Rude and unwelcoming staff. Can’t open their mouths to speak but can physically grab things from your hand. The other reviews commend the customer service but unfortunately that wasn’t my experience. Not a “Hi”, “how are you” or “ how can I help you. I’m not the type of person to go back and forth so I let it be but they really lack interpersonal and social skills, as well as respect.

I come in here pretty much every other day for some gummies, im sure they would probably recognize my face (i just dont feel comfortable having it as my public google picture lol) but they are seriously so awesome. theres a reason they have five stars - the only negative review i saw seemed to be tripping anyway, if im being frank lol, but their selection is great, and theyre such sweet approachable people. jenna always makes me feel warm and welcome - especially shopping alone as a girl, she just has such a helpful presence and has always helped me or answered my questions. theyre all super kind, chill and the point benefits are great too

Talk about a fall from grace. This used to be the place to go, but new staff make it insufferable. Septum girl is typically manning the register, and it takes her about 5 minutes to look up from her FaceTime call and acknowledge your presence. She is always so irritated and disinterested in providing customer service. The selection here has remained stagnant for four years, so it isnt like you need to explain much. How about you just acknowledge the customer and at least offer to help?

I’ve been coming here for a few months now, I love it. There’s so many options for practically everything. Idk any names yet but the tall man is usually in there when I come and he’s very nice and always gives the best advice on what I’m wanting.

This place has everything. The manager runs a tight shop/ship, with amazing glassworks, and all your cbd/vaping needs. The owners also own MRKTPLCE vape products, which is a premium e-juice brand with lots of awesome flavors.

I love this shop. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Amber and Zach make me feel like family and Ron is very proactive in the community and advocacy. Half the time Im not even in here to buy anything new but just to hang out, drink some nice local brews, and hang with the equally friendly regulars. I cannot recommend this place enough. The juices they make themselves are all awesome and worth trying as well.

I was referred to this place by a few different friends. They actually let you try the juice before you buy. I had a great experience sampling the different flavors. My absolute favorite vape shop. The atmosphere is relaxed and lovely, and the owner is just as wonderful. Where in some shops theres a feeling that youre annoying the employees by asking to try flavors the refinery features a sample bar where youre free to try any and all flavors at your own pace. The prices are also some of the cheapest Ive come across. I always visit the refinery if Im able to, and you should too!

Ive been going here for the past year and a half.Its a comfortable spot. Theres chill music, comfortable seating, satisfying videos on the screens. The Staff here and womderful and very helpful. You need parts? You need advice? They have all of that covered.The juice and mod inventory is hefty and displayed in the best way possible. I also forgot to mention, THEY HAVE A BAR.This isnt your typical smoke shop, this place is Unique. Its definitely a reason to throw away the cigarette pack. Stop by,. The Refinery is great. I was helped by a mother daughter team who couldnt be more helpful and gracious to have my business. I came in looking to try their famous BAD MODDER FOGGER liquid line and man was I not disappointed. They also have great selection of tank mods and other equipment. I look forward to my next visit.

I visited the Wonderful Place on 04/08/16 for the first time. I hope that this date is one I remember forever as it was the last day I smoked a cigarette. I am almost 43 years s old and have been a smoker since I was 15. I have tried Vaping but could never kick the habit after one visit here and talking with Ron all of that changed. Do yourself a favor and visit this place. Super Friendly And Knowledgeable People. The Perfect Atmosphere and Great Selection.

Everytime I go here I always get great service in finding a good juice. The only issue Id say i have is there is not enough choices of RTA tanks. I had to order the one i wanted online at a different store. But otherwise Id recommend this store to anyone!

Such an awesome business. I’m new to vaping and have stopped by twice with questions. The gentleman who helped me is so patient and quite knowledgeable. One of the most gorgeous vape shops you will ever walk into! I went in to get new vape juice thinking i was suffering with vape tongue, however, the vape I was using was of poor quality and couldnt keep up with how often I was smoking it. Thankfully, the staff knew what was going on with it better than I would have figured out on my own. They hooked me up with a new vape and bottle of juice with such reasonable prices. Even the owner helped me out, which I always adore with any local company. Great prices, great staff with a lot of education on their products and you leave with a smile. What more could you want? :) highly recommend!

I have a vape with a buildable coil, and I went to five different places before I found this one! There was a nice associate behind the counter who helped me not only get my mod together, but he also found some coils for another vape i had that I wasnt even sure about. Def my new spot!

The best Vanilla Custard I had ever tried!!! Since then I have been hooked and have tried several of their other flavors and have yet to be let down.. This is my Vape shop for juice, hardware, advice, advocacy for us vapors, everything .. After stoping at a disappointing one in Wilmington I came across this one threw a google search, out of the 3 other shops near by this one had the best rating. I went to the refinery a couple weeks ago for my very first time. And i can honestly say they all staff members, the owner himself, and even the customets made you feel very welcomed. By far the best B&M vape shop in Greensboro. Even calling it just a vape shop feels like a grand understatement. As soon as I walked in the door my friends and I were greeted by the owner Ron who proceeded to introduce himself and his wife Terri. He immediately went out of his way to make us feel welcome and at home while giving us some information about the store. The customer service they provided was clearly a labor of love and not just a way to grab cash from a recently expanding industry. Every price on all of the equipment and juice they have beats ever other store in the area by a long shot. Not only that but he very clearly described detailed information on a few products my friends showed interest in. I myself have been vaping for a little over 3 years and am pretty knowledgeable in all areas of the industry. That being said, Ron didnt say a single thing that was inaccurate or vague to the point of making a sale. He wasnt trying to peddle product, but rather try to give the customers a variety of options to cater to what they want out of a device/tank/juice. When I say vape shop is an understatement thats because it is also a lounge, and has a fully functioning clean lab where they produce their own line of juice. You can even see into the lab through a glass window so its clear youre purchasing a professional product created by people who take their work seriously. The aesthetic of the store is wonderfully modern with slick black glass cabinets with a well designed monochromatic color scheme. A very classy and professional place that cultivates a strong and open environment you can feel as soon as you walk in the door. I definitely recommend The Refinery for vapers of all levels of expertise who are looking for an honest experience with lovely people, you wont regret it.
