Fantastic experience! Walked in with my mom to help her find what she needs. I was concerned about clean ingredients in edibles. She was extremely helpful, brought us to our choices and helped us make decisions. She gave us a ton of information. Prices were right in line with what we expected. Very convenient location, too. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Well be back!

Chris at new standards was so friendly when I came in. He is very fast too, because there were four people in line and he moved the line along rather quickly. I was a new customer and he made sure that I got a great deal and felt very comfortable. I will definitely return. Thank you, Chris.

Kennady was the absolute best!! So knowledgeable, quick, efficient and friendly. She definitely knew her stuff !! Not only did she help me but she helped other employees and costumers!!Coming from working in the cannabis industry, I can tell she is a professional and a rock star of an employee.

Everyone on staff has always been super helpful and friendly, the time it takes to pick up a pre order is a quick in and out, but the prices are way too high. You can get a lot more for a lot less at surrounding dispos, including a lot of the same products here, just cheaper.

Stopped on in one day to learn some info being new to this stuff and it went pretty great. I went over how I felt the first time using edibles and they set me up with a package that would do me better and they were correct! Will be back for any future purchases.

I used to love this dispensary. Went here all the time actually switched dispensaries due to this ones quality. They were holding a deal over the winter that you could win “free” deals on the scratch and win tickets went in three times and they were out of edibles. They then expired. I went in again to see if the company would honor the deal since they could see my visit history. I was told by the bud tender that it was my fault for not coming in a fourth time to see if they would honor the coupon again.**while the above did still happen. About 15 minutes after I posted this, I received a call from new standard making it right. Not only was the manager Kennedy so polite and respectful she was very understanding. Kennedy definitely won me back at their business. Honestly it just shows me how great of a business they are for owning up to a mistake and making it right. You do not always see that. I look forward to coming back soon.

Just had an awful experience never coming here again… first off they couldn’t figure out how to pronounce my name and I overheard them laughing and making jokes trying to pronounce it. Then my friend and I both being 21 one year old females over heard the salesman make a comment that he’s gonna “make so much commission off us” sarcastically because we were only buying one cart… unreal. We both feel extremely judged, especially being sky mint regulars where we’re treated like friends of the workers we don’t even know. This is an extremely uncomfortable environment inside NS. Do better.

Great deals on products, large variety, various levels available. Excellent and knowledgeable employees.

Worst entry process in whole county. Especially when product is overpriced. Even in snowstorm its worth extra miles to go to skymint. Better points, entry, and reasonable priced goods. Thought Id stop into NS cause of convenience factor, nothing convenient about paying double. And I have had new standards products before and they are not any better or superior that would ever make me think the extra money is worth it. Ive never seen one deal on their list that beat another dispo.

A great little shop in an excellent location. A bit pricey, but probably just a trade-off for them having to deal with Grand Haven trying to shut them down.They have flower, vapes, resin vapes, etc. Staff is friendly and helpful and the on-site ATM can be useful if you get a little exuberant.

Prices are ridiculously high. Its Grand Haven. Go to skymint in nunica way cheaper

I stopped in right before close to get a deal that was advertised on the website. I was told by 2 different people they did not offer that deal in that store, that it was only available in other stores. I showed both of the girls that it was right on their Grand Haven website, and was still told no. I ended up speaking with who they said was the manager, she told me that deal was in fact available in store. I had already made a purchase that I could not return to get the deal I wanted originally. I will never shop at this location again, I will also tell anybody I can not to shop at this location. Terrible experience and I wouldve spent twice the amount I did. Very shady.

New Standard is a great dispo in Grand Haven. On my most recent trip, was helped out by Grace, who was incredibly kind and attentive. I would recommend new standard to anyone looking for a good pick up staffed by good people.

Jaclyn was great she seemed pretty down to earth and Happy. Im a little upset that 1 of the 2 Kushy Punch disposables I bought yesterday has a Crack in the glass so its leaking and I live an hour from Grand Haven so Im not driving back for a replacement in the storm but my experience was good and they couldnt have known it was cracked since they come in sealed pouches. My experience was great either way.

Place says u join rewards you get $10 off, I place order drive there charge me full price 😂. Only dispo i’ve ever seen literally not carry ounces. Call this a dispo more like a overpriced mid spot.

I order online and have been getting the same deal for the last 2 weeks. I placed the same exact order today that Ive been ordering and the girl working is telling me I CANT get the SAME deal Ive been getting bd try to charge me $20 more then what my total was. Not to mention the fact that she was talking about another customer behind her back when she left. Totally unprofessional!!! Will NOT be back!! You lost a LOYAL customer!!!

