I have been going there since August and signed up because of Amy Sue working the front desk. She is now a massage therapist and just had an AMAZING session with her ! I like Massage Envy because it’s a good location for me, in Greeley and can normally get an apt booked relatively quickly. I definitely see the most benefit going a few times a week to start, then once every week or two then maintenance once a month.
The best massage envy in Colorado! The staff is great at this location. They almost always answer the phone, and if they don’t answer, they always call back right away. The staff is always friendly, professional, helpful, and welcoming.I’ve been to several other massage envy’s in Colorado, from Cherry Creek to Fort Collins, and the Greeley location is the absolute best.
I just had my first ever massage by Stephanie and haven’t felt that relaxed in a very long time. She is amazing and I highly recommend them! The front staff was kind and very helpful. I’ll be back for sure!
Honestly, I was worried about going here because I hadn’t heard a lot of good things about it, I was pleasantly surprised. I had an amazing massage by Anna (now don’t everyone go book with her because I want to be able to get in to see her again! 😂), and the front staff was pleasant & informative. I definitely will be back!
This was my first time going here. I made the appointment day of online, and received a call minutes after booking saying the website made a mistake, and that I actually wasn’t able to get the massage unless I wanted the 90 minute massage, instead of the 60. I didn’t have time for that, so I said that won’t work. I was put on hold for a while, and then the receptionist said it was fine and to come in anyways. I get there and everything seemed fine. I was told it was a full body massage and I requested a gentle and relaxing touch. My masseuse was hard on me, and focused on my back and neck the entire time. I went in for a relaxing massage and left feeling like I got hit by a car. My masseuse was really sweet, I feel bad saying she didn’t do what I wanted. But I definitely won’t be coming back. Overall there was a lack of communication between me, the receptionist, and the masseuse. The facility was clean, although couldnt help but notice the amount of signs they had trying to push you to buy some kind of membership.
I was sold a membership, being told that it could be cancelled at anytime. I went in to cancel it and was told that I was committed for a year. The woman at the counter said that the woman that sold it to me was new at the time and did not know the correct rules, but that I signed the paperwork and was committed for a year.I would never recommend Massage Envy, Greeley CO. They trick you into something by telling you one thing but giving you a contract and making you stick to it.
I went in to purchase my wife a gift card for a massage and facial (to include an appropriate tip). My wife later went in and when checking out was surprised to have been short by approximately $75. This was either a mistake ringing up the service or a problem quoting me the appropriate amount for the gift card. Either way, this meant that it cost nearly 50% more than expected and they did not seem to think of anything to make this right.That being said, my wife said the service of the actual massage and facial were very good.
I havent ever been able to get a massage in my life but I finally got one and I just have to say, Anna is amazing! After years of pain, she massaged so much tension out of my body, Im going back in 3 weeks for another session, but Anna knew exactly what I needed and honored my requests for which places to focus on on my back and feet, I feel so much better. Definitely coming here again!
This place is absolutely terrible, I will never go here again, the Manager Jennifer, that runs this place, has her child running around the building, I have seen the way she talks to customers, it is absolutely absurd, I used to be a member, but with the amount of pests that wander the halls and massage rooms, this is one of the most unsanitary places I have ever gotten a massage. I have never felt more disrespected than I have here. Completely unacceptable. RUN! Do not give these people your money!
I requested a cancelation of service in January of 2022, they instead just removed me from text communications and continued to charge my account. That is $600 that I am owed by this location for services not rendered or wanted, corporate cannot assist as this is a franchised location.Update 01/22/23Adjusting to two stars based on interaction with a newer manager at this location. She has gone to bat and got a refund of the charges for the last twelve months and is getting this canceled out. I hope this is a good sign for the location!
I have went to massage envy for several months and had a very pleasant experience I never had a desire to discontinue my monthly appointments, until today. I fell this afternoon while out for a walk and landed on my face. I called to let them know I could not come in. I was told that I would be charged 50% if I did not come. I cannot believe the lack of compassion and care for their customers. I will discontinue using them and find a new place to go. Sad day I really liked my monthly massages.
