Woodhouse Spa - Greenville

I wanted to love this experience! My friend and I visited when we were having a girls weekend, and we were excited for the services we booked. We have been to The Woodhouse in Roswell, and loved it! The massage I had was great, and my friend also enjoyed hers. Unfortunately, our pedicure experience wasnt great. We intentionally booked our appointments at the same time so we could chat while we were having them done. There were 3 chairs in the pedicure room, and they placed someone in between us....making it hard for us to talk at all. We requested to move next to each other after the person in the middle left, and we were told that wasnt possible (they said it would make it too hard to eventually do our manicures). My technician was very nice, but clearly not adequately trained. I asked her about the massage that was supposed to be included with my pedicure and she told me she wasnt trained for that. Not the end of the world...but not the service you would hope for when you are paying 80.00 for a pedicure. Everyone we encountered was nice. Everything was clean. However, the overall experience was kind of meh. Its not a place that I would be willing to visit again for the 400 or so dollars that we each paid.

I think Ive found my go to spa in Greenville!! As soon as you walk in, the aroma automatically puts you in a relaxed state. I came early so they gave me a chance to look around before I was escorted to the back by the staff. I cant remember her name but she was very friendly and showed me my locker, and the amenities they offer. Of course, you have your options of choosing a drink, different flavor mimosa, tea, or water. I choose the strawberry mimosa which was so good. They also offer snacks which were good. After changing out into my robe and slippers (which I must say I love the robe, it was very comfortable), they have your drink waiting for you with a name tag sitting next to it. I relaxed in the lounge area for 30 minutes before my session started with Nate. I received the 110 Minutes Signature Calming Retreat which consisted of exfoliation, massage, and reflexology. The massage was wonderful!! I really felt much better, stress/tension free and veryyyyy relaxed after my massage session. Nate is the best!! Afterwards, I relaxed in the lounge area before changing back. If you have time, try their shower with the eucalyptus spray. Its a sauna and shower all in one. Very soothing. Definitely will book again with Woodhouse Spa in the future!

The staff is very attentive, the girls at front desk take you back to locker so you can change into a cozy robe and shower shoes then they escort you to the quiet room so you can relax and enjoy a hot tea, water or a mimosa. I cannot remember the young man that did my massage BUT he had great hands and really worked on my problem areas…. Shoulders and back and also did my feet and I had a great head massage. I will definitely be going back to him in the near future.

Woodhouse Spa is a great place to go to feel refreshed! Selena and Jenna were our providers for the couples massage and they did great! Felt super comfortable and rejuvenated! Definitely will be coming back again….and again

My best friend and I celebrated her bachelorette day here and it was wonderful. I had a body balance massage, soothe and hydrate facial, and the nourishing wrap. The services were great, but the 50 minutes flew by. It is a little expensive, but I think the price is justified with the rest of the experience. The robes are so cozy and they let you relax in the quiet room before and after your service where they have snacks, hot tea, mimosas, magazines etc. I wish I could gift this experience to all of the women in my life. Definitely a treat.

This was my husband and I first time here and it was nothing but perfect! Upon arrival we were greeted by two young ladies at the front desk who were so helpful they proceeded to give us a small tour before we got to the bathrooms where we had an excellent chauffeur tell us more about the place, handed us our robes and slippers. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. We were given lockers in which we could put our stuff in with a code to keep it safe. As we got done putting our robes on we were placed in a couples vip room where my husband and I got to sit and enjoy each other in a romantic, relaxing setting where we were greates with refreshments. As our time came to get our massages, my very talented LaTasha whom I was given to give my massage greated us with pure joy. She was such a pleasure to be around. She created a peaceful and enjoyable experience along with the most relaxing massage. I don’t think I’ve been so close to falling asleep in the middle of the day but she sure achieved it! Absolutely an amazing experience. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a massage or simply a date night with your partner! Thank you for having us!

I received the signature massage as a Mothers Day gift. It was my first time, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and warmth. The entire experience was incredibly nice and relaxing. Jerry performed my massage, and it was amazing. I will definitely be back.

Today was my first massage ever and my first visit to Woodhouse Spa. It was truly a wonderful, relaxing experience. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff were very accommodating. Lequinta did a great job with my massage and Sam did a great job with my pedicure. I highly recommend this Spa and I hope to visit again in the future.

