I dropped in last night & was immediately amazed by the crazy, huge selection!!! I had a nice little encounter with Deepankaar. He was very polite & helpful. I will now go here for my vapes & would recommend for sure

I got the same review for the Bodega, the mellow yellow, and the new lit that just opened by Walmart on 47th because this chain of stores is all owned by the same guy who disperses his staff amongst all 4 stores and carries the same identical product between all the stores. Maybe it wouldnt be so bad if you had a handful of staff members who knew what they were selling or were slightly more passionate about the material but from what Ive been told, this business owner doesnt give his employees a discount so ultimately how are you supposed to expect your staff to be educated in the products they sell? I went looking for a replacement piece on a hookah and when the guy working asked me if anything in the nectar collector case was what I was looking for I couldnt help but laugh. When I told him, thats not even in the same realm of drug Im trying to smoke he recommended I try mellow yellow, who again might I remind you, carries the exact same inventory. Probably the most unhelpful, uneducated smoke shop chain you could possibly experience. And you cant even get mad at the employees, for being the biggest group of unmotivated college kids and adults who hate their lives when the owner pays them under the table, schedules everyone to work alone, And they cant even get so much as a 20% discount when things are marked up x3 as it is... Id hate my job too.

Bought a fake escobar here, didn’t notice till the next day so didn’t do anything about it. Went in again and got a different flavor, checked in store and it again was very clearly a fake. Employee wouldn’t do anything about it. Figured third times a charm and went in again to try another flavor because the shop is close to campus. Once again, was sold a fake, tried to trade it out, and they gave me yet another fake and refused to refund me. Won’t be buying from here again. Employees are even aware of the fake escobars they’re selling and still won’t do anything about it

Great store always have everything I need and answer every questions as well as Tristan he was great help now’s his stuff!

This shop is honesty my favorite out of the many in greeley they are always respectful and have a smile on and even when they dont have a smile they are still kind and are very helpful

DONT SPEND ANY MONEY HEREI was looking for another smoke piece and came here on recommendation of Mellow Yellow. I bought a piece for $150 and couldn’t use it because it had a broken piece INSIDE. Having it less for 24 hrs I took it bacc hoping to exchange it or get my money back. The person at the counter shrugged their shoulders and said “Yeah we don’t have any policies like that, sorry” and that “It’s up to the customer to look for scratches, dents, etc.” before buyingSo if you’re wanting to do an ISPY game before getting stiffed on your money this is the best place to be! What a waste, I’m sure they get a kick out of scamming all the college kids at UNC

Went in guy on his phone whole time while I was trying to make a purchase. Usually I go in and the workers are engaging. This guy wasn’t helpful at all. Actually I suggested I go somewhere else for the vape I wanted. I had to leave in a hurry couldnt try to the vape. Got home realized the vape was not in good condition, (burnt coil) I returned to try to exchange it guy said I couldn’t because I already left the shop. Even though I was there 15 min before. I have been there multiple times before and it was never a problem if the vape didn’t work. The other workers there were more than helpful. Bad experience, probably won’t go again not like that guy cares if I do or not, no worries. Guy didn’t even ID me or anything. I’m 26 but still he’s not doing his job. Hope it gets corrected

Every-time I come into the store I’m always greeted by one of the employees honestly best smoke shop in Greeley customer service 10/10 if your looking for a quick an affordable way to get your product the college shop is the way to go