I started going here last summer, I went 2 times and somehow I ended up in a contract.. I was told was a membership. I thought I was just getting discounted massages so i could focus on my health but was told they could shut it down anytime.. 3 months later I call to shut down my member account because I could never get in when I needed to and I just hate spending $70 a month on something I cannot use.. just to be told they wont close it and I had to continue to pay it. I have paid for it over the year which means I spent close to $900 for 2 massages. I highly advise against this place and will never return there. I will say any of my family and friends be careful who ypu listen to when thinking you are getting a great deal its a way to be stolen from and lied to.When I contacted them as they asked they did not help at all.. they try to make me cruddy offers but they are a joke.. they didnt help me to begin with and tricked me into a contract the desk lady told me I could cancel anytime I wanted because it was a membership and they wont refund money or anything they said I can give my massages to someone else lol nope I will not have anyone I know go here.. I will tell everyone to go anywhere else.
So upset!. Called at 11:00 am this morning and made a 90 minute appointment at 6:30 pm today, for my son who is 17 almost 18, for his big sports event Friday. Then at 4:36 pm they call and canceled saying the massage person says they dont work on Minors!!!! I told them at 11:00 his age and now it is too late to book with another place. So unprofessional of them!!!
Stephanie is a fantastic massage therapist. She is very professional and has a way of truly calming my mind as well as my body. Absolutely fantabulous!!
You cannot make an appointment at any of them for months. We have been members for a long time, and the only way we can use our credits is by going to other states. Do not become a member it is a waste of time and energy. They do not do an hour massage, you have to get a 90 minute massage to actually get an hour massage. They bug you to become a member but then once you are they cannot get you any appointments for months so your credits just build up and trap you. I am very frustrated
If I could give 0 stars I would, every month is the same thing I call to schedule an appointment foe myself because I have a membership with them. AND EVERY time they tell me the same thing. That they don’t have any appointments available and to call Loveland and fort Collings because they have more openings? I’ve spoken with the manager multiple times and nothing ever changes. I wanted to cancel my membership multiple times. They told me I have to wait a year or they would send me to collections. Apart from the $70 they already charge me they charge me another $15 for nothing! Because I don’t have an appointment with them any month. It’s not my fault I can’t get in. Just be aware of making a contract with this company they will tell you lies just to get you to sign a membership with them. They will tell you that there’s appointments and there’s not. I would not recommend them at all.
I have had a terrible experience trying to get a massage that my husband purchased for me for Christmas. They have now had to reschedule twice and each time not had a therapist available to do prenatal when needed. I have been trying to get this massage for a month. When I spoke about my frustrations with the receptionists she continued to argue with me explaining the necessities of cancelling and how when therapists are sick they are required to call out because they are opening muscles. I am a nurse and I understand sick calls but the poor customer service is what is the most frustrating part. I was told to go to another Massage envy if I didnt want to come to Greeley. I will be going to Loveland where their customer service is already improved after one encounter on the phone.
This place is absolutely horrible. In the beginning it was good but I tried to book an appt with the same lady I had and they literally told me she got fired. This new lady I had left bruises all over my body no matter how many times I told her that it hurt. Everytime I try to book an appt it gets cancelled and I get referred to another location then that location gets cancelled and I am transferred to another one. I was completely pressured into a membership which THEY WILL NOT LET YOU CANCEL and they are just completely rude on the phone trying to reason with them. They just love stealing your money. Please do not ever spend your money here. I wouldn’t even give them one star.
When I initially came in, I noticed that a membership massage was significantly cheaper than the non-member. So I signed up, and several times confirmed with the sales woman that I could cancel my membership at my leisure. When I returned there a month later to cancel they informed me that the only way to cancel is to move somewhere without a massage envy location, or to have doctor sign off that you are unable to receive massages. I obviously am not going to just move, and I am far to young for a doctor signing off that I am unable to get massages. Long story short, these people are slippery, take your business elsewhere.
