I had my first ever treatment on a LightStim table yesterday. Madison set it up for me and showed me how to use it. It was easy. The light bed was warm and the treatment was very relaxing. I felt better afterward. My muscle aches werent fully healed with the single treatment, but they did get better.

I had a great massage with Jasmine yesterday. I mostly went in for a relaxation massage, but was very impressed with Jasmine’s ability to pick up on my problem areas. She’s very intuitive. I would highly recommend any massage service with her.

Madyson did an exceptional job of checking me in and taking down my profile as well as showing me the red light therapy room as well as through the checkout process. She was extremely professional and courteous, especially to be so young… 20 years old! I was extremely impressed with Madyson! Edna was my massage therapist. She was also exceptional. She was completely professional Was able to do what I requested her to do which was to go a little bit deep tissue more than what she was used to cause I was having some pains that I wanted her to target which she did and she gave me a lot of relief and then what really impressed me was the fact that Edna said She noticed while she was doing my facial massage how tight my jaws were and that she said I notated that on your profile and next time I’d like to work on that little bit longer if you’d be agreeable to that. I absolutely love that. I love that she was proactive and I love that she was attentive enough to pick up on that and then further more to act on it! I was extremely extremely impressed with her. She was friendly and she was a doll ! I was completely impressed by Massage Envy and the facility was beautiful The product lines were impressive

This was my 1st experience at Massage Envy in downtown Granville, and I enjoyed every moment from the time I checked in to checking out. I got a membership because I wanted to make this a part of my self-care routine. Jessica, my massage therapist was phenomenal and very professional. She had me feeling like a new woman.

Brooke was THE best massage therapist I’ve ever had! She was professional and knowledgeable about the musculature and techniques needed to fix my back pain while also making it relaxing. I would recommend her over and over!

Even picked up and carried the stool to limit the noise from rolling it around the floor. I’ve had Sam as my masseuse three times now and he is excellent! He’s able to loosen all of my tight knots in my back but it’s also a relaxing experience. He’s very kind and also very professional.

The entire team at this location is absolutely wonderful. Assiduously attending to the comfort and needs of guests, very polite and courteous. I had a great deep pressure massage with Christina and a thoroughly satisfying microdermabrasion with Perianne. Ive been to many different ME locations all over the US and this one is my favorite!

Jasmine was absolutely amazing. I have serious chronic neck and back pain from a car accident decades ago and have limited range of movement and a lot of knotted muscles and adhesions. She was able to break up a lot of it and gave me more mobility and less pain. I’ll definitely be back to see her again!

Sam is the absolute best, I leave feeling like a new person every time. He goes the extra mile to get all of the knots out of my shoulders and is very adaptable if I have any requests.

I would give Message Envy admin staff, the Greenville SC and Lexington SC location 000 stars if it was an option.Their business practices are absolutely horrible....My wife and I were members so that we could enjoy couple messages together. The majority of the time after we arrived at the location we would be informed that one of the therapists had to cancel. When this happens once you could understand maybe even twice but 4 times is ridiculous. The best part, since these were couples messages my wife or would have cancel too since we drove 35 minutes and it was not fair to have the other wait an hour. At the point THEY WANTED TO CHARGE US A CANCELATION FEE since it was less that their 24 hour cancelation policy. When they didnt have the courtesy to notify us a therapist canceled untill we were standingbin the lobby!!! I flipped my lid.... You cant make this stuff up folks. We had extra credits and decided to gift them to our adult kids so they could enjoy a couples message at a more reliable Message Envy location. Apparently if you cancel your membership, any and all gift certificates you gifted are no longer valid. I can go on and on but in the end, the two gifted couple messages cost us $760!!!!!$160 per couple.$20 each to transfer cedits to gift them.$160 ea to reimburse our kids not to mention the embarrassment after of kids got their messages and then were told they had to pay since the gift messages were void since we were no longer members!!!! THIS EVEN AFTER THE STAFF ACKNOWLEDGED THEY HAD GIFTED MESSAGES WHILE MAKING THEIR APPOINTMENTS OVER THE PHONE.$360 original couple message(s$40 transfer fee$360 reimbursements to our kids$760. FOR TWO COUPLES MESSAGES..... Let that sink in!!!

What a great experience today. Loved everything about the experience. From the front desk reception to the best massage. Thank you everyone. Next time I’m in Greenville, I will be back.

I love the place when they have available spot for me, but they are highly booked. Christina and her stretch was amazing, can’t wait for her massage

The LED table (LightStim) is a great addition to the wonderful services Massage Envy Downtown Greenville offers. The staff there is the very best!

I have been a client of the Massage Envy for over a decade. Most of that time has been at the downtown location. I have never been disappointed. The facility is great. So are the front desk staff. It all comes down to the therapist. My therapist recently retired and I shifted to Rebert. He is phenomenal! Without hesitation, I highly recommended him!

