I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage from Dan, and I can confidently say it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Jennifer is a lifesaver for me! Ive had many massages from many places over the years, including Massage Envy a few times years ago. Theyre nice and feel good in the moment, but Ive never found them to be therapeutic or positively beneficial to me long term. After finding Jennifer (Jenny) my chronic migraines have actually improved. I cant thank her enough!!

Emilie is great! She works on all the aches and pains and gives you a relaxing, wonderful massage. Its 90 (or 60) minutes of heaven!

I don’t make it in often but when I do everyone is always so friendly here! Dorie especially is excellent at her job! Matt is the most AMAZING massage therapist I have ever had. His extensive knowledge of the many medical issues on my back and neck help to ensure that the results from just 60 min with him are maximized. He is friendly, thorough, and accommodating. He has been able to help rehabilitate my muscles, reduce my knots, relieve tension & stress, and align with the work my chiropractor is doing to ensure that progress is made each session. I give my highest recommendation to Matt!

I have been going to Brandon regularly for over a year. He is knowledgeable, respectful and easy to talk to. I am alway knot free and in a calmer state of mind at the conclusion of the session. If you need deep pressure Sarah is the girl to go to!! She found knots I didn’t even know I had and worked them out for me. I had 1 hour of pure bliss. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Clean, quiet and peaceful environment. I can’t wait to come back!!

Michael worked the knots from my shoulders and upper back caused from all the heavy gardening I’ve been doing. I felt like a new woman afterwards and the next day, my neck and shoulders feel great. I highly recommend Michael!!

Matt at massage envy is hands down the best massage therapist ever! Strong hands, excellent technique, checks to make sure pressure is good. You leave there completely relaxed! He can work out knots and stretching too! You won’t find any better even at high price places. Treat yourself, you won’t regret it! I can’t recommend enough!!

I had a massage scheduled for 8:00 am this morning (11/27/2023) with Brittany. It was supposed to be a 60 minute massage but ended up being 50 minutes. By the time I was escorted to the massage room and she began the massage it was 8:06, she finished at 8:56. Also, the massage did not include the back of my legs, lower back, feet or décolleté area. I would not go back again.

Cynthia was very thoughtful and thorough with my lower back concerns and all around well being.The stretching service was definitely needed and the massage was very relaxing. She is very professional. I had a great experience. Well worth the cost of admission.Thank you Cynthia!!!!😄

I have been meaning to for a while now, email corporate massage envy and greensburgh as well. I can not stress enough how absolutely amazing Matt is every single time I book massage with him . He is thorough, polite, professional, and friendly to begin with. You feel comfortable immediately. Then his massage.. so perfect! Sensual, strong, smooth, combined with the perfect blend of pressure points, soft caress, deep tissue and stretching! He by far the best Ive had, hence, why i scheduled weekly or biweekly! Have had many massages in my life, and this was comically funny how bad it was. I thought I was being pranked. It felt like I was doused in a gallon of lotion and was getting rug burn on my back from forearms going up and down repetitively. Massage therapist jumped around randomly on spots, completely missing areas, and not once asked if it was okay, walked out after and thought what the heck just happened. Also... over head lighting in a massage place? the whole time youre facing up its like you have lights just shining down on you.*Update* - Manager reached out and handled this appropriately with me.

The staff at the Greensburg location are all fantastic. Welcoming, caring and skilled. Never feel rushed. Natasha discusses your needs and listens to your input and adapts the massage to what you need. Her skill is great and I always leave feeling better. Highly recommended for anything from relaxation to recovery.

I have chronic pain from a congenital bilateral shoulder disorder that causes me to develop a lot of muscle knots. Brandon does such a good job with deep tissue massage to provide me some relief. He is always very professional. I highly recommend Brandon at Massage Envy!

I went in for medium to light relaxation and that is what I received! He added in hot towels that made it a spa-like experience.

I am new to getting massages and doing business with Massage envy has led me to never wanting to get a massage again. The first time going, I had a positive experience and as I left I recieved a phone call from them that I could upgrade to a monthly subscription. The employee made it sound like it was month to month and I even asked if there was a contract term. She replied, there is but if you dont want to do the whole 6 months, we can figure it out. The next month roles around and I recieve a call form massage envy calling about setting up an appointment and I ask this employee what the wellness program is about and if it is 6 months locked in. She replies that I am fully locked in the 6 months and I was very upset by this. I felt like I was taken advantage by the first employee. I got in touch with the manager Jada and she made me feel better about the situation and gave me a form to fill out and I can get out of the contract. Months go by and I continue to get charged $75 dollars. So now I feel helpless and taken advantage of from a company that is supposed to help you with stress.

Brandon is the absolute BEST! I’ve gotten a lot of massages at alot of different places all over the country and BY FAR he is the best ever. I have a standing appointment with him once a month and look forward to it like Christmas!

Had appointment scheduled and confirmed for today and they say its for another day. Everytime i try to schedule appointment its always an issue. I am always told manager will call you, SHE NEVER DOES! i run a business and if I treated my customers like this, they would replace me. Lets see if i get a call now.

Jeremy did a great job with my massage. He accommodated several requests for my health conditions which was greatly appreciated. He was also very professional.

Brandon was very thorough and attentive to problem spots on my back. He was gentle yet firm and worked out my tightness.

Front massage therapist are friendly (albeit to talkative at times) and the front desk staff are great as well. Unfortunately youre preferred pressure for massage is (in all my experiences there) ignored and the therapist will do as they please. Dont get me wrong its not a bad massage just if you like anything beyond a light tough it may be better to find another place. Also, the oil they use takes more than one shower to get off of you. My biggest complaints still are the common cancelations to appointments. I used hand and stone for years but got tired of the drives into Pitt for something that was supposed to be relaxing. Started a membership here and rarely use it but I still pay every month. I still have to drive 45 minutes to get to this location. With the lack of quality in the massage itself coupled with common cancelations on their end I decided to end my membership. Now theyre making it even more difficult to use my remaining credits in time alloted. Sure, have it your way massage envy. Just know that as act of pettiness I will insist and even pay for people I know to go to any other location than yours... you had no problem taking my money and now do not want to keep your end of the contract... it is what it is..

Fantastic first experience! I got a 60 min full body massage. Cindy was super caring and accommodating. Would highly recommend. I plan on coming back monthly!

Upon booking a 90-minute massage, my service was only 60 minutes.Cindy was lovely, but would have appreciated the full treatment length.

Massage time doesnt start when you begin your massage. It starts when you walk in the door. Paid 125 dollars for a 35 minute massage.

Melissa is friendly and a pleasure to be with. She personalizes the massage to my needs. At the end of my massage my aches are gone and my spirit it lifted!