Look, my expectations for a massage envy are simple: a decent massage, clean space, and I always expect them to upsell. (Corporate America has its Pros and Cons) HOWEVER, this location has some magic pixie dust. My mom scheduled massages for my sister and I, for a girls weekend, and I went in with my normal Massage Envy expectations. I walked out blown away. My massage was amazing. My sisters massage was amazing. She had already been once before and had a great experience then too. I highly recommend Diana G, and my sister highly recommends Aubrey (she has massage brain so she doesnt remember last initial - sorry). As a routine massage attendee, I will certainly be coming back when Im in Greeley. As a business consultant, I hope corporate takes a lesson from this location.
I paid for a 60-minute massage. Was taken back at 11:15 and released at 11:56. Actually only about 40 minutes of massage. Massage itself was mediocre. Still required to pay full price. Massage therapist left one whole half of my back unmassaged, AND it was the side with my primary complaint. When I expressed complaint to receptionist, was told that I could leave a review through the receipt email. No such email came.
The massage itself was great.The customer service is horrible and Im disappointed in how I was treated. I was treated as though I was stealing from them when trying to utilize an online gift card, that was never emailed to either party but was able to present proof of purchase. Now at this time, they are stealing from the person who gifted me this massage. Terrible corporation policies in place and seemingly low quality tech support, unable to locate a simple gift card.
For some reason, this place Likes to keep trying to charge peoples account after theyve already given the proper notice and cancelled their membership. Just look at all the negative reviews on here. I cancelled my membership back in November( when my membership ended), telling them to make sure I wasnt charged again after the next billing period. Ive sent emails to the local location as well as the corporate office, made phone calls, and they still havent fixed this. Massage Envy has now sent me to collections for a continuous membership which I did not authorize. Buyer beware, DONT EVER GET A MEMBERSHIP WITH MASSAGE ENVY.
Not sure if it’s software needing updated or what. I feel like the website should not be able to book you at 2 locations. If I get an error staying ‘something Went wrong’ went I hit book. I assume the appointment doesn’t go through. Nor did they call to confirm my appointment until it was past the time so obviously I thought since I booked at another location and there was an error when I tried to book and no phone call, I assume I don’t have an appointment and don’t think much of it. I won’t assume any longer. I will call from now on, no online no app.Also, maybe a software update as I log into my account apparently when the office hits a no show or cancel it doesn’t show any more under upcoming appointments. My doctor office appointment even show as cancelled. I would feel better knowing that since your software double books at different locations and it was more than 24 hours that I would get a call or at least have a paper trail of an appointment I missed. I do feel horrible that an employee missed out on money and I wouldn’t do that.Marcus is very professional and does what he can but for 2018 and everything on line or an app, I feel it should be smart enough not to double book in a day of logged in and have a traceable accurate accout.The couple massages I have gotten here are hit and miss.
I was able to get in the following day (someone cancelled - Thank god!) called right before closing on a sat. had to call several times to get someone to pick up.Other than that ... Hands down the best Deep tissue massage I have ever had. She was well educated on the body and knew exactly were I needed to be massaged. I tried to book to see Jenn b. every 2 weeks but she was already booked a month out. I dont live in Greeley but travel to Greeley for business.
I can’t say anything in regards to their massages because i have yet to have one . I can say though that their customer service was understanding and accommodating. I was promptly refunded for cancellation fees and had follow up calls . Thank you ! I am most appreciative and will recommend this place to anyone!
