Best massage place in Greensboro for sure. They are always able to accommodate me in mornings when I call same day which is super helpful and rare to find other places, and while I’ve only been there so far a handful of times, every massage therapist I’ve seen has been wonderful. Pleasant environment in rooms and they include choice of essential oil placed under headrest which is a nice addition (at no extra cost.) Can’t wait to go back! :)

I booked a last-minute appointment with Leslie the second I got off a plane ride from a back spasm. I was so impressed with her attention to my body when I couldnt listen to my pain. She spent conscious time to release the pain in the back that softened over the next 24 hours. She was consent forward and I highly recommend her work of massage. I am so grateful to Leslie!

I have not had a massage here yet, but I will. I am rating this business based on the hospitality and professionalism received over the phone and in person. I was trying to purchase a massage for my significant other, but he wasnt interested in receiving a massage from someone that he didnt know. Nevertheless, I will be back for myself very soon. The hours open was accommodating as well! Kudos to the staff.

We spent our Junteeneth day getting massages and we truly enjoyed them, they were much needed.

I have never had a massage like that! It was the best experience of my life! Jeremy was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do and how much pressure to apply! He is very good at what he does and listens to you and your body. I left feeling like a whole new person which exceeded my expectations!

My first. I went in due to severe muscle spams. The massage was wonderful, as it turns out I have something wrong with my spine and for now I need to take care of this problem I completely forgot the appointment that I had scheduled with them, due to me seeing Doctors, doing test etc. When I did remember I called and they were very understandi ng. I like this place and once I have surgery I want to go back just because it is very relaxing and feels wonderful.

Hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever received. Eboni was AMAZING!!! Really focused on the areas I said were an issue and could not have been any more sweet and professional. Easy to schedule and worked my husband and I in within a few days of us calling. 10/10 if you haven’t given this place a try you’re really missing out. I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and they are all great! I just had the best massage ever though, by Shawntell! Her technique was smooth and soft, the pressure was perfect! I suffer from tension migraines so I come once a month to get a massage to help. When I came in, I had one trying to start. 90 mins later and it’s completely gone! Thank you so much!!! For the massage school student clinic,I’m broke as a joke and massage isn’t the first priority right now but if you can spare the money the school clinic is a great deal and completely worth it.I always feel amazing after visiting and the students have been very professional and skilled. I feel safe and comfortable here as well.I have a lot of social anxiety so I don’t make pleasure trips often and it’s definitely a treat to come but I’m trying to make it at least a monthly visit because it’s such an amazing experience.

Kneaded Energy has given me the BEST educational experience in becoming a Licensed Massage Therapists. The instructors are kind, passionate, and knowledgeable about massage courses and the many modalities we can specialize in. I have also enjoyed the professional practice and look forward to enhancing my skills after graduation.

I literally called in for a last minute appointment and they welcomed me with open arms. I loved the atmosphere and Ian, was a great massage therapist. He had a firm, but gentle touch which was awesome not too much pressure, but just the right amount!

I am always happy coming here. I have tried a few different therapists now and am never disappointed. Even though I prefer my Lauren! The tables are always super comfy. Warm and inviting atmosphere. And even though they are super booked all the time. They always manage to get me in for my emergency appointments (when I’m really sore) highly recommend in every way!

I have been to KE several times over the last 6 years. The staff is friendly and the building is clean. I recently had a 90 minute massage with Oneita and it was blissful. I would highly recommend requesting her!

Love this place! Only complaint today was my massage therapist was very heavy handed I’m very sore after my 60 min session also she stopped at 50 mins! She was sweet and pleasant otherwise! I did not have to wait for my appointment time. They took me on schedule. This was my first time going there since they moved from the State Street location. Their checking in process, due to the COVID, was quick and easy. The atmosphere was very calming. My therapist was very professional and always asked if the pressure was okay. The lighting was perfect. I did not ask if there was a choice for the music played in the room but next time Ill ask. I would have preferred maybe an ocean sound/beach waves as opposed to what was being played. But overall it was a great experience.

Every therapist I have had there has been wonderful! The atmosphere and people are a pleasure to be around and very pleasant and professionally. I highly recommend coming here vs other massage institutions and I have been to 6 in the area. Abby in particular is amazing and can get very deep so she is definitely great. Renrick is amazing too because he not only works out your muscles with the right amount of pressure but also very relaxing! Great place!

My husband and I really enjoy it this massage center. It is serene, everyone is helpful, nice, very clean, and professional. Although I have some favorite practitioners, I have never had a bad massage no matter who I have seen. My husband and I liked it so much that we now have a membership. Once a month we go on a date; we each get a massage and then go out to eat.

I was given a gift card for my bday. I had never been but drove by everyday on my way to work. I wish I had stopped in sooner! It is amazing. I had Ricky and he was professional, really heard my needs and then proceeded to give me one of the best massages ever. I have had massages all over the world but this was hands down THE BEST. I wanted to give a shout out to Kneaded energy for making sure I was pleased with my massage services. The first therapist didn’t meet my expectations but they followed up with me immediately after. They emailed me to get me rescheduled with another therapist that could meet my therapy needs. I appreciate their focus on the customer. Thank you again.

My husband recommended I come in because I’m always on my feet,Plus I work with my hands. Came into the student clinic, Wonderful girl Rachell was my therapist,She did a great job. My only complaint is the room temperature was awful! It was freezing cold! My therapist was very sweet and apologized for the temperature. I know it is out of her control. I will not be coming back unless I call ahead to see what the temperature is first. I clearly understand it is the student clinic but clients shouldn’t be freezing.

Great place. Nothing compares to Integrative Therapies, but this comes close. Update Oct 2022: I have to quit going. I find a therapist I like, and then cant get another appointment with the same person. They are booked out for months. I do not feel comfortable with having a different person every time, and this has happened for the last year or more. So Im afraid thats it for me. Im happy for them, but too uncomfortable.