I loved everything about my Woodhouse Spa experience! All the providers were amazing at their services, professional and friendly. From check-in to check-out I felt welcomed, comfortable and never rushed in any way. The ambiance is fantastic, not just in decor and beauty, but in the over-all demeanor of the entire staff. Everything is clean and kept in a constant state of tidiness without me ever seeing the “behind the scenes” action of such. My friend and I both had such amazing experiences that we will both endeavor to return as soon as absolutely possible! I can’t say enough good things about Woodhouse Spa!!

This is my second time having Raena and I will continue to request her! She is very precise with polish application and took excellent care of my cuticles. Highly recommend booking her for your next mani/pedi, you won’t regret it!

We had a couples massage and it was incredibly relaxing. The atmosphere is luxurious and amazing. Woodhouse Spa staff are incredibly kind and think of all the details. The robes are wonderfully soft, the neck warmers and beverages are delicious. They’ve mastered the art of customer service.

What a wonderful experience today. Its worth your time and money. I felt like royalty for one day.and the VIP experience is exceptional! I recommend doing a spa day with your girlfriend or daughter. Will be back for sure!

My wife and I booked a deep tissue massage and pedicure there for our anniversary this past weekend. Everything was nice EXCEPT for the massage which was what we booked for in the first place. Latasha and Trevor both did our massages and we both were disappointed with the service. I don’t think they knew what they were doing. I think when booking a massage, perhaps the trick is knowing who is going to give you a great massage and book with them the next time. Very disappointed as we never are able to get away and do a spa day like that but our pedicures were amazing.

When you first walk in it’s as if you’ve stepped into heaven. It smells like warm apple pie and wealth. An amazingly polite staff member greets you as you would imagine princess diana got greeted, they then give you a light tour and lead you to the locker room that makes you feel like you spend college tuition for a membership. They give you a well fitting robe, sandals and access to the best shower you have ever had all before taking you to a lounge with the most comfortable seats that would put restoration hardware to shame. A staff member the. Hand serves you a bring of your choice while you blissfully wait for your service. I got the hydro facial with Natalie and I swear she made me look 10 years younger and I’m already young. I promise I’m going to be carded tonight. After the best facial of my life Nathan gave me a massage that would make Lucifer want to act right. I honestly cannot sing the praises of this spa enough. I will be back time and time again and I will be telling everyone I know. M

I impulsively booked a massage the day before and Im so glad I did! Im a frequent exerciser and dont do a great job of actively recovering my body. Jerry was GREAT. Everything that had been sore when I walked in the door was magically not hurting anymore...and that was after a pretty firm deep tissue massage. It was fabulous. On the front end of the experience, the front desk staff was so nice and welcoming and answered all of my questions. I love the drink selections and the peaceful waiting area, too! The whole experience was comfortable and well-organized from front to back.

Bought a package for my girlfriend. In the special requests area of the initial sign-ups, my gf requested quiet environment for relaxation. she had a negative experience elsewhere. She came back from Wood house disappointed, citing a group of friends talking loudly in th hall outside her massage. When I called to complain, they handled the situation quickly and fairly.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The best spa treatment weve ever had. Weve visited spas all over the world and the service, ambiance and treatment was the best ever.

I had a lovely experience here, the atmosphere is heavenly and staff are wonderful. I had a Mani pedi with Logan and I highly recommend the service and will definitely be back.

Everything was great! LaTasha is amazing at what she does and made the experience so relaxing. Check-In and Check-Out was great also. Because I am on the clock expecting, my husband tagged along. I think he was just as relaxed when he left. Will definitely be back!

It’s such a relaxing atmosphere, they really pamper you and make you feel special, and they use really high quality, clean products.

I recently received the most wonderful prenatal massage from latasha. She was gentle but firm, I loved how she used her arms while massaging. My entire experience surpassed any past massage I have received. The atmosphere was so relaxing and smoothly and calming. The staff was incredibly friendly and nice and the snacks and drinks were nice while sitting in the relaxation room with the lavender heated neck wrap. The rain shower was the best shower I have ever had!! The water was so warm and flowed so smoothly and all the bathing products and eucalyptus steam was amazing. I highly recommend this spa over any spa in Greenville! This is definitely my new spa to go to!

Schedule an massage on my birthday and had Latasha. Is was AMAZING!!! She was very friendly and made you feel comfortable! She honestly really listened to me about where I was having pain and really focused on that. By far best massage I have experienced! Will be back!

