Love this place. Every time (since its opened at this location) Ive been in, it does not matter whose behind the register. They are always super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Even through turnovers, Ive not had a bad interaction so far. Ive met the owner in the shop a few times and hes as nice and welcoming as his staff. Very laid back, easy-going atmosphere where you can ALWAYS ask, Is that the best you can do?, and get an amazing discount! Love it. Never go anywhere else! Great products, selections, variety constantly changing, local artists, great staff! Can not brag enough on this business! Its hard to find a gem nowadays but they are definitely a hidden one. Staff was pretty knowledgeable about the products they sell. Pretty decent prices. Although, I wish they had more products that were a little more budget friendly. Overall, it was a nice, clean store with a good atmosphere.

Bought the low key 510 cartridge battery told me it was the same thing as all the other ones next to it on the top shelf that were different brands except it didnt have an led display and that there wasnt any other differences. Thing didnt have a preheat feature, started coming apart from heat and paint all peeled off button and sides from everyday use after not even a month. Showed them at the store knowing there was a no refund policy and was just hoping for an exchange. Wouldnt exchange it for me. They told me when I bought it if I gave them a 5 star review on here they would give me 40 percent off my next order. Showed them me clicking on this 5 star review, handed them my broken vape and told them they could keep it. Didnt get an exchange, or 40 percent off, or even 10 percent off my new vape for that matter what a joke.. only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is because of of decent selection and inventory but I changed this review from the 5 star to a 2 star for now until they make it right.

The owner was very handsome and knowledgeable about his products. We made a large purchase and he worked with us on pricing. I recommend Simba Vape as the best smoke shop in Greensburg. They have a great variety and honest employees.

Rubbish customer service stay away from this company try to rip you off as well as ignoring emails to cancel orders but still send them out all round rubbish ?So you dont have whats app messaging and your the only company with trading name

Went in to buy a few things, wasn’t greeted when I walked in (not a big deal to me). Started looking around, worker would rather be on their phone than help me. Asked a question and got an answer, but no help. Worker went back to their phone. Asked for help and stood at the counter, worker wouldn’t look up to even acknowledge me. Not personable whatsoever.

I love the store but I just recently bought a disposable vape over the weekend and the thing already quit on me it started tasting burnt and now it won’t smoke or anything I’m hoping to hear back from them to see if I can bring it back and do an exchange normally these things last me almost 2 weeks so I’m pretty disappointed at the moment.

Bought a vape from this store that only worked for a week. They do not exchange or refund after the day it was purchased. I was not impressed with their selection, and will not return to this store.