Doesnt deserve a star. This place doesnt know what they are doing. Massages are terrible at this place. And doesnt go by the time frame give me they finish earlier than quoted. When comes to signing up with membership not descriptive enough to my eyes. Had an account in Maryland and they freezes my account for 6 months max. The gentleman told I could do that and I needed to do so because I was and am gone out of country for a while but they kept wanting to charge me and I told them exactly what happen and the lady or manager was rude uncooperative and doesnt care what has happened and doesnt want to help me. Have gone to Fort Collins store to complain and tell me all the time that Greeley store doesnt know what they are doing and tell people wrong information all the time. So misinforming your clients is the clients fault? And yet I get a new voicemail this week claiming I never respond in February. That is when we were discussing everything and the manager said no, no and no on everything to try to fix all the problems that the store will not claim to be responsible for. The new voicemail claim saying I never responded I listened to it and Im like seriously we did talk you wont listen or dont care if your employee misinformed me of the contract. simply do not care and only want to take my money when the store has given me many faults. I have shown up to the place and ask where is the manager and everyone tells she is not here. I tell them well she told me to come in person. I show up and she is not there. From driving all the way from Fort Collins. Seriously. Hence why I just went to Fort Collins store.Run away from this place. Go to Fort Collins store.So wrong for what they done to not only me but several other people that told me at Fort Collins place as well as the people that work there. Whats more messed up is the Fort Collins place, told me they would fixed everything where I wouldnt have to pay any of those days but since I signed up in Greeley only they can do that and they wont do it.Run away bad customer service and ill- informed and horrible massages awaits you at this place.
If you cancel on them, its the end of the world, snappy comments, extra charges, the works. But if they cancel on you 2 hours before your apt, then its perfectly ok..... lol, this place is a scam.
Completely terrible….I am getting a surgery and can’t get massage done for atleast 3 months prior and they won’t let me cancel my membership. The massage caused me more pain than comfort the following day after massage. Don’t recommend at all. Absolutely rude people
The business model and response when a cancellation due to illness need considerable improvement. Although follow up for therapists is extensive, i.e. an online review following each experience, no follow up was available from a poor front desk experience.If the response had been different, I might still be a member. Instead, this long-time member has discontinued membership for good.
My husband and I went to this location for our introductory massage, for an hour and a half service. My husband has just been diagnosed with a type of pancreatic cancer and showing no physical signs. After filling out their forms as asked, we eagerly awaited the massage. My husband was told he could not receive the massage, which was enforced by the manager of the establishment and then carried out by the therapist Ashley, who reported she did not want to risk moving the cancer around. When asked if she could just give him an arm massage (which was hurting from tendonitis), he was also told no. When we asked the people working the front desk for the cancer policy - they could not find it, and all of a sudden the manager was the acting manager instead. All I wanted for my husband was a relaxing service, and instead we were the victims of discrimination and ignorance. Please do NOT support this establishment. I understand there are circumstances in which things are unacceptable to touch, but if we had not mentioned it on the form the staff would not have known the difference. We hope to hear back from the management and the owner soon.
Michelle at the Greeley, CO location was unprofessional, openly disrespectful to me and should not be working if she is uncomfortable with providing massage therapy services during this time of Covid-19 social distancing and racial insecurity. She came out, looked at me - a Black female - and didnt say a word. Other therapists came out, greeted their customers, and started their appointments on time. After coming back and forth into the lobby a few times, Michelle finally greeted me nearly 10 minutes late to start my appointment. She was complaining about another customer from Texas, or perhaps it was me she was talking about but it was an uneasy feeling from the time I first saw her. She was rude, inappropriate, complaining and conveying her personal opinions of disapproval. I suggested we should cancel because it would not be a good experience if she was uneasy, and she said, maybe you should. Unbelievable. Ive been a ME customer for decades and have gotten massages across the country and never have I ever experienced this kind of rudeness, disrespect and blatant disregard for the customer experience. I did everything within Massage Envys Covid-related guidelines and so Im confused as to why I received this kind of treatment. Unfortunately, even at a muture age, Michelle never learned that she should refrain from expressing her concerns about work requirements and environment to her customers; and refrain from expressing her personal feelings about ME customers - regardless of where they are from - to the customer. I would hope that she would know she should talk to her manager in private about such matters. However, given the situation where Michelle didnt feel the need to express these feelings until after she saw me, it is apparent that her personal racial biases prompted her. Unacceptable. In defense of the other Greeley staff and leadership, they reached out to me to make every effort to make up for Michelles ignorance. Unfortunately, this happened at a pivotal point in my engagement with ME, where I was reconsidering continuing a long term relationship. My home salon in Las Colinas, TX is not the reason but the ME brand was horribly represented and unfortunately this type of behavior affects all the franchises.
