Honestly I have no complaints. There may have been small issues but everyone there is friendly and willing to help resolve. They know what they are talking about and are willing to help to their best capabilities. Ive been going for a year to a year and a half and I still go back for what I need. Highly recommended

Well I stopped in today and told the guy what I was looking for, well explained it because I didnt know what anything was called, but he knew exactly what I needed, was right at the price point that needed and was perfect size as well. Glenn was awesome. He told me about the warranty and how to sign up as well. Oh Yeah the place is super convenient to get to as well. I will be back as well as telling my friends..

The worker was very friendly and positive. He offered to take multiple items out of the cases for us while also engaging with other customers at the same time. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere and the workers are very helpful. My boyfriend bought something that was glass and they wrapped it up in bubble wrap and a bag to ensure it wasn’t damaged on the way home.

The people that work at this establishment are so professional, caring and very kind to everyone that enters. They treat everyone with kindness, professionalism equally. First time customer here, staff was professional and personable. They had a large selection of glassware and other products at pretty good prices compared to other locations in westmoreland. I will probably be a returning customer if i need anything else glass related as i dont really use the other products they carry

This place was awesome. Today was my first day in there and I walked out happy. All hail Magneto. The atmosphere was quite laid back, the guys seemed like they enjoyed wirking there. Oh, and the 10% off because it was my first visit, was sweet.

This is the only smoke shop I’ll go to. The owners/managers/employees are super knowledgeable on all of their products. They offer a variety of products. Ive gotten CBD for cats from them, quality tested kratom, multiple glass pieces, rolling papers, and random goodies like Hemp energy drinks there. Their glass is beautiful and high quality. I’ve walked in before and they had a glass blowing artist working. I was mind-blown lol. Love these guys! I recommend this shop and their other locations to anyone looking for a cool shop to support.

They had an enormous amount a Vapes. Flavors and the guy behind the counter knew absolutely what he was talking about about everything. Didnt quite have what I wanted to my specification. And the employee was nice enough to tell me where to go right down the road to get what I needed well my flavor of Vape. Nice store. Lost a star for the not so great attitude when asking questions, however they were answered,I have been back a few times since and can say I am very happy with this place and the people. I am giving back the star.

Ill start this one off by saying the vape shop itself seemed clean, well maintained and organized, with knowledgeable staff on top of it. Unfortunately I have to leave a 2 star review because I purchased a $250+ device, and days later it just stopped working. The mobile app for the device confirmed it was a faulty device. When I contacted the store they just said you will have to contact the manufacturer, sorry. I know the manufacturer offers a warranty, but I truly believe a vape shop should offer some kind of warranty system for any device, especially when one faults out less than a week after purchase. If I wanted to contact the manufacturer I would have just purchased directly from them and probably not gotten a faulty device. Because of this I will not be returning based off pure principle.

I am a medical marijuana patient i have been there 2xs the manager im sorry i forget her name has helped me both times she was amazing the dab pens r new to me and she made it painless. I went yesterday needed a cheap rig and they had the perfect thing total price was 40.. She explained everything so well to me. Cant wait to go back and get some more things. She they r amazing!!!

Folks are super friendly, know what they’re talking about, and always able to help. The one knock is that their Kratom prices are really high. One ounce of Kratom there is $15. Most shops, even the pricier ones, sell the same brand for $10 an ounce, some even go as low as $6 per ounce for the same brand. That said, proximity, and staff have turned this into my go to shop.

It was a nice little store if your Into dabbing smoking dry stuff out of the items alot of homemade bowls and bongs and the got a really great torch it is worth the price and the fuel is better the butane dont go to Wal-Mart if u need a torch for ur rig please use this store worth every dime and u get discounts I only went once but going again to get the cbd gummies heard 3 will make u mellow out 🙄😃

Awful nasty overpriced unprofessional. This isnt me just saying it. Here is actual reasons. If u price other shops ull save atleast 5-10 bucks on anything. Go ahead check. Also stinks like a wet dog. And to no surprise I had a pit bull walking around trying to be my friend. Which is cool but totally unproffesional . Some people hate dogs and alot are afraid of pit bulls or boxers. Also when u close early every night with a home written sign saying u closed early to pick up your kid. Thats not professionalism. Especially not in a head shop. Save ur time and money and effort ju St Google other places. Theres so many ot hers around here within 1 mile. Your daughter and work need to be kept seperate. When they run together it shows that you cant handle both and should be prepared with a better staff. Or decide what you want to do. Run a business or be a dad. Because like I said if both are running into each other its obvious that both cant be done. I promise Ill never come back. And save me your rude response. I wouldnt have wasted mybtume typing this if this place didnt fully and totally disappoint me.
