Glass City Smoke Shop

I don’t shop here but whoever works here is honestly rude. I was dropping off a ubereats order and I walked up to the door and asked the guy did he order it (because the address I had matched this place) instead of telling me he didn’t order anything, he closes the door on my face and gives me the finger. This place and that guy is an honest joke.

I came into glass city and there was a guy named RJ working. When I say he is so knowledgeable on all things from the flower to the cartridges. He showed me all of the different strains and helped me choose something that would really work for me! His customer service is a 10/10 and the next time you’re at this glass city definitely see if RJ is available!!!

Good Experience. I visit many smoke shops in the Greensboro area. This one ranks with the best. Overall a great selection of products. Most importantly, the young gentlemen (23yo) with black hair was a huge help in explaining the products. This is so rare, as many smoke shops hire staff who are not familiar with any of the products. He was patient, professional, insightful, friendly and energetic. Ill be recommending this specific location to many friends and family members. A well run business from start to finish. Kudos to the owner and staff.

This place always has what I am looking for. Good location too. Im digging the upgrades to security lately. Looks like theyre finally getting the message since Greensboro is dead set on staying broke and robbing local businesses.

Let me start by saying I have never had a problem with the staff. For me they have always been friendly and helpful. First time I had a broken item it was replaced no issue despite store policy, which is probably the main reason I kept going.Unfortunately frustrating issues with returns or simple things that most other shops would have no issue with. Ask to see what youre getting out of the package if possible. On the slim chance something goes wrong Out of the box you may just be out of luck. Their signage says NO EXCHANGES, RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS. Buy at youre own risk. and they mean it so be careful.Bottom line I just wanted what I paid for. Especially since it was clearly something that neither I nor the shop did, it was just a matter of faulty manufacturing.but that being said I dont like the idea of a 1 in maybe 50 chance of just losing money like that no matter the amount.

Usually a good vibe, employees are generally friendly & knowledgeable. Been to several stores and they’re consistent with variety - However today several customers came & went because the store was extremely late to open.. Very disappointed. Things happen in everyday life but timeliness is key in any degree of professionalism.

I usually like Glass City but the worker whos currently working at this location rubbed me the wrong way. Hes probably a kid but yeah, wasnt a good experience. He needs to learn customer service skills.

Great prices! Nice employees. Also make you test product before leaving to sure no issues after leaving store.

The only place I shop for all things Vape. They have the best prices in town for glass pipes accessories and novelties! Great customer service and a very knowledgeable staff. I definitely recommend any Glass City! They are awesome!

Just go to the store next door it’s better this place will charge 25 cent extra if you are using card and most times they are out of stock of common items

In the past i had nothing to complain about, chill employees, good stock. Today I came by today during business hours (5pm) and it was closed with no explanation.

Dude was out in the parking lot chilling, saw me walk up, made eye contact with me and literally watched me try to get in. This isnt at night either its bright outside, and he never came to let me in so I could shop. Says the place was open too but bro just sitting there. Smh

Nice products but I dont know if it was because we were black or what but the energy I felt was degrading. I had to let them know we have money we dont need to steal anything up in here
