I went to Dr. Monika to seek help with migraines that I had been struggling with for 10 years. Neurologists were recommending harsh medications and extreme treatments that werent necessarily helping. Dr. Monika helped to find the ROOT cause of my migraines, which was a severe hormone deficiency, among a few other things. Over the course of a year, we worked to correct my hormones through herbal supplements. Not long after, we conceived our second child. (While pregnant with my first, I didnt know about the hormone deficiency and it was a VERY difficult pregnancy where I gained 93 pounds.) I am currently almost 6 months pregnant with my second child and Ive only gained 16 pounds. I genuinely attribute this to Dr. Monika helping me to heal my hormones so that my body could correctly do what it was meant to do-- sustain another human life without shutting my own body down in the process. I am so thankful for all of her help!!!! Worth the investment. OH! And I am migraine free :)

I’ve been under chiropractic care since I was a teenager. I’m in my 40’s now, and Dr. Franz is the BEST chiropractor I have seen thus far. I started seeing Dr. Franz in 2021. I was having terrible neurological symptoms ranging from dizziness, off balance, nauseau, rocking on a boat sensations, body would sway, neck would shake, etc…. Needless to say, it was very hard for me to function while being a mother of 5. Dr. Franz set my atlas back in alignment and slowly the neurological symptoms all went away. My muscles in my neck began to relax. I was out of all pain in my neck and my lower back. I moved to Alabama in 2022 and wish I could still be under his care. He is so genuine and so caring. The best NUCCA chiropractor that I’ve ever been too!!!

I have been dealing with arthritic pain in my neck for about 15 years now. I didnt realize how much the pain was masked by medications I was taking for another medical condition. Once I was off the medications, the pain became nearly unbearable. My neck was stiff and sore, and I had a sharp pain in my shoulder that seemed connected to my chest and upper back. Dr Franz has been my chiropractor for about 5 years now. I can’t say enough positive feedback about my experience with his office, staff and care. The front desk will call if they receive a cancellation and now you are in pain to see if you can come in earlier. Dr Franz has soothed the arthritis in my neck from a whiplash incident, untwisted my spine and leveled my shoulders and hips without any jerking, pulling, popping or pain. Dr Franz even put a rib back in place after a bad car wreck that physical therapy couldn’t improve. Love the new office too....definitely deserved for this hard-working group of practitioners.

I have been going to Franz Spinal care for several months and have experienced a great deal of improvement in my balance, decreased low back pain, and a decrease in the number and severity of migraines. I had stopped going to Chiropractors because I hated all of the aggressive cracking and popping and had left other offices with bruises. Going to see Dr.Ben is a complete departure from what I had experienced before. It was so much more gentle and yet even more effective. A couple of years ago I woke up with neck pain. My neck was visibly crooked. A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Franz and I made an appointment. His fees are very reasonable and affordable. He spent at least two hours with me on my first visit. The procedure is painless and the results are lasting. Its very difficult to describe what he does but it is a very different type of adjustment. Follow up visits are on an as needed basis. Now I only see him about once every 4 months. If you want to see a chiropractor but are fearful of getting snapped and cracked then you should call this guy.

I have had chiropractic care for over 45 years and have been treated under the Palmer technique and the ABC technique. Both techniques involved uncomfortable snapping of my neck and strong pressure along the spine. While both techniques offered temporary/acceptable relief, the effect was short-lived. When I moved to Greenville, I looked for a chiropractic office that sold Standard Process supplements. That is how I found Dr. Ben and Franz Family Spinal Care. I scheduled a consultation, then X-rays and started adjustments. I am so impressed with the upper cervical technique provided by Dr. Ben. It is a gentle and subtle adjustment -- and extremely effective and long lasting. Dr. Ben told me it would lower my blood pressure -- and it did! I am no longer taking blood pressure medication. I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend this chiropractic procedure and this exceptional office. Dr. Franz is the real deal -- caring, compassionate, thorough. I recently moved to Charlotte, NC, but I will make the hour and a half drive to see Dr. Ben. He is that good!!!

I have never been to a chiropractor and didnt know what to expect. My mom and sister who were also treated by Dr. Ben, suggested that I go for treatment of a whiplash injury that I had suffered four years previous and was still experiencing pain and unbalance. After the first treatment I had less pain in my neck but more importantly I felt a great sense of well being, like something had been released. I continue to feel better all the time. I have been seeing Dr. Ben for several months now. I have had chronic sinus issues over the years. I felt different after the first visit - I felt much straighter - and I continue to feel better with each adjustment. Dr. Ben takes a lot of time to really find out what your issues are and makes careful adjustments. I have been to other chiropractors and always felt rushed and popped and cracked. I never feel that way with Dr. Ben. By keeping my head on straight, my sinuses drain leaving me sinus infection free. I will continue to see Dr. Ben and appreciate his style of chiropractic care. When I first came to Dr. Ben about six months ago, I had so much pain in my neck that it was a struggle everyday just to hold my head up. At night, the pain often disturbed my sleep as I sought a comfortable place for my head to rest on my pillow. I had popping and sharp pain throughout the day as I tried to do the simplest tasks. After the first session, the popping and pain were markedly diminished, and as I continued to receive adjustments, there was more and more improvement. My daughter had been experiencing shoulder pain and knots for more than a year and a half and also poor posture from carrying a very heavy back pack for school. Hormone Balancing-I was always tired no matter how much sleep I got. I was so moody I couldnt get away from myself. My moods were so up and down, I constantly did not feel good, felt depressed, and was not interested in doing anything. My stomach was always bloated (by the end of the day I looked 8 months pregnant!) and everything got on my nerves. I came to Franz Family Spinal Care to see if their were any supplements I could take to help me out. We did bloodwork and a spit test. Come to find out my hormones were raging and completely out of whack. On top of that I had adrenal fatigue. I took all of the supplements they suggested for 3 months. I was introduced to Drs. Ben and Monika Franz in early 2010 following a car accident. I knew something in my spine was out of whack but was dreading the idea of being under a chiropractors care multiple times a week for months or years.After the first adjustment, I felt significantly better. For 7 months I suffered from a debilitating off-balance feeling. No drs could help me. Cardiologists, Neurologists, ENTS, as well as my primary drs were all stumped as to what was going on. After searching the web trying to find answers, I stumbled across Ben Franz and Nucca. I had never heard of this before and I was quite skeptical...but after the first visit with Dr. Ben I couldnt believe the improvement I felt. I was less dizzy and I just overall felt better. I am still early on in the treatment but the first 3 or so days after my adjustment I feel the best Ive felt in 7 months. I know when I start feeling dizzy that its time for a visit to Dr. Ben.