I called to make an appointment for June 2nd, and as I was setting up the appointment the receptionist asked for my credit card information. I was hesitant to give it to her and she said oh no we just need it on file. then we dont make it to the appointment for personal reasons and we get a call telling us we are going to be charged the full $120 no one every told us if we didnt make the appointment we would be charged the full price. This was poor communication on the receptionist end because she knows more about her job than I do. I cant read minds how am I going to know that if I show up or not im being charged regardless.
I had a great massage therapist at this Massage Envy. I am very ticklish and not all massage therapists are accomodating to my pressure needs, but the therapist I had here was. If I twitched or anything, she either backed off or adjusted her pressure. I also enjoyed the calm atmosphere in the entire place. My only frustration was that the staff were a little pushy about add-ons and memberships. I understand it is the associates jobs to sell these things, but a single massage is a luxury for most people, let alone a pricey monthly membership.
These people are CROOKS. Do NOT give them your business. My girlfriend made an appointment for Saturday the 26th because we had a voucher for a free message. The morning of the message she realized the voucher was expired, so she called and left a message when no one answered the phone to cancel her appointment. Easy right? Image our surprise when her checking account was billed $90 for the message she canceled! This $90 charge then over drafted her account, causing a $35 fee to be charged to the account. Unaware that the account had been charged by Message Envy a $4.75 Starbucks coffee later that day caused another $35 fee to be charged to the account. Message Envy NEVER called or emailed giving any notice of the billing. When the appointment was made we were NEVER told we would be billed for not showing up, even though we attempted to cancel the appointment. After $160 in damages caused by Message Envy the manager was EXTREMELY rude and offered to do absolutely nothing. This is not how businesses should be run. Do not give them your business. If our story doesnt convince you to avoid this establishment, read the other Google reviews. It seems Message Envy disappoints or rips off quite a few people.
This location has made it extremely difficult for me to end my membership which I fulfilled and fully paid for after one year. This company will tell you that you can end the membership with no issue but in reality you get different stories from different locations on how to stop the membership. Then they use their excuses to just keep charging your credit card. If you call your credit card company to deny payment, then they send the matter to collections. Its a no win with this company. And the massages arent that good either. The massuesses at the Greeley location all try to chat with you during the massages. Not relaxing or professional at all.
I only go here for Jen. She is the best deep tissue masseuse I have ever had. She is so knowledgeable about the human body and I’ve felt the best I’ve had in years. I purchased the membership solely for her and her magic hands. This woman deserves a raise!
I dont know what these naysayers are talking about. The Front Desk staff is ALWAYS very courteous and attentive when Im there, and Thomas is the absolute best for deep tissue work! As for timing, when you book an hour, theres 5 minutes on each end to undress and dress. Still, a 50 minute massage with Thomas is better than 90 minutes with others. And when I book a 90 minute....man oh man, someone carry me to my car!
Dont buy membership they take them if you dont use them or just give money u got donate them just give rest money u owe me or donate to united way if u care about people money
This was a great experience. Very relaxing and she really worked some knots out. I had just had 3 days of brutal physical work and this was exactly what I needed to reduce some pain!
Rosie gave me such a relaxing massage, I nearly fell asleep. She was professional, friendly and thorough. Jessica gave me such a rejuvenating facial. She too was professional, very friendly and caring to my sensitive skin needs. I will be back for Rosie and Jessica.
My Therapist was great, used just the right amount of pressure and was sensitive to my needs. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions. I am definitely going back!