The overall service and aesthetic was wonderful. However the prenatal massage was not to my standards. I would have expected the masseuse to be more comforting and vocal, she was not at all. With someone which such a delicate situation you would think they would be more knowledgeable and give you more insight. They need more staff that is knowledgeable and for the price I was shocked that it was subpar. For a prenatal massage I was not relaxed.

I had such a wonderful time when I visited this spa for my massage. The atmosphere is so lovely. Latosha was my massage therapist and she did such an amazing job. Her friendly disposition totally helped to put me at ease, and for 50 minutes I got to feel totally pampered. I can’t wait to come back and relax again!

I had a great tranquil stone massage with Preston. From the moment we entered it calming and relaxing. Everyone was truly nice. We sat in a room sipping tea and water to pre relax. Then the massage. Really perfect for what I needed. I’m coming back in 2 weeks for an 80 minute. Can’t wait.

From the time I walked in I was relaxed. It smelled soooo good. Ashley was the one who gave me a massage it was A1 and something I needed for a long time. I was tight everywhere. I definitely will come back to see her on a regular basis. Next was my facial. Hunter. Give this man a raise. My nose has always been an issue since I was a teenager. I’ve had facials before and left with scars on my face and no glow at all. This man got out most of the black spots and other blemishes I may have had and made sure to have me leaving glowing and feeling fresh. He also recommended products to me that I will most definitely will be purchasing. I will be back to him also. Next was my nail tech. Samantha.she did soooo good. My hands was left beautiful and soft. Oh and my feet are beautiful also. Great conversation with her. No more driving to charlotte for a spa day. I’m going to Greenville. I love it here.

From the staff who greets you upon arrival, gives a thorough tour & clear expectations for your time there, to the hospitality of the mimosa/tea bar, the comfort of the lounge, luxurious robes, the eucalyptus shower after- I want to stay all day!! My massage therapist Jerry gets a 10/10 for listening to my requests and surpassing expectations! Very relaxing atmosphere all around. Will definitely be back and will refer others here!

Walking in is a nice little shopping area. No photos taken because I feel like theres enough out there. Youll walk in and go to the waiting area after checking in the front desk, which is in the shopping area. In the waiting area youll have options of snacks, water, mimosa, etc. Once youre through filling out paperwork (because of our 1st time) your masseuse will come get you. The shower room is clean and has whatever you would need. Razors, deodorant, shampoo, mouth wash etc. Overall, I was really happy. A little pricey, but you get a decent amount for the price!

Beautiful place. The girl at the locker room was the nicest and welcoming. My facial treatment was great.The check out was awful. I wanted to look out around the shop to see If I could buy some products and the older woman at the register wearing glasses asked me if I was ready to check out. I felt rushed .She also asked me if I wanted to add 20% tip. I would have given more, but her asking was just plain rude.

I received a GC to the Woodhouse Spa which is how I found out about it. I’m glad I did. I am addicted now. Very relaxing calm spa with super attentive staff. I usually get a Pedicure with Samantha. She is an expert in her field. I whole heartedly recommend this spa and Samantha.

I’ve been coming to Woodhouse for hydrafacials since they opened their Greenville location. Erika is phenomenal. She’s extremely knowledgeable and makes the experience so relaxing. I won’t let anyone else touch my face because I like her so much!

I decided to spend some time on my birthday getting a nice massage. I normally go to another local spa on Woodruff Rd but this experience was so much more luxurious!I was able to get a great deal on a gift card so I purchased one and booked my services easily online. I did the Lavender Dreams Sleep Treatment and the Reflexology massage with Alexa and it was so incredibly relaxing that I actually dozed off a few times. She was amazing!The spa is beautiful, the staff is so friendly-no cold reception here from anyone! Everyone smiled and said hello and went out of their way to make me feel welcome.I enjoyed a delicious hot tea while waiting (they also offer mimosas) and when I was done with my massages they had a cupcake with a cute “Happy Birthday” stick and another tea waiting for me! This was above and beyond and the sweet gesture took my experience over the top! (I also got a card with a 10% off my next service inside)I am so glad that Woodhouse is here and open and I will for sure be back for more services. It’s also nice that you can quickly accumulate points and use them easily.Thank you so much for a wonderful day

The experience for my husband and I was lackluster. Brooke was doing extremely too much for me. (Im not sure if its her daily energy or a put on for the job, but I personally didnt care for it. ) What I asked for when making the appointment came up one price,but after our services it was a different one (we didnt add any other servies while there.) I dont like that there really isnt much for those receiving massages to do besides be in a room full of other guest.Sergey and Kara were good at giving the massages, but I personally didnt like the down time between putting more lotion in their hands or grabbing the hot rags.

