I’ve been coming to RSV since I moved east of Greeley in 2021. They have phenomenal flavors in house juices, a great selection of my favorite premium juices and nearly always have my atomizers in stock. The location in Greeley and Loveland have always been super friendly and knowledgeable, greeting me EVERY time I come in and could answer any question I threw at them. Their Dispo Bars are super long lasting and I love the indicator for battery and juice life and you can’t beat their price. I was just in tonight and found that I will be able to continue purchasing from my favorite vape store when I move to Fort Collins. Also, the convenience of being able to order online is such a lifesaver sometimes!!! Thanks for perfection the last 3 years guys!

Clean store with lots of options. As someone who has not really vaped before and had no idea what they were doing I was overwhelmed. Luckily, resident expert EJ was working and fielded all of my questions to the point where I actually knew what I wanted. He also walked me through all of my options and was very patient with my tiny brain. He helped me find a good deal on something that both sets me up long term and didnt break the bank. Ive frequented this shop for the last couple of years and it seems as though their popularity is down. I have to personally say that each time I have been in the store, Ive been greeted positively and quickly by an employee. Theyre never hiding in the back or too busy to address you. Their prices are what you would expect to pay - nothing exorbitant. They dont try to upsell you on mods or tanks when youre looking for something new, but they have solid suggestions, at least in my experience. Matthew is who helped me out yesterday while I was just picking up some juice, but he was a nice guy and quick to help.

Absolutely to notch staff. We are there about once a week and it seems every staffer is more considerate and engaging than the last. Yesterday (10/4/23) the gentleman who waited on us was just about as kind as you can imagine. A 30 year smoking habit was broken thanks to these guys! I now get their Neptune house juice with zero nicotine and it’s great. Best vape shop in Northern CO, for sure.

I come here 2x a week, sometimes just for the vibes. Everyone who works here gives top notch customer service, makes you feel like you’ve known them for years, and are ALWAYS happy to see you when you come in. I tried the disposable that they make there at the shop cause they were out of what I normally get and I can honestly say it’s really good and I recommend it. You can tell that they are all knowledgable and truly care about the place they work at. I’m moving away soon and will sincerely miss this vape shop and all the people who work there that make coming there such a pleasant and unique experience.

One of the best shops I’ve ever been to. I’ve been everywhere from Fort Collins to Denver and I keep coming back here, 20 minutes out of my way from home. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and just wants to sell you what fits you best, rather than other shops trying to leverage a high ticket sale. It feels like you’re walking into your homie’s vape shop, the environment is incredibly inviting and everyone has a great attitude. Everyone is great, but EJ IS HIM. He’s the man! My wife and I are trying to quit smoking. We decided wed try switching to vaping and cutting nicotine down little by little. So we came here. The guys I have come in contact with here have all been very welcoming and knowledgeable. At first it all seems a little more complicated then it really is. I definitely recommend coming here compared to other vape shops. Ive been to a few other vape shops in the greeley area and I have to say this one will be the one we shop at. Every time I go in here the staff is rude or absent and I end up regretting purchasing anything. Ive now been sold the wrong coils 3 different times by 3 different employees. My vape is usually in my hand and as staff they should really know what theyre trying to sell. They always look confused to have someone in their store and act inconvenienced by customer presence. Ive been sold the wrong thing there more often than not; globes, coils, even a tank. I need to be reminded not to go in here because none of your employees seem to have a clue.

This place is awesome for vape enthusiasts or beginners. The employees are very knowledgeable on their products and can recomend anything to you if you ask and 9/10 it will be great. Their juices are the best Ive found and their prices are pretty good. Also the staff make you feel comfortable and catch your attention the moment you walk through the door to ask what they can do for you. Its a younger crowd for sure but all nice people.

I want to leave a good review. Cause I really used to love this place, but they have had some issues with the new staff. The tall one tends to keep his friends in the store at all times, and they love to give unwanted advice and opinions all the time. Most of which are wrong, or at the very least uninformed. The women gives wrong information on a daily basis. And the other one thats been there a while is arrogant and rude. It didnt used to be this way. But, over time its gotten worse. I wont return. Vapor Core or Things That Bubble for me. They may be more expensive, but the service is far better.Edit: Decided to go in recently just to give them another chance. Another staff shuffle later and things haven’t gotten better. I honestly don’t think they would give you the proper coils, even if they had a cheat sheet. We bought a brand new mod/tank combo and asked for a pack of coils to go with it. A $20 pack of coils that we can’t use because they are the totally wrong size. I wonder how many other customers walked out with the wrong products. I miss the original staff. At least they knew what they were doing.

