Fully Worked Smoke & Vape Shop

This shop was wonderful. My husband and I stopped in here and the attendant happily assisted us. We left with a “dud” and when we came back it in he happily swapped it out for us and even apologized! I couldn’t have been happier with my experience and will be returning!

LOVE this shop! The brothers are so helpful and nice! Visit if you are ready to refill your stuff! Also. They enjoy informing their patrons so go there for All your vaping needs and...cool glass sculptures, 😉

The “attendant” claimed she was just filling in when I asked very basic questions about why I was there. This happened about a month ago. The lady “working” showed no interest in helping me and the prices were over twice normal smoke shop price, the least of their shortcomings. l It was immediately apparent that the retailer had their own agenda. I have no idea how this awful store is in business and will be surprised if they improve to even acceptable standard. It’s hard to feel ignored when you’re the only person in a smoke shop but they accomplished that. I hope they’ve fired that unpleasant lady if she even worked there. I will not be back. This vendor clearly has no regard for customer service.

*** 6/5 stars***My boyfriend and I went into their new location in Grand Haven a couple days ago to look around. It’s super clean and everything was nicely displayed. I spotted this large silicone/glass water bong I had to have!! ( While looking at their products, I had a realization that wild bills is $hit and way overpriced!!) I’m only ever coming here now!! AMAZING PRICES AND DURABLE GLASS IS HERE!!!That’s not all, folks!!We had a great time talking with Ryan and Craig! They are very knowledgeable and personable people! I think we spent most of the time spent there talking! Thanks you two for being so awesome!!

We have been here 4 times now. I intentionally drive an hour to this store because they have the best house juices hands down. Curtis is very helpful and took care of all issues we had, we left happily Again. As always, Im not sure what some of he other reviews are referring to. They have a MASSIVE selection of smoking accessories and vapor supplies. He showed me how to properly take care of my vapor. Thanks so much. And this IS an established business. Thanks again guys, we will be back!! I recommend opening more stores too. :)

Since Fully Worked opened in the lakes mall I’ve been going there the two brother that own and operate the store are friendly, helpful and they know there products. They have the best prices in town in premium juices and the selection is massive, they keep all the newest mods, smoke accessories, huge quality selection of glass all at decent prices. They honor there word on the products they sell. I always feel at home when I go in that shop and they have more then just glass and mods they have clothes, accessories, hats etc...I will always being my business here!

Sadly, I tired giving this shop a chance, but I will NEVER be back due to the rude staff. The battery was defective on the device I purchased and when I went to return it I was informed there are no returns. Yes, my mistake, but I was okay with the battery replacement they were offering so I was surprised when the guy helping us went from already having a bad attitude to unprofessional, rude and condescending. If you want to shop where they only care about the sale while hocking old, broken merchandise stop in here today.

Loved my whole entire experience here at Fully Worked, both Ryan and Kurt know exactly what they are talking about and give great knowledgable insight on what youre looking for. After having a horrible experience at another vape store, I came here and soon realized that this should have been my first stop. I can honestly say that Ill never go to another shop again. Also, the house juices are truly great, flavorful and best bang for your buck! Thanks so much for everything guys, looking forward to the next time!

Great prices! The brothers are very friendly and amazing! Always having stuff in stock. Awesome House juice very affordable place to go to they aren’t blood suckers looking for money and over pricing stuff like most vape shops. Grew a friendship with the brothers never will stop going there.

First time going here and I absolutely loved how knowledgeable and honest they are. Extremely friendly and professional. Definitely would recommend going there and their prices are great too. I mean when you walk into a place and they greet you like friends, thats a place worthy of your money and time ❤️.

These guys are awesome! If I could give more then 5 stars - this place Id give 10!I came in as a first time vape buyer the other day and they were so thorough on information to make me comfortable with my purchase. Unfortunately after a day - my mod starting acting up and I tried every YouTube recommendation, Reddit advice and Google search before I gave them a call to ask for help right before closing time. The owner was so understanding and guided me every way he could over the phone to help, but I had to bring it in for him to see for himself.I came into the store at a busy time during lunch hour, but he was on top of my situation while helping out a store full of other customers with ease and my time there was very minimal because he understood I was pressed for time on my lunch. He gladly exchanged my mod for another without question and I couldnt be happier!Its very rare you find a small business like this that go above a beyond for their customers - no matter the situation or issue.Ill be back time and time again to get my delicious eliquids, coils and upgraded mods and I put them at the top of my list of recommendations if your looking for tobacco products and an exceptional price.Keep up the amazing work, guys!!