Jerry was wonderful! He has really great technique, was very professional and perfect pressure. Would return for a massage with Jerry!

As it was my mom’s 94th birthday weekend, I came to visit my mom in Greenville, South Carolina from St.Louis , Missouri.After much celebration and being extremely tired from getting a party for my senior mom, I was mentally and physically run down.The day before I flew home I decided a little pampering would do me good. I booked a pedicure just to relax for a short time.After a short visit in a waiting room (very comfortable), I was escorted to the pedicure room.Which was a very soothing room. My technician relayed I had gel on my toes and she had to take it off. “ We don’t use any loud instruments as to be quiet for other customers” she replied. So after 40 minutes (I swear) of soaking and foil and tools my toes were some what clean of gel with several toesBleeding. She apologized put a little alcohol on the ones hurt.As my pedicure time was for 50 minutes she quickly poured some warm apricot gel on my legs with some massaging and said she was sorry but the time was almost up.This all ended with “ I’m so sorry maybe next time we could do a longer session.” So I paid $100.00 for a visit to WOODHOUSE SPA to get my gel polish taken off. Leaving more frazzled than when I arrived. I sent a complaint to the main office with no answer, but e-mails that I can’t even unsubscribe to. You decide how great this spa is. Just go to your local neighborhood nail salon on the corner, you will get better service. June 2021

I am in love and I’ll be back! The Woodhouse is such a slice of heaven just when you need it most. Conveniently located this spa has a wide range of services in a calm tranquil environment. I was lucky to have Taylor perform my facial, detailing after care and even products that would fit my needs. The Woodhouse is a must visit, a must destination.

I went to Woodhouse Day Spa this past weekend and my experience was stellar! The staff members were so attentive & inviting from the moment I walked in the door. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The services I received were top notch! The mimosas were an unexpected treat. The boutique was beautiful and full of lovely products I’ve never tried before. They even have cozy robes, pajamas, and a gorgeous jewelry selection. I was thoroughly impressed. I’ve already booked my next trip. I can’t wait to go back. Beautiful spa and super friendly staff! Everything was great but... I really think my massage therapist went to sleep during my 80 minute massage! Ill be back but will be asking for someone different. The lady at the front desk was very concerned and immediately offered a complimentary enhancement for when I come back to make it right even without fully knowing the issue. Ill definitely be back for a second try!

My husband and I enjoyed the couples retreat for an anniversary present. The massage therapists were wonderful! The other staff were very friendly and helpful as well. When our massages were done, we were presented with cucumber water and a cupcake as a little treat for our anniversary. This was done because one of the staff heard us talking about it being our anniversary.We are looking forward to our next visit.

OMG!! This place is everything. I was in town for the weekend and decided to pamper myself and boy, was this the best decision ever! The amazing experience started the moment I walked in the door to Jennifers wonderful smile and warm personality. It continued as another staff member (Name started with L) added extra touches to make my time in the quiet room calm and relaxing. The atmosphere was so wonderful I even got in a quick meditation before my massage. To top everything off my masseuse, Niecy, went above and beyond! She truly listened to my needs and focused on the spots that held the most stress.I cant wait to visit this town again so I can book another massage. I just may stay the entire day!

This spa is magnificent! From the moment you open the front door, every detail is spectacular. The decor is absolutely gorgeous, the gifts and products in the entry are very nice. The treatment rooms are soothing! My massages have been so wonderful! Alexa does an amazing job! Get the Agave nectar (hydrating oil) add on for your massage, it smells fantastic! I just cant wait to go back! Heaven!!

My husband and I had a couples massage for our anniversary and had a WONDERFUL experience! The atmosphere is very calming and everyone was welcoming. Our massage therapists really listened to what we wanted (amount of pressure, ares to focus on, etc.). We left feeling so relaxed! We will absolutely be back!

