa is very clean, smells great and so comfortable and relaxing. Glad I was gifted a certificate for my birthday at this spa!!

Truly the best spa experience tucked away in the suburbs. I go to Nim monthly for my facials and she is so knowledgeable and has helped my skin tremendously. It’s always a relaxing experience that I look forward to and her voice is also so soothing while your eyes are shut.I got a massage from Emily and her hands are magic. I haven’t tried anyone else but I would imagine the rest of the staff is great too.The Himalayan salt room was a god send when I was feeling sick. I felt a little better after sitting inside for a 45 min session. This spa is my go to and I highly Recommend it to everyone.

The best place with the best people! I got a facial from Nim and my skin has truly never looked better! Diana gave me a lash lift + tint and it was one of the best decision I ever made - it made getting ready in the morning so much easier, but my lashes looked so beautiful and long because I also used the Revitalash serum. The Halotherapy room is incredible, you can breathe so easy and I loved going to the yoga session in the salt room. 10/10 recommend. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and its truly an self-care oasis in Glen Ellyn.

I am a regular at Tavoos. I have had a brow shape/wax and color as well as a facial. I have been to the salt room multiple times. It is relaxing and helped me to breath better. I fell asleep in the room! I recommend Tavoos.

This is exactly what I was looking for! There are so many generic massage parlors that have limited options and only offer massages. Not here. They offer everything from massage, salt scrubs, yoga, infrared sauna, and even Reiki sessions. I had a 60 minute massage with one of the girls and was extremely happy. Everyone was very kind, and welcoming. After only one time visiting, I already know I will be a regular.

The facial was very relaxing, and my skin looked amazing afterwards. Diane was excellent and very informative. She made several recommendations that I will be implementing. Looking forward to my next appointment in six weeks.

Owner and staff here are exceptionally knowledgeable about skin care, electrolysis, and healing modalities - including the wonderful Himalayan salt room right inside the premises. This devotion and passion is evidenced from the receptionist to the massage therapist, who are all friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Best of all, they take the time to know each customer individually. Whatever your needs are, they got it covered. Start with the salt room, schedule a time you can put the world on hold for an hour and breathe in the healing!

I had my first appointment this week with Kate. It was an absolutely wonderful experience! When I arrived for my appointment, I was promptly greeted and helped by a very friendly receptionist and was very impressed by the beautiful, inviting and relaxing atmosphere that Tavoos has created. As this was my first lash lift ever, I was quite nervous. However, Kate was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel confident that the service was right for me.Kate’s professionalism was evident from the moment I walked in, she was extremely attentive, meticulous and patient with me. She went above and beyond to make me feel pampered.She quickly completed the lash lift and the results are so much better than I could have ever imagined. Between the hospitality and the result of the service itself, the experience exceeded all expectations! I was recommended to Tavoos from a good friend of mine that frequently goes to Tavoos for massages. I decided to give it a try because I am an avid weightlifter and was getting to the point that I couldnt lift from the neck and back pain.My appointment was scheduled with massage therapist Alyse.Instantly I was taken aback by how professional she presented herself to me. Alyse asked me what I was coming in for, what regions I would like to get worked on specifically and what my prior level of functioning was.It has now been a few weeks since my last appointment with Alyse and my body still feels recovered. I now have better range of motion and frequently visit Tavoos for the infrared suana and salt room to reset my body.

I got a massage and Himalayan Salt scrub from their massage therapist, Alyse. It was a very good and relaxing experience. Alyse applies pressure according to your bodies needs to make the massage personalized. The salt scrub left my skin feeling rejuvenated for days. Prompt appointment time and smooth check in process to ensure a healthy spa experience.

I am giving Tavoos a five star rating because my experience was absolutely phenomenal. I went in for a facial because I was tired of having dehydrated skin. In general, I also have normal to dry skin, but the weather and masks were taking a toll. I did the revitalizing facial...10/10. Afterwards my skin was very hydrated, my sun damaged freckles appeared less, and my t-zone did not have any congestion in my pores. LOVE IT :)

The walls are very thin. You can here the conversation of others outside the door. The lady that was in there with me was very rude. She was listening to ear buds very loudly. Getting up stretching, like arent we supposed to be relaxing? It wasnt. Definitely wont be back.