Been getting massages here since 2014. Have friends that went to their on site massage school and this is a great place to get a massage, will never go to a retail chain massage place again. KE also does 2x per year discount 10 pack (10 hrs) massages - killer deal. Try different therapists and see who you like. Also, things like aromatherapy, prenatal, and hot stone are part of the 60/90 min price, theres no elaborate menu of upcharges like those other places because they a care about the therapy you need.

I have been going here for five years now and have cycled through a few therapist. Once I met Rachel, I have found the perfect massage therapist for me. She is very kind and has magic fingers! The staff overall is very nice and accommodating. Once I showed up thinking I had an appointment when I didnt but they managed to fit me in with very little wait time. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I had my first massage with Johnny. Great hands. I received a deep tissue massage. I left feel less tension in my muscles. Hes very thorough and listen to your needs.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars because they truly deserve it!! From the minute I walked in I felt relaxed and rejuvenated. I suffered a bad fall and did not want to have to see a doctor. I explained all of my areas of pain to my therapist Emily J and she was able to work every single spot that I needed! I have always had an amazing experience here. The friendliest staff - they always make you feel comfortable. It seems like an office building on the outside, but upon entering - it’s like you entered this quaint, relaxing place. The therapists are professional. Ian is my therapist, and is great. But, many of my friends also go to Kneaded Energy and talk highly about their therapists as well. Definitely the best place in GSO/Piedmont to get a massage. Plus, they offer an extensive list of services. Priced competitively.

Nice atmosphere. We did the couples message. They put you into separate rooms with the door open in between. It is more or less just the two of you getting a message at the same time, but you can peak at each other if you want. My masseuse was very good but my fiance had a new guy that did not do a very good job. Because of this we probably wont be coming back

Excellent! Prompt greeting. Service started on time. Massage table was prewarmed. The room was a little cold for my personal taste and i wished i wouldve said something. I figured it was to keep the therapist cool. My therapist focused on my problem areas and added in a much needed and requested scalp massage that was divine. I love that they wrap your feet in a warm towel as soon as the massage starts. It instantly made me relaxed. Ill definitely return again!

Ive been to a few different places in the triad, and this place tops em all. The environment is super quiet and relaxing and very clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and accomodating. The therapist, Amanda S., was PHENOMENAL. Incredibly professional and utilized amazing technique to hand out the best massage Ive ever had. 10/10 will be back here again.

Oh I needed kneaded. Lol. I have knots all over my back and they will smooth out your muscles and its tolerable. For the first time since puberty I had no back or shoulder pain. They are very caring, professional, and knowledgeable. I have a standing weekly appt with them now. Sarah is AMAZING. When I cant book her I put anyone will do because they are all fantastic. She is just the best! This place has given me a life back.

I came to Kneaded Energy because of its positive online reviews and I was not disappointed. I had a 90-minute session with Rachel, who took the time to discuss my areas of pain and tension before beginning. During the session, she was professional, thorough and able to find areas of tension that I hadn’t even known I had. At no point during my visit did I experience aggressive upsells for memberships or packages, other than the gentle inquiry at checkout as to whether I’d like to get on the calendar again. Highly recommended, and I hope I can stop by again soon.

Kneaded energy is beyond amazing!!!! I woke up this morning and my body was hurting really bad. I took some ibuprofen and so at about 3ish I knew I needed a good massage. I call the popular places and every one was booked. So I googled massage therapy in Greensboro and kneaded energy came up. So I call, and they was able to get me at 6pm!!!! I was blown away that I was able to get in!!! Well its in a nice and not to busy area. The people are so nice, helpful, on time and the massage was out of THIS world the best Ive ever had!!! Also I was so impressed with the front desk in that when I when to pay, she call me by name and ask how everything was😁 I will never go anywhere else!!!👍

I needed to reschedule my appointment due to a family emergency the day of my appointment. I lost 30.00 because I was told that I could reschedule but I would have to pay again.

I came in there without an appointment & was in bad shape & they went out of there way & was able to get me in & theyre some great folks there. I almost wasnt able to walk or stand up but after my first session I was doing really good & my 2nd session was even better & I will continue seeing them till I get back to Texas where I am from. I highly recommend these folks they are real professional at what they do & I cant thank them enough God bless all the staff & the owners .

Yo, this place is good, I paid $40 for 30 minutes, which is kind of expensive because Im a college student, but still I tiped( they call the tip bird or something bird or bird something I thought it was cute) my therapist. However, the service was incredible. I told her to focus on my back and shoulders because I have big knots on my shoulders because mu backpack is always heavy and i was stressed. I treated myself with the massage because i finshed exams and I did well last semester! That $40 was definitely worth it, Im going back there when I have the money. Oh, I keep telling her she has the magic hands!

When I went to the massage establishment, I used a trainee for the first time and only once, so thats why I only gave them three stars.

I love this provider! I started using balance day spa, then their customer service starting going down hill a couple of years ago, so I switched to massage envy which was a total joke. Getting a massage scheduled should not have to be such a daunting task which is why I moved yet again to kneaded energy. Every call I make there is a smiling face on the other end, when I walk in the door the staff is smiling and you can tell they really enjoy what they do. I can almost always get an appointment around the time that I request or in the ball park, great job business owner! I am not sure who rated Balance Day Spa as the best in GBO clearly that was couple of years ago that is a joke.

Ive seen several different therapists at Kneaded Energy and theyve all been top notch. I particularly appreciate their massage as therapy approach. This isnt *just* a place to go and relax, its also a place where you can go to heal. Depending on what your body needs, theres a therapist there that can help. I definitely recommend Kneaded Energy, and wish I could go more often myself!