My first massage was not a great one, Woodhouse contacted me and asked me back to have a five star experience and I definitely did SALEDA did amazing. I’ve been in so much pain due to chronic illness she was able reveal a lot tension And she also recommended getting a different service as well to reveal more my pain! I will be definitely going back to her! She’s amazing! If I could give more stars I would! I can’t wait for my next appointment!

Update in Summer 2023:Coming to this spa is ALWAYS a wonderful experience. Our treatments were very relaxing and Abby & Sam made sure our time in our private relaxation room was special for me, my mom, my sister & my cousin. They brought us blankets, neck wraps & beverages. The charcuterie is plentiful with a wide assortment of food. The staff at the check-in area is always professional, sweet & accommodating. Can’t wait to go back!—————————————A wonderful experience!! My sister got the party package for us & 2 other family members. We each had a treatment and got to enjoy snacks and beverages in a beforehand in a beautiful private room. Erica & Lindsay were our greeters/hostessses and they were wonderful...so sweet & very welcoming. I had the hot stone massage & it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Sam was my therapist and she provided the perfect amount of pressure and made it such a relaxing experience. The robes are soft & plush & there are private lockers, as well as a few changing rooms and two shower rooms. I cannot wait to come back here!!

Had an amazing experience here during a girls weekend in March. The amenities are wonderful and the staff is so friendly! My mom, sister, and I were celebrating my upcoming wedding and felt so pampered. The pedicure was great and lasted for a month. We loved the relaxation room with light refreshments, and of course, mimosas! Will definitely go back.

Woodhouse provides an amazing atmosphere with immaculate facilities and stellar customer service. First class experience from beginning to end!Also, you can’t go wrong with gift cards for mom, MIL, sister, coworker, etc! Always much appreciated and you can be confident they’ll be well taken care of during their visit!

This spa is amazing! Had the most enjoyable day being pampered literally from head to toe. The staff was fantastic and our host Shelby made sure that we had anything and everything we needed. Everyone was saw or had a service with was professional, talented and a master at their craft. One of the best experiences I have ever had. I truly felt like a queen.

I had a fantastic experience here. My husband booked 2 services for me 2 days before. I wasnt sure what services I was going to have but was very pleased with both. The first was the hydrofacial, unlike any other facial Ive had. The second was a deep tissue massage, which was great for my tense muscles. When I arrived at the spa, I was greeted and shown to the dressing room, which was pretty luxurious. I then spent time in the relaxation room, had a complimentary mimosa and just enjoyed some peace and quiet. I cant wait to return!

My husband and I enjoyed a phenomenal Anniversary morning with Woodhouse spa! ALL the staff collaborated to ensure an amazing experience. The dressing room and showers were clean and stocked with any anticipated needs.The relaxation rooms were cozy and comfortable. They customized everything to celebrate our anniversary. Champagne and a cupcake. Gentle music.The 50 message was not enough!! I was just settling into a blissful drift when it was over. Shelby did great. I’m going for a longer massage next time.The attentive staff made it a marvelous experience. After experiencing several spas while traveling- this will be my home base spa. I can’t believe such elegance is situated in the shopping center off Woodruff road!I will be back - REGULARLY!

If you need a very good facial, see Hunter! He is a very knowledgeable esthetician. He analyzes my skin very well and we talk what I currently use and corrects me how to use properly. Did I tell you the experience is 5 stars! It’s like being at a Four Seasons Hotel! His hand techniques while working is so relaxing and you leave glowing!

Went in for an 80 minute massage. Was pampered from the moment we walked in! Was relaxing and clean! Staff was so kind and helpful. We arent from the area but will definitely visit the chain closer to our home.

I LOVE the Woodhouse Spa in Greenville, SC. I have been several times since they opened and every experience has been amazing! I love to drink mimosas in the quiet room and truly disconnect from the outside world. It’s definitely one of my favorite places to enjoy some “me” time.

BEST SPA IN THE UPSTATE. Ive been here for several services. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely recommend the mellow mama massage for all of the prego moms. I loved how they incorporated the mama mio stretch cream into the service. The experience was relaxing and helped with all of those 3rd trimester aches and pains! I went back for my anniversary with my husband and he didnt want to leave! We were welcomed to a private room where we got to relax in our lush Woodhouse robes before our services. It was perfect for us to get away from the little ones and enjoy some quiet time in luxury. I would definitely recommend taking your husband/significant other for a date night! This would be a great gift idea for parents too! Im looking forward to scheduling a ladies night here!