Tanesha worked the knots out of my neck and I feel like a new person!!!

I received an excellent massage from Jasmine. Pressure was very deep. I recommend her.

Sam is phenomenal. His deep tissue massages are simple the best!

My massage with David was AMAZING. This was my second time having him as my masseur. He does a great job of asking what your massage goals are and focusing on those areas. I’ve been to this location many times over the years, typically to alleviate neck and back pain related to long hours of desk work. They facilities are nice and comfortable, and my regular therapist Tiffany is very conscientious and effective at stretching and massage to help me recover after the occasional injury or long month of work. Much obliged. 🙏🏼

I’ve been going here for well over a year for massages but just recently started seeing Perrianne for facials. She’s great, has really gotten to know my skin, and explains everything thoroughly when I have skincare questions. I can’t recommend her facials enough.

Aaron is by far the BEST massage therapist Ive ever had. I drive from Spartanburg to get him to do my massages.

I have only had 2 visits so far but Im already hooked on the experience and will be returning more often. The atmosphere is very calming, all of the staff are relaxed and friendly, and the therapists are really great in creating a wellness plan with you. My therapist, David, is really great. He has really helped me target where my stress is kept in my muscles and helped me to loosen those areas up. He helped me realize that I have been missing out on one key element in my health and thats stress relief. I carry my stress in my lower back and shoulders and most days feel tired, and just an over all heavy feeling and I have a hard time sleeping but after a professional massage with aromatherapy I feel rejuvenated, calm and relaxed, and after a little nap Im ready to go and Im happy with a little extra pep in my step! If you have not been to a Massage Envy I highly recommend that you go. Ask for David!

I have been a member at ME for about a year & have always had a good experience each time. There facility is organized & clean. When in the rooms for services you can not hear any outside noises from other rooms, people walking around or talking which is very important. I have yet to have a bad massage but Aaron is my absolute favorite. He listens to my specific needs that day & then tailors the massage to address those needs. I do encourage you to tell the receptionist what your needs are up front so they can book you with the best therapist for you because they all have there specialized areas. I also have had 2 facials at ME with Anna & I really enjoy them. Someone who was nervous to have a facial for about 25 years I LOVE them now thanks to Anna. She is knowleable, friendly & does a wonderful job. The room, table, products & techniques used are wonderful! I highly recommend ME & especially Aaron & Anna!!!

I love this place. David is my favorite massage therapist ever while Anna always hooks up amazing facials. The front desk is always friendly and quick to help me with any needs. It’s not even expensive compared to so many other places downtown while the service is quite frankly better. Highly recommended.

Jordan is always very professional and delivers a great massage. After working out and lifting weights, its great to have a massage as part of my routine. The hot stones were different. Ill try it again. From the greeting to the massage and well wishes as you leave, it is a total therapeutic experience.

After spraining my neck a few years ago- I’ve had repeated flare ups that had me looking for help. David has worked on my neck/ shoulders twice now and it’s helped so much. He also gave me stretches to do intermittently to keep the muscles active & mobile. Absolutely would recommend

We are visiting from the Tampa Bay area for our anniversary. Decided to use up some of our ME credits by booking 90 minute massages. So glad we did! I had John as my massage therapist and couldn’t have been happier. He gave the best massage I’ve had in probably 2 years. Friendly and professional as well. Excellent experience from the time we walked in the door until we left.

Theresa was a great massage therapist. During the consultation she figured out which techniques would ease my lower back & hip pain. After my massage I felt relaxed & my pain was gone. She also showed me a stretch to target this area. I will be returning!

Treasa is always the absolute best. She has really made me fall in love with taking care of my skin and been very helpful in educating me on what to look at in my skin to identify what could be causing acne, dryness, redness, etc. She has given me helpful advice In formulating a regimen for my day to day and helped me find products I love. She truly cares about her clients and always creates such a comfortable atmosphere. I enjoy coming in not only for the services I’ll receive but for the conversation and personality I’ll get to experience in her room. She is very professional and attentive towards my concerns and works with me to decide what could be the best course of action during my time there. She’s never pushy or asserts any pressure to do anything I may not be educated about so I appreciate always being aware of exactly what will be done to my skin and her going through every detail with care. Leah was an exceptionally great masseuse, and I’m so grateful that I chose this location. I was late, they were compassionate and I definitely recommend them… it’s a teeny bit hard to find and park but just allow extra time. Downtown parking is always crazy.

I love how David does a deep massage when you want it. Listens to what is ailing you and helps with that area. I also like that he will give you strengthening exercises or stretches to do to help keep me moving!!! I highly recommend David to win this bonus!!! He is always very pleasant and courteous.