I have been going to massage envy for about 4 months, and I get the deep tissue massage which it does hurt a little but thats the only way my muscles will loosen up, and it feels great afterwards.The only thing that i would like is for the massage to be the full time, I know they cut the massage short to include getting dressed, but at the other place i went to, which i went there for over a year, I got my massage for the full time. I like this place better so if they could do the massage for the whole 60 or 90 min. that would be great. I still love going here and will not change.
Massage envy is great for a good price too. I only pay $70 a month and Carrie is amazing. Makes me fall asleep every time, good staff good environment.
I love Massage Envy, I have cancer and this is one of many suggestions is to get massages. I have going to the Greeley location for a little over 3 months and have not had any issues, except I have to schedule the therapist online to make sure I can have her treat me. Excellent, caring and professional.
Been a good experience until last 2 times I was scheduled were canceled cause scheduled therapists didnt come in or couldnt but called like 30 minutes prior to my appointment when I was headed there and almost there.
I love this place. Always so nice and so personable. Best therapists around. I especially love Diana, Lee and Yvonne. Front desk staff Michael is wonderful. I don’t get the hate. Go there! It’s awesome.
No Stars for Massage Envy! They are a bunch of crooks! They rope you into a contract you cannot afford then renew it with out your permission! Their staff is trained not to tell you that more payments will be coming out of your account. Their therapists are not highly qualified - barely out of school. BE CAREFUL!
Paid for months of service that I could no longer use and was told I could gift them. Services mysteriously dissappeared after my payment didnt go through even though I was never notfiied. Liars and terrible service. Manager hung up on me. Very unprofessional and will never recommend. I got scammed big time.
The customer service of this location is abismal. Tried canceling my membership several times and it took until I spoke to the manager to even be sent the cancellation form. Save yourself a headache and $ and look elsewhere for a massage.

Cancellation policy is ridiculous. They kept charging my credit card after I cancelled membership. All other Message Envy locations allow cancelling membership by phone except this location makes you fill out a stupid paper in person. I wont be going back.
Went in saturday evening to buy a gift card for a friend... been many times to another massage envy and now want to try this one out. Front desk gal helped me even when thy were about to close, she was very nice when i didnt understand and addressed all my needs for the pruchase, impeccable service for massage envy
The constant turn over with the reception area always leads to mistakes. Be prepared to wait weeks for an opening. I regret having signed a contract with them.
Did not enjoy my massage at all! I choose medium pressure and it felt more like very rough, had to keep telling to go lighter and never listened. Not worth what you pay for.

Had a cusotmized facial last week... booked 90 minutes, received less then an hour, asked for extractions, received two when it was obvious I needed a little more then that... the entire facial was not very relaxing, she put three different products on, which I could of done at home.... when I left she didnt fully clean my face so I had mask left on under the moisturizer she applied and also I had a whole glob of something in my hair and when Ive received facials prior to this one they ensure all of your hair is put back with some sort of a headband and this did not occur which left me leaving feeling very dirty... gal was very sweet but you could tell very inexperienced, also, one receptionist was very sweet and the other was extremely rude... overall not a good experience and would not recommend facials here.
Worst franchise Ive ever dealt with! Jumped through so many hoops to end our completed contract and they still havent done it. They continue to charge no matter what we do. I wouldve recommend this business to my worst enemy!!
I have been going to Massage Envy since Jan 2015, they have always been extremely professional and have always done a incredible job, therapist Sarah is the most professional and incredible therapist that has ever worked on me and ever time I leave I feel refreshed and destressed.. Good massage, but the therapist kept talking about how she was adopted and how upsetting it was for her to find out. She randomly mentioned it, and it was definitely the opposite of relaxing.
I never got a massage until I went to this place Claire as the one I get a massage from And she does an awesome job every time Ive had a lot of back problems and I have a huge knot in my leg and shes really helps me get my body back into shape I am a lineman and I do a lot of strenuous work I look forward to my monthly visits because it really gets me feeling good again
Ripoff of services, membership perks that are not followed through. You fully pay and in advance and so not get to use what you pay for. Save your money go elsewhere.