Loved this place the first two times I went there. One of the estheticians did a great job at setting a spa like mood in the room and making you feel comfortable and relaxed. The experience I had today was completely opposite of that. The girl felt rushed and mentioned how she’s running out of time (I was only in there for 20 mins). Made me feel like it’s inconvenient for me to be there. It was very unprofessional. If I come back, I will be booking with the other girl. Three stars because overall the spa is great. The front staff is friendly and I had two great experiences!

I have visited several times and the amenities and front desk/attendants are fabulous. The service providers though are very hit and miss. Some are great and some are shockingly bad. I’ve had the best and worse massage ever here! It seems like they have a lot of turnover too.

This is just what Greenville needed! I spent a lovely Saturday morning at the spa. From the minute I walked in, they waited on me hand and foot. When you check-in they take you to the locker room where you can change into a robe and slippers. Then you can relax in the relaxation room while you wait on your treatment. They give you a warm neck wrap, hot tea and snacks while you wait! My massage with Alexa was heavenly. After, I went back to the relaxation room for champagne and curled up under a blanket before I had to go back to the real world. I will definitely return!

I treated myself for my birthday by coming to this spa. My experience here was amazing! Everybody was so friendly from the receptionist to my therapists .I got a massage and facial. The facial definitely exceeded my expectations. I’m looking forward to come back and having a girls spa day with my friends.

This spa is beautiful! I had a massage and it was great, but the spa itself is why I’ll be returning! There are so many options of what you can choose to get from massages, facials, manicures and more. There is the most beautiful quiet room to enjoy a drink in while you wait for your service or afterwards. There are showers to clean off after if you need to as well and those are gorgeous!

I thoroughly enjoyed a facial at the Woodhouse Spa. The entire experience was wonderfully relaxing and luxurious: from the lovely locker room and the soft robes to the darkened, quiet room for the facial and then the lovely relaxation room afterwards. I would do this daily if I could, but it was a delightful treat for Mother’s Day!

The treatment I selected didnt go as I expected, but I was told it was a new one for them, and theyre still working out the kinks. Had it been my very first time getting that type of treatment, Id be giving 5 stars. Outside of that, I did enjoy my time there so Ill brave Woodruff Rd traffic to try their other services on my Self-Care Saturdays.

This was such a luxurious spa! I enjoyed every moment from the moment I walked in until I left. The changing rooms/showers were clean and the exact thing you imagine when going to a spa. I have visited twice now and both experiences were for facials.. Jessica has been super helpful with regaining control of my skin! She is extremely helpful when it comes to identifying what facial I need, what products I need, and takes the time to explain everything. During covid-19 she has also took the time to respond to me via Instagram, answering all of my skin care questions. I am happy with the results I am starting to see and I’m excited for my skin care journey.The facility is beyond relaxing and inviting! Can get pricy to upkeep but the service and atmosphere makes it worth it! I can’t wait to dive in to other services!

The spa itself is great. Clean, relaxing and comfortable. The services are good. However, as someone who struggles with skin problems I was not happy with the service I received during my facial. The microdermabrasion facial was good but the esthetician who performed it made me feel very bad about my skin’s appearance. I left not feeling relaxed, but self conscious and upset. Don’t think I’ll be returning for facial treatments.

Had a wonderful experience Trevor was awesome thoughtful and very enjoyable MT he explained everything and listened about areas that needed more work. I would highly recommend to ask for him especially if you want an amazing massage with some good conversation!

I booked the 50 minute HydraFacial. It was a phenomenal experience. I thought it was just a facial. I was wrong! From the moment you walk into the back, the mood is set. Its quiet, calming, and dim. The waiting area is a lounge with a fireplace. The facial was amazing. Elizabeth was knowledgeable, helpful, and suggested great products. I assumed she was just trying to upsale me on products but what she recommended improved my ongoing sun damage in ONE DAY! I highly recommend this Spa experience. It is unrivaled.