The Massage Envy in Anderson TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!My husband had bough me the Mother’s Day package as gift this year . I only used one facial out the three . He called to schedule my body massage but the I had to cancel it due to being sick ( I was early into my pregnancy) . When I got better , my husband called again to schedule it . We were told that we need to pay extra 70$ for no show ( I was there when my husband scheduled it and cancelled the app ) and that the manager will give me a call . I never received the call , nor used the gift of 220$ . Will never visit that place again . That was huge waste of money for pretty much NOTHING ! WILL NOT RECOMMEND

Ive been a member of Massage Envy for about 8 years. Tresea is my go to girl for massages and more. She truly wants to make you feel better. She is spot on where you are hurting and listens to your concerns. Trust me, Ive had 24 surgeries! Shes also gives the best for facials, microdermabrasion and chemical peels. I highly recommend her!

Treasa is amazing she always has take care of me really good. even before my pregnancy. Treasa use to do my Massage and she was really good an gentle. My skin has chance for good with the skin care products that she recommend me has been very helpful. I have a more hydrate skin. She is a really good 😊

I had asked for the therapist I saw on my last visit and when I arrived I was scheduled with someone that isn’t a good choice for me. I think if you don’t have a lot of spa experience you’ll probably be satisfied with this experience. But, I’m disappointed more often than not

Freyia did my prenatal session yesterday. After having a headache that lasted 5 days, she really relieved all the tension in my upper back. I went home headache free! She was also super accommodating with my huge 9 month pregnant stomach, every few minutes she asked if I was comfortable. 60 minutes of pure heaven!

Leah is such a talented, professional, and kind person to work with. She customized my massage to my needs and was very attentive.

I feel that rather than leaving the room immediately after the massage the person should make sure you are off the table safely. I was EXTREMELY dizzy when I tried to get up and almost fell twice. It took me a while and I felt very unsafe.

This place is great. I got my first massage there on Saturday and signed up for a yearly program. Later that week I decided for personal reasons that the yearly program wasnt going to work for me and I called back and they were very understanding and helpful and helped me to resolve the problem. My therapist Patrick was absolutely great! He made me feel comfortable when I was anxious about my first massage. He made sure to ask questions to make sure it was what I needed. Slight recommendation to anyone going though is to start with light to medium pressure! :)

I used their online scheduling tool to book a much needed massage, spent the afternoon rearranging my schedule, woke my baby up from a nap, just to show up and not have an actual appointment. I’ve booked with their online tool several times, so I know I completely my scheduling. I entered my credit card information and everything. Their solution was to offer me a stretching appointment 1.5 hours from my scheduled time. I won’t be using their overpriced chains anymore.

Getting a massage is highly underestimated when it comes to longevity. Unfortunately it is more of a luxury in the U.S. Meanwhile... over 80% of people use it like I do as a means to feel better in the rest of the world. Not to mention the extra health benefits to a massage. I never want a fluff and buff so, I am picky about who my masseuse is. I have injuries to work around and massage envy knows how to help! I work with Jeremy and Savannah.  Theyre phenomenal!!! Katie is the manager she is also very incredible! I would highly recommend them. I would not be able to hike or play like I do without them! Thanks Guys!

Best value for a good massage or facial, wonderful staff and peaceful atmosphere. They give you appointment reminders which is nice and you can reschedule before the day of your appointment with no issues. Would definitely recommend over other places Ive tried in the past, depending on the type of massage or facial youre looking for they can match you to the esthetician and service for a good fit. If you decide to go for the membership, your services roll over and you can use them at your convenience, or for a small free transfer one to a friend (great gift). I havent regretted it!

I just had a 90 minute massage on 5/12/17. This is a fantastic, clean and modern facility, and my massage therapist Tesla was very friendly, and very skilled. She used a technique on my neck that I hadnt experienced before, and it was very effective. I have been to many spas around the world, and was very pleased with this experience.

My massage was booked for the wrong date, and the person responsible was not apologetic. My appointment should have been tonight, but was booked for next week instead. I’ll be out of town next week, so I am certain this was not my mistake. I understand that things happen, but the arrogance and lack of apology from the girl responsible is unprofessional and unacceptable. She walked away without so much as acknowledging me or her mistake. I chose to leave before losing my cool, and I will never return to this location. I’m certain this won’t matter to her or the owners. I would like to add that the receptionist who was not responsible for the error was kind and had enough respect to apologize for a mistake that she didn’t make. I appreciate that.

Tiffany was the best! My back was in bad shape when I got there, but felt so much better when I left! She knows exactly the right pressure points to hit!

I always have a great experience here and leave relaxed and happy. Brooke is a great therapist who I’ve seen several times. She has helped me with my reoccurring back pain.