I highly recommend Tavoos Spa. My esthetician did an incredible job with the dermaplaning facial that rejuvenated my skin and it included a hand massage that made my hands so nice and soft.

I suffer from chronic and acute sinusitis throughout the year since we relocated to the US. I have tried every ENT in the areas we lived in and everyone of them at one point suggests surgery to relieve my symptoms. Having read about halotheraphy, I found that only Tavoos in Greater Chicago area has a halogenerator that atomizes the salt into the air that you breathe in. All else have just Himalayan salt cellars where you sit. These passive salt walls and floor do nothing to disperse the salt in the air. Tavoos has the machine that atomizes medical grade sodium chloride which reacts with the Himalayan salt deposits and ionizes them. You get relief by breathing in these negatively charged atoms.I tried it for the first time when I was feeling terrible from the pollens and dust. I had severe headache, sinus pressure in the face, including nasal, mandibular areas and ears. I did not take any painkillers like I normally do. After 45 minutes of relaxing in the room, I came out feeling a bit better. Not completely sure how it works, I chatted with the front desk people. Now after a good night sleep and less than 18 hours later, my headache, facial pain and pressure is significantly less or not present 😅. I am yet to step out of the house and breathe in the pollen of the day. Hoping to go back Wednesday for second time.Couple of things to note. Scheduling your visit for Mondays and Wednesdays is best as they have a discounted price. Other days are a bit more expensive. Wear normal clothes, if possible wear short sleeves, shorts and flip-flop. That way your skin will also benefit from the salt. They give you a bootie and a head covering to wear inside. Its normally to feel a bit strange on those reclining chairs and you get used to it after a while. Research and find out if this is suited for you. It is supposed to benefit a lot more of chronic ailments than just sinusitis bronchitis and asthma. If not sure, always consult a medical professional.

Traveled from downtown Chicago to Glen Ellyn to try this specific halotherapy salt cave. The cave is exquisite, and the spa space overall is warm and beautiful. The staff and owner were very attentive and personable. HIGHLY recommend.

I took Karen Flynns Yin Yoga in the Salt Room and it was fantastic! The combination of the healing moves of Yin combined with the Halotherapy was a wonderful experience and I felt full of energy throughout the next two days! Thank you Tavoos!

I must admit having the room to myself was a plus, but I would have enjoyed it if others were in there. Relaxing, calming and soothing. Plus the benefit of the Himalayan salt. Wonderful! And the staff couldnt be nicer.

1.The front desk girl was very unpleasant, snooty, rude, unsympathetic... and probably has just about every other characteristic someone working with people shouldnt have. She was never that welcoming in the first place... then got very mean to my friend when we expressed an issue with the cave that prevented us from moving forward with our halotherapy session.2. Their Infrared Sauna is in a closet thats next to the bathroom.3. The cave isnt a true cave. Only half of the walls are covered in salt.4. Im guessing they turned the mop sink in the bathroom into the storage closet because their actual closet is storing the Infrared Sauna. Ugh I cant stress that enough! Infrared Sauna sessions take place in a closet!5. Their front waiting room is by far the best part of the spa.6. Last but not least the chairs dont seem strong enough to support the weight of an adult. I looked online, most of those zero gravity chairs are only designed to handle 180 ibs... However I weigh 140 and Im 55, yet the chair could barely support me.

Came here to get my Milia removed around my eye lids. Great customer service, they answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. They were able to remove all the milia off my face and around my eye lids in a quick and painless manner. I highly recommend this place!

Love this spa. Salt room for halotherapy has been wonderful to reduce inflammation and help with allergies. They have many different types of facials as well as the CACI treatments and new face lifting radio wave treatments. After my first CACI treatment, my skin glowed and I felt years younger.Starting my spring detox this month and will be using the salt room every day to support the cleanse. First time Ive looked forward to a detox.If you have any skin conditions, allergies, or inflammation conditions Marji will provide expert assistance, and the salt room halotherapy helps tremendously to eliminate them. I have personally seen improvement in all three of these areas after a couple of visits.

Halotherapy (Himalayan salt room) and chromotherapy (infrared sauna) healed my virus by bringing on a very short-lived fever (the bodys way to heal) that broke during a nap that same day. A beautiful spa to be still and calm, and to improve body and beauty. The staff are all very caring and helpful!