I’m not one to write reviews but this is the third time I’ve been disappointed with woodhouse.First time, I was booked for an appointment to use their Vichy shower. They apparently double booked and switched my treatment using their soaking tub instead of the Vichy shower. I wasn’t given any sort of notice of this either or I would have cancelled and I had two services booked that day, this being the first and I was told 10 mins before my appointment. I was not given any sort of discount due to this change or offered a chance to rebook using for the service I originally requested.The second time, I was called an hour before my appointment and was told that they had to cancel my services that day due to being short staffed. No sorry, no option to get me rebooked. Just that my appointment was cancelled and I also had two different services that day as well.The most recent one was when I called last week looking to book a party package for my sisters 30th birthday. I had looked online and they had availability. I called to get it booked and they said they’d email me more information. I looked over it and called back within an hour to get it set up. I was told someone would call me back as who was in charge of getting the package set up had stepped away. I received no call back that day. I had to then call again the following day and was told to respond via email. I did so, and then no one got back to me until 5 days later just to then let me know, they no longer had availability.I say all of this to tell you, just don’t waste your time with this place. When my services have actually gone as planned, they are great and I’d rate it 5 stars but the scheduling issues and cancelations bring it down to 1.

Updated 2/16/21: Added a star since I was issued a refund with a heartfelt apology regarding the service and lack of communication regarding what the service entailed. I’m still not sure if the mud was only supposed to be applied sparingly to just the front of the arms and shins. I’d recommend calling and asking specifics before booking anything as they said it is a franchise so the videos on the website that describe what a service may look like is not necessarily for the Greenville location. Deceiving.The service I received (warm spice mud wrap) was a total joke. Waste of money! Hardly what would be considered a “wrap”. A tiny bit of mud was swiped on the front of my arms and the front of my shins. THATS IT! Then a bunch of lotion was rubbed into my face until there was no lotion left which ended up feeling like rug burn all over my face followed by a scolding hot towel to my face. My face was still burning red 4 hours later. The Vichy shower was next. I’ve never experienced this before, however I am sure it is not intended to last until the water gets cold enough to make you shiver and soak your entire head and hair. If so, this should be communicated to customers beforehand so they are aware (or at least explain for those who aren’t familiar what a Vichy shower is so not to have to sit in soaking wet underwear as I did). Since it was completely dark and my face was covered, I couldn’t tell if she was in the room with me or not so I did ask about the cold water but didn’t get a response. A few minutes later, the water stopped. I’m also sure that I should’ve been completely dry before the subpar massage that followed (again, just the front of my arms and from the knees down). She did change out the drenched towels for dry ones however the newly laid down towels became soaking wet within minutes (probably due to not wiping down the table or myself prior to changing). Laying on wet towels for the remainder of the session was extremely uncomfortable; I just couldn’t wait to dry myself off and go home. At the end, she explained the floor would be wet and slippery so she placed a dry towel on the floor for me to step on and to put my robe and sandals on and she’d be waiting for me to come out and walk me back. The robe on the back of the door and the sandals next to the door we’re not near the dry towel on the floor so I had to scootch my feet with the towel under them to get to the robe. I wasn’t aware of any dry towels to dry myself off completely or wring the excess water out of my hair except for the small hand towel in the shower area of the locker room. I dried off the best I could with it and bunched up my soaking wet undergarment and threw it in my purse. After I reached out to express my concerns, they claim they will contact me to have a conversation about this, however the time frames I gave that I am available to talk is not likely to work for them. Not surprised.

I booked a 90 minute hydra facial. I have had numerous hydra facials, all over the country. What I had today was 2 scalp massages and and an upper body massage with some facial sprinkled in. I walked out wondering what I just spent my money on. I do not care for massages, if I did I would have booked one. She didn’t even wash my face. I won’t be back.

I absolutely love Woodhouse and they never disappoint! I was lucky enough to have a day package here and don’t remember the last time I was that relaxed. 100% would recommend!

Pretty pricey but excellent facial!

Tried to charge me extra without informing me. I caught it after asking for a receipt. They charged “upgrade-generic”. I didn’t receive any upgrades. After going back in and asking him what upgrade I received, they weren’t sure and removed it. They still charged the tip on the total plus the upgrade. I would not recommend

One star for customer service. Several instances where they have called to cancel right before a service, changed service, or had accepted said service over phone then called days later to cancel bc they accidentally overbooked. Completely unprofessional & inexcusable for this to happen so often.

Overrated!!! They ask what I want to drink and get it wrong...then after they get it right I asked for a refill and never get it. Then Jessica my estitician wasnt great at all.
