Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Emma is always smiling and friendly as well she knows her stuff there. We appreciate how well she does and is very professional. We don’t go to any other wild bills if possible.

Love this location, Im always helped super fast and all the employees are so chill. Emma, Josiah and Destiny are always so kind to me, and Emma helped me and my mom far beyond what she needed to in order to help my mom find the right vape for her needs and preferences. Driving 20 minutes to get here is worth it! Definitely recommend this location.

Always prefer this location to Holland, its in such a better area and the employees are always helpful and nice, especially Emma. I go here mainly for CBD products, and every time I see her there shes always helpful, as well as friendly. Always a pleasure!

Very good walk-in humidor with a large selection and variety of cigars.Im from out of town. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. They even cut my cigars for me (no charge) as I forgot to bring my cutter. Excellent service.

So far my experience has not been so great. I brought in a device that I seemed to be having trouble with right off the bat. Reluctantly they exchanged it....with an already open and played with device that they had on display. Shortly after using it a couple times, It no longer hit I got an error message saying check automizer every time I hit the fire button (I think thats what its called I called in right away, and the woman who exchanged the device, said since she already exchanged it, she couldnt do it again, but i could stop in on Monday, and talk to her boss. I mentioned the fact that she exchanged mine with an already opened and handled device, and she justsaid oooh, yeaaa and repeated that I could come in on monday....update...I went in this morning, and spoke with the manager. I learned a couple things about certain devices, and was given the option to choose a new device based on my preferences. I was happy that she took the time to listen, and talk to me about different options.

I walked in expecting a typical headshop but was extremely pleasantly surprised by the well stocked and cared for humidor. Great selection of quality cigars for very decent prices, including some rarer finds. They have my business moving forward for sure!

Absolutely awesome experience at this store! I’ve been to other locations and they don’t compare. The associate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the glass and helped me every step of the way with new glass purchase. The manager, Nate is always on point about ordering my cigars too. Never going anywhere else because every time I go there it’s never a bad experience.

Went in for wraps and glass cleaner and was shown directly there and greeted as soon as I came in. The employees show a genuine interest in the products and brands they carry. I will be returning soon

Was using this place as my kratom supply. They had my brand and had several strains to choose from. Over the last year, they dropped my brand, and now barely have any stock. This is the only wild bills Ive been too that tells me they are having issues with stocking the store, but Im guessing it has more to do with whos running the store, as the other wild bills dont seem to be as bad at it as the grand Haven location. I would avoid this location of you are looking for kratom.

The employees are wonderful and always willing to help and to answer any questions you have. They go above and beyond to explain anything about their products. Props to all the employees for great service!!! 😁

We had originally started out going to the Muskegon location around November (we live in N. Muskegon.) We had thought that the employees were ok and that they seemed knowledgeable on the products but then we met this amazing employee named Noah. He is extremely knowledgeable on anything and everything. He is always rushing up to assist any and every customer that comes in he is always polite and he is always willing to answer any question. My husband has extreme health issues and Noah is always thinking of new or different glass/wood/paper/leaf options to try out. Because of his knowledge, compassion and expertise when we found out he had moved locations we also moved locations. My husband and I are very thankful that there is an employee who actually cares about their customers. (Thats hard to find these days.) I wish there were more people in your stores like him. Side note the store is always clean and has a wonderful variety of everything. ☺

Was welcomed to the store with very excited CSR that answered all my questions and also was able to recommend other products he thought I would also enjoy and he was right I cant wait to grab a few more things

Apparently the new guy Mike has some jokes. Thinking my ID is fake, because of a joke, to later have me read off my birthdate like Im in a doctors office. Then making jokes to my roommate about how he trusts her more than me, little sketch if you ask me. Do better, be professional, train him better

Never had a bad experience in the Grand Haven store. The walk in humidor is always well stocked & maintained.

Went and got my Nectar collector from there, works amazing. Ill be by later today to pick up another blowtorch, already used the first one all up