So unfortunate. I love that they’re downtown but they just keep messing up appointments. Don’t sign people up for a monthly membership if you keep cancelling appointments, starting late and ending early.It would also be great if you could return calls. I’ve called twice and heard nothing back - it’s been three full weeks now. Yikes, poorly run.

Tiffany is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve had and I’ve been getting massages for over 5 years.

Scheduled an appointment with them 3 weeks prior, confirmed the appointment day before. Showed up at Massage Envy downtown Greenville, SC. I was checked in and 20 minutes later was told that they made the wrong appointment and therapist was not there.I was like you just figured it out. You had 3 weeks. It was a complete waste of my time. Never going back to massage envy.They did give me a 60 min free massage but I only come home on weekends and will not take another chance to waste my time.

Only gave 1 star because it is the minimum allowed. I would give 10 negative stars if possible. These guys are nothing but crooks. I bought a gift card to avoid having to sign up for any membership and to cover the complete cost of a massage. When I try to book an appointment they require a credit or debit card on file just to use a gift card. They explained it as a way to charge you if you cancel so the massage therapist still gets their money. That is the most asinine explanation Ive been given in a long time. You already have my money with the gift card and you want to charge me more? I was also informed that I couldnt get a refund on the gift card. Now I have a very expensive piece of plastic sitting in a drawer at home that will probably never get used. If you want to get a massage and have your bank account pillaged at the same time then this is the perfect place for you.

Kai the front desk receptionist was so pleasant. She was extremely informative about the services provided and assisted us and selecting items based on our needs she was amazing loved the facial with Perriann .

I have a membership and am here every couple weeks for pain management. I see Jordan for deep tissue or Leah for firm. Both are excellent at what they do.

Massage Envy was an oasis of therapeutic ecstasy for my wifes Birthday gift, she received an excellent experience, very professional & serene environment & had courteous & very beneficial therapy, she loved her Birtday gift & when I asked her would she return to Massage Envy for a follow up session, she stated absolutely, already booked another session @ the location right off of Richardson St. Garage, downtown Greenville. Go Check them out folks !

This was my 1st time at a Massage Envy facility, I thought the front desk staff was nice and the establishment was clean and welcoming. I was not at all impressed by my services to be honest. I would suggest if you book more then 1 service bring your own robe or something easy to slip on and off, they don’t offer a locker room so I had to get fully dressed to go from my massage to my microdermabrasion. I’ve been to many spas, massage therapists, and estatitions. I booked a 90 minute massage after a 13 hour travel to come here, after check in and talking to the therapist Aaron we started. He was very kind, I explained all my needs out of the appointment with recent car accident and major neck and back pain I just wanted some relief, he told me he’d start out soft in pressure then go deeper, well he never did. It was a very light massage for the most part, I kept expecting and anticipating when it would get better sadly it didn’t. He ended earlier then my paid 90 minutes. I then went to my microdermabrasion facial, the very young and seemed to be brand new girl Kara was sweet yet I definitely did not feel like I was in good hands of an experienced estatition at all. A couple times she did one half of my face and did not complete the other side I had to ask her to go back and she again went to the same incorrect side she’d already done twice, she made the same mistake again for my forehead. I did an add on of my neck and décolleté which was not done, other then her just putting on lotion to my décolleté. I will not visit another Massage Envy establishment!

I told Leah that my needs and her expertise aligned perfectly (along with the planets) and it was probably the best massage I had ever had!!

Love the incorporation of the CBD with the massage. This made a huge difference in my post massage relaxation. Freyia has excellent therapy hands and did a great job with applying the right amount of pressure and distributing the CBD lotion to the areas of need. I would highly recommend this add-on enhancement.

We have been a member for 4 years now and at first the service was great but not anymore. They have canceled 7 appointments this year and not been ale to reschedule. I’m paying for a service that I’m not relieving and for this reason I am canceling my membership. Unsatisfied customer.

I love how they give you an iPad to fill out your information instead of pen and paper.Loved the massage chair in the waiting room :) it was a nice start to a relaxing day.The only hiccup was that my friend and I wanted massages and facials done in the same room, but that wasn’t communicated to some staff, and so the room wasn’t ready for the both of us which cut into our massage and facial time :(Some parts of my facial felt rushed, and I’m unsure if this was because I added on the foot exfoliation (which I enjoyed).Good location...lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Parking garage was free on the weekend, so parking was not an issue.

Great place, super clean with people who are kind, compassionate, and good at what they do. Front of house is excellent and so are the masseuses. Awesome place. Much better than one might initially expect from a chain. Give them a try!

Rating massage locations is difficult because each person is going in needing different accomadations. They are new, therefore the staff is also new and not fully updated. Ive had some subpar massages, you just have to be very descriptive as to what you want done