My friend likes this smoke shop because the guys who work there are super chill. I went based off of his suggestion today to go pick up the Smok Nord, and the guy who helped me (I wish I would have gotten his name, super nice guy, possibly a manager) assisted me in everything from suggesting what coil I should use and what vape juice I should use based on how much I smoke. It was extremely helpful, because I did not know enough about the difference in the coils or liquids. Honestly, if I had enough time I’d probably just go in there and hang out because the guys who work there are so kind and cool. That shows you how good their customer service is, and it’s much appreciated since a lot of places don’t provide that kind of one on one service, let alone care to ask you how you’re doing. So thank you, for giving me a great experience and being so helpful!

Great store, great selection, with the hands down best prices around! Ive even shopped online and they not only compete, they generally beat online look ups.. staff is friendly and dont breathe down your neck for a sale, which is a nice change of pace...

Everytime I come in here I never have a problem with anything. Staff is amazing and are very nice and will help with just about anything. Shop is always stocked with everything and prices are very fair. Highly recommend this for beginners.

Guys are really cool guys. Always have what Im looking for. Even if they dont have a specific juice that Im looking for, they always give me a reccomendation and I have never bought a bad juice from them. All my kids are running strong.

Personally witnessed the employee laugh at a lady. the disrespectuful employee then was very rude to the lady, I thought the customer is always right, I guess you are bad business . from what i witness all she wanted was to be resepected. and be taught about a product she bought only a few days earlier. she got yelled at by employee. and I watched the owner walk out condoning the employees behavior

Family owned business & these guys are AMAZING to their consumers. I WILL NOT go to any other E-Cig/Vape store than this one. Their knowledge is spot on and theyre never trying to make a quick buck off ya. Just real cool dudes!

Me and my dad went here, for several years.. The two guys that run this place, Are absolutely Awesome, funny Friendly people, And Will Hook u up cheap, for your budget purposes, I highly recommend this place to everyone 18+ Your little ones are Allowed..

They sell bunk gear and expired E Juice. Worst customer service I have ever had. Dudes try to start problems with other local shops. And resort to assault on other local shop heads. Extremely shameful. 0/10 avoid this place at all cost for your health and safety.

My husband and I drive From Montgaue (30 minutes drive, 45 on bad wheather days) because their prices are better, the quality is better, oh and the brothers that own it are some pretty awesome dudes!

This place is the only place I’ll buy all my vape products from. They are such genuine people who truly care for their customers. They know their stuff and are always willing to help you. 10/10 dudes. 10/10 place. 10/10 products.

Every time I come to the store, I see a sign that says “Be back in 5 min”. I waited 10min and realized that there is a vape shop across the way, although they didn’t carry glass pipes, I decided to venture out and found glass pipes at another shop called sleeping tiger. An hour after leaving Fully Worked Smoke Shop, the sign was still there saying back in 5.

They are open 7 days a week. The gentleman I spoke with was outstanding! I have only been there once, but I will definitely return! Unbelievable selection!!

Great quality, friendly and well organized. Their business name suits them well. Cheapest place in town. Alot of the same brands as joost but way better prices and way more to choose from.

Best vape/smoke shop I have been to. Staff is very knowledgeable. They have a great inventory for those looking to vape, smoke or otherwise. If you are in the area this is definitely the place to go to, you will not be disappointed.

This was my first place I went to get my Smork Mag vape the owner real cool guy like another bro you have drinks with and chill keeps it professional and always offer deals im a avid shopper but regardless of the rest of the negative reviews bias and not concrete but overall i highly encourage everyone to do business with this shop

Don’t recommend going here at all. The two people that work there are very rude. They told me I could return the item if it wasn’t working out for me and they started making me sound stupid for return an item I never used but opened.

Not great with costumer service. Literally convinced me to buy this vape and I wasn’t satisfied with it when I opened it but they won’t take it back because it was “basically used”, when it was not used at all. I even asked them before hand if anything was wrong that I could return it and they said I could.