Love love love this shop. I was a regular at another shop in town, and then I came into Red Star. Prices are amazing, employees are so kind and just down to earth. Very knowledgable and willing to take their time exploring flavor options, set up info, etc. I never feel rushed, and havent needed to go to another shop for anything vape related!

First time buyer and first visit. I must have walked in on a good day because I didnt have any of the issues some of the negative reviews have reported. Knowledgeable and friendly staff helped me learn about the products they sell, gave me options and let me smell some of the juices to make sure I was a satisfied customer. They also took the time to put it together and showed me how to maintian the products I purchasd. I do hope this habbit stops, but I will keep my business here for the time being.

Closed when they say they are open. Dont get me wrong, small shop and friendly, but they cant keep a schedule. Arrived at 1100 hours when they claim to open. Locked up tight. Stopped by a half hour later, still locked up. Happens at night also, 40 minutes until the close, and they are closed early. Happens all the time. To bad it is worth the hassle.

Most overpriced vape shop in town. Sell the same vape for $30 that you can get at Things that bubble for $20. Been here a couple times just because it was close and not only overpriced but had to deal with the same girl each time. Always seems to be in an extreamly bad mood and made each visit uncomfortable. Not worth it

Working here out of town. Went in for some juice ended up walked out with a new mod, RTA coil build kit, cotton, and some pre made coils. David was very very helpful and didnt pressure me into anything and showed me everything I needed to know and I was building my deck within an hour of leaving and everything worked great. And all was very very reasonably priced and topped it all off with a 10% Military discount. Love this place.

I consistently am very Loyal to Red Star Vapor on 35th ave and Greeley because from my second time going back to the same store I was greeted by name which was a huge impression. I am very impressed by how professional and how much expertise each employee has. Red Star Vapor has everything you need and all the knowledge from the employees you want to know. Red Star has a very welcoming ambiance and warm feel as you walk through the door, you are always greeted immediately. The employees are also fun but know when to be professional. I now have become a regular over the past year. I suggest Red Star to anyone, you wont be disappointed. Becoming a regular and getting to know Katie who is the Regional manager I believe ? Finding a great manager is hard. Being a manager myself and also working for 7 years at a night club in Scottsdale AZ I found working for managers who truly care when they see that you care makes a huge impact on morale and the want to continue going to work and making the company you work for look great because your managers treat you great. Katie seems to give that vibe which I believe has had a huge positive impact. ORyan, David, Travis and Trevor and I am forgetting a couple names of employees and I feel bad for this, they are all great, but my point is I am takin back at all of there professionalism. Forgive my long review but I really wanted to be detailed in this. This store doesnt enforce Colorado state mandates. No concern for their employees or customers saftey or health. This is very very small store. You cant even stay 6 ft away from the selfish people without masks.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Staff is extremely rude went to get a coil for my vape and was told to leave my two kids outside where not only is it 40 degrees out but there’s a possibly the could have got taken hit by a car whatever. I don’t get it since I had been in there before with them and never once told to leave them outside before. They need to go don’t say one thing then another. I will only ever shop at smokers depot better experience all around and way way way better to me period never once have I been told to leave my kids outside where anything could happen.

Extremely helpful! I bought a SMOK nord 2 kit and juice. I brought the kit home, charged and filled then...nothing. The vape didnt work. I returned to the store and got help with getting it working. Apparently I wasnt clicking fast enough to turn it on. But the best thing is they didnt make me feel stupid! I will continue to shop here because the staff is awesome!

I purchased a VooPoo Mod Drag and as soon as I put the parts together as well as filled the tank, it didn’t want to hit, i tried switching coils and cleaning it out but still nothing...is it possible to return it and get another one? I still have the box and the receipt

My husband and I went into the shop to buy a mech mod on the 20th this month. The lady behind the counter had told us if we changed our mind or didnt like it to bring it back and we could return it for our money back. We called this morning (the 28th) to make sure that what she had said was true, and we were told it was and to come on in and we could get it refunded. Get to the store only to find out they dont do returns on mods .Dishonest sales people.

Knowledgeable staff, fair prices, and a good variety of products. I even went in for parts (atomizers) and they had them available for my device despite it not being top-of-the-line anymore.

I love this vape shop. They have a rewards program. They have weekly discounts I believe it maybe monthly though. They have daily vape sales on the flavor of the day. Huge assortment of juices and devices. Theres no smoking in doors but they do allow buyers to smellthe juices to see if theyll like them. Love this place!

Red star has some of the most reasonable prices on e juice especially if you get the daily deal. I got a full mod set up from them which has treated me very well.