My favorite dispensary! Nicki and the rest of staff are super nice and helpful. They have products that meet the quality that Ive been searching for for years. Decent sales regularly and they do 20%off on Sunday for non sale items. Dont miss out! Cant go wrong w/ the Apothecare products that they carry.

My overpriced product is dusty dry and tastes like the (unsealed) plastic bag it came in. Do not like not being able to see what Im buying, the display absolutely does not match what I got. Other dispos put their high end stuff in premium packaging (glass), and for less money. This is close to home for me but I wont be back.

Treated just terrible! Im a seniorTotally woke and intitled employees! They will never make it in GHBack to Muskegon to where Im treated with respect and not paranoid employees!

Went in and asked for their highest quality live resin carts, what the guy sold me was the darkest colored distillate cart Ive ever seen for 40 bucks. It taste awful. Dont take their advice, look and decide for yourself they are just looking to push certain products.

A wonderful experience in an unassuming location. It might not wow as a location from the outside but the staff and product inside is fantastic. Nikki was extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly suggest stopping in and supporting.

This store is such a phenomenal professional space(aesthetically and in practice). AMAZING service/staff that are always willing to help you find what you need and maybe even suggest something you never thought you needed, but now you cannot go without!! They have an abundance of options of all top shelf quality (flower, concentrates, edibles, cartridges, etc). HIGHLY recommend! My favorite store I have ever visited. 😍

My Experience with this place was Excellent. I felt more comfortable than I was at my Primary care Physician Office. They were very helpful patient and informed, The employees all made me feel welcome and safe. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was informed and satisfied with all my questions and needs! Just a wonderful Experience THANKYOU to the WHOLE STAFF!!!🤩

Great staff great experience, a little slow sometimes but they are new and will get the hang of it soon. BUT they don’t seem to be very diverse with their staff at all and I know a lot of friends with different backgrounds that applied for a job there including my boyfriend and they never even got an interview and most of them are caregivers that have been in the business for years that could have brought a lot of experience and knowledge to the table. I know it’s grand haven or maybe I just haven’t seen all the staff yet but I think you guys can set the NEW STANDARD for diversity in grand haven. None the less products are good and at a good price with the deals they have going on.

Usually do online pre-orders; have never spent more than 10mins checking in; picking up my order and also browsing/adding more before complete. Dont get that with most combo Med/Rec locations! Not the biggest selection due to shrinking med processors but very much appreciated for around the corner convenience. Recent 40% off for patients shows some compassion!

Not only is the pricing and quality of product absolutely phenomenal, but the staff are friendly with a level of information and kindness that is unrivaled at any other location in the area. West Michigan, specifically Grand Haven, is very lucky to have such a well taken care of facility.

The lady who took me through the store was so helpful and kind. She was so patient and answered every question that I had. Would love it if she could walk me through every time I came through.

Check your bags. They put whatever they want in there not necessarily what you ordered....then when you come back they say theyll make it right and just offered the same deal to purchase again....like I already bought it I dont need it again. Yall need to just give me what I ordered instead of switching it up and putting it in a bag we cant check what we bought til were out the store but then they said too late.Its theft.

Grace was amazing! Not sure why I havent written a review full knowing the staff, product, and prices are fantastic.

No medical discount. They claimed there is a 15% discount for med patients but they dont take the 15% off when u checkout. I wouldnt come back after being lied to.

They want way to much money. $39 ($49 otd) fcheapest that came with a free joint. $35 was the cheepest 8th. I can get an Oz at GLH, of the same quality, for $50 all day every day. Im not happy about the price here. Hell, Levels right next door to GLH in Muskegon has better deals then here.

I have been to grand haven, exit 9, and Saugatuck stores dozens of times and spent thousands and I have to tell you I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at these stores. I am a medical patient and bought 3 carts for 100 dollars and one of the carts was completely malfunctioned and leaked all over and was defective out of the box. I called explained what happened to customer service manager, took pictures and wrote a detailed email. She told me they would correct it and I would hear back. It has been almost 3 weeks and I have heard nothing back. I am a medical patient with extreme health issues and when buying products worth this much money this is no way to treat loyal customers. You have lost a loyal customer solely because of your lack of customer service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where they treat you respect and make things right!

Very clean place and its usually not too busy for you to get in and out. They lack variety in flower and concentrates however. The weekly specials used to be good now it seems centered on one vendor and their mediocre flower. I hope you like Beaverton farms and the mids theyre growing. Prices for flower are way too high and theres not enough deals on concentrates. $60 for an eighth has nothing to do with helping medical patients and everything to do with corporate greed.
