Ms Lyd is absolutely amazing. Such a joy to work with when I come in. She’s so fun. And her family she works with. The boss lady her self she so kind and knowledgeable on so many things. My only place to go for glass and the EGG game. Definitely recommend 1000/1000🥰

Absolutely worst customer service. Workers have awful attitudes. They literally are no help whatsoever. Dont call them as they screen calls for some odd reason and refuse to help over the phone. Go to Bear necessities or mellow yellow instead right down the block. The weirdness of this place and its workers/owners is amazingly awful!

Went in to get a new pipe, and I spent close to 40 dollars on a pipe that got me one half hit. The piece itself wasnt blown correctly. Anyway, I went in to try and get a replacement given that its unusable, and they told me there were no refunds or exchanges when it was 100 percent an issue on their end. Will never be returning, make sure you check your purchase for air flow

She answered all of me and friends questions, was quick to help us look at things, knew what the prices were. Prices were reasonable. Total trash service the dude in there on Saturday April 22nd 2023 at about 4pm basically threw me out of the store. There’s a piece that I’ve been considering for a while and I’ve been out shopping this weekend about to make my decision. I asked to see the piece, he said we don’t show these pieces. I’ve looked at it twice already before today but whatever. This was after I showed him my ID. He asked if I wanted anything. I asked for some details. And said have a nice day. The entire time he was on the phone. Thanks guys, but I’ll spend my $250 at Wildside today.

They are not very helpful. The service was not the greatest either. I had questions about rigs as I am new to rig buying/shopping and he did not help at all. He just said heres what we have behind the counter and walked away. I wanted to know more about the pieces and combinations as well as any electronic ones and just got nowhere. I also felt the pricing was not reasonable either.

I went in for a replacement pod for my vape. I asked the lady working if the had a replacement pods for a nord c. She stood up looked side to side and said no we dont sell them and sat back down.

I was hired for a week in which I had a beautiful time until I was sadly, and unfortunately let go. It was explained to me I was let go because of somebody elses mistake who was supposed to be training me to do things correctly. Yet, let go without a bonus that I earned while I was there. I was let go by the owner who never met me, by one of her micro managers. In his own words. They do not ID everybody like they say, and their merchandise is overpriced, and priced wrong. The back storage room is a hazardous area, and I had to ask them to provide hand soap. Im not just a person who they let go for ridiculous made up reasons, wrongly terminated... I was a customer who self, friends, and family will never return here again. I brought them business they do not deserve.

Very nice & friendly staff. If its glass & it smokes, they got it among other thingz. Extensive selection! & unlike Bear Necessitys they carry items that are intended 2 smoke other things than marijuana derived products... If u know what I mean.

Never had bad customer service here. Always professional with guys that know their stuff. Prices are a little high but worth the experience. Their selection is awesome too.

Stopped by to pick up a couple things, unfortunately, even though on-line its advertised to close at 6 pm on Sundays, they are closed. Considering that it was 5:35 when I arrived Im feeling a little put out. Also the fact that the store doesnt have hours posted in the window leaves me to question whether the hours listed on-line are inaccurate, or if whomever working today just had something better to do! Guess Ill never know...

Amazing experience! So glad my husband and i dropped by, its so much bigger inside than we realized, we got amazing glass, lighters, torches, even incense at this one stop shop. Hilarious adult themed items are sold as well, spent way more than expected, but BOGO and BTGO deals made it so worth it. will return with more money!

Id give zero stars but its not an option. They sell counterfeit ooze batteries at nearly full price. Would not recommend this company.

I bought 2 pieces from this store, i enjoy them. as far as the products go, people act is if the people running the store made the pieces themselves. Dont buy cheap and think its going to work like sometihng high quality, you get what you pay for.

Bought this kit with 2 pieces missing. They refused to refund however, replaced with a new kit. Smoke shop down the street defiantly more friendly and have more knowledge of their products.

Got to the store at 9:00 amd stayed until 9:20. The sign on the door says they open at 9:00. Changing management doesnt look like it did much. Thats ok. Im sure 420 Friendlys, that opens at 10:00, like the sign says, will be glad to take my money. What a shame. This place is much closer to my house. You guys missed out on some repeat $$$$$.

I bought a torch here and it died a week later, then I made a deal with the owner to get a better one for $12 bucks more, and that torch died after two weeks. Seriously kicking myself for spending $40 on a knock of torch when I could have gone to Walmart for half the price. This place is way overpriced and their items are not even near quality. Go to mellow yellow. Wayyy better. Never give this place your money. Youll regret it like I did.

Over priced counterfeit wholesale items. Workers lie and say theyre the manager and will kick you out if you ask if some products are authentic. Bear Necessities and Mellow Yellow are the better local options.

The worst quality glass in town, I’ve bought 3 nails from here in the past week because the each one before had broken due to defections and the employees are not friendly or helpful whatsoever. Will not be coming back here EVER again.

Wont be back! First pipe dude showed me was high quality glass yet it was thin AF and cracked on the bottom, so I bough a diffrent one for $20 and it craked under just a little bit of heat! If I wanted to waste my money id go the strip club in garden city

Unfortunately the lady who worked the closing shift of 01/31/19 didnt want to take my money. She said, I dont see the strip on here. Do you have another bill? It dont mean its fake, I just dont see the strip. Keep in mind its only a $5 bill. No problems until now. So stupid.... so I had to drive down to Bear Necessities. Believe me, I was not the only customer who decided to drive down the road to a different shop.

Initially I was pretty upset because I bought an ecig and it stopped working when I charged it. I just became angrier as the day went on. I went into the shop and the employee fixed it in minutes and threw in a coil. I will definitely be returning

Worst experience of my life I bought a vape pen take it home use it a couple of times go to plug it in to the charger and I go out front for a minute look in my house and its full of smoke because the charger caught fire so we took it back to the store and the manager told cause it is used there was nothing he would do HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE GO TO THE YELLOW BUILDING DOWN THE STREET. Bought a vape tank from this location. When I opened the box it was already broken. Took it back and there is nothing they can do about it. This place has poor customer service. Nothing but thieves here to take your money

Its a great place to go look,but being from Denver and shops everywhere this shop is very overpriced and thats even with a 2 for 1 deal and I can go across the street to Conoco and buy the 2 for alot cheaper without a deal,but everyone is nice and cool that Ive come across so far
